가스 밸브 제어기는 사용자의 취급부주의에 의해 폭발, 화재 및 질식 등의 사고를 미연에 방지하고자 사용 시간을 설정하여 가스를 사용할 수 있는 시스템이다. 가스 밸브는 각 수용가에서 한 번 설치를 하면 특별한 사안이 없는 한 교체하지 않는 품목 중의 하나로서, 설치 이전에 충분한 시험이 필요한 장치이다. 본 연구에서는 가스 밸브 제어기를 사용 횟수를 설정하여 시험할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다.

유지관리에 있어서 가장 중요한 것은 예방정비이며 유지관리에 목적 또한 예방정비에 있다고 하겠다. 그러므로 최근의 여러 상황으로 미루어 절토사면의 예방정비라고 측면이 어느 때보다도 강조되는 시기라고 하지 않을 수 없으며 본 논문은 여러 가지 사면의 유지관리 소홀로 발생되는 사례를 통해 유지관리시의 문제점 들을 살펴보았다. 그리고 향후 사면의 유지관리를 통해 붕괴에 대해 적극적 대처방안을 모색하고 유지관리 부서 및 담당자들에게 도움이 되었으면 하고 추후 유지관리에 대한 많은 연구가 이루어졌으면 한다.

The purpose of this study is basic research for demand forecasting of residence which will form in the new industrial complex. Our industrial complexes are important base of National economic development until 90's. But The industry complexes which confront facility which is old, Maintenance negligence and change of industrial system must change new shape from existing function of industrial complexes. The results of this study are that the present housing using condition are different at ages and Using intentions of staff facility are negative generally. These means that When starting the structure hightening, the utility system provision and public information of residence facilities in industral complex are necessary for workers. So, The key points of industry complex structure hightening are that the accurate recognition about demand and the development of financial support policy for young Income low-end workers do to make advance efficiently.

Mechanical problems are basically three dimensional nonlinear dynamic problems, which makes it difficult to solve. The difficulties are tried to overcome by modeling, i.e., simplifications of the system with the assumptions or negligence of minute effects. However, the correctness or usefulness of the model should be verified through the comparison with experimental results, which is the process of physical understanding of the system. The understanding of physics of the system make it possible to design or operation of the system. The effects of clearance and friction are always difficult problems in mechanical system due to its nonlinearity. The nonlinearity comes from piecewise-linear characteristics of the stiffness and damping of the system. The modeling of piecewise-linearity and the experimental result are discussed in this paper for impact and friction oscillator and rotor rubbing problem, which is the combination of impact and friction problems.

In the general process of design for aerobic digestion, the design for field plant of which inflow pattern is continuous inflow is performed using the results from lab scale batch reactor. However, the recent researchers reported that the general designs were performed as over-estimated, Therefore, in this study, laboratory batch experiments were carried out at $20^{\circ}C$ and pH 7.5 on the aerobic digestion of waste activated sludge at different solid levels. This treatise could consider the negligence about effective digestion periods the usage of VSS as solid concentration, and the effect of initial solid concentration of solid degration rate coefficient($k_d$) as reasons of the overestimated design, and showed the scheme of how to design for aerobic digestion from batch experiment.

Defamation on the Internet is a criminal offense. Of late, the damage it has been causing has grown exponentially. Here, we suggest some ideas to expand the use of arbitration in Korea. We suggest that all disputes arising in connection with current contracts be settled under the rules of conciliation and arbitration. As a countermeasure to the requirements for defamation or damages, the field of criminal arbitration regulations needs to be defined strictly. In conclusion, the UK does not make provisions for arbitration as a specific subject. With respect to foreign legislation, it is necessary to take a look at ways to expand arbitration in our country. The scale of arbitration must be expanded to allow for greater protection of criminals in exchange for their cooperation in arbitration cases and relative to the amount of the damages in dollars. There must also be detailed instructions regarding the eligibility criteria for and proper handling of these arbitration cases.

Boeun-gun is hard to develop, because of large numbers of mountains and vast distribution of limited development districts. However it is easy to access from the entire country, and there are large conservation area such as national park and dams. Short-term plans such as attraction of tourists can be established using these advantages. Long-term plans can be planed with stable establishment of continuous considerations and supports. These supports will be rewarded while it demands some time and costs. Private owned mountains can be converted from negligence upkeep of property to utilization of mountains with basic consideration of mountain conservation. This may contribute the essential function of mountain.

Traditional housing must be conserved simultaneously with not only the building itself, but the circumstances of the surroundings. Hence, traditional housing should be developed as a product of a culture environment. However, most cultural properties have recently been treated as only a piece of property by irresponsible maintenance practices and damage placed on private traditional housing. Apparently, it has not always been a result of dweller's negligence. Thus, various policies must be needed to effectively preserve traditional housing. To do so, this study will indicate a new direction for the circumstance of preservation through cultural employment of traditional high-class housing as well as reduce maintenance and damage for dweller's convenience. Furthermore, this study will propose a renovation for popularization of Korean cultural assets through the gradual implementation of both economic value and public worth.

Various types of fatal accidents are increasing in Korean construction work site. Simply repeated and conventional accidents as well as new types of potential hazards which are caused by large-scaled work, complexity and negligence of temporary structures in construction are increasing, so that analysis of fundamental causes are necessary to control the construction accidents. In this study 739 fatal accidents are informally classified by the types of work and work process. The classified items which are based on ANSI Z 16.2, are modified adapted to the construction fields and are given code numbers and are analyzed by the data-base program. The exact causes of various types of accidents are analyzed by the accident types, agencies and hazardous conditions and through the Cross-tabulation method in order to find out the cause between relevant accidents.

Among five sense organs or Gyanendriyas 'Eyes' are considered as most important sense organs. They are said to be the path to mind and seat of Tejas (Light). Now a days due to their overuse and negligence in maintenance we are facing many eye related problems like Dry Eye Syndrome, Cataract, Age related Macular Degeneration, Glaucoma, Computer Vision Syndrome etc. To observe the association of defective lifestyle and related eye problems with their preventive measures, different Ayurvedic procedures are reviewed from ancient literatures and some modern researches. Dinacharya (Daily regimen) explained in Ayurveda helps to prevent many derangements. Lifestyle modification in terms of proper daily regimen and dietary regimen could help to prevent eye problems. Padabhyanga (foot massage) is one of the procedures mentioned in Dinacharya, an effective therapy for healing of eye disorders.
