Since NFTs can be used like certificates due to the nature of blockchain, their use in various digital asset trading markets is expanding. This is because NFTs are expected to be actively used as a core technology of the metaverse virtual economy as non-transferable NFTs are developed. However, concerns about NFT security threats are also growing. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze NFT-related infringement cases and to clearly understand the current security status and risks. As a research method, we determined NFT security areas based on previous studies and analyzed infringement cases and threat types for each area. The analysis results were systematically mapped in the form of domain, case, and threat, and the meaning of the comprehensive results was presented. As a result of the research, we want to help researchers clearly understand the current state of NFT security and seek the right research direction.

블록체인 기반 NFT(Non-Fungible Token)는 자산 디지털화 및 소유권을 위한 독특한 기회를 제공하면서 디지털 경제를 변화시키는 원동력으로 등장했다. 블록체인 생태계 내에서 NFT의 급속한 출현은 디지털 자산 관리 및 소유권에 있어 중요한 발전을 의미한다. 본 연구는 기술 혁신, 시장 역학 및 규제 프레임워크의 역할을 강조하면서 블록체인 기반 NFT 서비스의 운영 전략을 검토하였다. 본 연구는 기술과 시장 역학의 교차점을 강조하면서 이더리움 블록체인에서 NFT의 기술적 토대, 확장성과 상호 운용성의 과제, 다양한 시장 관행의 의미를 연구한다. 디지털 경제에서 기능을 향상하는 것에 중점을 두고 NFT 표준화, 확장성 및 사용자 참여의 과제와 기회를 조사하여 다양한 시장 애플리케이션에 맞게 NFT 플랫폼을 최적화하는 데 대한 통찰력을 제공하는 것을 목표로 한다.

In various fields such as art, design, music, film, sports, games, and fashion, NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) are creating new economic value through trading platforms dedicated to NFT art and content. In this article, I analyze the current state of blockchain technology and NFT art content in the context of an expanding market for blockchain-based NFT art content in the metaverse. I also propose several tasks based on the economic and industrial logic of technological innovation. The first task proposed is to integrate cultural arts on blockchain, metaverse, and NFT platforms through digital innovation, instead of separating or distinguishing between creative production and consumption. Before the COVID-19 pandemic, there was a clear separation between creators and consumers. However, with the rise of Web 3.0 platforms, any user can now create and own their own content. Therefore, it is important to promote a collaborative and integrated approach to cultural arts production and consumption in the blockchain and metaverse ecosystem. The second task proposed is to align the legal framework with blockchain-based technological innovation. The enactment and revision of relevant laws should focus on promoting the development of the NFT trading platform ecosystem, rather than merely regulating it for user protection. As blockchain-based technology continues to evolve, it is important that legal systems adapt to support and promote innovation in the space. This shift in focus can help create a more conducive environment for the growth of blockchain-based NFT platforms. The third task proposed is to integrate education on digital arts, including metaverse and NFT art contents, into the current curriculum. This education should focus on convergence and consilience, rather than merely mixing together humanities, technology, and arts. By integrating digital arts education into the curriculum, students can gain a more comprehensive understanding of the potential of blockchain-based technologies and NFT art. This article examines the digital technological innovation such as blockchain, metaverse, and NFT from an economic and industrial point of view. As a limitation of this research, the critical mind such as philosophical thinking or social criticism on technological innovation is left as a future task.

대체 불가능 토큰 (NFT, non-fungible token)은 고유하고 더 이상 분할할 수 없는 특성을 가지고 있다. NFT 는 디지털 콘텐츠에 대한 소유권을 증명해 주지만 현재 1) 소유권 증명 이상의 유틸리티가 명확하지 않고, 2) 토큰이지만 유동성이 거의 없으며, 3) 가격이 예측 불가능하다. 특히, 부동산의 경우 가격이 매우 높은 특징으로 인하여 투자 진입장벽이 매우 높다. NFT 분할을 하면 유동성의 증가, 그리고 접근성 증가에 따른 커뮤니티 볼륨의 증가를 기대해 볼 수 있다. 이러한 특성을 활용하여 기존에 투자하기 어려웠던 부동산을 다양한 기술을 활용하여 쉽게 투자를 할 수 있게 된다. 또한, Black Litterman 모델을 활용하여 보다 여러 종류의 NFT 들에 대한 최적 포트폴리오를 구성할 수 있는 알고리즘을 설계하고 구현하였다.

The digital domain has witnessed unprecedented growth, reshaping the way we interact, work, and even perceive reality. The internet has evolved into a vast ecosystem of interconnected virtual worlds, giving birth to the concept of the Metaverse. The Metaverse, often envisioned as a collective virtual shared space, is created by the convergence of virtually enhanced physical reality and interactive digital spaces. Within this Metaverse space, the concept of ownership, identity, and authenticity takes on new dimensions, necessitating innovative solutions to safeguard individual rights. The digital transformation through Metaverse has also brought forth challenges, especially in copyright protection. As the lines between the virtual and physical blur, the traditional notions of ownership and rights are being tested. The Metaverse, with its multitude of user-generated content, poses unique challenges. The primary objective of this research is multifaceted. Firstly, there's a pressing need to understand the strategies employed by non-fungible token (NFT) marketplaces within the Metaverse to strengthen security and prevent copyright violations. As these platforms become centers for digital transactions, ensuring the authenticity and security of each trade becomes paramount. Secondly, the study aims to delve deep into the foundational technologies underpinning NFTs, from the workings of blockchain to the mechanics of smart contracts, to understand how they collectively ensure copyright protection. Thus, in this paper, we propose a quantum based NFT solution that can secure Metaverse and copyright contents in an advanced manner.

블록체인과 함께 NFT(Non-Fungible Token) 수요가 확대됨에 따라 사이버상의 보안 위협도 증가하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 NFT 보안 강화를 목적으로 NFT 특징, 보안 위협, 컴플라이언스 등 NFT 보안 관련 현황 분석을 통해서 보안 점검 항목을 도출하였고 이를 바탕으로 AHP 모형에 적용, 상대적 중요도를 확인하였다. 실증 분석 결과 관리체계 수립 및 운영, 암호화, 위험관리 등으로 중요도 우선 순위가 나타났다. 본 연구의 의의는 NFT 관련보안 수준 점검 항목을 도출하고 모형을 실증함으로써 NFT 보안 사고 감소 및 관련 회사들의 보안 관리 수준을 보다 더 향상시킬 수 있다. 그리고 NFT 점검 항목의 상대적인 중요도를 고려하여 보안 점검을 수행한다면 조기에 보안 수준을 식별할 수 있을 것이다.

The combination between metaverse and non-fungible token (NFT), which opens up new opportunities for the media industry, raised expectations for a new economic system and business model. Of course, last year, various institutions and researchers continuously introduce representative metaverse services and business strategies such as Roblox, Fortnite, and ZEPETO. However, as 2022 progresses, the reaction to the metaverse is tepid than expected. Search volume on Google has been continuously decreasing. Furthermore, skepticism, regarded as one of the special phenomena caused by the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic, is expanding since December 2021. Nevertheless, analysis or contemplation of a new business model related to the metaverse, which is still ongoing, is essential for those who must prepare for the future. The reason is that even if without being activated now, advanced preparation can help when various problems arise. In this study, we look at the metaverse and NFT biz models and estimate a picture of the future. In other words, the social and economic problems that may arise when the business model is expanded are summarized, and technical and policy measures are derived as solutions.

본 논문에서 블록체인과 개인화 추천 알고리즘을 통해 사용자 데이터 기반의 카페 정보를 추천하는 시스템과 Non-Fungible Token(NFT) 자동 발행 시스템을 구축하는 방법을 제안한다. Matrix Factorization를 활용한 추천 알고리즘을 통한 맞춤형 카페 정보를 추천한다. 또한 Klaytn을 통한 KIP-17 형태의 NFT를 자동 발급하는 시스템을 제안한다.

본 논문은 최근 몇 년간 암호화폐 시장에서 가장 두드러진 이슈 중 하나인 실제 자산 토큰, 즉 RWA(Real-World Assets) 토큰의 토큰 거래와 관련된 익명성 보호 문제를 다룬다. 블록체인 기술의 투명성 원칙상 거래자의 익명성을 보장하기 어렵지만, 기존 블록체인 연구에서 대체 가능 토큰(FT)의 프라이버시 보호를 위해 믹서 서비스를 이용하는 경우가 있었으며 대체 불가능 토큰(NFT)의 프라이버시 보호를 위한 선행 연구가 있었다. 그러나 FT와 NFT의 특성을 모두 지닐 수 있으며 실물 자산과 연계된 RWA 토큰은 그 구조상 어느 한 방법만을 사용해서는 익명성 보호라는 목표를 효과적으로 달성하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 가상의 토큰 거래 플랫폼인 ARTeX를 제안하고 거래 프로세스를 설명함으로써 RWA 토큰의 익명성 보호를 위한 방안을 분석한다.

급성장하는 디지털 경제 환경 속에서 NFT가 예술계 내에서 화제의 중심으로 부상하였다. 그러나 중국에서는 NFT 예술이 중국의 정치경제, 사회문화적 상황과 관련된 제약으로 인해 발전이 더딘 상황이다. 엄격한 관리 및 통제로 인해 암호 화폐의 유통이 제한되어 있고, NFT 예술에 대한 대중의 인식 및 수용 수준, 시장의 성숙도도 아직 낮은 편이다. 이러한 한계에도 불구하고 본 논문에서는 중국 미술 창작자와 시장 참여자가 중국 시장의 특성에 맞는 온라인 개인 미술 IP 모델을 구축할 수 있다고 전망하여 그 현황과 가능성을 모색한다.
