자기구성 클러스터링 기반 뉴로-퍼지 모델링 (Neuro-Fuzzy Modeling based on Self-Organizing Clustering)

  • 본 논문에서는 클러스터링을 뉴로-퍼지 모델에 직접 적용하여 모델을 최적화하는 방법을 제안하였다. 기존의 오차미분기반 학습을 통한 뉴로-퍼지 모델의 최적화 과정과는 달리 제안된 방법은 클러스터링 학습과 연계하여 모델을 구성하며 자율적으로 클러스터의 수를 추정하며 동시에 최적화를 수행한다. 순차적인 학습 기법에서는 각각의 학습 기법을 따로 적용하여 모델링을 실시하였으나 제안된 기법에서는 하나의 클러스터링 학습으로 전체 모델의 학습을 실시하였다. 또한 제안된 방법에서는 클러스터링이 수렴하는 만큼 전체 모델의 연산량이 감소하여 학습과정에서 발생하는 연산량 문제를 개선하였다. 시뮬레이션을 통하여 기존의 연구 결과들과 비교하여 제안된 기법의 유용성을 보였다.

뉴로-퍼지 알고리즘을 이용한 점용접재의 강도추론 기술 (The Quality Assurance Technique of Resistance Spot Welding Pieces using Neuro-Fuzzy Algorithm)

  • The resistance Spot Welding is widely used in the field of assembling the plates. However we don't still have any satisfactory solution, which is non-destructive quality evaluation in real-time or on-line, against it. Moreover, even though the rate of welding under the condition of expulsion has been high until now, quality control of welding against expulsion hasn't still been established. In this paper, it was proposed on the quality assurance technique of resistance spot welding pieces using Neuro-Fuzzy algorithm. Four parameters from electrode separation signal in the case of non-expulsion, and dynamic resistance patterns in the case of expulsion are selected as fuzzy input parameters. The parameters consist of Fuzzy Inference System are determined through Neuro-Learning algorithm. And then, fuzzy Inference System is constructed. It was confirmed that the fuzzy inference values of strength have within ${\pm}$4% error specimen in comparison with real strength for the total strength range, and the specimen percent having within ${\pm}$1% error was 88.8%. According to KS(Korean Industrial Standard), tensile-shear strength limit for electric coated of zinc is 400kgf/mm2. Judging to the quality of welding is good or bad, according to this criterion and the results of inference, the probability of misjudgement that good quality is valuated into poor one was 0.43%, on contrary it was 2.59%. Finally, the proposed Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System can infer the tensile-shear strength of resistance spot welding pieces with high performance for all cases-non-expulsion and expulsion. And On-Line Welding Quality Inspection System will be realized sooner or later.

  • 본 논문에서는 NFC(Neuro-Fuzzy Controller)와 ANN(Artificial Neural network) 제어기를 이용한 IPMSM의 속도 제어 및 추정을 제시한다. PI 제어기에서 나타나는 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 신경회로망과 퍼지제어를 혼합적용한 NFC를 설계한다. 신경회로망의 고도의 적응제어와 퍼지 제어기의 강인성 제어의 장점들을 접목한다. 다음은 ANN을 이용하여 IPMSM 드라이브의 속도 추정기법을 제시한다. 2층 구조를 가진 신경회로망에 BPA(Back Propagation Algorithm)를 적용하여 IPMSM 드라이브의 속도를 추정한다. 추정속도의 타당성을 입증하기 위하여 시스템을 구성하여 제어특성을 분석한다.

  • In this paper, applications of neural networks to vibration control of flexible single link robot manipulator are ocnsidered. The architecture of neural networks is a hidden layer, which is comprised of self-recurrent one. Tow neural networks are utilized in a control system ; one as an identifier is called neuro identifier and the othe ra s a controller is called neuro controller. The neural networks can be used to approximate any continuous function to any desired degree of accuracy and the weights are updated by dynamic error-backpropagation algorithm(DEA). To guarantee concegence and to get faster learning, an approach that uses adaptive learning rates is developed by introducing a Lyapunov function. When a flexible manipulator is ratated by a motor through the fixed end, transverse vibration may occur. The motor torque should be controlle dinsuch as way, that the motor is rotated by a specified angle. while simulataneously stabilizing vibration of the flexible manipulators so that it is arrested as soon as possible at the end of rotation. Accurate vibration control of lightweight manipulator during the large body motions, as well as the flexural vibrations. Therefore, dynamic models for a flexible single link manipulator is derived, and LQR controller and nerual networks controller are composed. The effectiveness of the proposed nerual networks control system is confirmed by experiments.

비선형 마찰이 존재하는 조준경 안정화 시스템의 신경망 제어기 설계 (Neuro-controller design for the line of sight stabilization system containing nonlinear friction)

  • 본 논문에서는 비선형 마찰이 존재하는 조준경 안정화 시스템에 대해서 마찰력 보상과 성능개선을 위한 신경망제어기의 설계방법을 제시한다. 제안한 신경망제어기는 비례, 적분, 진상(PI/LEAD) 제어기와 신경회로망과의 병렬로 구성되며, 제어 목적은 비선형 마찰과 외란이 존재하여도 안정거울의 각속도 추적성능과 안정화 성능의 향상에 있다. 신경회로망의 입력으로 안정거울의 각속도 추적오차와 추적오차의 적분, 제어입력이 필터를 통과한 신호가 사용되며, 신경호로망은 간접학습구조에 의해 학습된다. 조준경 시스템의 비선형 마찰력인 쿨롱마찰력의 크기가 외부환경에 따라 변하는 경우와 시스템으로 외란이 인가되는 경우에 대하여도 제안한 병렬제어기는 기존의 PI/LEAD 제어기보다 추적과 안정화 성능면에서 우수함을 컴퓨터 모의 실험으로 확인한다.

  • Most of systems has nonlinearity . And also accurate modelings of these uncertain nonlinear systems are very difficult. In this paper, a fuzzy modeling technique for the stabilization control of an IP(inverted pendulum) system with nonlinearity was proposed. The fuzzy modeling was acquired on the basis of ANFIS(Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Infernce System) which could learn using a series of input-output data pairs. Simulation results showed its superiority to the PID controller. We believe that its applicability can be extended to the other nonlinear systems.

  • DC servo motors have a defect that they need a periodical maintenance because of a brush commutation and also they have a difficulty at high speed operation. In this reason, the use of AC Servo motors are increasing these days. In this paper, a proposed neuro observer is applied to speed control of AC servo motor. The proposed observer complement a problem that occur from increase of gain of High-gain observer in proportion to the square number of observable state variables. And also, the proposed observer can tune the gain obtained by differentiating observational error automatically by using the backpropagation training method to stabilize the observational speed. The excellence and feasibility of the proposed observer is proved by making a comparison test between the proposed observer and the others applied to the same AC servo motor.

  • Connectionist networks, also called neural networks, have been broadly applied to solve many different problems since McCulloch and Pitts had shown mathematically their information processing ability in 1943. In this thesis, we present a genetic neuro-control scheme for nonlinear systems. Our method is different from those using supervised learning algorithms, such as the backpropagation (BP) algorithm, that needs training information in each step. The contributions of this thesis are the new approach to constructing neural network architecture and its training.

  • A neuro-fuzzy control algorithm is applied for xenon spatial oscillations in a pressurized water reactor. The consequent and antecedent parameters of the fuzzy rules are tuned by the gradient descent mettled. The reactor model used for computer simulations is a two-point xenon oscillation model. The reactor core is axially divided into two regions and each region has one input and one output and is coupled with the other region. The interaction between the regions of the reactor core is treated by a decoupling scheme. This proposed control of mettled exhibits very fast responses to a step or a ramp change of target axial offset without any residual flux oscillations.

Control of Nonminimum Phase Systems with Neural Networks and Genetic Algorithm

  • It is well known that, for nominimum phase systems, a conventional linear controller of PID type or an adaptive controller of this structure shows limitation in achieving a satisfactory performance under tight specifications. In this paper, we combine a neuro-controller with a PI-controller with off-line learning capability provided by the Genetic Algorithm to propose a novel neuro-controller to control nonminimum phase systems effectively. The simulation results show that our proposed model is more efficient with faster rising time and less undershoot effect when the performances of the proposed controller and a conventional form are compared.
