Effects of $TiO_2$ addition on the structural properties of ${MgFe_2}{O_4}$ ceramics for humidity sensor substrate ($TiO_2$가 습도센서용 ${MgFe_2}{O_4}$세라믹스의 구조적 특성에 미치는 영향)

  • 본 논문에서는 MgFe$_{2}$O$_{4}$ 세라믹스의 구조적 특성을 개선하기 위하여 TiO$_{2}$를 0-10[wt%] 첨가하여 세라믹스를 만들고 TiO$_{2}$가 습도센서용 MgFe$_{2}$O$_{4}$ 세라믹스의 구조적 특성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 각 시편은 TiO$_{2}$가 첨가되는 양이 증대함에 따라 NgTi$_{2}$O$_{5}$의 이상이 나타났다. TiO$_{2}$의 첨가량이 6[wt%]일 때 까지는 시편의 밀도가 증가하여 기공율의 저하를 가져왔고 기공의 크기가 최소가 되는 조성은 5[wt%]의 TiO$_{2}$가 첨가되었을 때이며 이때의 평균 기공의 크기는 1615[.angs.]이었다. 따라서 5[wt%]의 TiO$_{2}$를 첨가했을 때가 기공의 크기 조절에 최적이라고 생각되며 센서용 기판으로 응용하기 적합하다고 생각된다.

  • Single crystals of nanocomposite [GaO4Al12(OH)24(H2O)12][Al(OH)6Mo6O18]2(OH)${\cdot}$30H2O, 2, were obtained by the reaction between [GaO4Al12(OH)24(H2O)12]7+ and [Mo7O24]6- clusters in an aqueous solution, analogously to the [AlO4Al12(OH)24(H2O)12][Al(OH)6Mo6O18]2(OH)${\cdot}$29.5H2O nanocomposite, 1. The crystal structure of 2 was determined by single crystal x-ray diffraction; space group $C2}c$ (No. 15), a = 27.418(2) $\AA$, b = 15.647(2) $\AA$, c = 23.960(4) $\AA$, $\beta$ = $102.850(9)^{\circ}$, V = 10,021.5(20) $\AA3$ , Z = 4. Detailed analysis of the structural data show that the clusters are held by intimate hydrogen bondings of the surface O2- and OH- groups of the clusters as well as the ionic interactions between the oppositely charged cluster ions.

  • 이산화티타늄($TiO_2$)의 띠 간격 (Band-Gap) 에너지를, 자외선 영역에서 질소와 $Ag-PbMoO_4$를 이용하여 가시광 응답형 광촉매를 제조하기 위하여 실험하였다. 이와 함께 제조한 "$AgPbMoO_4+N-TiO_2$"가 $TiO_2$, $N-TiO_2$, $PbMoO_4$, $AgPbMoO_4$에 비해 에너지 흡수 파장대의 향상을 확인하고 XRD, XPS, FE-SEM, UV-vis-DRS diffuse reflectance spectroscopy 분석을 통해 특성평가 및 분말의 광촉매 활성을 염료의 광촉매 분해반응으로 규명하였다.

  • The Amazon Go was the catalyst of O4O era. O4O is an advanced business model from O2O, which is the integration of offline service to online, especially through smart phone network. We also find the O2O strategy of digital contents companies such as Kakao and Line. This study examined the relation between online character experience and offline purchasing intention on related character products. The SEM was designed on the former study that based on the theory of user experience and brand attitude. The result of this study shows that the users' online experience have influence on the purchasing intention of offline related products and there exist the mediating routes of satisfaction of user experience, brand preference and brand reliability. There are no statistical support to the relation between satisfaction of user experience and purchasing intention. These points illustrate what marketers better to focus on transmedia strategies.

  • Nanorod-clustered $MnO_2$ precursors with ${\alpha}$-, ${\beta}$-, and ${\gamma}$-phases are synthesized by hydrothermal reaction of $MnSO_45H_2O$ and $(NH_4)S_2O_8$. The formation of nanorod-clustered ${\beta}-MnO_2$ is particularly confirmed under the conditions of high reactant concentration and hydrothermal reaction at $150^{\circ}C$. The spinel $LiMn_2O_4$ nanorod-clusters are also prepared by lithiating the $MnO_2$ precursors, varying the concentration of lithiating agent ($LiC_3H_3O_2{\cdot}2H_2O$) and heat treatment temperature, and characterized for use as cathode material of lithium-ion batteries. As a result, the nanorod-clustered $LiMn_2O_4$ prepared from the ${\beta}-MnO_2$ at higher $LiC_3H_3O_2{\cdot}2H_2O$ concentration and the annealing at $800^{\circ}C$ is proven to show the cubic spinel structure and to achieve the high initial discharge capacity of 120 mAh/g.

  • LiMn2O4 thin fiolm cathodes for Li-ion secondary battery were fabricated by r.f. magnetron sputtering technique. As-deposited films were amorphous. A spinel structure could not be obtained LiMn2O4 films by in-situ thermal annealing. After post thermal annealing over $700^{\circ}C$ in oxygen atmosphere, LiMn2O4 films prepared above 100 W r.f. power could be crystallized into a spinel structure. The electrochemical property of the LiMn2O4 film cathodes was tested in a Li/1 M LiClO4 in PC/LiMn2O4 cell. From cyclic voltammetry at scan rate of 2mV/sec of 2.5~4.5V, LiMn2O4 electrode prepared by post annealing at 75$0^{\circ}C$ showed good initial capacity. LiMn2O4 electrode prepared by post annealing at 80$0^{\circ}C$ showed the best crycling performance.

Ethanol Gas Sensing Properties of In2O3 Nanowires Coated with Co3O4 Nanoparticles (Co3O4 나노입자가 코팅된 In2O3 나노와이어의 에탄올 가스 검출 특성)

  • $In_2O_3$ nanowires were coated with $Co_3O_4$ nanoparticles to investigate the improvement of ethanol gas sensing performance compared with as-synthesized $In_2O_3$ nanowires. Scanning electron microscopy showed that the nanowires synthesized by VLS mechanism had diameters and lengths of approximately 50-100 nm and a few micrometers, respectively. $Co_3O_4$ nanoparticles produced by hydrothermal method was in the size range of a few to a few tens nm. As-synthesized and $Co_3O_4$ nanoparticles coated $In_2O_3$ nanowires sensors exhibited responses of 1.96% and 4.57%, respectively for the ethanol gas concentration of 200 ppm at $200^{\circ}C$. The underlying mechanism for the improved responses of $Co_3O_4$ nanoparticles coated $In_2O_3$ nanowires sensors is discussed.

Ethanol Gas Sensing Properties of NiO-based Composite Oxide Semiconductor with Co3O4 Nanoparticles (산화코발트 나노입자의 첨가에 따른 산화니켈 기반 반도체 산화물의 에탄올 가스 검출 특성 향상)

  • NiO nanoparticles were synthesized by hydrothermal method for the application to ethanol gas sensor. They were composited with $Co_3O_4$ nanoparticles to improve the sensitivity to ethanol gas. Scanning electron microscopy revealed that the synthesized NiO nanoparticles were plate-shaped with the approximate size and thickness of 60 - 120 nm and 20 nm, respectively. On the other hand, $Co_3O_4$ nanoparticles mixed with NiO was observed to be spherical with the size range of 30 - 50 nm. The sensitivities of NiO sensors composited with $Co_3O_4$ nanoparticles at an optimal ratio of 8 : 2 were enhanced to approximately 1.44 - 1.79 times as high as those of as-synthesized NiO sensors for the ethanol concentration of 10 - 200 ppm at $200^{\circ}C$. The mechanism of the improved ethanol gas sensing of the NiO sensors composited with $Co_3O_4$ nanoparticles was discussed.

Effect of $B_2O_3$ and CuO on the Sintering Temperature and the Microwave Dielectric Properties of BaO-$Sm_2O_3-4TiO_2$ Ceramics ($B_2O_3$와 CuO의 첨가가 $BaO-Sm_2O_3-4TiO_2$ 세라믹스의 소결온도와 고주파 유전특성에 미치는 영향)

  • [ $BaO-Sm_2O_3-4TiO_2$ ] 세라믹을 LTCC용 재료로 사용하기 위해 $B_2O_3$와 CuO를 소결조제로 첨가하여 소결온도를 낮추었다. 10.0 mol%의 $B_2O_3$만을 첨가하였을 경우 $1000^{\circ}C$에서 2시간 소결시 er=72.23, Qf=4,050GHz, ${\tau}f=-0.574ppm/^{\circ}C$의 우수한 유전 특성값을 얻을 수 있었지만, $960^{\circ}C$이하에서는 소결이 잘 이루어지지 않았다. $B_2O_3$와 CuO를 동시에 소결조제로 첨가하였을 경우에는 $900^{\circ}C$에서 2시간 소결시 10.0 mol% $B_2O_3$, 15.0 mol% CuO의 첨가조성에서 ${\varepsilon}r$=70.09, Qf=4,728GHz의 우수한 유전특성을 보여 고유전율을 가진 저온 동시 소결용 재료로서의 가능성을 보여주었다. 이처럼 BaO-$Sm_2O_3-4TiO_2$ 세라믹의 소결온도를 낮출 수 있었던 요인은 소결온도보다 용융점이 낮은 2차상들이 액상을 형성하여 액상소결이 진행되었기 때문이며 이때 소결에 기여한 이차상들은 결정화되지 못하고 비정질 상태로 남아있는 것으로 추정된다.

  • Two new nickel vanadium borophosphate cluster compounds, $(NH_4)_{10}[Ni(H_2O)_5]_4[V_2P_2BO_{12}]_6{\cdot}nH_2O$ (1) and $(NH_4)_{3.5}(C_3H_{12}N_2)_{3.5}[Ni(H_2O)_6]_{1.25}{[Ni(H_2O)_5]_2[V_2P_2BO_{12}]_6{\cdot}nH_2O$ (2) have been synthesized and structurally characterized. Inter-diffusion methods were employed to prepare the compounds. The cluster anion $[(NH_4)\;{\supset}\;V_2P_2BO_{12}]_6$ is used as a building unit in the synthesis of new compounds containing $Ni(H_2O){^{2+}_5}$ in the presence of pyrazine and 1,3-diaminopropane. Compounds contain isolated cluster anions with general composition ${[Ni(H_2O)_5]_n[(NH_4)\;{\supset}\;V_2P_2BO_{12}]_6}^{-(17-2n)}$ (n = 2, 4).
