야외관찰과 사육실험을 통하여 과거에 한국에서 Hydropsyche KUe로 알려져 온 동양줄날도래의 미성숙단계와 성충의 관계를 밝혔다. 각 영의 유충, 유충은신처, 번데기, 번데기집, 수컷과 암컷성충을 기재하였으며, 간략한 생태에 대하여 기록하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the process of overcoming professional burnout among clinical nurses. Methods: Data were collected from 12 clinical nurses through in-depth interviews about their actual experiences. The main question was "How do you describe your experience of the process of overcoming professional burnout?" Qualitative data from the field notes and transcribed notes were analyzed using the grounded theory methodology developed by Strauss & Corbin. Results: The core category of experience of the process of professional burnout among clinical nurses was identified as "Keeping a balance by awakening-relaxing-coexisting". The participants used six interactional strategies such as 'Confronting problems', 'Exposing problems', 'Laying the mind's burdens down', 'Taking a breather', 'Seeing from a different perspective', 'Accepting realities'. The results of overcoming process of professional burnout were 'Coexisting' and 'Revitalizing'. Conclusion: The results of this study provide useful information for designing supportive programs and policies to solve professional burnout in clinical nurses.

In my former paper [3] I defined an almost periodicity of weakly sationary random processes (a.p.w.s.p.) and presented some basic results of it. In this paper I shall present some notes on the Fourier series of an a.p.w.s.p., resulting from [3]. All the conditions at the introduction of [3] are assumed to hold without repreating them here. The essential facts are as follows : The weakly stationary process $X(t,\omega), t\in(-\infty,\infty), \omega\in\Omega$, defined on a probability space $(\Omega,a,P)$, has a spectral representation $$X(t,\omega)=\int_{-\infty}^{infty}{e^{it\lambda\xi}(d\lambda,\omega)},$$ where $\xi(\lambda)$ is a random measure. Then, the continuous covariance $\rho(\mu) = E(X(t+u) X(t))$ has the form $$\rho(u)=\int_{-\infty}^{infty}{e^{iu\lambda}F(d\lambda)},$$ $E$\mid$\xi(\lambda+0)-\xi(\lambda-0)$\mid$^2 = F(\lambda+0) - F(\lambda-0) \lambda\in(-\infty,\infty)$, assumimg that $\rho(u)$ is a uniformly almost periodic function.

On 28 April 2008, a male Himalayan Swiftlet (Aerodramus brevirostris) was captured and examined at a night roost of swallows on Hongdo Island, Jeollanam-do, Korea. This is the first record of this species from Korea confirmed by specimen examination. We describe morphological features and some phylogenetic notes of the Himalayan Swiftlet found.

본 논문에서는 신경회로망 알고리즘 중 하나인 backpropagation network을 이용한 악보인식 기법과 그에 필요한 악보 영상에 대한 전처리 기법을 제안한다. 전처리과정으로 이진화, 기울기 보정, 오선제거 등의 과정을 수행하여 인식에 필요한 음악 기호와 음표를 분리한다. 분리된 음악 기호와 음표들은 backpropagation 알고리즘을 사용하여 구성된 음표 인식 신경망과 비음표 인식 신경망을 통해 각각 음표와 비음표 인식과정을 거친다. 다양한 복잡도를 가진 악보를 대상으로 한 실험 및 분석 결과를 통해 제안한 악보 인식 기법의 정확도를 기술하였다.

The earwig species Spongovostox sakaii Nishikawa, 2006 is reported from the Korean Peninsula for the first time. The species was originally described from Amami-Oshima, Nansei Islands, Japan, which is located in the Oriental Region. Its distribution in Korea was confirmed by collections from Gwangneung Forest, which is located in the middle of South Korea. This is also first record of the pantropical genus Spongovostox Burr, 1911a from the Palearctic Region. Along with Labia minor Linnaeus, 1758 and Paralabellula curvicauda (Motschulsky, 1863), which had been reported from Korea previously, notes on the species are provided. And a key, descriptions, photos, and illustrations are given for their identification.

Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f. (Celastraceae), collected from Phia Oac-Phia Den National Park of Vietnam, is reported here as a new generic and species record for the flora of Vietnam. The genus Tripterygium differs from other genera of Celastraceae by its samara fruits, which become three-winged at maturity, and a scandent shrub. Taxonomic notes, descriptions, line drawing and photographs are provided, together with short notes on the distribution, ecology and phenology of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f. (Celastraceae).

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the simulation experiences of nursing baccalaureate students in their pediatric rotation. Methods: Fifty-three students responded to open-ended questions after three sessions of pediatric simulation experiences. The practice reflection notes of the students were also analyzed to identify educational outcomes coming from nursing simulation experiences. Results: The open-ended questions and practice reflection notes showed that simulated pediatric practice provided a virtual experience within safe environment. It also increased learning motivation, clinical decision making, and overall self-confidence of the nursing students. Conclusion: The findings of this study suggest that simulation can enhance the quality of nursing education through positive clinical experiences.
