다가구매입임대주택과 영구임대주택 거주자의 주거환경 및 지역사회복지서비스 이용 실태 (Housing Environmental Conditions and Usages of Community Welfare Services among Residents in 'Da-Ka-Gu' Rental Housing and Permanent Rental Apartments)

  • The purpose of this study was to gather baseline data to be used for improving housing environments and developing welfare policies for low-income groups by identifying the similarities and differences in housing environmental conditions and in the usages of community welfare services between the dwellers of Da-Ka-Gu rental housing and those of permanent rental apartment. This multifaceted diagnosis currently being undertaken can be utilized through the lowincome housing planning and welfare policies as the basis for future policy formulation. Self-administered questionnaires and interviews were carried out by 212 dwellers in Da-Ka-Gu rental housing (104) and permanent rental apartments (108) in the city of Gwangju from July to October of 2010. The main findings are as follows: 1. The dwellers living in both Da-Ka-Gu rental housing and permanent rental apartments are satisfied with their housing environment. Specifically, a higher satisfaction with transportation and a lower satisfaction with neighbor's inter-relationships were evident. The dwellers of Da-Ka-Gu rental housing appear to be more satisfied with community spaces and housing management than those of the permanent rental apartments, whereas the latter appear to be less satisfied with the noise of the housing complex than the former. 2. Of the community welfare service programs, a higher usage is shown for meals service, free health screenings, home repair, and after-school learning programs among all residents in the two housing types. In particular, for the residents of Da-Ka-Gu rental housing, the children's education and parent education programs are more popular, whereas for those of the permanent rental apartments, the housekeeping services and health services utilization are highest.

확률분포추정기법을 이용한 와이어로프의 결함진단 (Wire Rope Fault Detection using Probability Density Estimation)

  • A large number of wire rope has been used in various inderstiries as Cranes and Elevators from expanding the scale of the industrial market. But now, the management of wire rope is used as manually operated by rope replacement from over time or after the accident.It is caused to major accidents as well as economic losses and personal injury. Therefore its time to need periodic fault diagnosis of wire rope or supply of real-time monitoring system. Currently, there are several methods has been reported for fault diagnosis method of the wire rope, to find out the feature point from extracting method is becoming more common compared to time wave and model-based system. This method has implemented a deterministic modeling like the observer and neural network through considering the state of the system as a deterministic signal. However, the out-put of real system has probability characteristics, and if it is used as a current method on this system, the performance will be decreased at the real time. And if the random noise is occurred from unstable measure/experiment environment in wire rope system, diagnostic criterion becomes unclear and accuracy of diagnosis becomes blurred. Thus, more sophisticated techniques are required rather than deterministic fault diagnosis algorithm. In this paper, we developed the fault diagnosis of the wire rope using probability density estimation techniques algorithm. At first, The steady-state wire rope fault signal detection is defined as the probability model through probability distribution estimate. Wire rope defects signal is detected by a hall sensor in real-time, it is estimated by proposed probability estimation algorithm. we judge whether wire rope has defection or not using the error value from comparing two probability distribution.

척추마취 수술환자의 간호요구 (A Study on Needs of the Spinal anesthesia Patients)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the needs which were perceived by patients who were received spinal anesthesia for surgery. The subjects consisted of 50 adult patients who were admitted to 2 university hospitals and 2 general hospitals in Pusan city and 1 general hospital in Koje City for surgery under spinal anesthesia. Thirty eight percent of subjects received information about anesthesia before the operation. The instrument for this study was developed by the researcher based on literature and a pretest. Data were collected from December 10, 1999 to February 10, 2000 and were analyzed by content analysis. The results were that there were 533 meaningful statements in the needs of spinal anesthesia patients. The needs of spinal anesthesia patients had 51 items (preoperation (6), induction of anesthesia(5), intraoperation (27), postoperation(13)) and 6 categories (information, emotional welfare, physical welfare, post anesthetic management, control of physical environment, humane treatment). From the results, it can be concluded that: 1. In the pre-operation period, we have to explain anesthesia procedures, adequate position of anesthesia, duration before anesthesia wears off and sensation of paralysis. We have to supply emotional support to relieve anxiety because of anesthesia. 2. In induction of anesthesia, we have to support patient's position for anesthesia, and relieve anxiety so that patients participate in induction of anesthesia well. 3. In intra-operative period, we have to check the level of anesthesia, and keep up a comfortable position for operation and care for physical discomfort such as thirst, nausea, vomiting, dyspnea and to maintain body temperature of the patient. Since the patient is conscious, we have to communicate with the patient to relieve anxiety, maintain privacy, inform the patient of the process of the operation and encourage the surgeon to explain the outcome of the operation. The operating team needs the careful about what they say and to place the instrument well. We have to ventilate the room air and reduce noise. 4. In the post-operative period, we have to explain the purpose and duration of bed rest, complications of anesthesia and care for physical discomfort such as pain, dysuria, headache, backache. Also we have to maintain body temperature of the patient and maintain privacy.

공간필터법을 이용한 온라인 표면결함 계측 (On-line Surface Defect Detection using Spatial Filtering Method)

  • 결함검사는 생산공정에 있어서 상품의 디자인과 함께 매우 중요한 부분으로서, 상품의 경쟁력을 높이는데 필수 불가결한 것이다. 만약, 실시간 결함검출이 상품에 대한 어떤 손상도 없이 할 수 있다면, 품질 및 공정의 효율적 관리와 고비용 인력의 절감을 통하여 생산원가를 줄일 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 철판과 같은 표면에 결함이 있는 경우 필요한 정보만을 추출할 수 있는 3가지 공간필터법에 대하여 제안하였고, 공간필터의 특성을 통하여 결함검출 시스템을 구성하였다. 그리고, 최적의 표면결함 계측용 공간필터법을 개발하기 위하여 결함의 크기와 형태, 광도의 크기 및 외부 광간섭 그리고 슬리트의 개수와 같은 파라메타의 변화에 따른 측정 성능을 비교 및 분석하였다.

  • HMIPv6는 MAP(Mobility Anchor Point)라고 불리는 프로토콜 요소를 도입하여 로컬 핸드오버 시 MN(Mobile Node)에 대한 전송 지연과 외부 네트워크로의 시그널링 로드를 줄이는데 그 의미를 가지고 있다. 하지만 로컬지역의 핸드오버가 아닌 메크로 핸드오버의 경우 기존의 MIPv6의 핸드오버를 그대로 이용하고 있기 때문에 패킷손실과 전송 지연에 대한 문제점이 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 계층적인 구조에서 매크로 핸드오버 발생 시 CN와 MN 사이의 거리, NAR(New Access Router)와 MN 사이의 거리를 계산하여 기준값을 생성하고 그에 맞는 버퍼링 핸드오버를 선택하는 메커니즘을 제안한다. 또한 그러한 핸드오버에 알맞은 무선망에서의 성능개선을 위해 F-SNOOP을 도입한다. 무선망은 패스로스, 페이딩, 잡음, 간섭 등의 이유로 높은 에러율의 특성을 갖고 있어 혼잡과 무관하게 많은 패킷 손실이 발생하고 있다. TCP는 이를 혼잡으로 여겨 혼잡제어를 하여 패킷 전송율이 낮아지는데 F-SNOOP은 SNOOP 프로토콜을 기반으로 핸드오프 시 혼잡제어지연 기법인 Freeze-TCP의 ZWA(Zero Window Advertisement) 메시지를 이용하여 무선망의 TCP의 성능을 향상시킨다.

  • Purpose - This study focuses on clues that can clearly amplify the effects of background music. Review which store environments have a direct and positive impact on consumer responses, such as purchases. Research design, data, and methodology - This study focuses on clues that can clearly amplify the effects of background music. The purpose of this study is to examine what kind of store environment, combined with background music, has a direct and positive effect on consumer reactions such as purchase, and suggest future research directions. Results - The manager decides to use background music in the store because it is relatively inexpensive and easy to identify the emotional response of the consumer. In addition, appropriate background music lowers the psychological purchasing barriers of consumers. Previous studies have often not conducted a basic review of whether consumers perceive background music when it is used in retail stores. For example, it is necessary to make sure that the volume of the background music is loud enough and that the noise is properly excluded despite the congestion of the store so that the pure influence of the background music on the consumer can be measured. A way for store managers to clarify and differentiate their identity is to create a unique and satisfying store atmosphere for their customers. In order to help customers focus on their purchases, store managers must use marketing elements to integrate the five senses. And they should plan background music aiming at synergy effect of these five senses. In other words, in order to make the store atmosphere positive, it is not enough to have a suitable visual design interior or background music in the store, and consumers should have the opportunity to smell, taste and touch it directly. Conclusions - In conclusion, we hope that the following issues will be studied by several scholars in the future. It should be clarified that the impact of background music on customers varies depending on the customer's movement in the store, the selection of the background music genre order, and the timing (interval) of background music exposure to the customer.

연약지반상 PHC파일 항타력 증대장치 개발에 관한연구 (A Study on Development of PHC pile driving force increase device on soft ground)

  • 본 연구는 연약지반상에 PHC 파일 시공시 발생하는 인장파에 의해 발생하는 인장 균열에 의한 파일 파손 방지를 위하여 일반적으로 시공되는 선굴착 공법을 대체할 장비 개발에 목적이 있다. 연약지반상에 PHC 파일 항타 중 해머타격시 발생하는 인장파에 의해 인장 균열이 발생하며, 이는 결국 부실시공으로 이어진다. 항타시 발생하는 인장파 발생을 방지하기 위하여 연약층에서는 별도의 항타력 증대 장치를 이용하여 인장파 발생을 방지하여 파일 손상을 방지할 수 있다. 또한 장비 개발시 시공 속도 향상, 시공비 절감 및 소형장비를 사용할 수 있어 매연 및 소음을 감소시키는 친환경 공법이다. 본 개발 장비는 대심도 연약지반이 분포하는 새만금 간척지, 동남아시아 건설시장을 개척할 수 있는 효과적인 장비이다.

편측성대마비에 대한 제 1형 갑상성형술과 피열연골내전술의 동시수술시 술전 및 술후 음성언어분석비교 (Analysis of Pre and Post-Operative Speech In Combined Operation of Type I Thyroplasty and Arytenoid Adduction for Unilateral Vocal Cord Palsy)

  • Background and Objectives : The managements of unilateral vocal cord palsy include type Ⅰ thyroplasty and arytenoid adduction. One type operation has been shown no satisfactory effect. We evaluated preoperative and postoperative speech of unilateral vocal cord palsy patients who received combined operation of type Ⅰ thyroplasty and arytenoid adduction to help for the management plan of unilateral vocal cord palsy patients. Materials and Methods : We reviewed the postoperative results and complication of 17 surgically treated patients of unilateral vocal cord palsy at Severance hospital from Nov. 1996 to Dec. 1997 retrospectively. They were received combined operation of type Ⅰ thyroplasty and arytenoid adduction. Their pre and post-operative speech were analyzed with MDVP(Multi-Dimension-Voice analysis Program) of CSL(Computerized Speech Lab). Results : After the operation, MPT(Maximal Phonation Time) was increased and MFR(Mean Flow Rate) was decreased in all patients. NHR(Noise to Harmonic Ratio) and VTI(Voice Turbulence Index) were decreased : liner, RAP(Relative Average Perturbation Quotient), PPQ(Pitch Period Perturbation Quotient), sPPQ(smoothed Pitch Period Perturbation Quotient), vFo(fundamental frequency Variation) were decreased : Shimmer, APQ(Amplitude Perturbation Quotient), sAPQ(Smoothed Amplitude Perturbation Qoutient), vAm(Peak Amplitude Variation) were decreased in all the patients. Conclusions : In unilateral vocal cord pals), combined operation of type Ⅰ thyroplasty and arytenoid adduction could obtain satisfactory postoperative voice. MDVP has many parameters and good method for evaluation of voice surgery.

주파수 대역 변화를 이용한 배관의 누수지점 추정 개선 연구 (Improved Estimation of Leak Location of Pipelines Using Frequency Band Variation)

  • 스마트워터그리드 시스템의 지하 상수도 배관 관리에 있어서 누수는 중요한 요소인데, 특히 그 배관이 낡았고 인구가 많은 도시의 포장도로나 다양한 건축물의 아래에 매설된 경우이다. 이러한 누수지점의 정확한 탐지는 이들 배관의 효율적인 운용을 위해 필수적이기 때문에, 주파수 대역 변화, 창 필터 그리고 확률에 바탕한 새로운 누수지점 탐지 방법론을 본 논문을 통해 제안한다. 정확한 누수지점의 추정은 누수음에 의한 센서 신호간의 시간 지연 추정의 정확성에 따라 결정된다는 것이 알려져 있기 때문에 중요한 주파수에 가중치를 부여하는 몇 가지의 창 함수들이 개선된 상호상관함수를 계산하기 위해 적용되었다. 실제 주철로 제작된 길이 253.9 m의 지하매설 상수도 배관에 대해 새로운 방법론을 적용한 실험결과는 향상된 누수지점 탐지 성능을 보여 주었다.

다수 표적 탐지를 위한 Track-Before-Detect 알고리듬 연구 (Track-Before-Detect Algorithm for Multiple Target Detection)

  • 영상센서 기반의 충돌회피 시스템을 구성하기 위해서는 수 픽셀 이내의 낮은 신호대잡음비 환경에서 다수의 표적을 탐지할 수 있는 알고리듬이 필요하다. 이처럼 영상 내에서 희미하게 나타나는 잠재적인 표적과 잡음을 구분하기 위한 방법으로서 연속적인 영상 정보를 효율적으로 처리하는 Track-Before-Detect (TBD) 알고리듬이 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 TBD 알고리듬을 확장하여 다수 표적 탐지 요구조건을 만족시키기 위한 두 가지 방식의 기법을 제시하였다. 첫 번째 방식은 동적 계획법과 K-평균 클러스터링 기법에 기반을 두고 있으며 두 번째 방식은 은닉 마르코프 모델에 Sub-Window 기법을 적용하였다. 제안한 방식의 성능 및 차이점은 수치해석 결과를 통해 분석하였다.
