물류네트워크 설계 및 계획을 위한 의사결정지원시스템에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Decision Support Systems for Logistics Network Design and Planning)

  • During last ten years, logistics network management has become one of the most important sources of competitive advantage regarding logistics cost and customer service in numerous business segments. The key to success in this dynamic and severe business environment is the ability to design and plan the logistics network optimally in an integrated way. Network design and planning involves many issues relating to strategic, tactical, and operational decisions. To assist a logistics designer or planner, many computer-based decision support systems (DSS) have been developed. In this paper, the issues related to design, development, and implementation of the DSS for logistics network design and planning are discussed, and an ideal framework of the DSS is proposed with some ideas on the future development. Finally, DLNET, the DSS developed by author, is briefly introduced.

R&D 네트워크 분석을 통한 PD 제도 효과 연구 (A Study of PD System Effectiveness based on R&D Network Analysis)

  • 정부의 연구개발에 대한 기획 정책이 변화함에 따라 국가 R&D 지식 네트워크가 어떻게 변동하였는지에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 산업통상자원부의 산업융합원천 기술개발사업에 참여하는 각 주체들 간의 네트워크를 시기별로 분석하였다. 산업융합원천기술개발사업의 기획 정책은 2012년 전후를 기점으로 바뀌게 되는데 2012년 이전에는 '기획위원' 중심으로 기획 과제를 선정하다가 2012년 이후에는 'PD' 중심으로 과제를 기획하는 시스템으로 바뀐다. 이에 따라 우선, '기획위원' 제도에 따른 R&D 네트워크를 분석하고자 2009년부터 2011년까지의 현황을 살펴보고, 이후 'PD' 제도도입에 따른 R&D 네트워크 변동을 분석하고자 2012년부터 2013년까지의 현황으로 시기를 나누어 분석하였다. 분석 결과 PD 제도 도입 이후 셀프관계(기획자가 본인이 기획한 과제를 과제 참여자로 직접 수행하는 형태)가 대폭 개선되는 등 효과가 나타났음을 파악할 수 있었다. 셀프관계가 많을수록 신진학자에게는 기획의 불평등이 존재한다는 점을 고려할 때 PD 제도의 도입은 긍정적인 효과를 가져왔다고 볼 수 있다. 이러한 연구는 정부의 기획 정책 변화에 따른 효과를 계량적으로 분석하여 성과를 제고하고 향후 R&D정책의 방향을 제시한다는 점에서 의미가 있다고 본다.

사회연결망 분석을 활용한 스마트도시종합계획과 스마트도시계획간 연결성 연구 - 광명시와 춘천시의 스마트도시 서비스를 중심으로 (A Study on the Connectivity between the Smart City Comprehensive Plan and Smart City Planning Using the Social Network Analysis - Focusing on Gwangmyeong and Chuncheon Smart City Services)

  • 스마트도시계획은 스마트도시 건설사업의 기본방향, 추진전략, 서비스 구축 및 운영방안 등을 제시하여야 하고, 상위계획인 스마트도시종합계획의 내용을 반영해야 한다. 그러나 스마트도시계획 위계에 따라 계획 내용이 체계적으로 수립되고 있는지에 대한 실증적 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지자체의 스마트도시계획이 국가 차원의 마스터플랜인 스마트도시종합계획과 실제로 연결성이 높은지를 네트워크 분석을 활용하여 파악하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 최근에 스마트도시계획이 승인된 광명시와 춘천시를 대상으로 사회연결망 분석을 실시하였다. 먼저 제2차 스마트도시종합계획에서 108개의 키워드를 도출하였고 이러한 키워드와 스마트도시계획의 연결성을 분석하였다. 사회연결망 분석결과, 광명시의 스마트도시계획의 총연결수가 371개로 춘천의 307개 보다 높았고, 키워드당 평균 연결정도와 네트워크 밀도도 광명 스마트도시계획이 춘천 스마트도시계획보다 높게 나타났다. 연구결과에 의하면, 스마트도시계획은 스마트도시종합계획과 실제로 연결성이 높았으며 연결중심성이 높은 키워드는 지자체마다 상이하게 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 지자체가 수립한 스마트도시계획이 상위계획과 계획간 연관성이 높은지 판단하기 위한 근거로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

중심도시와의 네트워크가 도시성장에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Network with Central City on Urban Growth)

  • The development of science and transportation technology leads to the increase of inter - city networks that play an important role in urban growth. Overall, numerous studies based on network theory pay attention to positive effects of urban network on urban growth. However, some studies have pointed out the negative effects of inter-city interactions such as straw effects. This implies that the network between cities may not be positively correlated with urban growth, and that the direction of the influence may vary from a certain threshold, such as the marginal utility curve. In this context, the purpose of this study is to measure the impacts of network with central city on urban growth in the capital region and examine the relationship between urban network and growth. Two multiple regression models are employed with changes in population and employment as dependent variables. The urban network index and other control variables are used as independent variables. Especially, the urban network indexes are used in quadratic forms to examine non linear relations with urban growth such U-shape or an inverted U-shape. The results show that the relationships between networks with the central city and urban growth are not a simple linear, and the influence can be changed from the critical point.

플로우 네트워크를 이용한 지능형 로봇의 경로계획 (Path Planning for an Intelligent Robot Using Flow Networks)

  • Many intelligent robots have to be given environmental information to perform tasks. In this paper an intelligent robot, that is, a cleaning robot used a sensor fusing method of two sensors: LRF and StarGazer, and then was able to obtain the information. Throughout wall following using laser displacement sensor, LRF, the working area is built during the robot turn one cycle around the area. After the process of wall following, a path planning which is able to execute the work effectively is established using flow network algorithm. This paper describes an algorithm for minimal turning complete coverage path planning for intelligent robots. This algorithm divides the whole working area by cellular decomposition, and then provides the path planning among the cells employing flow networks. It also provides specific path planning inside each cell guaranteeing the minimal turning of the robots. The proposed algorithm is applied to two different working areas, and verified that it is an optimal path planning method.

컨테이너 터미널의 자원 할당계획에 관한 연구 (Study on the Resource Allocation Planning of Container Terminal)

  • We focus on resource allocation planning in container terminal operation planning problems and present network design model and genetic algorithm. We present a network design model in which arc capacities must be properly dimensioned to sustain the container traffic. This model supports various planning aspects of container terminal and brings in a very general form. The integer programming model of network design can be extended to accommodate vertical or horizontal yard configuration by adding constraints such as restricting the sum of yard cranes allocated to a block of yards. We devise a genetic algorithm for the network design model in which genes have the form of general integers instead of binary integers. In computational experiments, it is found that the genetic algorithm can produce very good solution compared to the optimal solution obtained by CPLEX in terms of computation time and solution quality. This algorithm can be used to generate many alternatives of a resource allocation plan for the container terminal and to evaluate the alternatives using various tools such as simulation.

선형계획법을 이용한 협업공급망계획 수립모델 (A Linear Programming Approach for Supply Network Planning based on Supply Chain Collaboration Strategy)

  • In this paper, we propose a linear programming model of supply planning process for the supply chain collaboration strategy of a company. The amount of its supplying quantity relies on outsourcing suppliers heavily. Conversely, the revenues of those suppliers are highly dependent on the supplying quota from the supply network planning of the company. In order to keep the supply stable through collaboration, the company builds such a policy to guarantee the fairness on revenue between the supplies. For this, the supply network plan should keep the capacity utilization ratio even for all the suppliers. But the production capacities are different and the distribution of molds is disproportional through suppliers, so the supply network plan is not easily established with simple arithmetic processes. Therefore, we developed the linear programming model with those target function and constraints minimizing the costs for holding inventory and penalty of delayed delivery, simultaneously guaranteeing the even capacity utilization through suppliers. The proposed model has been applied to real case and the evaluation for the planning result from the model would be followed in order to make sure that our model guarantee on extracting the supply network plan subordinated to the policy. Also we mention about further studies for improvement of the model.

A Decision Support System for an Optimal Transportation Network Planning in the Third Party Logistics

  • In an effort to gain competitiveness, recently many companies are trying to outsource their logistics activities to the logistics specialists, while concentrating on their core and strategic business area. Because of this trend, the third party logistics comes to the fore, catching people's attention, and expanding its market rapidly. Under these circumstances, the third party logistics companies are making every effort to improve their logistics services and to develop an information system in order to enhance their competitiveness. In particular, among these efforts one of the critical parts is the decision support system for effective transportation network planning. To this end, this study has developed an efficient decision support system for an optimal transportation network planning by comprehensively considering the transportation mode, routing, assignment, and schedule. As a result of this study, the new system enables the expansion of the third party logistics companies' services including the multimodal transportation, not to mention one mode of transportation, and also gets them ready to plan an international transportation network.

  • The purpose of this study is to explore ways to efficiently capture the opinions of students who are main users in the planning, planning and design of school facilities. There are many criteria for determining good schools, but in this study, the main purpose of this study was to set up the main users as students, and to analyze the differences between the network and the actual spatial structure (network) created by the hope of students' use of school space, and the direction to overcome the differences. After surveying students' opinions about their satisfaction with school space and their desire to use school space by limiting the survey target to middle and high schools in Seoul, the 'social-space network analysis' was recently established in the social science field. As a result, it was found that the proximity of space and space desired by students in the school varied greatly depending on the geographical conditions, school districts, and the status of the current facilities, and the direction of improvement specialized for each school was found.

텍스트 마이닝 분석을 통한 생태계서비스 수요-공급의 이슈 차이분석 - 시흥시 민원과 도시계획 자료를 활용하여 - (Issue Difference of Ecosystem Service Demand and Supply through Text Mining Analysis: Case Study of Shiheung using Complaints and Urban Planning Materials)

  • The comparison of demand and supply is needed for efficient ecosystem services planning. However, the gap between them cannot be analyzed as existing studies mainly dealt with only the supply of ecosystem services. This study compares the demand and supply of ecosystem services in Shiheung using environmental complaints and urban planning by semantic network analysis. As a result, 'air' and 'water' quality are magnified in demand, 'energy' and 'water' are crucial in supply. This result presents that citizen ask for the improvement of air quality in regulation services, although local government has plans for energy support in provisioning services. Periodic ecosystem services demand and supply monitoring will be the base of effective ecosystem services planning, which reduce insufficiency and surplus.
