This research empirically investigated the influence factors on the adoption of environmental management systems (EMS) in Korean manufacturing firms. In this study, the external factors (cause factors), the internal factors (facilitating factors) and the firm specific characteristics were integrally considered. In the factor analysis, the third item (regional society) of the external factors and the first item (environmental law) of government regulation were confounded with the items of the other factors. Thus, the confounded items were removed. In the second factor analysis, no items were replicated. The results of a multiple regression analysis showed that the influence factors such as government regulation, normative pressure, top management support, environmental strategy and employees' recognition, and ratio of large shareholders have a significant impact on the construction of EMS. However, the effects of the other firm specific characteristics were not statistically significant. We also examined whether both the number of environmental personnel and the allocation of environmental resources, which are directly related with the adoption of EMS, have a moderating impact on the relationships between other internal factors and the construction of EMS. With a subgroup analysis, the moderating roles of the number of environmental personnel were empirically confirmed. Through a multiple regression analysis, the direct effects of the external factors on the adoption or construction of the internal factors were demonstrated. The effects of government regulation, normative pressure and imitative pressure on the internal factors were significant and positive. Finally, in this study, the fact that the adoption of EMS can improve the environmental performance of a firm was also empirically found.
Objectives : The aim of this study is to investigate the possible impact factors on adults' self-reports of dry mouth and to develop strategies to improve oral health education policy. Methods : This study was conducted on a total of 622 self-administered questionnaires adult above 20 and under 65 years of age living in Seoul and Gyeonggi provinces. The final participants consisted of 443 adults without chronic illness, taking medications and wearing dentures. The Hierarchical Multiple Regression model with three stages was used to assess the association for exposure of interest, such as socio-demographics, health-related behavior, mental health and self-reported of dry mouth. Results : The participants reported mean score of dry mouth($6.32{\pm}4.47$), of which 191 were male($6.81{\pm}4.56$) and 252 were female($5.94{\pm}4.37$). Hierarchical Multiple Regression revealed that the score of dry mouth was shown to be significantly higher for the following people: Males, who were employed, unemployed, negative self-perceived general health, perceived stress, and participants who had no experience awareness of distress in two weeks. The explanatory power was 21.9%. The most powerful impact factor regarding to employment was shown to be negatively associated to dry mouth, and self-perceived general health, experiencing awareness of distressful in two weeks was also important factors. Conclusions : Based on these results in order to develop oral health education policy strategies for the prevention and management of dry mouth, there need to be considered for the employee.

The success of a building design team is achieved as a result of a combination of multiple events/factors and interactions, and has a great impact on the quality of the building construction process. While most of previous studies have focused on quality of the construction process, the success of a design team has not been completely investigated. This paper presents the critical factors that impact the success of a building design team and describes an assessment tool to measure the successful performance of the design team with respect to the critical factors. The development of the assessment tool employs the concept of quality function deployment (QFD), a technique to measure the service quality of an organization.

Purpose: This study is a descriptive research study attempted to identify the job stress and positive psychological capital of clinical nurses and to identify the factors that impact job embeddedness. Methods: Data were collected from 115 nurses with over one year of clinical experience working at a 500-bed B General Hospital. The collected data were analyzed with the SPSS 27.0 program using frequency and percentage, mean and standard deviation, Independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple linear regression. Results: As a result of multiple regression analysis, hope among the sub-factors of positive psychological capital (β=0.48, p<.001), matters related to the work schedule (β=-0.23, p=.005) among the sub-factors of job stress, and conflict with doctor (β=0.20, p=.013) was found to have an impact on job embeddedness, and the explanatory power of this regression model was 52.0% (F=13.12, p<.001). Conclusion: It was found that the positive psychological capital of clinical nurses has a positive impact on job embeddedness. In order to increase the job embeddedness of clinical nurses, it is necessary to develop, educate, and utilize specific intervention programs that can strengthen positive psychological capital. Efforts should be needed to prepare specific strategies for nurses to recognize the importance of hope and actively utilize positive psychological capital. In addition, it is necessary to create an organization-level working environment and continuous management to reduce the job stress of clinical nurses.
Objectives: Previous research on turnover has been conducted from the organization's perspective. However, for the long-term retention of dental hygienists, it is necessary to conduct research from an individual's perspective. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of achievement motivation on the intention to stay of dental hygienists. Methods: This study conducted an online survey targeting dental hygienists working in dental healthcare institutions, using convenience sampling from September, 2023.
