In this paper, a new handover procedure for OFDM-based multi-hop relay systems is proposed to reduce the handover overhead by distinguishing inter-cell handover event from intra-cell handover event at the level of physical layer using a hierarchical design concept of preamble. A Subcell ID concept for identifying RS in a cell is proposed in the design of hierarchical manner, in addition to the existing Cell ID for identifying BS. The decision on either inter-cell handover or intra-cell handover is made by the signal quality measure of CBINR(Carrier of BS to Interference and Noise Ratio) and CRINR(Carrier of RS to Interference and Noise Ratio), provided by the hierarchical preamble. The proposed handover procedure can simplify scanning procedure and skip/simplify network re-entry procedure (capability negotiation, authorization, registration), resulting in a significant reduction of handover overhead.
The knowledge based economy requires more and more people to learn new knowledge and skills in a timely and effective manner. These needs and new technology such as computer and Internet are fueling a transition in e-learning. According to specialist's opinion, imagination experience studying is generalized, and learning environment that language barrier by studying, multi-language studying Machine that experience past things that disappear through simulation, and travel area, and experience future changed state disappears is forecasting to come. This is previewing finally that it may become future education that education and IT, element of entertainment is combined. Already, became story that argument for party satellite of e-Learning existence passes one season already. e-Learning is utilized already in all educations that we touch by effectiveness by corporation's competitive power improvement and implement of lifelong education in educational institutions through present e-Learning. It is obvious that when see from our viewpoint which is defining e-Learning by one industry and rear by application to education as well as one new growth power about these, e-Learning industry becomes very important means that can solve dilemma of growth real form. Only, special quality of digital industry that e-Learning is being same with other digital industry and repeat putting out a fire rapidly, and is repeating sudden change that these evolution is not gradual growth of accumulation and improvement of technology that is appearing consider need to. In the meantime, we need to observe about evolution of Information Technology. Because there is some scholars who e-Learning's concept foresees to evolve by u-Learning.(although, a person who see that these concept is not more in marketing terminology by some scholars' opinion is). This u-Learning's concept means e-Learning that take advantage of ubiquitous technology as Ubiquitous-Learning's curtailment speech. Ubiquitous, user means Information-Communication surrounding that can connect to network freely regardless of place without feeling network or computer. There is controversy about introduction time regarding these direction, but e-Learning is judged to evolve by u-Learning necessarily. Because keep in step and age that study all contents that learner wants under environment of 3A (any time, any whrer, any device) by individual order thoroughly is foreseen to come in ubiquitous learning environment that approach more festinately.

In 2017, amid changes in the security market such as integrated security (IS) and convergence security (CS), a variety of security paradigms in terms of operation and management have been suggested. Rather than changing existing network infrastructure and bringing about fluid, multi-dimensional changes, these solutions and technologies focus entire security capacity on a primary protection, leading to network infrastructure suffering from unexpected inherent violations and problems in a continued manner. Therefore, it is time to propose and develop a flexible network section that can protect from attacks of similar pattern and concentrated traffic attacks by applying a new concept of WB (Water-Bubble) to network infrastructure and analyzing on the basis of experiment and installation. Methodology of the WB-based highly secure flexible network section proposed in this study is expected to provide materials for studies on how to achieve network section security taking into account three major limitations and security standards: fluidity, unpredictability, and non-area scalability by contact point ratio, by changing a network area predicted to be the final target of attack into resonant network section (area) with flexible area changes.
In this paper, a communication module is proposed to be applied to communication between over current relay (OCR) agents in multi agent protection system. A multi agent system can achieve a global goal beyond the ability of each individual agent by working together, in which it is the prerequisite for each agent to be able to exchange or share information or processing status with other agent. The proposed communication module is purposed to enable not only each agent to bring about its own goal, but also the whole protective system to provide much improved coordinated protection. It is applied to a self adaptive protection system for a distribution network using multi agent concept to show its effectiveness.
This research proposes a concept of multi-aspect Social IoT platform that enables human, machine and service to communicate smoothly among them, as well as a means of an automatic process for transforming exiting domain knowledge representation to generic ontology representation used in the platform. Current research focuses on building a machine-based service interoperability using sensor ontology and device ontology. However, to the best of our knowledge, the research on building a semantic model reflecting multi-aspects among human, machine, and service seems to be very insufficient. Therefor, in the research we first build a multi-aspect ontology schema to transform the representation used in each domain as a part of IoT into ontology-based representation, and then develop an automatic process of generating multi-aspect IoT ontology from the domain knowledge based on the schema.
Social-aware video displays not only the relationships between characters but also diverse information on topics such as economics, politics and culture as a story unfolds. Particularly, the speaking habits and behavioral patterns of people in different situations are very important for the analysis of social relationships. However, when dealing with this dynamic multi-modal data, it is difficult for a computer to analyze the drama data effectively. To solve this problem, previous studies employed the deep concept hierarchy (DCH) model to automatically construct and analyze social networks in a TV drama. Nevertheless, since location knowledge was not included, they can only analyze the social network as a whole in stories. In this research, we include location knowledge and analyze the social relations in different locations. We adopt data from approximately 4400 minutes of a TV drama Friends as our dataset. We process face recognition on the characters by using a convolutional- recursive neural networks model and utilize a bag of features model to classify scenes. Then, in different scenes, we establish the social network between the characters by using a deep concept hierarchy model and analyze the change in the social network while the stories unfold.

In this paper, we propose an QoS aware multi-layer MAC(QAML-MAC) protocol in a wireless sensor networks. Since the proposed protocol is based on the sleep-awake architecture, which save node's energy to prolong the entire network lifetime. For this purpose the QAML-MAC first classifies incoming data according to their transmission urgency and then saves them. The protocol also adapts the cross-layer concept to re-arrange the order of transmission with the same destination. So the delay can be decreased, which can not be obtained with the previous related protocols. And high priority data such as real-time multimedia or critical value in the field monitoring applications can be transmitted quickly, Furthermore the proposed protocol has advantage of decreasing transmitted data collisions using multiple layers of idle listening when there is no high-priority data. So energy consumptions of sensor nodes can be saved and the network lifetime can be prolonged.

When there is uncertainty in topological rate of change, motility model and terrain condition, the performance severely degrades in MANET. The concept of transition of routing protocol on the fly according to the network parameters such as coverage, connectivity and mobility etc. may counterbalance the problems stated above. The mathematical modeling of feedback parameters has been derived, and the architecture for the multi-routing protocol system providing an adaptation from one routing protocol to another is also investigated. This paper is extensively devoted on the analysis of mobility, connectivity and their effects on the network and finally transition into another routing protocol according to them.

Now that we're in the big data era, data has taken on a new significance as the storage capacity has exploded from trillion bytes to petabytes at breakneck pace. As the use of cloud computing expands and becomes more commonly accepted, several businesses and institutions are opting to store their requests and data there. Cloud storage's concept of a nearly infinite storage resource pool makes data storage and access scalable and readily available. The majority of them, on the other hand, favour a single cloud because of the simplicity and inexpensive storage costs it offers in the near run. Cloud-based data storage, on the other hand, has concerns such as vendor lock-in, privacy leakage and unavailability. With geographically dispersed cloud storage providers, multicloud storage can alleviate these dangers. One of the key challenges in this storage system is to arrange user data in a cost-effective and high-availability manner. A multicloud storage architecture is given in this study. Next, a multi-objective optimization problem is defined to minimise total costs and maximise data availability at the same time, which can be solved using a technique based on the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II (NSGA-II) and obtain a set of non-dominated solutions known as the Pareto-optimal set.. When consumers can't pick from the Pareto-optimal set directly, a method based on Principal Component Analysis (PCA) is presented to find the best answer. To sum it all up, thorough tests based on a variety of real-world cloud storage scenarios have proven that the proposed method performs as expected.
The prediction of protein function basically make use of a protein-protein interaction map based on the concept of guilt-by-association. The method however cannot determine the functions of proteins in case that the target protein does not interact with proteins with known functions directly. This paper studies protein function prediction considering the given problem as a K-class classification problem and proposes a predictive approach utilizing a modular neural network. The proposed method uses interaction data and protein related attributes as well. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed approach can predict the functional roles of Yeast proteins whose interaction knowledge is not known and shows better performance than the graph-based models that use protein interaction data.
