Seismic Reflection Methods (TSP, HSP) have been applied in the junction between 2nd Adit and Main Tunnel (Solan Tunnel) of Youngdiong Railroad (Mt. Dongbaek~Dokye). In this paper, methods and case study will be introduced to predict discontinuties in the tunnel before excavation by the Seismic Reflection Methods (TSP, HSP)and secure construction stability of the tunnel in blasting and excavation.

The purpose of this study is to find the acoustic parameters on frequency domain to distinguish the Korean nasals, /m, n, ng/ from each other. Since it is not easy to characterize the antiformant on frequency domain, we suggest the new parameters that are calculated by LTAS(Long term average spectrum). Maximum energy value and its frequency and minimum energy and its frequency of zero are obtained from the spectrum respectively. In addition, slope1, slope2, total energy value, centroid, skewness, and kurtosis are suggested as new parameters as well. The parameters that are revealed as to be statistically signigicant difference are roughly peak1_a, zero_f, slope_1, slope_2, highENG, zero_ENG, and centroid.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Fishery had carried out a random sample survey on rice yield by the method of plot cutting since 1959 to obtain correct statistics on rice production. There are important problems connected with the determination of optimum size and shape of sample plot, variation of yield between plots and field and variation in the time needed for different types of plot cutting. This kind of research has been performed in India by Dr. P. V. Sukhatme and Dr. V. G. Panse. Also the same optimum procedures are much different in Japan that in India. In Korea, the optimum procedures may well be different from either of these countries. Although the government is proceeding with the crop yield survey, it does not attempt to investigate plot problems but emphasize total rice yield estimation. This particular research was conducted on a scale enough that the author could personally supervise all of the work.

This study was carried out to investigate release characteristics of phosphorus with DO, pH and temperature, to suppose its behaviour with time using mathematical model, and to under-stand its forms with pH. Released SRP was in inversely proportional to DO and it did few release in initial aerobic conditions, but it did actively with decreasing DO concentration. Also, its release was increased with increasing pH and temperature. It was found that relation between time and released SRP concentration was zero order reaction. As compared with k values in various pH and temp., they was $k_{15}>k_{25}$ in pH 6 but was $k_{15} in pH 7 and 8. Considering forms of phosphorus with pH, Resdi.-P & NAI-P increased but Ads.-P & Apt.-P decreased with increasing pH.

There were six academic journals on oriental medicine, published in the era of Japanese imperialism(1910-1945). Six academic journals are "Han bang eui yak kyei 漢方醫藥界", "Dong eui bo gam 東醫報鑑", "Dong seo eui hak bo 東西醫學報", "Cho sun eui hak kyei 朝鮮醫學界", "Dong seo eui hak yeon ku hoi wol bo 東西醫學硏究會月報", "Dong yang eui yak 東洋醫藥". These journals were published 33rd volume with sequence. Research into these journals has derived the conclusion that the academic trend at the time were, firstly, the interaction between western and eastern medicine, secondly, researches on "Nai Kyung 內經", "Sang Han Ron 傷寒論" and finally, promotion of development of oriental medicine by looking at the advantages of western medicine.

At present surveillance equipment on the ground of the army is distributed and located by experience element and intellience preparation of the battle field. Therefore, it is hard to utilize the optimal detection capability. This paper is forcused on improving watch ratio of the named area interested(NAI) and maximizing detection area. A linear programming model is developed and network model is established on the basis of the linear programming model. And then Out-of-Kilter algorithm is utilized for the optimal solution. Finally, one of the example is provided it shows that this model minimizes the non-detection area.

최근 네덜란드의 건축은 세계 건축계에서 두각을 나타내고 있으며, 현대 건축사에 일 획을 긋는 등 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 특히 우리에게 널리 알려진 Rem Koolhaas나 MVRDV등은 국내의 프로젝트에도 적극적으로 참여하여 그들의 진가를 잘 보여주고 있다. 이런 네덜란드 건축계와의 건축문화교류를 통해 그들이 일궈놓을 수 있는 독창성과 건축문화의 배경을 이해하고 우리의 건축문화를 위한 초석을 놓고저, 우리 협회는 지난 8월에 3명의 대표단을 보내 사전 조사를 시행한 바 있다. 그결과, Berlage Institute와 네덜란드 건축문화원과는 공감이 갈수 있는 건축적 이슈들을 국제토론의 장으로 이끌어 내는데 공조하기로 합의하고, 이의 후속 작업으로 Berlage Institute의 학장인 Rob Doctor교수와 네덜란드 건축문화원(Netherlands Architecture Institute, NAI)의 원장인 Ole Bouman 이 네덜란드의 건축정책을 소개하는 글을 게재하기로 했다. 이는 한국 건축사로서 현재 네덜란드에 유학중인 이은경씨의 도움에 의해 준비 되었고, 번역까지 도움을 주었다. 이은경씨의 도움에 진심으로 감사드린다.

In MMO game servers, NUMA (Non-Uniform Memory Access) architecture is generally used to achieve high performance. Furthermore, such servers normally use hash tables as internal data structure which have constant time complexity for insert, delete, and search operations. In this study, we proposed a concurrent hash table optimized for NUMA system to make MMO game servers improve their performance. We tested our hash table on 4 socket NUMA system, and the hash table shows at most 100% speedup over another high-performance hash table.

This paper introduces a CMOS clock driver that shows a high efficiency of electric power (lower power consumption) with the supply of lower voltage(VDD), by taking advantage of charge recycling technology. Comparing with the existing structure, this driver showed the improved maximum efficiency of electric power; 72% and 68%, with the supplied voltage of 1.8v and 1.2v, respectively. Since the output waveform shows the tri-state operating region, utilization is expected in the digital integrated circuits.
