In this paper, we analyze the interference effects between NGSO(Non-Geostationary Orbit) and HAPS(High Altitude Platform System) by dividing into two cases. The one is interference effects of HAPS into NGSO, the another is the interference effects of NGSO into HAPS. At the result, we canknow the interference effect into NGSO mobile station is the highest when position of NGSO is $95^{\circ}$. In this case, we can also know the interference effects from both HAPS and NGSO exceed interference criteria when the number of users are more than 20. And, in the case of the interference effect into HAPS mobile station, we can know it is the highest when elevation angle of NGSO is $87^{\circ}$, and the interference effects from both NGSO and HAPS exceed interference criteria when the number of users is more then 10. Moreover, the interference effect is the minimum, when elevation angle of NGSO is $64^{\circ}$, at this time, in case that the number of users of NGSO equal to the number of user of HAPS, the interference effects exceed interference criteria when the number of users is 190.

In this paper, we have estimated the interference effects between the NGSO/MSS system and the fixed-service M/W system for sharing the NGSO/MSS system into the frequency band operated by the existing M/W system. Between above two systems, the interference effects must be analyzed in the following three points. That is, PFD(Power Flux Density) level must be obtained in the case of the interference from NGSO satellites into M/W stations, C/I(Carrier-to-Interference Ratio) and the coordination contour in the case of the interference between NGSO/MSS feeder link and a M/W station, and the interference power level and coordination contour in the case of the interference between NGSO/MSS service link(handsets) and M/W stations. Therefore, in order to obtain above three criteria, we have developed the analytical model, introduced the related equations and estimated the system performance by means of the simulation and the theoretial analysis. It is expected that the results will be utilized in setting the criterion for sharing between the NGSO/MSS system and the M/W station.
The interference situation for the satellite networks using non-geostationary satellite orbit (NGSO) is more complicated than the situation between geostationary satellite orbit (GSO) networks because of the time varying orbital characteristics of NGSO systems. Most of frequency bands are allocated to fixed-satellite service and liked-service in co-primary basis. In this paper, the sharing criteria between NGSO/FSS systems and HDFS (High Density Fixed-Service) are examined.

This paper examined the feasibility of adding a new NGSO/MSS(Non-Geostationary orbit/Mobile satellite service) service link to a frequency band which is already allocated to fixed-service microwave(M/W) system. To achieve this goal, the NGSO/MSS handset performance under the influence of the M/W multiple stations and the influence of handsets on the M/W station were both analyzed. Sharing criterions were also obtained by means of coordination contour in the former case, and handset capacity in the latter case. As the results, it was proven that sharing was feasible only when the vertical distance between handset and trendline was above 4 km except front and back points of M/W antenna bore sight under influence of 9 hops(the distance between hops = 50 km) M/W system on the NGSO/MSS handset, and only when the capacity of handset was below $7.0\times10^{-14}$ handsets/ $m^{2}$ under influence of handsets on the M/W station.
It is difficult to analyze the impact of interference of NGSO/FSS systems on a GSO/FSS network because of time-varying nature of NGSO/FSS systems. In this paper, we present an efficient method to assess the impact of interference of NGSO/FSS satellite networks on the GSO/FSS carrier performances. The example analysis shows the impact on the GSO/FSS carrier performances in terms of elevation angles of earth stations in a GSO/FSS system.
The interference situation from NGSO/FSS network to GSO/FSS network is more complicated than the situation between GSO networks because of the time varying orbital characteristics of NGSO systems. In this paper, the interference characteristics for several types of hand-over strategies are simulated and it is shown that the results should be useful in practical coordination of inter-network interference.

In this paper, interference effects between NGSO and HAPS analyze into two cases. One is HAPS interference effect into NGSO, another is NGSO interference effect into HAPS. First, same case of number of users for LEO and HAPS interference received to LEO mobile station are over the -8.82dB. But in case of 1/10 and 1/100, I/N values are lowest 16.9dB and -20.3dB respectively. In case of interference received to HPAS mobile station, as LEO is 87$^{\circ}$, if the HAPS and LEO users is same, interference criterion over the 2200 users. but in the case of 1/10 and 1/100 of LEO is HAPS users, we don't know over the interference criterion. In accordance with, for reduce to effects of interference important suitable establishment of transmission power, number of users and cell radius of two system.
In this paper, interference effects between NGSO and HAPS in the feeder link have been simulated and analyzed by means of calculating excess time percent and duration below the ell protection ratio. As the results, in the case of HAPS interference into NGSO, it can be obtained that the lowest C/I values are 20.42dB in 50km and 12.73dB in 20km of HAPS altitudes, respectively. And in the case of NGSO interference into HAPS, it can be obtained that the lowest ell values are 13.94dB and 10.42dB respectively. HAPS system has more interference reception from other systems or effects more interference into other systems as its altitude is lower. Also, the lowest ell values are appeared at difference time with its altitude.

In recent years there has been a huge increase in demand for new various communication services due to the rapid advances in wireless communication. These new emerging services give rise to the interference with the existed radio system. As the new representative systems NGSO/MSS systems have been developed, using NGSO, especially Low Earth Orbit (LEO), satellites such as Iridium, Globalstar systems to provide the rapid transfer of information and the positioning services for the moving persons whenever they want to communicate, even if wherever they are. In this paper we have analysed on the interference between the feeder link of NGSO/MSS and M/W fixed system, that is the interference from the mobile satellite earth station into M/W station, as well as the interference from M/W station into the mobile satellite earth station, and the coordinated area.
