In this paper, we considered heterogeneous spectrum sharing system where the number of subcarriers of the primary user (PU) was twice as much as that of the secondary user (SU). In this case, due to non-orthogonality and inter-carrier interference (ICI) from SU to PU, it is difficult to satisfy the interference constraint of PU. In order to mitigate ICI and satisfy the interference constraint, we proposed a new transmission scheme of the SU with power allocation scheme. The proposed scheme will only generate subcarrier-by-subcarrier interference. Therefore, it can easily satisfy the interference constraint of the PR and enhance the capacity of the SU. In addition, we derived the ergodic capacity of the SU. Based on numerical results, we confirmed that the proposed schemes could guarantee SU with a reliable capacity while satisfying the interference constraint of the PU. In addition, the derived capacity well matched the numerical results.
The size of song repertoires mainly provides evidence for explaining sexual selection for female choice as well as male-male competition. We investigated the role of oriental great reed warbler songs (Acrocephalus orientalis) of breeding territorial males. Early arrived males possessed larger song repertoires, paired earlier, and tended to become polygynous. No correlation was found between arrival date and territory size, but polygynous males significantly occupied larger territories than non polygynous males. Song sharing was low among males and the degree of similarity did not relate with spatial distance. Our results suggest that song repertoire of the oriental great reed warbler males play a role in female choice, where territory quality may affect male pairing success.
Korean displays an interesting construction (so-called possessor agreement construction), where a possessor nominal and its possessum nominal are marked with the same case as shown in the example Mary-ka John-ul tali-lul cha-ss-ta ‘Mary kicked John's leg’ More interestingly, not all possessors in possessive construction are marked the same case with its possessum as shorn in the ungrammatical sentence *Mary-ka John-ul cha-lul cha-ss-ta ‘Mary kicked John's car’. Hence, a simple but non-trivial question arises: In what situation are both possessors and possessums marked with the same case\ulcorner In this paper, we advance three claims: (i) Possessor agreement appears in the situation where entailment is satisfied as follows: If Mary kicked John's leg, it entails that Mary kicked John, (ii) entailment in possessor agreement results from theta-feature sharing; specifically, the whole DP and the possessor DP share the same theta role, and (iii) Possessor nominals are marked with accusative (or nominative) case when they are assigned internal theta role from the predicate directly.
Currently Spatial Data is collected and processed in various methods, and its usability is very high. However, the existing Spatial Data analysis Software usually requires professional knowledge in the collection, refinement, and application of spatial Date, making it difficult to access and apply it. Therefore, this study established a new WebGIS platform with improved accessibility and usability to solve these problems. This platform supports various services such as master map sharing, spatial data generation, automatic coordinate system conversion, WMS issuance, grid generation, and grid analysis. These services increase operational convenience, such as simplifying repetitive tasks and automatically expressing text files. While it is believed that non-experts can easily and conveniently because of them to simplify and express the results. In addition, it is judged to have high accuracy and reliability compared to the analysis results using the existing Open Source-based GIS software.

This paper proposes a method to protect the copyright of creators' content shared through an online sharing platform in a legal battle. When creators upload their independent creation content to the online sharing platform, it automatically upload information necessary for copyright effect to this system. The data warehouse of this system is as a private blockchain for to ensure non-repudiation and transparency of the information. We present that the data warehouse is to build as Hyperledger Fabric in this paper. And We present the transaction data structure of the blockchain to prevent orphan works. We also dealt with how to build a website where users can conveniently check the data (copyright related information) of this blockchain.
The purpose of this study is to understand magnitude and its related factors of user's cost-sharing for non-covered services in long-term care facilities. We corrected data for 1,016 subjects, based on the long-term care benefits cost specification. Eighteen subjects were excluded from the data analysis due to missing data on family care-givers characteristics. Finally, 998 subjects were included in the study. The average cost of non-covered services per month was 209,093 won and distributed from 0 to 1,011,490 won. There was a significant difference by the characteristics of family care-givers and long-term care facilities. The monthly average cost for meal materials per person was 199,181 won(0~558,000), average cost of additional charge caused by using private bed was 232,992 won (50,000~600,000), and costs for haircut and cosmetics were 8,599 won. For the rest, there were various programs costs(93,328 won), diaper and its disposal cost(109,628 won), purchase cost for daily necessaries(24,435 won) and etc. The related factors for the magnitude of non-covered services expenditures were education level of family care-givers, occupancy rate and location of LTC facilities, and the costs of using private bed, haircut and cosmetics, and various programs among non-covered services. These findings suggest that present level range of LTC facilities users' cost-sharing is wide and it is urgent to prepare the standard guideline for cost and level in non-covered services.
The cooperative cost sharing scheme for Dust and Sand Storm(DSS) in North East Asia, as suggested in Song and Nagaki(2007), may not be feasible due to possible defection(s) of participating countries. If non-cooperative strategies are more plausible, Nash equilibrium can suggest possible outcomes of the cost sharing game. The result from the continuous strategy model shows that there exists an infinite number of Nash equilibrium such that the summation of investment from each country is always equal to the required budget of the ADS pilot project. It is also discussed that the discrete strategy model points to only 3 Nash equilibria in continuous strategy game outcome and the cooperative game solution may be just one of the infinite equilibria.
This study analyzed the effect of technology innovation capacity and social capital on the non-financial performance of SMEs in the metropolitan area. Technology innovation capacity is defined as R & D capacity and technology accumulation capacity, and social capital is defined as interaction, goal sharing, and member trust. The samples were collected through a survey conducted in-person and through telephone calls, e-mail, and fax. The sample data used for analysis was 223 copies. Analysis results showed that R & D capacity and technology accumulation capacity (for technology innovation capacity) and interaction and member trust (for social capital) were variables that significantly affect non-financial performance, but not goal sharing. The findings of this study were as follows. First, despite lacking sufficient technology or capital, SMEs are constantly engaging in innovation to survive in the competitive market environment. Second, the members of SMEs make considerable efforts to achieve performance based on interaction and member trust, however, they hold a negative perception toward sharing the goals pursued by their company.
Supply chain management(SCM) requires efforts to search for methods for mutual growth with partner companies and to maintain continuous cooperative relations in order to gain a competitive edge. Because information competencies play a big role within the supply chain, it is essential to examine the relationship of information sharing and partnership quality that can affect information competency. In order to maintain continuous business relations between partner companies, it is necessary to identify the obstacles with partner companies resulting from the imbalance of power within a supply chain and to take on a strategic approach for effectively managing such obstacles. Therefore, there is a significant need to discuss strategic approach methods to enable the logic of mutual growth through the CSV that is worth learning from the partner company and the attributes of non-mediated power. CSV will be reviewed from various aspects as a new management paradigm in the future. This study aims at suggesting a continuous growth model for companies by solving social problems through the integration of CSV and the concept of non-mediated power to advance the information competencies of SCM. A total of 142 copies of survey forms for SCM Implementation Companies were using the PLS structural equation modeling for an analysis, and the following are the findings. Results of this study showed that both CSV and non-mediated power had significant impact on information sharing and partnership qualities, and the conclusion that it is possible to enhance information competency through information sharing and partnership quality. Based on this, this study proposes the implication that it is necessary to elevate awareness of CSV and non-mediated power as variables for the coexistence of SCM participating companies.
Shamir's (k,n)-threshold secret sharing scheme is not secure against cheating by attacker because the signature of participants is omitted. To prevent cheating, many schemes have been proposed, and a proactive secret sharing is one of those. The proactive secret sharing is a method to update shares in the secret sharing scheme at irregular intervals. In this paper, a proactive image secret sharing scheme over $GF(2^8)$ is proposed for the first time. For the past 30 years, Galois field operation is widely used in order to perform the efficient and secure bit operation in cryptography, and the proposed scheme with update phase of shadow image over $GF(2^8)$) at irregular intervals provides the lossless and non-compromising of secret image. To evaluate security and efficiency of images (i.e. cover and shadow images) distortion between the proposed scheme and the previous schemes, embedding capacity and PSNR are compared in experiments. The experimental results show that the performances of the embedding capacity and image distortion ratio of the proposed scheme are superior to the previous schemes.
