Structural Analysis of Self-Development Competency and Employment Readiness to improve the Job Achievement of Women's University Students (여대생의 취업을 향상시키기 위한 자기개발역량과 취업준비도의 구조적 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of self-development competency on employment readiness for job achievement of women's university students and to enhance the recruiting rate of female students ultimately. This paper classified the factors of self-development competency and employment readiness and defined a new research model. This study is meaningful what self-development competency is actually helpful for female undergraduates to get a job. Both self-recognition skill and self-control skill have positive primary effects on their career development skills in self-development competency. Career development skills has a positive secondary effect on not only their goal setting for job seeking but also their searching for job information. This paper suggests that career development skills is of paramount importance so as to improve employment readiness. It is expected that executable education policies and cases can be more developed on the basis of this study.

  • Smart factory of Manufacturing sector is rapidly spreading, globally. In case of domestic, it is on going based on KOSF. It is neither lack of invest nor security of information due to it has been spread from manufacturing sector. Hence, that's very difficult to efficiency prevent from new type of intimidation and security accident happened sometimes from this situation. According to research information security condition with recognized new menace, there is a most efficient way is provide education of information security without any extra budget to safely spread smart factory. Thus, this study of research has developed security awareness training curriculum from international standard, requirement of the industry, and curriculum of educational institution based on NCS (National Competency Standard). It is be very helpful to spread smart factory safely due to expert group has been test of validity.

A Study of the Accessibility Evaluation of TTS-1 for the Screen Reader User (스크린리더 사용자를 위한 플러그인 가상악기 TTS-1의 접근성 평가 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the accessibility of the Cakewalk TTS-1 for the screen reader users. An evaluation was performed by testing the accessibility of a editing virtual instrument that is a part of MIDI production based on the NCS(National Competency Standards) by using the TTS-1 and the Sense Reader. The results of this study are as follows. The TTS-1 itself can't provide enough accessibility for the screen users to do an above task. But the screen reader users can perform the above tasks if they use extended access functions like Sense Reader's Mouse Pointer function, Position Memory function and MIDI Control Signal function. Even if they use the extended access function, there are functions that is difficult to access. To solve this problem, several suggestions are proposed.

Analysis of the Importance and Priority of HRM Factors in Private Security (민간경비 인사업무의 중요도 및 우선순위에 대한 고찰)

  • The purpose of this study is to find significant activities in human resource management (HRM) to solve growing-pains caused by the rapid external growth in private security business. To this end, we applied the HRM factors suggested by the National Job Capability Standard (NCS) to the private security and investigated the relative importance using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results were as follows. First, the importance of 4 HRM criteria in the private security was ranked in order of recruitment, operation, benefit, and retirement. Particularly, the relative importance of recruitment reached 63.8%. Second, the composite importance was calculated by dividing the 4 HRM criteria into 14 capability sub-criteria and 46 capability alternatives. As a result, personnel planning and hiring at the recruitment turned out as the areas that needed the most improvement. In addition, the operating and planning of education involved in the highest rank, 8th and 10th respectively. Based on these results, we suggested critical HRM factors for developing the private security business as well as proposed research directions and methods for further studies.

A Study on SI-Drum's Accessibility Evaluation for Screen Reader User (스크린리더 사용자를 위한 플러그인 가상악기 SI-Drum의 접근성 평가 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the accessibility of the Cakewalk SI-Drum for the screen reader users. The results of this study are as follows. The SI-Drum has almost no basic accessibility for the screen users to do an above task. But the screen reader users can perform the tasks by using Sense Reader's Mouse Pointer function and Position Memory function. To use SI-Drum more efficiently, SI-Drum's basic accessibility have to be provided fully. Several suggestions are proposed to develop a fully accessible SI-Drum for the screen users.

  • Purpose To meet changing social demands and fulfill the needs of the information and communications technology industry, the curriculum of MIS related department should develop and implement new conceptual frameworks. In response, the purpose of this study was to develop curriculum for students in the Department of e-Business at Kyungnam University. Design/methodology/approach We conducted a demands analysis of educational demanders, NCS(National Competency Standards) based curricular analysis, and benchmarking from other management information systems related departments. The expert panel committee consisting of e-Business department faculty members was held to examine and discuss the student-oriented curriculum developed during this study. Findings Results show that the contents and types of curriculum should be organized so that students can maximize their professional job competency to apply to their core professional tasks. Given these findings, we reconstructed the curriculum with both basic and advanced courses, all systematically organized according to the job requirements they offer toward meeting the industry's needs. We also implemented the web-based JSSS(Job Searching Support System) with which educational demanders can search among 13 job types, estimate their performances, and obtain the information about course registration. In all this study presents specific, practical evidence of the job-related curriculum for students in the Department of e-Business at Kyungnam University.

  • 본 논문에서는 교과개정 개편으로 저학년부터 코딩교육의 의무화가 됨에 따라 현시점에서 코딩교육의 대표적인 교육사이트에 대한 현황 및 장단점을 살펴보고, 교육을 받은 S/W 인재들이 대학교에 진학하여 배우는 S/W 교육에 대해 살펴보고자 했다. 현재 미래 창조과학부에서 운영하는 S/W 중심대학에 관하여 적절한 운영 방향에 따라 각 대학교가 운영되고 있는지 조사해보고 이에 따른 개선 방향을 제시하고자 하고 대학교별로 K-ICT(Korea-Information&Communication Techonology) 전략에 부합하는 목표성을 가졌는지 그룹핑해서 나열하고 이에 따른 문제점을 분석하여 S/W 교육 추진 방향과 정책설계를 통한 미래 발전 방안을 K-ICT 중심의 목표와 S/W 중심학교가 NCS(National Competency Standards)에 부합하는 시스템 개발을 위한 연구의 필요성을 제시한다.

Development of AHP-based Aviation Logistics MPE Company's Production Management Job Training (AHP 기반 항공물류 소부장 전문기업의 생산관리 직무교육 개발 방안)

  • In this study, AHP-based production management job training was developed for MPE companies in the aviation logistics industry. The AHP model was designed with upper and lower classes. Purchase management competency, material management competency, process management competency, and SCM competency were selected as factors of the upper class of production management job training. Lower class evaluation factors were selected for each upper class. As a result of AHP analysis, the relative importance of the upper class evaluation factors was found in the order of SCM competency (0.322), process management competency (0.314), material management competency (0.201), and purchase management competency (0.163). Among the upper classes, it was analyzed that the importance of SCM competency and process management competency was high. The final priority of evaluation factors for the development of the production management curriculum of MPE companies in the aviation logistics industry was analyzed as follows. First, supply chain performance management, which is the lower layer of SCM competency, was analyzed as the top priority factor, and the priorities of evaluation factors were derived such as facility preservation management, which is the lower layer of SCM competency, supply chain production operation, which is the lower layer of SCM competency, process quality management, which is the lower layer of SCM competency, supply chain transportation management, and supply chain supply plan, which are the lower layers of SCM competency

Educaction program development applying capstone design for convergence talent development in the fashion field (패션분야 융합인재 육성을 위한 캡스톤 디자인 교육프로그램 학습 모형 개발 - NCS 패션분야 중심으로 -)

  • In this paper, Capstone Design Education Program Learning Model was developed and recommended in order to foster convergent talents armed with practical competences and real cooperative capabilities. In this era of convergence and creativity, the fashion world needs human resources with cooperative skills and true professional abilities. A case analysis, an in-depth interview, and 1,2 test method were used for data acquisition and analysis. The summary of this study is described below. First, this program needs to complement the NCS fashion design learning module. Second, material changes to creativity and practical competencies - knowledge, skills, and attitudes - of the students are assessed after applying Capstone Design to the NCS fashion design learning model. Third, the process of converging fashion curriculum with IT and electronic technology, developing a fashion design learning program, and applying the Capstone Design was tested to prove the effectiveness of convergent fashion design education. Among the changes observed between the trial and control groups, it was confirmed that sub-factors of creative personality, i.e. self-assurance and openness, were increased along with knowledge, core competences including communication capability, and self-directed learning capability. The greatest improvement on the technological side was observed in IT literacy while ability to respond to changes was also increased. Besides, effects were demonstrated in behavioral factors such as initiative, spirit of challenge, experience, and openness. Lastly, the Capstone Design Education Program Learning Model was proposed in order to foster convergent talents in the fashion world.

Analysis on Supply and Demand Status of Security Manpower - Focusing on Job Classification of Ministry of Employment and Labor - (경호경비 관련인력 수급실태 분석 - 고용노동부의 직업분류를 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to analysis on status and trends of supply & demand and need of job level of security manpower from recognizing need for studies on supply and demand status of security manpower. The results were as follows. First, the shortage percentage of total security manpower was 1.2% ~ 1.6% from the first half of 2009 to the first half of 2015 as the result of analyzing status and trends of supply & demand of security manpower. Second, the need of job level of total security manpower was 785 ~ 2,557 people at the job level 1 from the second half of 2009 from the first half of 2013 as the result of analyzing status and trends of need of job level of security manpower. So, we should have interests such as (1) positivity of security manpower from trends and prediction of supply & demand of manpower, (2) Ensuring professionalism of security manpower considering the job level, (3) training of security manpower utilizing national competency standards(NCS), etc.
