This paper presents an artificial intelligent model for a soccer robot. We classified soccer robot as artificial intelligent model into three elemental groups as instinct, intuition, reason. Instinct is responsible for keeping the ball, driving or rushing toward the ball. This is very simple fundamental action without regard to associates and enemies. Intuition contributes to the fast/slow moving and simple basic turing to get near to the ball and to make a goal noticing associates and enemies. Reason is the most intelligent part. The law of reason is not simple relatively with instinct and intuition. We also compared nerve system and muscles of human being model with controller and motor of physical soccer robot model individually. We had designed several algorithms and made programs th investigate effects and control soccer robot.

예인수조에서 저항추진 성능을 추정하기 위한 선형시험을 수행한 때는 계측정도에 나쁜 영향을 주는 불안정현상에 유의하여야 한다. 불안정현상을 일으키는 큰 원인인 수조수 수심에 따른 수온의 불균일, 연중 수온의 변화, 난류촉진장치, 저항시험 사의 이복현상에 대해 검토하였다. 그리고 수조수 순환, 수조동 난방, 탈기장지 및 난류촉진장치의 개선 등을 그 해결 방안으로 제시하였다.

Today the occurrence and world-wide transfusion of the AIDS has brought about new problems related to family relations. The AIDS is more threatening than any other disease because of the special processes of infection trough sex and intravenous injections high care cost and terminal death. The AIDS causes conflicts among family members economic destitution and family dissolution. In the U.S Marriage without noticing of the AIDS may lead to divorce like injuries abandonment and misfeasance during marriage. But the AIDS victims should not be rejected from the rights of parental decision divorce beneficiaries and visiting rights. More discussion is needed about such issues as the pregnancy rights rongful birth action and selective nontreatment by doctors. The AIDS may influence the every party involved and interdisplinary studies should be required to solve the problem including family science laws psychology sociology and medical research as well.

In this paper, a persistent L1 influence on L2 argument structure acquisition is observed in terms of complement and adjunct PPs. Since the distinction between these two PPs in L1 seems not as sharp as in L2, overgeneralization is anticipated in the L2 acquisition due to L1 transfer. Result of an experimental study shows that Korean learners of English do not successfully acquire L2 verb meanings as to which locative PP is obligatory and which is not. Generally, learners transfer the L1 properties when asked to judge grammaticality. Some possible source of constraints in L2 acquisition, such as input frequency and noticing ability is proposed as possible explanations of data. Finally, pedagogical implications in language classroom for vocabulary acquisition are discussed.

The death from suffocation due to the gas from various disaster is frequent very and it occurs. Specially only from the company which treats the gas and only the enterprise which maintains the gas the many greeting accident occurs. Also accidents could occur when working around the toxic gas without one's noticing Therefore a development of the portable gas ditectoror is very essential. Specially with development of design and the new product of the electric chemical sensor might help reducing the many accidents. From the side which protects a worker's life, it isn't just simple equipment but also it must be connected directly to life saving is very important. Therefore, the key technical contents of development must be focused on sensor which is simple and easy to carry and able to detect varieties of toxic gas. So, this study is about the product design which is simple and easy to carry and to use.

The SCM is that Supply Chain Network is Promptly and Voluntarily Optimized in Unstable Market Change Environment. The Cash flow Efficiency of Hole Supply Chain Network is Improved by Changing the Information and Changing the Foundation of Business Processes. The Role of WMS has been Changing Importantly with the Introduction of SCM. WMS Needed to Change to the Information Center in Order to Change Information in Real Time and the WMS of Information Storing in Order to Support an Idea Decision. This Development was Defined about the Importance of WMS in SCM Environment. The Criterion of Valuation is Normally Measured Time between Taking a Order Receive and Bringing the Items to Customer. The Decreasing Move Time of Order Picker in Warehouse is Directly Influence to the Job Execution. So, this Research is Defined about the Optimized Route of Order Picker and Suggests Algorithm. To do this, Past Algorithm is Studied. It's Easy to Introduce and this Study is Looking for Method about the Noticing of Order Picker. The Algorithm will Improve to be Adapt to Standard Process System.

In this paper, noticing the point of human's ability which appropriately cope with vague conditions, we design fuzzy traffic signal light controller similar to human's distinction ability and decide the optimum cycle most suited to any traffic junction using fuzzy identification algorithm. In this study, for the control output decision process we design fuzzy controller better than electronic vehicle actuated controller in performance. We propose the cycle decision method which is not limited by the variance of traffic junction vehicle number through overcoming the limit of Webster's method which is adopted by the fixed cycle controller. Simulated experimental results show that fuzzy controller and fuzzy identification algorithm are better than the existing electronic vehicle actuated controller and fixed cycle controller in delay time per vehicle.

Psycho-social-spiritual care should be included with comprehensive nursing care of cancer patient. Because of human being have four dimensions as physical, psychological, social and spiritual dimension and they do interactional relationship with themselves, others and God. So caregivers of cancer patient have to recognize what they have psycho-social-spiritual needs and have to consider how caregivers can combine these in comprehensive nursing care. Cancer patient will be experienced shock, feeling of crisis and fear of death and will be showed denial, anger, bargaining, depression, accept or give-up, hope, spiritual distress and spiritual needs to which help them to do some rituals or interactions according their religion. Loving attitude is essential of cancer patient care especially of psycho-social-spiritual care. Dr. Kim and her some colleques investigated about this and find out 10 concepts(Caring Behaviors) by Graunded Theory Methodology. They are Noticing, Participating, Sharing, Active Listening, Complimenting, Companioning, Comforting, Hoping, Forgiving, Accepting.

3 phase induction motor applied in the method of connecting it directly across the line needs large current when it starts. At that time, leakage magnetic pathes of interior of the motor are severely saturated and leakage reactances are decreased because of saturation. Consequently, increased current and raised powerfactor yield increase of starting torque. The author, noticing those phenomena, derived experimentally the raion of decreasing leakage reactance from the fact that when voltage applied to motor is increased under locked condition the magnitude of current and phase angle are varied, and determined tha equations of starting current and starting torque, considering the decrease of leakage reactance by the large starting current. The author calculated the characteristics of Current-Time and Speed-Time with the determined equation at specific load conditions, and compared the values obtained from above calculations with those from circle diagram's method and the practically recorded values at same load conditions. Therefore, the authos got a confidience that the results of the derived theory coincide with the practically measured values more well than circle diagram's results and circle diagram's equation should be modified in order to analize the starting status of a induction motor.

Deployment of green transportation in reverse logistics is a key issue for low carbon technologies. To cope with such logistic innovation, this paper proposes a hybrid approach to solve practical vehicle routing problem (VRP) of pickup type that is common when considering the reverse logistics. Noticing that transportation cost depends not only on distance traveled but also on weight loaded, we propose a hierarchical procedure that can design an economically efficient reverse logistics network even when the scale of the problem becomes very large. Since environmental concerns are of growing importance in the reverse logistics field, we need to reveal some prospects that can reduce $CO_2$ emissions from the economically optimized VRP in the same framework. In order to cope with manifold circumstances, the above idea has been deployed by extending the Weber model to the generalized Weber model and to the case with an intermediate destination. Numerical experiments are carried out to validate the effectiveness of the proposed approach and to explore the prospects for future green reverse logistics.
