A Buddhist relic deposit was discovered from the three storied stone pagoda which was called as Seokgatap of Bulguksa temple in Gyeongju in 1966. In this relic deposit, several clumped papers written in ink which were found from the pagoda. These manuscripts are one of the most valuable materials for understanding Korean Buddhism and Buddhist Art History. In this paper, I examined several terms for pagoda subsidiaries found in these manuscripts, which have not been known to us up to recently. In addition, I compared these terms to the real pagodas or pagoda images in Korea. The manuscripts from Seokgatap pagdoa were composed of three different kinds of records; (1) "Record for the Repair of Mugujeonggwangtap Pagoda (無垢淨光塔重修記, 1024)"; (2)"Record for the Reconstruction of West Pagoda (西石塔重修形止記, 1038); (3)"Lists of Donors for the Reconstruction of the Pagoda in Bulguksa temple (佛國寺塔重修布施名公衆僧小名記, 1038). The terminology describing pagoda was appeared in the first and the second records. In the "Record for the Repair of Mugujeonggwangtap Pagoda", there are more than ten terms, which are presumed to be the words describing some upper decorative parts of a stone pagoda. However, in the "Record for the Reconstruction of West Pagoda", there are fifteen terms which would describe the body and base parts of the Seokgatap pagoda. These new terms for pagoda subsidiaries appeared in the manuscripts of Seokgatap Pagoda are very significant materials in understanding Korean Buddhist Art, because they show the practical terms which were used in the eleventh century Buddhism of Korea, but never known to the modern academic world. The manuscripts of Seokgatap Pagoda have not been deciphered perfectly yet, so they have to be examined with more precise as well as with wider view of Buddist and Art History.
The purpose of this study is to show that there are textual similarities between philosophy of Zhuangzi(莊子) and what Jacques Derrida' concepts such as 'differance', 'trace', and 'play', etc. Through our comparative study, we have established a philosophical affinity between Taoist thinking of Zhuangzi and Derridian deconstructive thinking. Zhuangzi and Derrida deconstruct all kinds of traditional and metaphysical thoughts. Zhuangzi's saying of "There is Tao(道) for Thievery(盜)". I call this philosophical tendency 'the logic of cohabitation and coexistence' of the Taoist philosophy. Derrida and Zhuangzi suggest that the logic of cohabitation and coexistence recognizes and affirms differences between opposites. In these thoughts of double affirmation, there is no violence of dichotomous thinking. In other words, their ways of thinking challenge the value system that suggests a single truth, and propose that all human values necessarily carry half-values. They give us to create an enjoyable play-space for human beings in this world. Zhuangzi's suggestions for moral theory provide us with a chance for making question as what is the better life with the others, with a fresh and new perspectives to understand differently the human beings along the category of universe in the 21st century.
The text reviewed in this paper "Dongbangsaek is the Secret (Dongbangsaegi bigyeorira)" is in the collection of the Yulgok Memorial Library of Dankook University. With 13 leaves ($35.7{\times}22.3cm$) bound with thread, the booklet has been transcribed by hand. Although there is no record on the place, person and year of transcription, it is estimated to have been transcribed in the 20th century based on the use of the period, a punctuation mark. In addition, the complete absence of dialect vocabulary also shows that it was transcribed in the capital area-Seoul or Gyeonggi Province. It is assumed that the text is part of a Buddhist scripture chanted by an exorcist during a shamanistic ritual. As a booklet containing secret methods to divine what is auspicious and what is ominous in daily life, it must have been transcribed by an exorcist to use it for her ritual.
The twenty-first century revealed the era of cultural contents with the growth of digital cultures. Accordingly, popular culture became the primary sector of the cultural industry, and among them, the roads on which people walk emerged as great content for the leisure and tourist industry. Walking has already become a commercial good, as each road's story is unique enough to attract numerous tourists. On roads are the development of history, movement of life, and various cultural channels. The old road development project contributes to the revitalization of the neighborhood and increases its competitiveness as cultural content, as it restores the ecological nature and rediscovers the value of the road from history and its culture. For Gangwon-do's road development project, a storytelling strategy is necessary to succeed as cultural tourism content. Specifically, when forming an image of the old roads, it is advantageous to develop a new story that suits modern people's aesthetic taste and lead communication between locals and tourists rather than borrowing and utilizing the existing facts. For instance, it is helpful to recreate the nostalgic and sentimental mood and combine the imagination based on the consumers' humanistic experiences to create their own participation. This paper demonstrates the historical value of the roads in Gangwon-do, precedents of other leading road development projects in South Korea, and development plans by storytelling for cultural contents in Gangwon-do.

The ability to creatively pursue new knowledge and perspectives across various disciplines has established itself as a basic literacy for living in the 21st-century convergence era. With the development of various creative education programs, assessment tools that can objectively and systematically evaluate learners' academic achievement are also required. Therefore, this paper proposed the self assessment, peer assessment, creativity assessment, and reflection tool based on the hyper blended practical model as assessment tools for creative convergence education programs for elementary and secondary school students. The developed assessment tools attempted to develop more completed evaluation methods by modifying two items and deleting four items through validity tests. In addition, the evaluation tool was applied to 596 elementary and secondary school students nationwide, and the application results were analyzed through one-way ANOVA and Wordcloud system. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the self assessment and the reflection tool need to develop questions according to the grade group. In addition, we proposed to use these assessment tools in blended classes or various educational activities in the changing classroom environment. We hope that this paper provides implications for developing evaluation systems and tools for creative convergence education.

The new millennium is characterized by an unprecedented breakthrough in knowledge and information and communication technologies, and the challenges of the XXI century require modernized paradigms of interaction in all spheres of life. Education continues to play a key role in national and global growth. The key role of education and its leadership in developing creative potential, as the main paradigm of the countries' stability, have significantly influenced educational centers. The developers of educational programs use information technologies as an incentive to develop creative potential of educational process. Professional training of the educational candidate is enhanced by the use of information technologies, so the educational applicants should develop technological skills to be productive members of society. Using the latest achievements in the field of information technologies for the organization of the educational process helps to form the operational style of education applicants' thinking, which provides the ability to acquire skills of processing information, that is presented in the text, graphic, tabular form, and increase the level of general and informational culture necessary for better orientation in the modern information space. The purpose of the research is to determine the effectiveness of information technologies as an incentive to develop creative potential of educational process on the basis of the survey, to establish advantages and ability to provide high-quality education in the context of using information technologies. Methods of research: comparative analysis; systematization; generalization, survey. Results. Based on the survey conducted among students and teachers, it has been found out that the teachers use the following information technologies for the development of creative potential of the educational process: to provide video and audio communication process (100%), Moodle (95,6%), Duolingo (89,7%), LinguaLeo (89%), Google Forms (88%) and Adobe Captivate Prime (80,6%). It is determined that modular digital learning environments (97,9%), interactive exercises tools (96,3%), ICT for video and audio communication (96%) and interactive exercises tools (95,1%) are most conducive to the development of creative potential of the educational process. As a result of the research, it was revealed that implementation of information technologies for the development of creative potential of educational process in educational institutions is a complex process due to a large number of variables, which should be taken into account both on the educational course and on the individual level. It has been determined that the using the model of implementation information technologies for the development of creative potential in educational process, which is stimulated due to this model, benefits both students and teachers by establishing a reliable bilateral connection between teacher and education applicant.

This study is intended to review the poetic directing created by the aesthetics of silence of Claude Régy, a French director who carries out playwriting in silence, departing from conventions through the concept of "potentiality" proposed by Giorgio Agamben, an italian philosopher. Claude Régy stated, "What's fundamentally important is not to say what you want to say." Thus he tries to create the stage of "silence" rendered in overly slow, excessively segmented dialogues while selecting restrained minimal means. Agamben makes Bartleby who "prefers not to" as a cardinal model of his perfect potentiality, asserting that the nature of potentiality is revealed in the pause of actuality. As in Agamben's philosophy, Claude Régy's directing is also the "pause" of words and actions. This silence is not a return to actuality but a creation of the moment at which "the invisible" become visible. The silence of words or the silence of an empty stage with dim lighting is viewed by Agamben as potentiality that has "underlying passivity" and is "hospitable to non-existnece". In this light, this study is to create another direction for the theater arts of our time and the 21st century and to extend the horizon of new directional modes. The subject of this paper is the practical examples of technoculture that critically thinks network technology, a strong material foundation in the era of data capitalism in the 21st century, and appropriates its socio-cultural metaphor as an artistic potential. In order to analyze its alternatives and the meaning of cultural politics, this paper examines the properties and influence of data capitalism after the 2008 global financial crisis, and the cultural and artistic context formed by its reaction. The first case considered in this paper, Furtherfield's workshop, provided a useful example of how citizens can participate in social change through learning and education in which art and technology are interrelated. The second case, Greek hackerspace HSGR, developed network technology as a tool to overcome the crisis by proposing a new progressive cultural commons due to Greece's financial crisis caused by the global financial crisis and a decrease in the state's creative support. The third case, Paolo Cirio's project, promoted a critical citizenship towards the state and community systems as dominant types of social governance. These technoculture cases can be evaluated as efforts to combine and rediscover progressive political ideology and its artistic realization tradition in the context of cultural politics, paying attention to the possibility of signifying practices of network technology that dominates the contemporary economic system.
As COVID-19, which occurred at the end of 2019, has become a global pandemic, it has emerged as an unprecedented event that quickly destroys a nation's medical and healthcare system in both developed and developing countries. In the 21st century, most of the civil society that aimed for hyperconnected society is facing a new crisis that has not been experienced so far. Indeed, lack of personal protective equipment, isolation of clustered communities, disruption of medical systems necessary for diagnosis and treatment, and disruption of educational and economic activities due to social isolation are emerging. Since the COVID-19 has occurred, many of the difficulties that have occurred in the past six months indicate the basic infrastructure a society should have particularly in a pandemic. These include personal protective equipment (PPE), decontamination and quarantine tools essential for effective response, rapid and precise large-scale diagnosis, medical devices required for patient care, and identification and fast and wide on-line networks that can be used in social isolation. In this first part, we would like to introduce some representative examples of 1) personal protective equipment, 2) prevention of personal and community health, 3) social response through big data and networks within the framework of appropriate technology.
In the early 20th century, Korean Protestant Christians began two forms of prayer, Tongsung Kido and Dawn Prayer. The two prayers have been loved and performed by Korean Protestants for over 100 years. Speaking in tongues was introduced in the 1950s and became one of the most popular prayers along with Tongsung Kido and dawn prayer. Korean Protestant churches started Bible meditation in the 1970s through journals like the Daily Bible of the Scripture Union Korea. Now contemplative prayer appears as an unfamiliar and strange style of prayer, given the history of prayer so far in Korean churches. Protestant scholars and pastors have made this into a controversy; contemplative prayer is the first non-protestant prayer that has become controversial. The controversy is mainly about biblical origin, theological relevance, and historical and traditional conformity. This study asks and answers why this controversy is important for Korean Protestant churches. This study introduces the controversy and explores why one group accepts the prayer and others do not. Then, this study recounts the history of Korean Protestant prayers and shows the meanings of the encounter of Korean Protestant prayers and contemplative prayer. This study argues that Korean Protestant Christians, through the controversy, can learn that Korean Protestant churches have the potential to create a new prayer culture and tradition and need spiritual discipline through silence.
