Over the years a password has been used as a popular authentication method between a client and a server because of its easy-to-memorize property. But, most password-based authentication services have focused on a same password authentication scheme which provides an authentication and key exchange between a client and a server with the same password. With rapid change of communication environments in the fields such as mobile networks, home networking, etc., the end-to-end security allowing users to hold different password is considered as one of main concerns. In this paper, we consider a new authentication service of how each client with different own password is able to authenticate each other, which is a quite new service paradigm among the existing services. This new service can be used in the current or next generation network environment where a mobile user in cell A wants to establish a secure end-to-end channel with users in ceil B, C, and D using only their memorable passwords. This end-to-end security service minimizes the interferences from the operator controlled by network components. To achieve this end-to-end security, we propose an authentication and key exchange service for group users in different realm, and analyze its security in a formal way. We also discuss a generic construction with the existing authentication schemes.

In the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, new technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, cloud, Internet of Things, and blockchain are being developed and applied to new industries. Blockchain has the characteristics of decentralization, security, and transparency, so it can serve as a core technology for developing new growth industries. Blockchain is provided as BaaS (Blockchain as a Service), but it is not easy for users who are introducing or building blockchain to choose BaaS. In this study, we identify evaluation factors and develop a decision-making model using fuzzy theory and AHP for BaaS selection. Eventually we aim to help companies choose the best BaaS and develop and commercialize blockchain-based services by developing a new decision-making model for BaaS selection.

오늘날 사람들은 기존 IT서비스 보다 더 개선된 새로운 IT서비스가 등장하게 되면서 IT서비스의 전환을 고민하게 되고, IT서비스를 제공하는 기업들도 고객유지 또는 고객확보를 위한 전략을 개발하고 있다. 온라인과 오프라인 환경 모두에서 서비스 전환의도에 대한 연구는 매우 중요하게 다루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 IT서비스 전환의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들과 이들의 영향정도를 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다. 서비스 전환의도에 영향을 주는 요인들 간의 직접적인 관계뿐만 아니라, 개인적 특성인 습관과 대안 IT서비스의 매력이 현재 IT서비스 만족을 통해서 IT서비스 전환의도에 영향을 주는 관계, 전환비용 지각 크기에 따라 IT서비스 전환의도에 다르게 영향을 주는 관계를 포함한 연구모형을 설계하였다. 설계한 연구모형은 구조방정식모형과 다중집단분석을 사용하여 실증하였다. 검증결과는 IT서비스 전환의도에 습관과 기존 IT서비스 만족은 유의한 영향을 미치나 대안 IT서비스 매력은 그렇지 않고 기존 IT서비스 만족을 경유하여 전환의도에 영향을 주는 것을 보여 주고 있다. 또한, 전환비용이 클수록 습관이 전환의도에 주는 영향력이 강한 것을 확인할 수 있다.

A novel concept of ICT based service, which is called N-device service, is proposed and implemented in the form of N-device smart education services. The N-device services are different from the existing N-screen services in terms of the number of devices a user is using for a specific service at the same time. A N-device service consists of several smart devices which are different in size, software and hardware platform, mobility, manufacturer and the like by fully utilizing the characteristic of each device. The major and unique features of N-device services are analyzed and depicted in a strict way. Those are shared role for each device, service by configurable device, one sensor multiple use, real-time data sharing, role shifting and new market creation. It is turned out that the N-device service is more human centric compared with existing ICT based services and can give richer digital experience to users because non-existent services become possible with the new concept. However, there exist several barriers to be implemented and commercialized in the real world. Those include high development cost and time, small market and different application platforms of devices. These barriers can be overcome by technical advances and cooperation between relevant parties. The smart education is very prominent area, in which the novel concept can be applied with high priority because Korean government announced its plan to boost up new educational services with big budget and these are acceptable by enthusiastic Korean parents and students. That's why the N-device service is implemented in the education area, which is called as "livessam(live teacher)," with four smart devices, IPTV, tablet PC, PC and smart phone. By providing both detailed service scenario and techniques, we shows that the novel education service is technically feasible and acceptable by teachers and students.

This study presents a new design method of courses and programs for interdisciplinary or customized education in university organizations. The concept of modular design in manufacturing industry is employed for the development of new courses and programs design in university education. Diverse customization methods in service processes or service delivery channels in education are excluded in this study to focus on the research purposes. The results of this study can contribute to the development of a new education system for customized or interdisciplinary education in universities.

정보시스템을 통해 제공되는 서비스와 사용자 만족간의 관계는 정보시스템의 신규 서비스 개발에 있어서 중요한 사항으로 고려되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 IT기술변화에 따른 웹 환경변화를 고려하여 국가R&D보고서 서비스에 적용 가능한 12개 핵심 서비스를 도출하였다. 도출된 12개 신규 서비스는 국가R&D보고서 시맨틱검색 서비스, 연관보고서 서비스, RSS 서비스, mesh-up 서비스, topic-map service, open API 서비스, 개인화 서비스, 집단지성 서비스, SNS 서비스, 비정형데이터 서비스, 상세검색 서비스, 메일링 서비스 등이다. 국가R&D 보고서 서비스에서 도출한 12개 신규 서비스의 품질속성을 파악하기 위하여 KANO모형을 이용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사 결과와 서비스별 만족계수 및 서비스 분류결과를 바탕으로 단계별 서비스전략을 제시하였다. 1단계로 추진해야 할 서비스로는 비정형데이터 서비스, 개인화서비스, 연관보고서 서비스, topic-map 서비스, open API 서비스, 집단지성 서비스 등이고, 2단계로 추진해야 할 서비스로는 RSS 서비스, mesh-up 서비스, 국가R&D보고서 시맨틱검색 서비스, 메일링 서비스, 상세검색 서비스, SNS 서비스 등이다.

In this paper, we presents a new multimedia service transmit method using IPv6. The IPv6 provides the address system of 128 bit and the address space which is infinite it provides. But it will not become the IPv4 and interchange not to be, it uses the DSTM Transition mechanism which will reach and the IPv4 center in the packet header the service type it will be able to support the service class of multi type (TOS) it secures the weak point of data transfer delay it puts a base in the IPv6. The efficiency of this proposed technique have been proven by MPEG-4 streaming video streaming of the IPv6 namely, 6Xtream embodied a order form/live streaming server and the client which it uses to be possible in base and real-time decoding method.

Software Defined Networking creates totally new concept of networking and its applications which is based on separating the application and control layer from the networking infrastructure as a result it yields new opportunities in improving the network security and making it more automated in robust way, one of these applications is Denial of Service attack mitigation but due to the dynamic nature of Denial of Service attack it would require dynamic response which can mitigate the attack with the minimum false positive. In this paper we will propose a new mitigation Framework for DDoS attacks using Software Defined Networking technology to protect online services e.g. websites, DNS and email services against DoS and DDoS attacks.

As different service classifications for existing and new business data services, it is hard to gather necessary data for the service providers to set their strategies and regulations are also applied asymmetrically to each service provider. Therefore an appropriate market classification is required for the business data services. The Hendry model is selected in this paper to analyze substitution degree among services and then Hendry model is applied to competition among four business data services. As a result, it is shown that these services compete directly and future market shares of services are forecasted and positioning strategy for new services is considered.

The National Forest Seed and Variety Center aims to write a manual for cultivation and characteristic inspection of new seed varieties in Korea, serving dual purposes. The first is the enhancement of the test guidelines, particularly the distinctness, uniformity and stability (DUS) test, for new seed variety, where research and examination are conducted based on the test guidelines. However, if the crop-specific test guidelines are initially reorganized, the details are unclear. Therefore, it seeks to maintain a written record to prevent confusion when the person in charge is changed. The second is to encourage the development of new varieties. By incorporating general characteristics and cultivation techniques in the manual, it seeks to encourage breeders to develop new varieties. Additionally, it serves as an important chronological record of the creation process, thereby helping future manual authors. This article introduces the current status of new plant variety protection and outlines the significance of creating a manual for cultivation and characterization of Actinidia arguta for screening new varieties.
