  • The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of job attitudes from the professional restaurant service organization on customer orientation. Using a self-administered questionnaire, data was collected from service employees of professional restaurants. Survey was conducted 20 days from October 11, 2015 to October 30, 2015. Total of 200 questionnaire were distributed and 185 samples were collected and used in the data analysis after excluding 15 unfaithfulness answers. SPSS 18.0 statistical program were used to analyze samples. The result indicated significant and positive impacts between job attitude and its sub-factors(i.e., job satisfaction, organizational commitment) on customer orientation.

  • Dispersal of Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. citri, causing citrus bacterial canker disease on Unshiu orange was investigated at previously infested plots at Seogwipo in Jeju island of Korea. The bacterial pathogen overwintered in lesions started to multiply at tate May, and disease firstly observed one month after detection of phage from lesions. The disease gradually increased, however, it dispersed non-directionally to nearby plants from inoculum sources. Diseased plants were aggregated to form a cluster throughout the experiment. Population dynamics of phage on symtomless leaf surface and the disease severity were compared in the nursery, Increase of phage population on symptomless leaf surface preceded one month to that of the disease severity Population of phage increased constantly from late July to October, however, the disease severity decreased from late August to late October. It was assumed that the decrease of disease severity might be due to disease-induced defoliation.

  • In recent days, Korean society falls into disorder in sexual culture with transition of sexual consciousness by prevalence of sexual liberation trend through popularization of internet. Korean society, however, does not have essential counter-plans to cope with this disorder. In this paper, I investigated the realities about adolescent sexual consciousness, attitudes and behaviors around students in middle and high schools in order to propose educational courses for adolescent sexual problems. For the investigation, I made up a questionnaire and surveyed by 500 students in middle and high schools in a same area from 1st October, 2007 to 6th October, 2007 and I analyzed results from the survey. In the results, I found that males and the group having experience in acquaintance with the other sex reported more sexual consciousness. I also found that females and the group having no experience in acquaintance with the other sex reported more vestal consciousness.

  • This is a basic study of further investigating the effect of oceanographic conditons, such as bottom profile, currents, and temperature, to the fish migrating course around the set-net. The survey was held at Dojang Po, southern part of Geoje Island, from July to October in 1985. There was a sea valley of which depth was 20 to 40 meters around the set-net. Near the bottom of that sea valley, there was different current pattern to the upper layer. In the sea calm condition of July and October, the vertical profiles of current and water temperature were simple. But in rough condition of September, they were complicated because of wind tuburance.

  • We have studied energetic neutral atom (ENA) disturbances during the magnetic storm main phase that occurred on October 3,2001, using the ENA data from the HENA instrument onboard the IMAGE spacecraft. We find that the main phase is characterized by five ENA enhancement events that occurred quasi-periodically. The repetitive ENA enhancements are most significant in the highest energy (138-222 keV) oxygen channel and become less significant for hydrogen and in lower energies. Also they are separated by ${\sim}1.2$ to ${\sim}1.7$ hrs, which is well below an average period usually seen for other repetitive injection events.

  • A phytosociological study of forest vegetation was carried out in mt. komdan in the period from October 7,1985 to October 15 1989. The forst vegetation could be classified into 7 communities ; quercus monbolica, pinus densiflora, quercus dentata, pinus koraiensis, larix leptoletsis, pinus rigida, castanea creaneta. The principal forest community in mt. komdan-the quercus mongulica community- was distributed mainly at the altitude of 400~600m and the importance value was 187.1. The pinus desiflora community was 137.9. since pinus koraiensis, larix laptolepsis, pinus rigida, castanea creanata, etc. werw planted in this region, It seems that it was frequently disturbed by human interference, especilly, the destruction of the vegetation in the recreation ground of paldang, the regions around the village of hasangok-ri and the main routes for mountain climbing appeared severely.

  • In this talk, we present a good example of extreme solar and geomagnetic activities from October to November, 2003. These activities are characterized by very large sunspot groups, X-class solar flares, strong particle events, and huge geomagnetic storms. We discuss ground-based and space-based data in terms of space weather scales. We applied the CME propagation models to these events in order to predict the arrivals of heliospheric disturbances. • The growth of young-of-the-year blue spot mudskipper, Boleophthalmus pectinirostris, was investigated using length-frequency data for 395 individuals collected from a mud flat in southwestern Korea between August and October 2001. Three cohorts were separated by the Bhattacharya method. In October, individuals of cohort-I reached 98 mm in total length, whereas those of cohort-III reached just 66 mm. Each cohort reached hibernation in November, that could be related to the ring formation in the following year.

Methods: There were 258 participants who were high school students in S high school in G city. Data were collected from October 1 to October 31, 2011, and analyzed using SPSS/WIN 19.0. Results: The mean score for sexual knowledge was 69.78, sexual attitudes was 63.66, and needs of sex education was 75.37. Sexual knowledge had positive correlation with needs of sex education (r=.17, p=.007). Conclusion: The findings of this study indicated a need to develop programs for high school students to increase appropriate sexual knowledge, and to encourage appropriate sexual attitudes, and to reflect needs of sex education.

  • Bee Venom therapy, as bee honey has long contributed to human life as a valuable fancy food since human history began. It can be found in the literature back up to a thousand years as a form of therapy for management of apin of various origin. Even to the present, there are some physicians and medical personnel who believe in the effects of bee sting therapy throughout the world. However Bee Venom therapy remains somewhat controversial and there are very few controlled studies available to guide clinical practice. We administered apitherapy(Bee venom therapy) against pain of musculoskeletal origin in thirty one patients from october 1988 to october 1990 and got successful results in seventy one percent of patients. Our results suggest that Bee Venom therapy can be one of the methods for conquering pain caused by true inflamation.
