인성교육은 세계 어느 나라를 막론하고 형식적 교육이 이루어진 이후로 교육의 가장 궁극적이고 핵심적인 문제가 되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 다인수 학급에서 결여되기 쉬운 아동, 교사간의 인간관계의 친밀성, 신뢰성, 개방성을 촉진하고, 아동 상호간의 집단 활동을 통해 긍정적 인간 관계를 경험하기 위한 "인성교육을 위한 학급경영시스템"을 구축하였다. 학급경영시스템은 단순한 자료제시에서 벗어나 인성요소를 통합적으로 지도하는 통합시스템의 성격을 지니고 정보화의 급속한 발전 속에 학생들의 컴퓨터 활용능력뿐만 아니라 정보사회에 능동적으로 대처할 수 있는 시스템 모델이다.

국내외적으로 정보 교육의 중요성을 인식하고 있으며, 정보 교육을 확대하는 방향으로 교육 정책이 변화하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 컴퓨터교육과에 재직하고 있는 교육대학교 및 사범대학교 교수와 교육과정 개발 경험이 있는 초등 및 중등 정보 교사로 구성된 전문가 집단을 구성하여 초등학교 정보 교육과정 내용 체계를 개발하였다. 구체적으로 2022 개정 교육과정에서의 중등 정보 교과와 연계성 및 위계성을 지닌 초등학교 정보 교육의영역, 영역별 핵심 아이디어, 영역별 내용 요소 및 학년별 지도 내용에 대한 내용 체계를 개발하였다. 본 연구를통해 초·중등학교의 정보 교육에서 연계성을 확보하였으며, 디지털 리터러시의 내용 요소를 각 내용 영역에 포함하였다는 의의가 있다. 본 연구에서 제안한 초등학교 정보 교육과정 내용 체계는 향후 초등학교의 인정교과서 개발 및 정보 교과 독립을 위한 기초자료로서 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

정보통신기술의 급속한 발전은 행정에 대한 국민의 참여 욕구와 다양하고 신속한 행정서비스 욕구의 증대로 나타나고 있다. 이러한 시대적 요청에 부응하여 교육과학기술부에서는 '전국단위 교육행정정보시스템(NEIS : National Education Information System-이하 NEIS)'을 구축하여 국민에 대한 서비스 제공과 교육행정의 생산성과 투명성을 높이기 위하여 노력하고 있다. 2003년부터 본격적으로 운영하게 된 교육행정정보시스템(NEIS)은 16개 시 도교육청 및 교육과학기술부에 시스템을 구축하고 모든 교육행정기관 및 초 중등학교를 인터넷으로 연결하였다. 그러나 교육행정정보시스템(NEIS)은 개인 정보 유출에 대한 우려와 관련 법규의 미정비에 대한 불법성, 보안 문제 등 많은 문제점을 내포하고 있다. NEIS 교무업무시스템은 학교생활기록부를 비롯하여 학생들의 개인 신상정보와 성적 등 준영구 이상의 중요 기록물을 전자적 방식으로 다량 생산하고 있다. 그러나 이렇게 생산된 기록물은 각 시 도교육청 DB에 축적되어져 있는 상태이며 전자기록물로 생산되고는 있으나 이를 장기적으로 활용 보존할 수 있는 정책이 마련되어있지 못한 상태이다. 따라서 NEIS 교무업무시스템을 통하여 전자적으로 생산되는 기록물 중 학교생활기록부의 기록 관리과정을 ISO15489에 따라 비교 분석해 봄으로서 기록물의 4대 속성이 보장될 수 있는 기록물 관리 방안을 제시해보고자 한다.

Purpose: This study was to identify the factors affecting utilization of clinical nurses' hospital information system. Method: Using a convenient sampling, 450 nurses from 9 secondary or tertiary university hospitals in B metropolitan city were selected. Results: The extent that nurses utilize the hospital information system was 3.22 point on average. The hospital information system utilization was positively correlated with personal information utilization skill, information-oriented education, attitude toward computer, and support of the chief manager, while as negatively correlated with the organizational atmosphere. The causal factors of influencing on the hospital information system utilization were personal information technology, education experience of the hospital information system, age, attitude toward computers, education level and support of the chief manager. The total eigenvalue of the variables was 38%. The major variables of influencing on the hospital information system utilization were the personal information technology and education experience of the hospital information system. Conclusions: Thus, nurse managers should provide training courses to improve personal information technology of nurses, and consistently promote them so that nurses can readily apply the hospital information system which have been recently introduced in various ways and thus improve the efficiency of nursing.

교육정보화로 각급 학교에 정보화 기기가 많이 보급되었으나 이를 적극 활용하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 초등학교 교사들의 교육정보화에 관한 인식을 조사.분석하여 보급된 정보통신기기를 교육활동에 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 방안 및 교육정보화 추진 성과를 모색하는 기회를 제공하고자 다음과 같은 연구문제를 설정하여 추진하였다. 첫째, 교육정보화 정책에 대한 인식은 어떠한가? 둘째, 교사 정보화 촉진을 위한 활성화 방안에 대한 인식은 어떠한가? 셋째, 정보화 윤리에 대한 인식은 어떠한가?

정보 사회에서 교육 패러다임의 급격한 변화는 학교, 교사, 학생의 역할 변화를 포함하고 있다. 수업의 방향이 교사주도에서 학습자 주도로 바뀌어감에 따라 학생들은 자기 주도적 학습을 수행하는 동안에 다양한 지원을 필요로 한다. EPSS(Electronic Performance Support System)는 기업체, 기관, 학교 등에서 업무 수행자가 원하는 순간에 지원을 의뢰할 수 있는 수행 지원 시스템으로, 본 논문에서는 이러한 EPSS를 프로토타입으로 설정하여, 학습 패러다임의 변화를 지원해 줄 수 있는 ELSS(Electronic Learning Support System)에 관한 모델 개발을 시도하고 학습 적용 가능성을 타진하였다. 먼저, EPSS에 관한 다양한 이론들을 고찰해 보았고 이를 토대로 ELSS의 개념, 설계시 고려사항, 구성요소 등으로 구성된 ELSS 모델을 제안하였다.

Coursera, edX 등 원격 교육 플랫폼으로 촉발된 온라인 교육의 질적 성장으로 온라인 플랫폼을 통한 평생교육의 수요가 증가하였다. 이에 부응하여, 우리나라도 정부 기관, 지자체에서 다양한 평생교육 지원 제도와 사이트를 만들었다. 각 지원 제도와 사이트의는 각각의 회원 정보 수집 체계를 만들었다. 학습자의 정보를 체계적으로 수집하고 이용하기 위해서는 각 시스템들의 통합된 회원 관리 체계가 필요하다. 따라서 국가 수준의 평생교육 지원 시스템들의 회원 정보 수집 현황을 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 시스템들이 공통적으로 수집하는 회원정보와 개별적으로 수집하는 정보를 구분한다. 통합 회원 체계의 바탕이 되는 항목들을 갈무리하는 데 도움을 줄 것이다.

An agent is a computer program that acts autonomously on a computer system. A mobile agent is not bound to the system where it begins execution. It has an ability to transport itself from on e system in a network to another. Mobile agent system solve the network traffic problem. Moreover, the agent may utilize the object services of the destination agent system. In this study the mobile agent system is introduced to support security service.

The purpose of this article is to consider the distance education system, its principles, features and means. One of its existing and promising tools is video conferencing. The article discusses the types of video conferencing, hardware and software, features and requirements for communication channels, types of information transmitted through these channels.

This study was carried out to reduce children's sugar, natrium and fat intakes and establish their healthy lifestyle. To achieve these goals, we developed an educational web site and an e-learning system. The targets of this web site are children, parents and educators. This site has various information about sugar, natrium and fat, and has special menus for each target: such as the 'Let's study' for children, 'Guides for child's eating' for parents, and 'Educational softwares, Lesson plans/materials, and Textbooks/Teaching guides' for educators. We developed three nutrient characters and applied them to the web site. We provided information in the form of texts, images, flash and sounds. This site has special boards in 'Nutrition cafe' menu to interchange information or their successful stories between the connecters. We developed an e-learning system with two courses. One is for junior elementary students and the other is for senior students. Children can study each nutrient step by step in a course according to their academic ability and concern. Also, they can evaluate their academic achievement in this system, which was uploaded into 'Let's study' in children menu in the web site. Conclusively this web site and e-learning system could contribute to reducing children's sugar, natrium and fat intakes by helping children study them systematically and effectively by on-line system. We expect this e-learning system would be a new nutrition education system to make nutrition education more active.
