이동체 모의시험을 위한 경로 생성 및 추종 시뮬레이터 개발 (Development of Path Generation and Following Simulator for a Simulation Test of a Moving Object)

  • This research suggests the development of simulator for a Simulation Test of a moving object's path generation and following. There are many kinds of moving objects in weapon systems, such as vehicles, missiles, robots and so on. So need tests of moving simulations during development process of weapon systems. To simulate a moving object, need an flexible path. So this report suggests a $B\acute{e}zier$ curve algorithm for generation of smooth curve path. And when new developments of weapon systems are started, many kinds of simulators are created. But, these simulators are not reused in other project because there are different kinds of development environment. So need to allow users to add specific features, And this report suggests using Dynamic Link Library(DLL).

MPEG-2 비트열로부터 객체 기반 MPEG-4 응용을 위한 고속 정보 추출 알고리즘 (Fast information extraction algorithm for object-based MPEG-4 application from MPEG-2 bit-streamaper)

  • 본 논문에서는 MPEG-2 비트열로부터 객체 기반 MPEG-4로의 고속 변환을 위한 정보 추출 알고리즘을 소개한다. 객체 기반 MPEG-4로의 변환을 위한 정보로써 객체 영상과 형상 정보, 매크로블록 움직임 벡터, 헤더정보가 MPEG-2로부터 추출된다. 추출된 정보를 이용하면 객체 기반 MPEG-4로의 고속 변환이 가능하다. 가장 중요한 정보인 객체 영상 추출은 MPEG-2의 움직임 벡터와 워터쉐드 알고리즘을 이용하여 이루어진다. 사용자의 인지정보를 이용하여 프레임 내에서 객체를 추출하고, 추출된 객체로 연속된 프레임에서 객체를 추적하게 된다. 수행 중 객체의 빠른 움직임으로 만족스럽지 못한 결과를 내더라도, 사용자가 개입하여 다시 좋은 결과를 얻을 수 있도록 하였다. 객체 추적 과정은 크게 두 단계로 객체 추출 단계와 객체 추적 단계로 나누어져 있다. 객체 추출 단계는 블록분류와 워터쉐드 알고리즘으로 자동 분할된 영상에서 사용자가 직접 객체를 추출하는 단계이다. 사용자가 개입하는 단계이기 때문에, 번거로울 수 있으나 손쉽게 추출할 수 있도록 구현하였다. 객체 추적 단계는 연속된 프레임 에서 객체를 추적하는 단계로 MPEG-2 움직임 벡터와 객체 모양 정보를 이용하여 고속으로 구해지고 워터쉐드 알고리즘으로 윤곽선 보정작업을 하였다. 실험 결과 MPEG-2 비트스트림으로부터 객체 기반 MPEG-4로의 고속변환이 가능함을 알 수 있었다.

Trajectory Generation of a Moving Object for a Mobile Robot in Predictable Environment

  • In the field of machine vision using a single camera mounted on a mobile robot, although the detection and tracking of moving objects from a moving observer, is complex and computationally demanding task. In this paper, we propose a new scheme for a mobile robot to track and capture a moving object using images of a camera. The system consists of the following modules: data acquisition, feature extraction and visual tracking, and trajectory generation. And a single camera is used as visual sensors to capture image sequences of a moving object. The moving object is assumed to be a point-object and projected onto an image plane to form a geometrical constraint equation that provides position data of the object based on the kinematics of the active camera. Uncertainties in the position estimation caused by the point-object assumption are compensated using the Kalman filter. To generate the shortest time trajectory to capture the moving object, the linear and angular velocities are estimated and utilized. The experimental results of tracking and capturing of the target object with the mobile robot are presented.

  • The basic model of decision problem the enterprise is conforonted with includes the following 3 elements ; 1) Elements that can not be controlled by the decision maker : In the thesis elements are named environmental variables, and varied itself according to the change of environmental condition. 2) Elements that can be controlled by the decision maker ; These elements are called decision elements in the thesis and variable according to the event. 3) object of decision making : The degree of achievement to the object is identified by taking various criteria- The index indicating the degree of achievement to the object whatever criterion is applied is called object function in the thesis. It's the fanetion of environmental variable, decision variable and object function. The relation between them brings forth the relation formula that characterize the each problem. The basic types of decision making model use in the thesis are as following ; 1) The problem of decision making under conditions of certainty. 2) The problem of decision making under conditions of risk. 3) The problem of decision making under conditions of uncertainty. 4) The problem of decision making under competitive condition. in general case that the Profit of two decision makers varies, what we regard the decision that make the sum of profit of two men maximum as the best choice for two men has a reasonability in certain case. When the sum of profit two men is zero, by taking toe promise that ail of them art according to the min-max criteria and by extending the object of choice to the mixed strategy. We certify the existance of equilibrium solution and admit them as the best solution of competitive model in general.

  • This paper investigated on influence on the distinguishability of renal stone in the accordance with thickness of object, x-ray tube voltage and base density. In the relationship between object and renal stone shadow, object and tube voltage, the obtained results can be summarized as the following. 1. When thickness of object was thin, the distinguishability increased in base density $2.0{\sim}2.5$, but for adults was best shown in base density 1.5. 2. In the relationship between object and tube voltage, the distinguishability increased at lower tube voltages ($50{\sim}60\;kVp$), using grid. As mentioned above, it was thought that this method was very effective in describing the phenomena of renal stone in film density 1.5, tube voltages 60 kVp.

  • Robots are required to assist our activities in daily life. In this paper, we focus on arm movement to catch moving object as one of important tasks frequently performed by human. We propose an algorithm which enables a robot to perform human-like arm motion to catch a moving object. First we analyze human hand trajectories and velocity profiles to catch an object. From the experimental results, we extract some characteristics in the process of approaching and following a moving object and confirm that these are necessary to realize human-like motion. We then adopt an instantaneous optimal control method which evaluates the error and energy cost at each sampling step, and design two time-varying weight matrices to introduce human characteristic into robot motion.   • 본 연구에서는 요즘 학습자들의 다양한 능력 수준과 심리적 요인들을 동시에 고려하여 VRML 저작툴을 이용한 가상전시공간을 설계하였다. 감상학습을 현실감있게 하고, 상호 작용적이며, 흥미로운 학습동기를 유발하고자 Photo Vista, Object Modeler, Reality Studio 등의 3D WBI 저작툴을 이용한 Panorama Image와 3D Object 모듈을 구현하는 방법을 구현하였다. 본 연구에서는 이 가상 전시공간이 학생들의 미술교육에서 현실감있는 작품감상으로 학생들의 심미적인 면에 얼마나 많은 영향을 미치는지를 연구하고자 한다.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the internal meanings of dolls and dolls' images expressed in modern fashion show. Dolls are used as sacred object, decoration object, playing object, personified object or cherished object. The expression types of doll image in modern fashion are as following; substitutes of multi-ego, object of sexual desire, objectified creature, and medium of transcending fantasy. First, dolls image as substitutes of multi-ego had been expressed in magical expression, disgusting mask, transparent mannequin, expressionless, horror, conflict, loss of identity, exaggeration or escapism. Second, as object of sexual desire, dolls image are expressed as naked baby, ambiguous expression, naked body, voluminous body, emphasized specific bodypart, heavy makeup or wax doll of sexy actresses. Third, as objectified creature, dolls are human body in passive form. Human bodies are disassembled and reassembled as dolls. Such dolls reflect serious reality. They wrap up human like product and objectify it. Fourth, dolls image expressed as medium of transcending fantasy recollects youth age or expresses imagination on ambiguous virtual reality. Like this, dolls have value as creatures in various fields of modern fashion. Dolls contribute a lot in creating important inspiration. Dolls also expose internal mentality and represent ego. Externally, dolls express human shape becoming more and more materialized and objectified by advancing scientific technology in digital capitalistic society.

  • We represent a method of 3-D object recognition using multi images in this paper. The recognition process is executed as follows. Object models as prior knowledgement are generated and stored on a computer. To extract features of a recognized object, three CCD cameras are set at vertices of a regular triangle and take images of an object to be recognized. By comparing extracted features with generated models, the object is recognized. In general, it is difficult to recognize 3-D objects because there are the following problems such as how to make the correspondence to both stereo images, generate and store an object model according to a recognition process, and effectively collate information gotten from input images. We resolve these problems using the method that the collation on the basis of features independent on the viewpoint, the generation of object models as enumerating some candidate models in an early recognition level, the execution a tight cooperative process among results gained by analyzing each image. We have made experiments based on real images in which polyhedral objects are used as objects to be recognized. Some of results reveal the usefulness of the proposed method.

이동 물체 추적을 위한 경계선 추출 (Boundary Line Extract for Moving Object Tracking)

  • 본 논문에서는 3차원 영상 처리 시스템을 이용한 이동 물체 추적을 위한 경계선 추출 알고리즘을 제시하였다. 이동 물체의 검출은 입력 영상에서 차 영상 기법을 이용하였고, 이동 물체 검출을 위한 검출 윈도우는 처리시간을 줄이기 위하여 4개의 예상영역과 물체영역으로 구성하였으며, 크기는 이동 물체의 크기와 중심 좌표에 대한 예측 계수에 의해 정하였고, 추적 카메라는 직류 모터에 의해 X, Y 방향으로 이동하도록 하였다. 모형 자동차를 이용하여 알고리즘을 수행한 결과, 최대 추적 시간은 2초였고, 추적 에러는 물체 크기의 6% 이하였다.
