대규모 무정전 전원공급 시스템의 구성방안 (The Configurations of the large scale UPS system)

  • The need of UPS (Uninterruptible Power Sup-ply) system is dramatically increasing with the increased use of computers, telecommunica-tion system, building automation system, and office automation system in office buildings. The consequence of the power failure is very disas trous in intelligent office buil-dings. Thus, the nucessity of large scale UPS system with generations of large scale UPS system with generator is increasing. In this study, the configurations of large scale UPS system are reviewed and analyzed. The design guide and technical considerations of high reliability system are presented.

사무소 건물의 거주밀도 분포와 피난시간 예측 (A Occupant Load Density and Computer Modelling of Evacuation time in Office Buildings)

  • 건물 화재 시 인명안전설계의 목표는 피난에 필요한 최소한의 시간을 확보하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 적정 피난 설계를 위하여 다음과 같은 내용을 연구하였다.-국내 사무소 건물의 거주밀도 분포를 조사 분석하였다. -고층 사무소 건물에서 대피훈련을 시행하여 예상 피난시간을 관측하였다. -피난전용 프로그램의 하나인 SIMULEX를 적용하여 컴퓨터 피난모델의 특성과 적용상의 한계를 연구하였다. -거주밀도와 파난시간과의 상관성을 분석하였다. 연구 결과 국내 사무소 건물의 거주밀도는 총 바닥면적(Gross Area)기준으로 13.14$m^2$/인 -22.69$m^2$/인이며 평균 19.72$m^2$/인 (193ft\sup 2\인)으로 조사되었다. (95% 신뢰도 기준) 또한 고층 사무소 건물의 대피훈련과 SIMULEX 모델 결과를 비교하여 피난시간에 큰 차이가 나타나 현 모델의 가정과 계산 방법에 한계가 있음을 보여주었다. 한편, 거주밀도와피난시간과의 분석 결과, 동일용도에서도 차이를 보이고 있어 용도별 거주밀도 기준 마련이 시급한 것으로 판단된다.

표본건물 계측에 의한 업무시설에서의 용도별 에너지사용량 및 CO2 배출량 연간 원단위 (2016 - 2017) 분석 (Annual Intensities (2016-2017) Analysis of Energy Use and CO2 Emission by End Use Based on Measurements of Sample Office Building)

  • In this study, annual site and primary energy use intensities (EUIs) and $CO_2$ emission intensities (CEIs) per area by end use were estimated based on the measurement data from June 2016 to May 2017 of 19 sample office buildings in Seoul. In addition, the estimated site EUIs by end use were compared to the U.S. Commercial Buildings Energy Consumption Survey (CBECS) 2012 data. Average site EUIs by end use were found to be in the order of electric appliance (typical floors) > heating > cooling > lighting > air movement > domestic hot water > vertical transportation > city water supply. In the case of primary EUIs and CEIs by end use, electric appliance was found to be the largest. As results of comparison with the CBECS 2012 data, it was found that the site EUIs were similar for heating, cooling, domestic hot water, and electric appliance, etc., but slightly different for lighting and air movement. The number of sample office buildings will continue to increase until 2020 (total number of samples 85) and intensities data by end use will be continuously updated through continuous collection of measurement data.

사무소용 빌딩의 부하종별 전력소비특성 분석 및 수용률 기준 정립에 관한 연구 (Recommended Practice for o Reasonable Design Demand Factor and Analysis of Power Consumption Characteristics by Loads in Office Buildings)

  • 사무소용 빌딩과 같은 전력다소비 건물에서는 전력의 효율적 이용에 의한 에너지절감을 위해서 설계 단계부터 합리적인 전기설비 설계가 요청되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 사무소용 빌딩을 중심으로 부하종류별 전력소비특성을 조사 분석하였고, 전기설계사무소의 설계단계에서 적용하는 수용률값을 조사하였다. 조사된 자료의 전체 특징과 중심적인 경향을 알아보기 위해서 평균값, 표준편차, 최대값, 최소값, 중앙값 등의 특징파라메터를 분석하였고, 회귀분석을 통한 선형적인 방법과 비선형적인 방법으로 그 경향을 확인하였다. 그 결과 합성 수용률/부등률 평균값은 $46.4[\%]$로 나타나 전력용변압기는 용량에 있어서 많은 여유를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 토대로 변전설비 용량의 합리적인 설계를 위하여 부하종별 수용률 기준(안)을 제시하였고, 변전설비용량 산정에 필요한 자료를 데이터 베이스화하였다.

  • Studies on daylighting of buildings have been continuously increased due to the recent escalating oil price and low-carbon strategies in developed countries. Daylighting of buildings not only saves electric energy, but provide the occupants with a comfort visual environment. Atrium spaces are adopted by many modern buildings to improve daylight performance of deep interior spaces. Among the various types of atria, the four-sided type atrium is frequently adopted by library buildings, governmental buildings and office buildings. This study aims to suggest daylighting design data for adjacent occupied spaces by conducting dynamic simulations using Daysim program. Daylight Factor(DF), Daylight Autonomy(DA) and Useful Daylight Illuminance(UDI) levels for 12 measurement points in adjacent occupied spaces were calculated for square-shape four-sided atria with different SAR(Section Aspect Ratio) and different canopy transmittance.

Analysis of Energy Performance and Green Strategies in the Foreign High-Performance Buildings

  • Purpose: In this study, we analyzed the energy performance levels and high-performance technology trends through the case studies of foreign high-performance buildings. Method: Buildings built within 10 years were selected for the analysis of recent trends. we analyzed the buildings of U.S.A, Germany and Japan using LEED certified buildings, Passive House certified buildings and CASBEE certified buildings database for the case study of foreign high-performance buildings. A total of 20 high-performance buildings including 14 cases in U.S.A, 4 cases in Germany and 4 cases in Japan were selected. Annual energy consumption levels for 20 high-performance buildings were collected with the actual energy consumption data or data from simulation programs officially recognized by DOE. Annual energy consumption were compared with the energy performance standard of the office buildings in the CBECS database, ASHRAE Standard 90.1-2004 and Building Energy Efficiency Rating System in Korea. Result: The order of the green strategies applied in the main categories are Renewable Energy(63%), Indoor Environment Control(51%), Envelope Improvement(44%) and HVAC System & Control(28%). Specified strategies most widely used in the sub-categories are high-performance Insulation (70%), High Efficiency Heating, Cooling Source Equipment(85%), Photovoltaic&Solar Thermal(80%) and Daylighting(80%).

업무공간계단의 공공적 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Architectural Publicity for Stairs in the Office Buildings)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 업무공간 건축물에서 수직적 이동개념의 요소로서 계단이 공간에서 갖는 공공적 특성을 고찰하고 분석함으로써 공용공간으로서의 계단의 중요성을 부각하고 이의 활성화 방안을 모색하는데 있다. 선행 연구 및 문헌고찰, 사례조사 및 현장조사를 통해 건축적 공공성 분석을 통해 업무공간계단의 공공성 분석항목을 도출하고, 도출된 공공성요소를 토대로 사례별 업무공간 건축물 계단의 공공적 특성을 분석 하였다. 연구결과 2000년 이후에 건축된 사례연구 건축물들은 공공의 성격을 활성화하기 위하여 전반적으로 공공적 특성을 지닌 것으로 나타났다. 공간과 공간간의 매개적 요소, 인간행위의 촉매요소, 지각 인식요소로서의 역할을 하는 업무공간의 계단은 접근성, 개방성, 쾌적성의 공공적 특성요소를 강조하여 활성화되어지는 공공성이 더욱 중요시 인식되어야하며 향후 많은 연구가 필요하다고 판단된다.

소규모 공공건축물의 디자인 지표 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Architectural Design Indicator for Small Public Building)

  • Public buildings as a public space of the community have a close relationship with local residents and urban space. Public buildings are not a simple role as office space, but closely related to the life of the local residents. In addition, a variety of approaches, spatial, and program elements should be considered. Rising awareness for public buildings recently, aspect of design also has began to be interested. Small building is a public building that can actively cope with the social and economic environment in the rapid change. However, small building is lacking the design consideration according to the scale and economics. This paper is to present the Design Indicator that can be used to create 'small public buildings' that has been alienated from the large public buildings design development. This is intended to derive and utilize the design categories and design detail indicator of small public buildings. There are composition of design categories and design detail indicator of developed small public buildings. Design categories have developed six such as Public and Harmony, Access, Landscape Design, Space, Sustainable Design, Technique and Performance. Design Detail indicator of Small public buildings have developed all 24. Presented Design Categories and detail indicator are composed of design indicator available in all areas of design evaluation and review that includes design, function, environment, and technology of public buildings. And it is possible to apply with small public buildings in all purpose.
