The southwestern islands of Japan, especially southward from Amamioshima Island, have distinguished sets of nature and culture. However, various problems are arising on those islands. This report first introduces island characteristics as well as, their status briefly. Then it introduces conservation efforts. Since nature and culture are closely connected in the island system, conservation of the set of nature and culture is essentially important. From this point of view, this report focuses on two efforts. The first example is the effort for designation of a new national park with a new concept of "environmental culture type" and "ecosystem management type" in the Amami Gunto Islands. This effort is a new challenge to focus on the importance of cultural aspects. The second example is the unique effort of the national park visitor center to conserve as one set of integrated nature and culture with an alliance of all stakeholders in Taketomijima Island, Iriomote-Ishigaki National Park. The visitor center serves not only visitors, but also islanders. These two cases are good models that suggest hints for future conservation measures.

This study aims to identify characteristics of neo-naturalism coming from periodical changes in the 21th society, culture based on naturalism and analyze the expressional and design characteristics of neo-naturalism on 2000s. For a research method, this study researched development of naturalism in fashion, and searched digital naturalism and ecology which are design paradigm effecting on neo-naturalism through literature research and preliminary study. Analyzing preliminary study on architecture, interior, fashion about digital naturalism and ecology design, concept of neo-naturalism identified and four expressional characteristics of neo-naturalism was classified, actual examples of neo-naturalism in 21th fashion were extracted and drew design characteristics. The results are as followings. Firstly, naturalism described nature as it is and developed according to the values and needs of the times. Naturalism in fashion showed natrual human body's curve, nature pattern and used natural materical focused on ideal beauty of nature. Secondly, neo-naturalism renews with the foundation of digital culture and ecology design paradigm, and focuses on the flexible possibility to express nature with digital, new media and formative art, and made the artificial nature uniting human-nature-environment as organic whole by ecology design paradigm. Thirdly, design of neo-naturalism divided four characteristics, nature's organic form, combination with the technology, ethical harmony with nature, global local design. The first characteristics of the nature's organic form are expressing silhouette of the nature's organic volume abstractly, the second ones of the combination with the technology are reinterpreting primitive nature contemporary with artificial sensibility of high technology, the third ones of the ethical harmony with nature are showing simple design and high-touch, and the forth ones of global local design are expressing cultural hybrid preserving vernacular design.

Culture is way of life. And a culture is based on the view of nature and humun being. Korea has many kinds of tradition. Out of them, Korean character Hangul, food and medicine have been succeeded as they were in old days. So I tried to induce Korean view of nature and human being from those traditions. The common principle induced from them is Yin-yang and five elements. Yin-yang and five elements is away to cognize nature by Korean people. That means Yin-yang is thought to be the principle of nature. Nature is what life is born or produced. And mankind is a part of nature. Thus Yin-yang and five elements works on mankind in the same way as they do on nature. Mankind is born and grows on the earth. So human body consists of four, parts of the earth, which are light, air, water and soil. It is essential for human being to maintain balance and harmony in nature with nature and as nature.

The ecological expression of art in modern society takes the harmonious developmental relationship between man and nature as an element and combines it with the various manifestations of painting as an expression of ecological artistic development. The necessary relationship for the harmonious development of nature is accurately articulated, and the ecological changes in people are expressed in integrated materials that inspire human reflection. In the pursuit of material pleasures, mankind is neglectful and indifferent to the environment. The development of composite painting in art and ecology is a process that more reveres the harmony between man and nature as well as satisfying the creative value of the work. After systematic evaluation and research, people have engaged in various structural forms of composite art painting development in the long history of art development, focusing on the integration of environmental and ecological culture.In the process of nature education going through development, the comprehensive practical development of nature education is enhanced and efforts are made to feel new ecological art ideas and new ways of valuing environmental protection. In this paper, an observational study of eco-art will be carried out, starting from the theory of hierarchical division and analyzing the contradictory relationship between man and nature. Recognize nature, understand it and feel it through eco-art painting. The analysis of the contradictory relationship between man and nature is combined with the identification of various types of information that give value to the environmental protection public, and the combination of ecological painting and nature art to achieve an upgrade of the environmental protection idea of the value of painting.

본 연구는 조선시대 문인들의 조경공간과 관련한 기록을 대상으로 조선시대 다양한 전개양상을 보인 와유문화와 전통조경공간과의 문화사적 관계를 살펴보고자 한 것이다. 현실의 유교적인 삶과 자연의 도교적인 삶을 절충하며 살아야 했던 조선시대 문인들의 산수자연에 대한 태도는 다방면의 문화가 난숙해지면서 점차 철리적(哲理的)인 태도에서 심미적(審美的)인 태도로 변화하게 되었다. 이러한 산수자연관의 변화와 명말청초 시은(市隱)하고자하는 성시산림(城市山林)의 문화가 전래되면서 산수자연을 일상공간에서 쉬이 즐기고자 하는 바람이 간절해졌다. 그러한 바람은 현실 속에서 소요유(逍遙遊)한다는 의미를 갖는 와유문화(臥遊文化)에 주목하게 되고 다양한 와유문화의 양상들을 만들어냈다. 국문학분야에서는 일상공간에 앉아 산수의 감흥을 글로 즐길 수 있는 산수유람기(山水遊覽記)가 발달하고, 미술분야에서는 이상향을 그렸던 관념산수화(觀念山水畵)가 실제의 경관을 옮겨 핍진(逼眞)한 산수의 미를 즐길 수 있는 실경산수화(實景山水畵)로 발달하게 되었다. 조경분야에서는 개인의 이상(理想)을 표현할 수 있는 일상공간에 산수자연을 담아 감상의 측면에서 가장 생생함을 체험할 수 있는 공간을 조성하였다. 또한, 전통조경공간은 방안에 누워서도 꿈꾸고 싶은 대상으로 실제 산수이상의 의미를 지니게 되었다.

<슈렉>은 기존의 동화와는 다른 새로운 내용과 형식을 선보이며 기존 관습에 균열을 만들어서 고정화된 관념에 대한 인식의 변화, 사고의 전환을 유도한 작품이다. 본 연구는 세 편의 슈렉 이야기에 반복되는 의미구조를 그레마스의 행위자 모델과 기호학적 사각형을 통해 분석하고자 한다. 행위자 모델은, 잘 알려져 있듯이, 세 쌍의 대립항을 통해 이야기의 기본적인 서사도식을 분석하는 기호학적 도구다. 이에 비해 기호학적 사각형은 기본적인 이항대립을 중심으로 형성된 의미지형을 통해 이야기의 의미생성 경로를 시각화하는 모델이다. 기호학적 사각형이 심층층위에서의 의미경로를 탐색하는 모델이라면 행위자 모델은 심층적 의미가 서사적 차원에서 구조화된 것이라고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 공주와 괴물의 사랑과 결혼, 그리고 영원한 행복 찾기를 중심으로 한 행위자 분석과 기호학적 사각형을 통한 의미생성 과정을 분석함으로써 자연과 문화간의 대립에 기반한 슈렉의 이야기 구조를 시각화한다. 분석의 중심 대상은 1편은 슈렉과 피오나의 사랑, 2편은 슈렉과 피오나의 결혼 생활, 3편은 권력과 자유이다.

70여년 남북 분단은 기성세대에서 발생하였지만, 통일은 지금의 청소년 세대가 담당하게 된다. 따라서 통일시대의 주도적 주역세력으로서의 청소년이 자기의 시대적 소임을 성실하고 책임성 있게 수행하기 위해서는 이성적인 정치 경제 이론의 학습과 연구뿐만 아니라 기본적인 인성의 훈련도 필요하다. 이는 분단으로 인한 정서적 이질감과 반목을 극복할 수 있는 내적인 동력으로 작용할 수 있다. 사회통합과 통일의 과정에서 발생하는 갈등을 완화하고 조절하며 타협할 수 있는 인성교육은 공감이 용이하며 가치 지향적이어야 한다. 남북한 공동의 역사를 바탕으로 한 전통문화는 한 민족의 정체성과 언어의 유사성을 토대로 공감이 용이하므로 통일 인성교육에 있어서 구심점 역할을 할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 이에 본 고에서는 통일과 사회 문화적 통합을 지향하는 인성교육에서 전통문화의 가치를 재발견하고 전통문화의 구체화 된 프로그램으로 자리매김되고 있는 차문화를 청소년의 통일 인성교육을 위해 적용 가능한 콘텐츠로서 제안하고자 한다.

본 연구는 시큐리티 업체의 조직특성이 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대한 관련성을 규명하고자 하였다. 첫째 시큐리티 업체의 조직특성과 경영성과(내부관점)의 관계에서는 조직특성의 조직문화(t=2.534, p<.05), 직무특성(t=6.425, p<.001) 요인이 내부관점에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 베타계수로 본 독립변수들의 상대적인영향력은 조직문화 ${\beta}$=.226, 직무특성 ${\beta}$=.576으로 나타났다. 둘째, 시큐리티 업체의 조직특성과 경영성과(학습성장관점)의 관계에서는 조직특성의 조직문화(t=2.070, p<.05), 직무특성(t=1 0.507, p<.001) 요인이 학습성장관점에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 베타계수로 본 독립변수들의 상대적인 영향력은 조직문화 ${\beta}$=.145, 직무특성 ${\beta}$=.741로 나타났다. 이와 같은 시큐리티 조직의 특성은 조직문화에 상대적으로 영향을 미친다고 볼 수 있으며, 조직의 궁극적인 목적 달성을 위해서는 체계적인 교육훈련 시스템 및 조직학습이 수반되어야 할 것으로 시사된다. 또한 조직특성은 시큐리티 직무의 특수성과 인과관계가 있으므로 직무특성을 고려한 현장 적용적 지원이 필요할 것으로 시사된다.

This study is to suggest the technique of ecological park to compatible mountain ecosystem near the urban in Woomyeonsan Urban Nature Park. It was proposed to differential technique from established ecological park focused on changing the cognition of nature, wetland ecosystem protection and restoration, and studying by served sound leisure program(nature observation and experience, etc.), in compatible mountain and urban forest near the Urban. Firstly, to achieve this aim, it was carried out delicated research and analysis that were the angle of inclination, trail, fauna, actual vegetation, bird and insect, and then to selected nature trail course and analysis capability through it.. In the basic concept and plan, firstly to make park aid mark and foundation mark, and then to establish the detail programs, nature observation program, management and organization program. This site where valley and mountain coexist was highly capable but whole site was very steep, so usable area is very narrow. To make Woomyeonsan nature ecological park escape from the established wetland type, ecological park and the park of event have to use nature material and introduce visitor. To establish it as the Nature Culture observation park and reflect on forest, valley of Woomyeonsan was divided into three display places; Nature ecosystem Zone, Meditation Zone, Nature Culture experience Zone and Nature Culture observation Center. For satisfying with ecological park aid mark and foundation mark, it was proposed to settle management plan for volunteer control and organization composition.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the symbolic meaning in body image and fashion style portrayed in Korea and American movies in aspects of sex, race, nature, and technology. The researcher analyzed movies in Korea and USA, and the results were as follows. In aspects of sex, movies portrayed new masculinity and femininity escaped from previous gender stereotypes, and the clothing styles characterized sex identity and sex roles. In aspects of race, more various races appeared in America movies than Korea＇s, and the appearance and stereotypes related with race were blurred by the globalization and the change of film market environments. In aspects of nature, Korea movie portrayed the human being as lyrical appearance in nature, and America movie expressed the human as a strong men conquering the nature in adventure movie or super human image combined with nature thing which endowed nature＇s superior characteristics to human body in fantasy and science fiction movies. In aspects of technology, the human bodies were described as cyborg, alien, or super human, which symbolized the do-identification in digital world, de-boundarization between human and machines, and the human＇s uncertainty.
