Large gains in speech intelligibility can be obtained using the SNR-based binary mask approach. This approach retains the time-frequency (T-F) units of the mixture signal, where the target signal is stronger than the interference noise (masker) (e.g., SNR > 0 dB), and removes the T-F units, where the interfering noise is dominant. This paper introduces two alternative binary masks based on the distortion constraints to improve the speech intelligibility. The distortion constraints are induced by a gain function for estimating the short-time spectral amplitude. One binary mask is designed to retain the speech underestimated (T-F) units while removing the speech overestimated (T-F)units. The other binary mask is designed to retain the noise overestimated (T-F) units while removing noise underestimated (T-F) units. Listening tests with oracle binary masks were conducted to assess the potential of the two binary masks in improving the intelligibility. The results suggested that the two binary masks based on distortion constraints can provide large gains in intelligibility when applied to noise-corrupted speech.

This paper is a study on the fatigue analysis using BS5400 Part10(1980), code of practice for fatigue for a double link type level luffing jib crane which has been operated since the crane was built in 1985 at a domestic pier. South Korea. In addition, on the basis of the design lift due to fatigue analysis and the number of cracks detected from the nondestructive test the structural reliability and the residual life of the crane is predicted by evaluating the expected development of detectable fatigue oracle during the next five to ten years using Paris's Law for predicting fatigue crack growth and Gaussian probability density function to be reasonable for stress ranges below the mean values determined by laboratory tests. The statistical data used for the analysis of the structural reliability and life expectancy is given in the above referred code.

본 논문에서는 영지식 기술로부터 얻어진 신분인증 방식을 둔 사용자 쌍방에 그대로 적응시켜 얻은 상호 신분인증 프로토콜은 oracle session attack하에서 결코 안전하지 않음을 보인다. 그 예로서 참고문헌 (1)에 제시된 프로토콜은 신분인증 과정뿐만 아니라 키 분배 과정 역시 안전하지 않으며 또한 참고문헌 (2)의 프로토콜 역시 상호 신분인증 과정은 전혀 안전하지 않음을 보인다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 공격이 성공할 수 있었던 몇 가지 요인들을 분석하여 안전한 상호 신분인증 프로토콜을 설계하는 체계적인 방법을 제시하고 이를 바탕으로 기존의 신분인증 방식을 키 분배가 가능한 안전한 상호 신용인증 방식으로 재구성한 몇 가지 설계 예들을 제시하기로 한다.

As part of effort to reduce the process time from design to manufacture and delivery, the concept of CE(concurrent engineering) has been applied to design process. In this research, the drawing information management system (DIMS) was developed based on CE. The system can distribute electronic documents of drawing or work instruction parallel to all reviewers simultaneously and collect their annotations through network. Mark-up functions are used for annotations on the electronic documents. DIMS is a system which integrates drawing management, engineering BOM, CAD and raster drawings, etc. In this system, a SUN workstation is interfaced with PCs by LAN. CIMCAD-2D, Image Hunter, and ORACLE RDBMS are used for CAD drawings, raster drawings, and drawing information management, respectively. As an integration tool for all the information, LINKAGE is adopted.

Since the advance of WWW, internet related fields have been growing very rapidly. Especially, the development of electronic commerce ares have changed even or life style. This paper is about the design and implementation of an internet auction system, which is considered as on of the most attractive internet services. An internet auction system has more complex processes compared with other electronic commerce systems. In auction systems, bids and a successful bid are required in trading all goods. In this paper, I designed and implemented all processes of an internet auction system, in which a bid tracing systems is included for the first time. The bid tracing system is implemented using only HTTP in maintain compatibility in WWW environment. I also used th JAVA blocking concept to simulate two-way communication. The proposed system is implemented on Windows NT environment using JAVA, ASP, and the Oracle database.

본 논문은 MPEG-4 인코딩/디코딩 기반의 멀티미디어 메시징 서비스 시스템 설계 및 구현에 관한 연구인다. 본 시스템은 멀티미디어 스트리밍 기술을 기반으로 한 영상 통신 시스템의 구현을 목표로 했으며, 이 기술은 IP 환경에서 동영상을 기반으로 1:1 통화와 상대방이 부재시 음성과 영상이 통합된 멀티미디어 메시지 데이터를 수신하여 저장하고 상대방에게 전송하는 비 실시간 멀티미디어 메시징 서비스를 제공하는 구조를 제안한다. 또한, 수신된 영상 메시지는 웹 검색기를 사용하여 웹을 통해 확인할 수 있는 인터페이스 프로토콜을 제안하였다. 제안된 구조 및 프로토콜은 Solaris 2.7 및 oracle 8i 환경 하에서 Visual C++를 이용하여 구현하였다.

소프트웨어 시험은 소프트웨어의 신뢰성을 직접적으로 향상시킬 수 있는 방법 중의 하나이지만 일반적으로 상당히 많은 비용이 드는 개발 과정이다. 따라서 경제적인 소프트웨어 개발을 위하여 소프트웨어 시험성을 강화시킬 수 있는 메커니즘들이 요구된다. 본 논문은 소프트웨어 시험성 강화 메커니즘들 중의 하나인 테스트 오러클의 생성을 지원하는 시험 환경의 구축 방법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 테스트 오러클 생성 지원 환경의 목적은 Statechart로 기술된 시험 대상 소프트웨어의 행위 모델로부터 실행 가능한 테스트 오러클의 생성을 지원하는 것이다.

This paper presents a design of network and database structure of the integrated system for power system operational planning and analysis that will be more economical and stable of power system operation. An alias of this system is Highly Integrated Total Energy System(HITES). The Client/server model of HITES is designed as a remote data management model. The input/output-type of application programs and Oracle server is standardized. The separated user-databases from main-database strengthen security of HITES. It is plan to do that tables and relationships are defined by database designs. The connection of application program and DBMS of HITES will be tested through database design and data construction.

An aggregate signature scheme is a digital signature scheme that allows aggregation of n distinct signatures by n distinct users on n distinct messages. In this paper, we present an aggregate signcryption scheme (ASC) that is useful for reducing the size of certification chains (by aggregating all signatures in the chain) and for reducing message size in secure routing protocols. The new ASC scheme combines identity-based encryption and the aggregation of signatures in a practical way that can simultaneously satisfy the security requirements for confidentiality and authentication. We formally prove the security of the new scheme in a random oracle model with respect to security properties IND-CCA2, AUTH-CMA2, and EUF-CMA.

Nowadays, many commercial ERP products, such as Oracle, SAP, and Baan, etc, are designed based on large-scaled companies. It is difficult for small and medium-size companies with weakness in budgets and resources(e.g., human, organization, technique, and so on) to use them as it was. So, new ERP system need to be provided for small and medium-size companies. In this paper, we model and provide a conceptual ERP model for small and medium-size companies by using "4＋1 View" architecture model of Unified Modeling Language(UML). The conceptual ERP model consists of five subsystems： Manufacturing, Sales, HumanResource and Payroll, Accounting, and Trading. Especially, we describe the conceptual ERP model focusing on "Manufacturing" subsystem by using several diagrams of UML. By using the conceptual ERP model, the ERP system′s developers of small and medium-size companies can obtain many benefits： improving the efficiency of software developing process and helping user requirements gathering and description of ERP system′s nonfunctional aspect as well as functional aspect.
