패션산업에서 옴니채널 전략에 관한 탐색적 연구 (A Study on Omni-Channel Strategy in Fashion Industry)

  • The current new distribution environment provides the consumers to shop at anytime and any places by using mobile appliances. So, the companies which run the offline-store increase the contact point with the consumer by launching not only online-store but also the mobile application (app). Moreover, they are trying to operate the Omni-channel shopping environment. In order for this research to draw the direction of 'the Omni-Channel Strategy', which is about the changed distribution environment of the domestic fashion enterprise, the following steps were performed. First of all, the term related to 'Omni-Channel' is defined. And then, Example of the 'Omni-Channel' strategy and 'O2O' business in the domestic distributior were researched. Lastly, present condition of the 'Omni-Channel' strategy case of the domestic fashion industry was researched. At the result, the online-stores usually have several brands which can not represent their identities. It is suggested that each online-store according to each brand has their own characteristic identity. And The Omni-Channel strategy of the domestic fashion enterprise that is needed the connection point connecting the on-line and off-line. It is able to allure the customer to the off-line-store.

UML을 이용한 도서관 자료 구입 모델링 (Library Material Acquisition Process Modeling Applying UML)

  • 본 연구는 전통적인 도서관의 자료구입과 관련한 수서 업무에 전자상거래의 비즈니스 프로세스와 작업흐름개념을 응용하여 도서관 자료구입 프로세스를 재설계(BPR)하였으며 재설계된 업무를 비주얼 모델링 개념을 이용한 UML(Unified Modeling Language)을 이용하여 모델링하였다. 수서 업무의 재설계를 통해 도서관의 자료 구입 업무과정을 유연하고 신속하게 처리할 수 있으며 이러한 모델을 통해 도서관, 정보센터뿐만 아니라 출판사, 출판 대행사, 배송 및 결재업체 등의 관련 분야 참여자들의 업무를 효율화하고 나아가 전통적인 도서관 업무에 종사하는 사서들을 새로운 업무로 전환시켜 도서관 운영의 디지털화를 달성할 수 있을 것이다.

Does Loss-Leader Pricing Work in Online Shopping Malls?

  • As online shopping malls have emerged as a substantial shopping channel, they have used various sales promotion strategies to acquire new customers. Most of these strategies have been applied by offline malls for years. One, loss-leader pricing, is a type of promotional pricing in which stores sell well known products below their marginal cost, in order to attract customers and induce them to purchase more goods through impulse buying. This strategy is based on the expectation that customers will factor transaction costs into their purchasing decisions. However, its application to online malls fails to recognize that transaction costs are lower online, and that customers will behave differently as a result. Our study predicts that loss-leader pricing will not work online because online malls entail lower searching and moving costs than offline malls The study examines the effectiveness of loss-leader pricing with empirical data from a survey as well as log data from a Korean online shopping mall. The results show that while loss-leader pricing does attract customers to online shopping malls, it encourages cherry-picking rather than impulse purchases of regular-price goods.

Fast Algorithm for Intra Prediction of HEVC Using Adaptive Decision Trees

  • High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC) Standard, as the latest coding standard, introduces satisfying compression structures with respect to its predecessor Advanced Video Coding (H.264/AVC). The new coding standard can offer improved encoding performance compared with H.264/AVC. However, it also leads to enormous computational complexity that makes it considerably difficult to be implemented in real time application. In this paper, based on machine learning, a fast partitioning method is proposed, which can search for the best splitting structures for Intra-Prediction. In view of the video texture characteristics, we choose the entropy of Gray-Scale Difference Statistics (GDS) and the minimum of Sum of Absolute Transformed Difference (SATD) as two important features, which can make a balance between the computation complexity and classification performance. According to the selected features, adaptive decision trees can be built for the Coding Units (CU) with different size by offline training. Furthermore, by this way, the partition of CUs can be resolved as a binary classification problem. Experimental results have shown that the proposed algorithm can save over 34% encoding time on average, with a negligible Bjontegaard Delta (BD)-rate increase.

합리적 행동이론을 적용한 초국가적 소비행동에 관한 연구: 해외직구를 중심으로 (The Application of the Theory of Planned Behavior to Transnational Consumption Behaviors: Focused on Cross-Border Online Shopping)

  • Cross-border online shopping is an example of non-mobile transnational consumption behavior that has become more popular over the last decade due to the development of technology and transportation. Based on the Theory of Reasoned Action(TRA), this study proposed and tested the hypothesized model that would explain the relationships among consumption beliefs, attitudes toward cross-border online shopping, subjective norms, and purchase intention. Consumption beliefs were measured by global consumption orientation, consumer orientation, and global brand beliefs. In addition, subjective norms included two types: online and offline norms. Descriptive statistics and path analysis were employed for the analysis of the dataset of 174 participants. As a result, the hypothesized model was generally supported. Consistent with the hypothesis, global consumption orientation and global brand beliefs were positively related to positive attitudes toward cross-border online shopping but negatively associated with consumer ethnocentrism. Offline subjective norms positively predicted both the attitudes and purchase intention whereas online subjective norms only predicted purchase intention. The results reflected that TRA was applicable to the intention of cross-border online shopping in a current on-line shopping context. We also discussed the practical applications and limitations of the study.

대학생이 지각한 O2O 어플리케이션 특성이 O2O 서비스 만족도와 지속적 이용의도에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effects of University Student's Perceived O2O Application Characteristics on O2O Services Satisfaction and Continuous Use Intention)

  • O2O service that combine online with offline service has been rapidly increasing and O2O service is the new trend that merges online commerce with traditional markets in various fields. The purpose of this study is to investigate influences of University Student's Perceived O2O application characteristics on O2O services satisfaction and continuous use intention. For this purpose, questionnaires including O2O application characteristics scale, customer perceived O2O satisfaction scale and O2O use intention scale were administered to 241 college students in Seoul. Regression analysis revealed that O2O application Characteristics showed influences of O2O service satisfaction. The O2O application charac*teristics showed influences of continuous use of intention of O2O services, O2O services satisfaction showed partial influence continuous use intention of O2O service. The result of this study is expected to provide implication as an initial study O2O service which is spreading with the growth of mobile ICT. Ultimately, the results of this study provide a number of theoretical and practical implications.

실제 네트워크 모니터링 환경에서의 ML 알고리즘을 이용한 트래픽 분류 (Traffic Classification Using Machine Learning Algorithms in Practical Network Monitoring Environments)

  • Traffic classification의 방법은 동적으로 변하는 application의 변화에 대처하기 위하여 페이로드나 port를 기반으로 하는 것에서 ML 알고리즘을 기반으로 하는 것으로 변하여 가고 있다. 그러나 현재의 ML 알고리즘을 이용한 traffic classification 연구는 offline 환경에 맞추어 진행되고 있다. 특히, 현재의 기존 연구들은 testing 방법으로 cross validation을 이용하여 traffic classification을 수행하고 있으며, traffic flow를 기반으로 classification 결과를 제시하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 testing방법으로 cross validation과 split validation을 이용했을 때, traffic classification의 정확도 결과를 비교한다. 또한 바이트를 기반으로 한 classification의 결과와 flow를 기반으로 한 classification의 결과를 비교해 본다. 본 논문에서는 J48, REPTree, RBFNetwork, Multilayer perceptron, BayesNet, NaiveBayes와 같은 ML 알고리즘과 다양한 feature set을 이용하여 트래픽을 분류한다. 그리고 split validation을 이용한 traffic classification에 적합한 최적의 ML 알고리즘과 feature set을 제시한다.

Huang-Wei의 키 교환 및 인증 방식에 대한 사전공격 (Dictionary Attack on Huang-Wei's Key Exchange and Authentication Scheme)

  • SIP(Session Initiation Protocol)는 인터넷상에서 멀티미디어 세션을 시작하고 컨트롤하기 위한 응용계층 프로토콜이다. SIP 서비스를 사용하기 위해 클라이언트는 서버로부터 우선 사용자 인증을 받아야 한다. 일반적으로 인증이란 통신 상대방이 제공하는 네트워크 서비스에 접근하기 위해 자신의 신원을 검증받는 과정을 말한다. 2005년, Yang 등은 SIP 응용을 목적으로 Diffie-Hellman 프로토콜에 기반한 키 교환 및 인증 방식을 제안하였다. 그러나 Yang 등이 제안한 방식은 상당한 양의 계산을 필요로 하기 때문에 계산능력이 떨어지는 클라이언트나 서버로 구성된 네트워크 환경에서 사용하기에는 부적합하다는 단점을 가지고 있다. 이에 Huang과 Wei는 최근 Yang 등이 제안한 방식을 개선하여 효율성을 증대시킨 새로운 키 교환 및 인증 방식을 제안하고 이의 안전성을 주장하였다. 하지만 본 논문에서는 Huang-Wei가 제안한 키 교환 및 인증 방식이 사전공격과 전방향 비밀성에 취약함을 보인다.

스마트 물류를 위한 모바일 애플리케이션의 사용성 평가 (Evaluating Usability of Mobile Applications for Smart Logistics)

  • 4차 산업혁명 도래에 따라 전통적 물류는 스마트 물류로 전환되었으며, 이를 지원하는 물류 스타트업이 급성장하였다. 이들은 모바일 애플리케이션을 구축하여 화물운송, 택배, 해외직구, 화물추적, 온디멘드 물류, 신선물류, 운송 중개 플랫폼, O2O(online to offline) 비즈니스, 라스트마일 배송 분야에서 고객맞춤형 서비스를 하고 있다. 물류 스타트업이 성공하기 위해서는 사용성이 높은 모바일 애플리케이션을 개발하여 고객만족과 지속적인 사용을 통해 매출과 수익을 창출해야 한다. 모바일 애플리케이션의 사용성 평가는 모바일 폰이 가진 특성 때문에 데스크 탑 기반의 웹사이트 사용성과는 차별화된 평가기준을 사용하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 물류 스타트업이 제공하는 모바일 애플리케이션의 사용성을 평가하고 그 시사점과 개선방안을 도출하는 것이 목적이다. 스마트 물류의 개념을 고찰하고, 문헌연구를 통해 모바일 애플리케이션의 사용성 평가기준을 도출한 후 사용성 테스트를 수행한다.

온라인 프로젝트기반 학습모형 적용과 효과: 공학회계 사례 (Effects of Online Project-Based Learning Application: A Case of Engineering Accounting Course)

  • In many existing studies, the analyses on the application and effect of the project-based learning model (PBL), a student-centered teaching and learning strategy, have been emphasized and carried out in various majors and courses. This case study analyzes the effects of applying a project-based learning model to the engineering accounting course for engineering students in 2021 in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, compared with the offline course in 2019 and the simple online course in 2020. Project team consisting of 2-3 students carried out online collaborative learning activities for solving open-ended problems through the 5-step PBL procedure including presenting the final result. Except for this online PBL application in 2021, textbooks, lecture contents, assignments, and tests were implemented the same for each semester for three years. Through lecture evaluation and survey by students, the online PBL application semester showed higher effects in inducing student-centered learning, lecture satisfaction, and student competency improvement compared to the non-applying semesters, further, it was evaluated that the online PBL application to the course and evaluation method were more appropriate than other semesters. It is expected that the online PBL method and operation procedure applied in this study can be utilized as a best practice for the design and operation of various online courses for student-centered collaborative learning activities and educational effects.
