서울시 폭설위험도 평가방안 (Suggestion of Heavy Snow Risk Analysis in Seoul)

  • PURPOSES : This study is to suggest heavy snow risk analysis in Seoul. METHODS : Recently, the increase of extreme weather caused by global warming raises the occurrences of unpredictable natural disasters and the loss potential of human disasters by land use facilities accumulation. It is necessary to develop the risk analysis for the natural and human disasters. RESULTS : In this study, heavy snow risk analysis among natural disasters in Seoul was suggested. The spatial unit of risk analysis level was established for the lines and administrative districts. CONCLUSIONS : The risk analysis was performed using risk matrix of disaster occurrence score and disaster damage score. The components affecting the risk disaster analysis by types were analyzed and the application of heavy snow risk analysis was suggested.

  • Railroad disasters are frequently occurred by man-made causes or natural causes. In general, man-made causes are illegal construction practices, deterioration with the lapse of time and railroad crossing accidents, and natural causes are rainfall. snow, wind, earthquake, etc. Of cause, railroad disasters by man-made causes are prevented from keeping the safety principle, constructing multi-level crossing, securing enough men of ability and financial resources and making a thorough check using equipments with high capacity. And railroad disasters by natural causes are also minimized by construction of disaster prevention facilities, introduction and operation of general disaster prevention system and reasonable train passage control. Therefore, to setup the criterion of train passage control for train safety at railroad bridge under heavy rainfall, risky factors, national and oversea criteria under such circumstances are reviewed and a scheme to setup the criterion is suggested.

크린시설동 소음 및 진동 해석 (Research on Noise and Vibration Analysis for a clean facility)

  • This paper is a study to estimate the noise generated by fluid around each machine in the basement and basement facilities that accept major noise factor, pump fluid mechanical equipment installed to evaluate the impact on the real working environment. In particular, the review of the reliability of complementary information and reliability predict the natural frequency for generating a maximum strain when the vibration analysis, and intended to ensure that the design to avoid a natural frequency of the structure, on the basis of the this analysis result to the subject a real building.

퍼지 종합 평가를 활용한 노인 친화형 공원 만족도 분석 (The Satisfaction Analysis of Senior-Friendly Park Using Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation)

  • 본 연구는 중국 대리시의 근린공원인 얼허공원(洱河公園)을 대상으로 공원 내 환경요소들이 노인의 만족도에 미치는 영향 요인을 도출하고 만족도를 분석하여 개선 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 먼저 노인을 대상으로 한 공원 및 외부 공간의 환경 평가와 관련된 선행연구를 통해 평가 지표를 선정하였으며, 설문조사와 요인분석을 실시하여 영향 요인을 도출하였다. 다음으로 노인들의 만족도를 알아보기 위해 퍼지 종합 평가를 실시하였으며, 개선 방안을 제시하기 위한 중요도와 성취도분석(IPA) 을 수행하였다. 연구 결과를 살펴보면, 요인분석을 통해 공원 환경요소들을 시설적합성 및 쾌적성, 이용편의성 및 안전성, 자연쾌적성, 도로편의성 4가지로 유형화하였다. 이를 바탕으로 얼허공원 환경요소에 대한 전체 만족도 등급은 만족과 보통 사이로, 자연쾌적성의 등급은 만족이고 시설적합성 및 쾌적성, 이용편의성 및 안전성의 등급은 보통으로, 도로편의성의 등급은 만족에 가깝게 나타났다. IPA 분석 결과 중요도는 높지만 만족도가 낮아 중점 개선이 필요한 항목은 휴게시설의 적절성, 편익시설의 적절성, 시설의 관리 상태, 진입의 안전성, 조명시설로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 노인 친화형 공원을 신설하거나 재정비할 때 활용 가능한 기초자료를 제공하여 만족도를 높이고자 하는데 의의가 있다.

북한산국립공원 탐방객 만족요인 및 예측모형 (Satisfaction Factors and Determinants of Visitors in Bukhansan National Park, Korea)

  • 본 연구에서는 북한산 국립공원을 방문한 207명의 탐방객에 대해 설문조사를 실시하여 수집한 자료를 바탕으로 탐방만족도, 만족요인과 예측모형을 분석하여 공원관리의 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 만족도 분석결과, 불법야영, 취사행위, 바가지요금 등에 대해서는 비교적 만족하는 것으로, 쓰레기문제, 혼잡, 탐방로 훼손, 문화시설부족 등에 대해서는 매우 불만족하는 것으로 나타났다. 만족요인분석결과 시설관리요인이 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 예측모형에서는 자연자원 훼손, 문화 역사자원 힌손, 교통시설 부족 등의 변수가 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

  • In this study, the design characteristics and the cognition characteristics are investigated and conducted a survey of a bus stop, which most affects to the road scenery among the road fixture. and the result follows. The design characteristic of a bus stop is the uniform, as a box or appears urban image strongly which is not conform the Farm-village. The preference of the I image, A image and H image are high but on the other hand the preference of the E image, D image and F image are lower then average. As following conducted cognition characteristics, affirmative image is similar then the Korean traditional loop shape or using natural materials. It appears that the traditional image or the natural image is preferred then urban images by individuality of the Farm-village. Therefore, in the future, the design of the Farm-village bus stop needs to consider an area features and an environmental preservation design when design.

농촌하천 건천화 특성조사 및 분석 -경기 진위천 중심- (Analysis of Drying Stream Characteristics in the Rural Area)

  • The purpose of this study are to insure flow rate for rural stream in the rural area. The analysis of drying stream characteristics for two streams(Bong-mu, Wang-jang stream) from field survey data. Also, a study area has been determined, and criteria of estimation has been established : criteria such as, available hydrological data, the size of stream lengths and basin areas and regional characteristics. The spacial analysis is applied to stream slopes for upstream and downstream at weirs, stream networks and ground water pump stations, sinuosity of drying stream. As a result of drying streams survey analysis, drying stream characteristics are followed; levee types are earth and natural, cross sectional shapes are trapezoid, stream bed materials are gravels and sands, facilities in streams are weirs. The cause of the reduction analyzed by investigation of the current status of facilities for agricultural water use. Agricultural reservoirs block up the stream and water does not flow over the reservoirs except by storm. They also discharge water through diversion channels and the water diverted does not flow through the natural stream. Farmers directly take water from the stream by weirs.

국내 초등학교의 CPTED 적용여부와 학교 폭력 피해율과의 상관관계에 관한 연구 - 성북구와 광진구에 위치한 학교들을 중심으로 - (A Research on the Correlations between the Applicability of CPTED guidelines in Korean Elementary Schools and the Crime Rate within its Campuses - Focused On the Schools Included in Seong-Buk and Gwang-Jin -)

  • The purpose of this research is to understand the basic correlation between CPTED based 'Safe School Guidelines' and the physical properties of Korean elementary schools. Fundamentally, the guidelines are consisted with phrases that contain a detailed explanation of how the spaces within the school campuses should be and which aspects have to be avoided. Furthermore, the guidelines categorized among the several areas in school are grouped by CPTED elements such as 'Natural Surveillance', 'Territorial Integrity' and 'Natural Access'. The mission of the researchers was to check the applicability of these guidelines for each school samples and investigate which of the categories or subcategories have strong correlation with the current school crime rates. With these results, a new outline of CPTED guideline exclusive to Korean elementary schools will be obtained which can be applied on earlier stages for future school projects.

판교 신도시내의 추모공원 입지선정 분석 (Analysis on location selection of the Memorial Park at Pangyo)

  • 본 논문은 판교 신도시내의 새로운 추모시설을 도입함으로써, 차후의 신도시의 계획컨셉과 복지정책의 전환을 가능케할 수 있다는 전제하에 추진되었다. 이 연구에서는 판교신도시내의 근린공원 10개 중, 최종 1개의 최적부지를 선정하기 위해 추모공원 입지가 가능한 근린공원들을 분석하여 선정하는 연구를 진행하였다. 추모공원의 혐오시설로서의 특성들을 고려하고, 자연적 요소 및 기술적 요소 등에 대한 기준들을 검토하였으며, 전문가의견 설문을 통해 가중치분석의 틀을 객관화하였으며, 신도시내의 공원화 가능성에 대해 검토하였다. 이를 위해 판교라는 신도시의 특징 등 제반 여건이 종합적으로 검토되었으나, 본 연구에서는 추모공원의 입지선정과정을 보여줌으로써, 다른 여타의 추모공원의 입지분석에 기초정보를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

습지보호지역의 습지보전·이용시설 현황에 관한 기초 연구 - 5개 습지보호지역을 대상으로 - (Fundamental Research of Preservation & Utility Facilities in Wetland Protected Area - 5 Wetland Protected Areas were Used as Main Subjects -)

  • This research was completed to provide fundamental data regarding the guidelines to installing and managing utility facilities & structures in wetland protected area to advance the functions and sustainable use of ecology services by preserving the ecology within wetland protected area. There were 5 on-site researching areas that were used as the main subject with these areas chosen and considered from 21 inland wetlands that have been designated and are being managed from the Ministry of Environment and by their designated dates as a wetland protected area. The utility facilities in these wetland areas were categorized by their types and a detailed on-site investigation was proceeded with investigation items chosen whereas these facilities are working by their roles from their location, size, used materials, types, information contents and etc., The results showed that regarding informational structures, several locations of information boards were distanced from the main exploring routes which did not consider the visitor's eye level which had their readability dropped and by sunlight, time lapse and water penetration, many information boards were damaged or corrupted so that it was hard to confirm the information noticed or understanding an image. Insufficient observation and educational structures were installed that considered the ecological characteristics of wild animals and their living conditions. Regarding convenience facilities, there were parking lots that were installed on the fore-land and to decrease non-point solution sources, some parking lots needed to be located in protected lowlands while some facilities' shape and colors did not harmonize with their natural surroundings, creating a sense of awareness, which will need some more consideration. As for safety facilities, they were very insufficient compared to other facilities. This means that additional safety structures are needed so that related personnel can be aware of where a visitor is located when an accident occurs. Protectional facilities strongly needed new structures and a management system to cut off entrances and do surveillance so that visitors do not go into areas outside of the managed areas and bring damages to restricted locations. Research labs needed to expand the use of automatic weather systems and water gauge equipments to build fundamental data regarding floodgates that are intimated to the forming of wetlands. Sensor cameras and other types of monitoring systems are needed to monitor the majority types of animals living in the wetlands as well.
