화장색 이미지평가와 선호도 차이 (제1보) -지각자의 성별을 중심으로- (A Differences in Preference and Evaluation on the Image of Make-up (Part I) -Focused on Perceiver's Genders-)

  • The purpose of this research is to provide the basic data for the development of make-up color application system, based of Korean's skin tone and the preference in make-up color to enhance the effectiveness of the education of beauty in universities. The research was conducted by the previous studies, the analyses of sale's rate of hue-cosmetics, the analytic experiment of color of cosmetics by using Spectrum Color Analyzer and other experimental researches. This research, based on the results of three preliminary researches, shows the result of evaluation from perceivers which has been come out from the experiment of having one model in her twenties being changed with twenty-two different conditions of make-up. Here follows the result of the research. Firstly, there was difference on perceiving images in terms of the gender of perceivers and especially male-group tend to have clearly perceived the gap between elegance-greyish purple, orange-natural, red-classic on monochrome make-up and contrast make-up. Secondly, in terms of lip-colors, salmon pink and pink was regarded positively to both female and male subjects and to male subjects, greyish purple was thought to be better on darker skin-tone and to female subjects, better on lighter skin-tone. Thirdly, on image make-up, romantic gives intelligent image regardless of skin-tone and gender, especially gives more positive looks to male subjects. Natural and classic elements were perceived more positively on darker skin-tone and had bigger perceiving gap in female subjects. Fourthly, in preference rate, male subjects normally preferred the look with make-up than female subjects did and salmon pink and pink lip color was preferred on the darker skin-tone.

한국 인삼시의 전개와 의미망 (The Development and Sementic Network of Korean Ginseng Poems)

  • 한민족은 역사 기록 이전부터 인삼을 복용했다. 한편 중국으로부터 전해진 한시(漢詩)는 신라, 고려, 조선 지식인들의 생각을 간결하게 표현하는 문학 양식으로 발전, 전개되었다. 본 논문은 '인삼을 소재로 하거나 주제로 한 한국인의 한시는 어떤 것이 있고 어떤 내용을 담고 있을까?' 하는 의문에 답하기 위해 인삼(人蔘), 산삼(山蔘), 홍삼(紅蔘), 백삼(白蔘) 등을 키워드로 한국고전번역원의 '한국고전종합DB'를 검색해 인삼에 관한 시를 찾아내어 그 의미망을 살펴보았다. 인삼관련 한시를 편의상 '인삼시(人蔘詩)'로 명명(命名)했다. 2021년 11월 현재, 검색을 통해 찾아진 '인삼시'는 삼국시대 2편, 고려시대 2편, 조선시대 23편이었다. 역사적으로 볼 때 인삼시의 시초는 6세기경 고구려에서 백성이 노래로 불렀던 「고려인삼찬(高麗人蔘讚)」이란 시다. 고려시대 인삼시는 안축(安軸)의 시로 대표된다. 안축은 인삼 조공의 부작용을 사실적인 관점에서 노래했다. 조선시대의 인삼시는 전기 서거정과 후기 정약용으로 대표된다. 서거정의 인삼시는 인삼의 신비적인 약리작용을 찬양하는 낭만적 인삼시다. 용재 성현의 「인삼(人蔘)」이라는 시도 인삼의 신비한 약효를 찬양하는 낭만적 인삼시다. 다산 정약용의 인삼시는 실학자답게 대단히 실용적이다. 다산은 가장 많은 다섯 편의 인삼시를 남겼다. 다산은 직접 인삼 농사를 시도했고 그 과정을 시로 남겼다. 그 시에서는 인삼 농사 실패와 성공의 스토리를 지켜볼 수 있다. 다산의 인삼 농사는 정조 이후 자연삼의 고갈과 재배삼의 보편화에 따른 전국적 현상이기도 했다. 19세기 초반부터는 개성을 중심으로 하여 대규모로 인삼 농사가 성행했고, 여타 지역에서도 소규모로 이루어졌다. 특이한 것은 김진수의 시다. 청나라의 수도 북경 동인당에서 조선의 인삼이 '松嶽山蔘(송악산삼)'이란 상표로 절찬리에 판매되고 있는 것을 시로 표현했다. 매천 황현도 1900년 한시로 된 인삼시를 남겼다. 한국 한시의 전통에서 인삼시의 전개를 의미망으로 파악하여 도식화하면 이렇게 된다. 1) 위민(爲民) 정신의 인삼시 - 고려의 신흥사대부(안축) 2) 낭만적 인삼시 - 조선 초기의 관학파(서거정, 성현 등) 3) 실용적 인삼시 - 조선 후기의 실학파(정약용, 김진수, 황현 등) 한국 인삼시의 전개를 살피면서 그 의미망을 추출해 보았다.

19세기 웨딩드레스의 미적 특성에 관한 연구 - 신고전주의와 낭만주의를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Aesthetic Characteristics of Wedding Dress in the 19th Century - Focusing on Neo-Classicism and Romanticism -)

  • The purpose of this study is to take into consideration the formative and aesthetic characteristics of wedding dresses that existed during the periods of Neo-Classicism and Romanticism which appeared as a reaction toward Neo-Classicism. The method of the research was mainly focused on precedent research data and general references. Furthermore the data on wedding dresses was mainly collected from British, French, and American library and museum web sites. The result of the research is the following. The Neo-Classicism art, which appeared along with the enlightenment in the beginning of the 19th century, pursues beauty based on associations and imitations of ancient Greek and Roman arts. In addition to aforementioned pursuits, the Neo-Classicism art also pursued universal beauty and social usefulness through law and order. This aesthetic value was also applied to the wedding dresses, so classical beauty, natural beauty and universal beauty were expressed as follows: corsets of the previous era were removed from general clothing and Empire style that imitated natural Greek style became predominant. Also, muslin replaced high quality clothes which were used as the main materials of the dressing during the previous era. Empire style's wedding dress became popular and simple colors and styles of the wedding dress expressed the beauty of the human body and emphasized civility at the same time. Romanticism art and costumes opposed rationalism and pursued sentimentalism. Moreover, it pursued diversity, exotic tastes and accepted diverse reactionism unlike Neo-Classicism's simplification and standardization. These aesthetic characteristic were applied to the wedding dress of this period; wedding dress of romanticism pursued feminine and elegant beauty with "X" silhouettes and various decorations, like general costumes. And they were decorated with a variety of excessive accessories, details and trimmings to express romantic sentimentalism. Exotic tastes which included Chinese, Egyptian, Indian influence and other diverse tastes were expressed through hair style, accessories and patterns of shawl. However, the white color in the wedding dress revealed purity and sanctity which cannot be found from general costumes regardless of whether the dress expressed Neo-classicism or Romanticism. As a formal dress worn during wedding ceremonies, the wedding dresses of the royalty revealed dignity and authority and significantly influenced later wedding dress designs.

빈 공방과 요제프 호프만이 주창한 총체예술(Gesamtkunstwerk) 디자인론의 생성배경과 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the generative background and Characteristics of Gesamtkunstwerk Design Theory advocated by Wiener Werkstätte and Josef Hoffmann)

  • In the turn of the twentieth century, Vienna emerged as a great cultural centre that stood at the forefront of developments in music, psychology, and the natural sciences. Equally influential, and still tremendously popular today, are the designs of the Wiener $Werkst{\ddot{a}}tte$ a group that was at the heart of the city's cultural scene and whose collaborators included such luminaries as the architect Josef Hoffman and the designer Koloman Moser under the slogan of Gesamtkunstwerk. The term "Gesamtkunstwerk" was introduced in the romantic period. It describes the desire for and practice of combining various art forms into a whole, such as performances that combine text, visual arts, various design and architecture. Richard Wagner was one of the early theorists of the concept, inspiring many modernist artists. As a co-founder of the Wiener $Werkst{\ddot{a}}tte$, Josef Hoffmann had a decisive influence on modern Viennese architecture and Interior design on the basis of the concept of Gesamtkunstwerk. In this view point, this study is to analyze about the generative background and design characteristics of gesamtkunstwerk advocated Wiener $Werkst{\ddot{a}}tte$. Josef Hoffmann was by all accounts a very successful architect and Interior designer in Vienna. His influence would undoubtedly have been felt simply because of his talent and energy. His special ability to range across multiple domains, coupled with a willingness to collaborate with other artists has created a synthesis and synergy that is compelling to this day.

웨딩드레스 이미지에 따른 헤어 업스타일 연구 (Hair Up-styling Techniques by Wedding Dress Image)

  • 본 연구는 웨딩드레스 이미지에 따른 업스타일 표현 기법에 대한 연구로 웨딩드레스 이미지와 어울리는 업스타일을 찾고자 하여 미용업에 종사하는 미용사를 중심으로 설문을 했고 그 설문에 따른 결과로 작품을 제작하여 제시하였다. 로맨틱한 웨딩드레스에 어울리는 업스타일은 가르마가 없는 올백형으로 빗질을 시원하게 위로 향하게 하여 탑포인트에 연출하는 땋기 기법을 활용하여 작품을 제작하는 것이 귀여운 이미지 연출 방법으로 조사되었다. 엘레강스한 이미지의 웨딩드레스에 어울리는 업스타일은 3 : 7 비율의 가르마를 형성하여 귀를 덮는 정도의 빗질로 네츄럴 포인트를 기준으로 롤 기법을 활용하여 작품을 제작하여 스타일을 표현하는 것이 엘레강스한 이미지를 연출할 수 있는 방법으로 나타났다. 클래식한 이미지의 웨딩드레스에 어울리는 업스타일은 2 : 8 비율의 가르마를 형성하여 귀를 절반 정도 덮는 정도의 빗질로 백 포인트를 기준으로 꼬기 기법을 활용하는 것이 클래식한 이미지에 적합한 것으로 조사되었다. 미용 전문가들이 꼽은 웨딩드레스 이미지에 대해 업스타일을 연출하였는데 이 자료는 업스타일 기초자료를 제공함과 동시에 업스타일을 이해하는 디자인 영역에 기여할 것이다.

뉴에콜로지 패션에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (A Study on the New Ecology Fashion)

  • The purpose of this thesis is to suggest the new ecology fashion through the comprehensive approach to analyze the difference of characteristics between ecology fashion established before the early 1990's and new ecology fashion advented in the late 1990's and create the design inspired by the image of new ecology fashion. As a method of accomplishing this research, the articles and magazines related to the fashion were examained. Also internet was surfied for studying social and cultural background of new ecology and examining the trend of new ecology expressed at design at first. Through examining the fashion mode in the late 1990's related to the trend of new ecology, the characteristics of new ecology fashion have been devided by the fabric, color and detail and drown out three images of new ecology fashion. The cultural background of new ecology is advent of fusion, techno and zen culture in the late 1990's. The characteristics of new ecology fashion are as follows. As regards of the fabrics, It's been used naturalized synthetic fabrics such as lycra and tencel produced by the advanced technology as well as luxurious natural fabrics. As the aspect of colors, on the basis of neutral colors shown to the previous ecology fashion, the wide range of colors including the vivid colors has been presented sophisticatedly. The most evident characteristic of new ecology fashion is the increase of details, along with keeping the minimal style. According to this trend of new ecology fashion, three charicteristic images can be extracted ; the techno ecology, the modern ecology and the romantic ecology. As the megatrend sustained during the late 1990's, the trend of new ecology was the mainstream not only of the fashion but also of the human life style, and has the potential continued in the 2000's.

라이프스타일 유형에 따른 레스토랑 실내이미지 선호도 차이에 관한 연구 (Preference Differences in Interior Images of Restaurants according to Lifestyles)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine restaurant patrons' preference differences in interior design style of restaurants according to their lifestyles. Written questionnaires were handed out to 500 adults in Seoul and surroundings and the results were sampled by convenience sampling. The questionnaire was composed of respondents' general characteristics, lifestyles, and preference for 10 types of interior design style. A total of 415 questionnaires were usable for data analysis, resulting in a response rate of $83\%$. To analyze the collected data, frequency, factor, reliability, quick clustering K- means and One-Way ANOVA analysis were conducted using SPSS 10.0. The results showed that there were preference differences in 10 types of interior design style of restaurants according to lifestyle types which were categorized into 4 groups. The conservative and self-convinced group showed the lowest preference scores in the 10 types of interior design style which are Romantic, Ethnic, Classic, High-Tech, Elegant, Country, Modem, Minimal, Natural, and Casual style. The quality life pursuing group and extroverted individuality groups showed the high preference scores in most of the styles, especially in the Classic and Elegant styles. The realistic self-centered group showed the highest preference scores in Casual style among the 4 groups. These study findings indicate that restaurants should take into account their patrons' lifestyles as a mean of market segmentation, and respond to their taste and preference when they have established suitable servicescape.

수공간의 감성 어휘 분석에 관한 연구 (A study on Analysis of Human Sensibility Word in Water Bodies)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 수공간에 대한 감성을 대표하는 어휘를 선정과 수공간의 감성 유형을 분석하기 위해 수행되었다. 수공간의 감성평가를 위한 어휘를 선정하는 것은 감정의 잣대를 만드는 일이기 때문에 감성어휘를 정확하게 선정하는 것은 매우 중요한 일이다. 기초어휘 수집을 위해 첫 단계에서 수공간에 대한 감성을 표현하는 어휘를 수공간 연구, 경관 평가 연구, 환경디자인 감성연구 등에서 수집 후 최종 129개의 어휘를 선정하였다 두 번째 단계에서는 수집된 어휘를 일반인들에게 제시하여 수공간의 감성을 나타내는 어휘로서 적절함의 정도를 5점 척도로 표시하도록 하여, 평균 3.5점 이상의 39개 어휘를 선발하였다. 세 번째 단계로 이 설문으로부터 나온 데이터에 대해 요인분석, 군집분석, 다차원분석을 실시하여 수공간에 대한 9개의 감성어휘를 추출하였다. 수공간 감성평가에 최종적으로 선발된 어휘는 체험적, 감각적, 자연적, 조화된, 깨끗한, 기분좋은, 역동적, 개방적, 낭만적이다.

헤어와 메이크업 일러스트레이션 기법 연구 -사실적 표현기법에 의한 작품제작을 중심으로- (A Study of Hair and Make up illustration Techniques -focusing on production based on graphical expression techniques-)

  • This research is to provide practical help in learning hair and makeup illustration skills by presenting techniques for hair and makeup drawing; to serve efficient illustration education; and to enhance the status of beauty and contribute to artistic development. Hair style and makeup techniques include graphical one, pattern-centered one, one using pattern paper, simplifying one and mood one expressing image. Of them, this research made the illustrations to use cosmetics, color pencils and pastel based on the graphical technique. for each design of the illustrations, ethnic, sexy, natural, romantic and gorgeous images, which were considered to be appropriate to the graphical technique, were chosen by the researcher out of hair and makeup styles that appeared in the fashion magazines including Vogue, Gap, Mode et Mode from 2000 through 2001. In particular, they were chosen with focusing on basic styles. The summaries below were found with the experience of making illustrations. Various techniques and skills are required to express the ideas of hair and makeup styles. Of them, the graphical technique is very useful as the primary step to learn various techniques and improve drawing skills. First, the graphical technique may enable not only expressing what is desired to draw as is, but also accurately representing hair and makeup designs so as to convey objective expression. In this regard, it is a proper way to achieve its inherent purpose as conveyance of messages. Second, more accurate styling of hair and makeup is available through graphical expression, which helps understand related practical techniques. In addition, makeup illustration, which is expressed through direct makeup products and instruments, may serve skill improvement since such direct use provides the feeling of real makeup. Third, the graphical technique as a basic drawing skill may unrestrictedly show the artist's expression ability. Fourth, although artistic merits implying individuality and creativity should be shared through illustrations that express the artist's ideas or emotions, the graphical technique is the easiest method to beginners who just started learning of illustration, in that it enables expression without highly advanced skills.

패션컬렉션에 나타난 모자와 패션이미지의 디자인 특성 분석 (The Analysis of Characteristic Design of Hat and the Fashion Image in Fashion Collection)

  • This study is aiming to set a characteristic design and a fashion trend by analyzing hat style trends and fashion images shown in fashion collections in recent seven years. Also, based on the result of the analysis on the five world's major collections, the influence and the interrelation of hat and fashion image were analyzed. The study was performed by the context analysis method and the image evaluation method. In the context analysis method, the 1,391 pictures for hat-styles which were believed to be the standard of fashion style from the S/S season of 1998 to the F/W season of 2004 were analyzed. The research is summarized as follows. Based on the result of the fashion collections, the kinds of hats came Bowler, Beret, Cloche, Capeline, Cap and Hood in order, and Casual, Feminine, Natural, Formal, Romantic, and Mannish came in order for the case of the fashion images for putting on a hat. The result of the analysis on the characteristic of fashion design according to the kinds of hats, the casual image, with highest frequency, was found from all of the kinds except Capeline. Bowler and Cloche were conspicuous in jackets/slacks, Capeline was conspicuous in one-piece shape, and cloth silhouette showed the highest frequency in H type. As for Bowler, the color of cloth and hat was mostly black, and as for Beret and Cloche, achromatic color showed the highest frequency. But as for Capeline, the cloth color, including chromatic color, was various. As for Beret, pattern and material image were various comparatively, but as for other kinds of hats, there were the materials with no pattern and with hard material image.
