Background: Purpose of this study is mat exercises and sling exercises that based on proceeding studies for exercising protocol for spinal stabilization. Methods: We analyze many other bibliographies and result of studies. Results: The vertebrae stabilization practices are formed on intra-abdominal pressure and converted into isolation of our body and limbs gradually through co-contraction training of transverse abdominis, pelvic floor muscle and diaphragm. Also, for prevention of low back pain and relapse, it is diverted to reflex muscle contraction training as well as functional integration. What is better, it should carry out with Activity of Daily Living. Conclusion: We should feel the necessity of it, more effective recognition training of local muscle for chronic low back pain patients. Besides, it is suggested that we should import measurable equipment and go hands with discipline.

We report on a case of thrombosis of the left common iliac artery following anterior lumbar interbody fusion (ALIF) of L4-5 in a 79-year-old man with no previous medical problems, including peripheral vascular disease. After completing the ALIF procedure, the surgeon could not feel the pulsation of the left dorsalis pedis artery, and the oxygen saturation ($SaO_2$) had fallen below 90% from pulse oxymetry on the left great toe. Thrombectomy was successfully performed after confirming the thrombus in the left common iliac artery using Computed Tomography (CT) angiography. Thrombosis of the common iliac artery is very rare following ALIF. However, delayed diagnosis can lead to disastrous outcome. Although elderly patients have no cardio-vascular disease or vessel calcification in pre-op evaluation, the possibility of a complication involving L4-5 should be considered.

The purpose of this research to improve old age for marriage and the effect the development of the program is to validate. This program of eight to 60 years old elderly couple in 2008 was 8 in the 10 weeks. To verify the effectiveness of the program prior to the inspection of post-verification. According to the results of analysis, old age in conjugal relations, the area between the pre-post meaningful communication efficiency, the couple agreed, and the couple satisfaction, couple came to feel affection, and expression did not show a meaningful difference. The study on the future social welfare and family welfare-related practices and more effective old age, researchers developed a program to improve the couple relationship is important to emphasize is this.

The power wteering system for automobiles is becoming core popular for supporting steering efforts of the drivers, especially for a parking lot maneuver. Though hydraulic power steering has been widely used for a long time, the efficiency of that is not high enough. The motor driven power steering system can solve the problems associated with the hydraulic power steering system. In this study, dynamic model and control algorithm of the ball screw type of MDPS systenem have been derived and analysed by using the method of discrete modeling technology. To improve steering feel and power steering characteristics, the additional scheme is proposed to the conventional power boosting control algorithm. Through simulations, control gain effects to the steering angle gain in the frequency domain were verified. The steering returnability and steering torque phase lag in on-center handing test were performed also.

The human body and nervous system transmit information through electric charges. After the electric charge transmits information to the brain, we can feel pain, numbness, comfort, and other feelings. Electric therapy is currently used widely in clinical practice because the field of examination is more representative of electrocardiogram, and in the field of treatment is more representative of electrotherapy. In this study, we design a system for neurophysiological therapy and conduct parameter calculation and model selection for the components of the system. The system is based on a discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) boost circuit, and controlled and regulated by a single-chip microcomputer. The system does not only have a low cost but also fully considers the safety of use, convenience of the human-computer interface, adjustment sensitivity, and waveform diversity in the design. In future, it will have strong implications in the field of electrotherapy.

The role of call center as public organizations introduce call center in has become very important in public services. Especially the leadership of the middle management at the call center in public organizations has become very essential in accordance with the increase of role of teamleader or managers. For this reason, in this research we want to know not only the impact relation teamleader's leadership have on the quality of services and job satisfaction as call center counsellors feel but also the impact relation the quality of callcenter counsellor's services at callcenter have on job satisfaction, and the mediating effect of services quality is examined in the relationship between leadership and job satisfaction Analyses showed that teamleader's leadership have influence on callcenter counsellors' job satisfaction and the quality of services and the quality of employees' services have a positive influence on job satisfaction, the mediating effect of services quality is certified in the relationship between leadership and job satisfaction. Therefore, to encourage the teamleaders' leadership at callcenter, the empowerment and an appropriate compensation need to be provided. Also to improve the quality of employee's services teamleaders ought to run the reinforcing cooperation program or various incentive program and job education need to be encourage and aligned.

Most of physical therapists has thought be exposed themselves to risk of hospital infection but it is reported that have been low concern about infection management. Above like this haven t done systematical education on hospital infection, also physical therapist's information management of infection disease is found very low. It is lack of driving information about disease condition of the patients. Physical therapists has thought their working room may be polluted a lots of micro-organism(%). The control situation of infection waste articles, only 53% responded that the controller has managed very intensive so we can feel to need more intensive It's reported that air culture investigation of physical therapy room has never initiated. To wash the hand, before, after treatment of the patients of physical therapist, is very low frequency. And 73% have responded that the time to wash the hand stays 15-45 second. It is examined that 70% physical therapy room is equipped with washing system, a response of 58% disinfects physical therapy room 1-2times per one month. 36% responded disinfection of treatment modality have done everyday, 25% responded have never done. The location physical therapy room is above one floor - 65%. A response of 57% is ventilation system sufficiency, it is considered that physical therapists needs more efforts on management of hospital infection.

Objectives : Yogaktong is the general term of lowback and sciatic pain. Simplely this is not for the syndrom or illiness but for the symptoms. In the field of western medicine, it's difficult to find out the cause and to be objective when the patient feel back and sciatic pain without HNP of L-spine. Methods : To get objective yogaktomg symptoms I did this study. This is the case study of 103 patients who felt yogaktomg, and had taken DITII(Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging) at department of acupuncture and moxibustion in Conmaul Oriental medical hospital from september 1, 1998 to august 30, 1999. Results : The temperature raised 53.4% at center of lowback. There is a temperature differance on both legs, in 70.73% of patients the pain side of leg is lower temperature than the other side. Conclusions : Generally, DITI of patients who have lowback and sciatic pain is shown increasing temperature in center of lowback, decreasing temperature in pain side of leg.

This study identifies the aspects of a managers' perceived work experience in a Multicultural Family Support Center and analyzes how work experience backgrounds are formulated. In-depth interviews were conducted with 10 managers from March to September 2015 to understand managers' work experience. Descriptions from the interviews were analyzed using phenomenological research methods. The result show that their work experience can be categorized into 73 meanings, 10 subcategories, and five themes. The five themes are 'program development,' 'employees assignment optimization,' 'use and control network resources,' 'deal with changes in needs of multicultural families,' and 'supports vs. controls.' The analysis of the themes and subcategories from each theme allows us to first interpret that managers consider their significant and diversified work tasks overwhelming. Second, they find their jobs fit them and feel personally interested with a sense of duty from their work to overcome stress from heavy workloads. Third, managers put a high value on their work as a hands-on experience that is an officially authorized position from the government. Fourth, they are proud that they contribute to offering welfare services to multicultural families as members of Multicultural Family Support Centers.

A Texture profile for frozen pizzas was developed and applied to a comparison of the texture of frozen pizzas heated by conventional and microwave ovens. The texture profile consisted of 29 attributes evaluated at the following five stages: visual and manual. lip feel, first bite, mastication, and swallowing. The microwave pizza tended to be more crisp, dry, and rough but less tender than the conventionally heated pizza. Separate evaluations of the center and edge portions showed differences only in top greasiness, wetness of sauce on palate, moisture release for both types of pizza suggesting that the separated evaluations were not necessarily required. The edge tended to be less greasy and moist than the center possibly because it is more susceptible to overcooking and subsequent drying out.
