목표지향 개인화 이러닝 시스템의 효율적인 설계를 위한 SCORM 표준의 수정제안 구현 연구 (The study on implementation of modified SCORM standard for effective design of goal driven personalized e-learning system)

  • 본 논문에서는 이러닝의 교육적 효과를 높일 수있 는 '목표지향 개인화 이러닝 시스템'에 대한 모델을 제시하고 구현하였다. 이 모델을 따른 시스템은 학습을 이끌어 나가는 원동력이 되는 학습목표를 학습자가 선택하도록 하여 자기 주도 학습을 가능하게 하였다. 제안한 시스템을 구현하기 위해서 SCORM 2004 표준을 수정하여 개인화와 관련된 새로운 표준을 제안하였는데 첫째로 콘텐츠 사용통계에 관한 표준을 제안하였고, 둘째로 학습을 이끌어 가는 목표를 표현하는 표준을 제안하였다. 셋째로 앞서 제안한 시스템의 한 부분인 콘텐츠 모델과 시퀀싱 정보모델을 다루는 각각의 표준을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 모델과 표준을 이용하여 시스템을 구현한 후 다른 특성을 가진 학습자들에게 각각 다른 학습경로가 제시되는 것을 보임으로써 개인화 학습이 가능함을 증명하였다.

동기 이론이 적용된 e-Learning system의 교육적 실천: 흥미와 SDT를 중심으로 (The Educational Implementation of e-Learning System Applying the Theory of Motivation - With Focus on "Interest" and the "Self-Determination Theory")

  • 본 연구는 '흥미'와 '자기결정성 이론' 이라는 동기 이론을 체계적으로 접목한 초등 영어 e-Learning 시스템(www.englishbuddy.kr)을 개발하고, 이를 3,100개 학원에서 적용해 본 후 실제로 학습자의 내적 동기가 향상되었는가를 측정한 것이다. 동기 전략이 적용된 이러닝 시스템으로 학습한 학습자 328명과 다른 영어 학습 프로그램 학습자 150명의 설문지 조사 분석 결과, 동기 전략이 적용된 이 러닝 시스템이 학습자의 '흥미'와 '심리적 욕구'를 만족시키고 있다는 것이 밝혀짐으로써 '학습자의 동기를 높이는 동기 전략'이 구체화되었다. 본 연구를 통해 e-Learning 환경에서 학습자의 동기가 높아지는 특징이 명확해짐으로써, e-Learning 학습을 발전시키고, 또한 '흥미'와 '자기결정성 이론' 이라는 동기 이론을 체계적으로 접목한 e-Learning 시스템을 실제로 구축하고, 3,100개 학원, 16,000명 학습자에게 적용시켜 본 매우 실증적인 연구라는 점에서 그 연구 의의가 있다 하겠다.

작업만족과 Ergonomics에 관한 개념적 고찰 (A Conceptional Review of Work Satisfaction & Ergonomics)

  • In this paper an attempt is tried to answer the following questions : What does ergonomics have to do with work satisfaction\ulcorner Is there more satisfaction when ergonomics have applied in the design of work\ulcorner Is ergonomics important for work satisfaction\ulcorner This paper is started by defining the concept of satisfaction and ergonomics which is still at a comparatively early stage of development, and the effect of this in practice is that the majority of ergonomics assignments involve research. And then there discussions difficult theories of motivation and satisfaction such as Maslow' theory and Horzberg's theory. And in this paper I'll try to formulate the logical consequences of those theories for the relation between ergonomics and satisfaction. Finally I'll conclude with some ideas about the significance of ergonomics satisfaction. The level of satisfaction experienced with one's work is a complete function of the degree to which different values connected with work and with its concomitant results are attained, the opportunities perceived for the attainment of these values, the relative advantages and disadvantages of the work situation compared with that of other people, and personality and cultural determinants. As for ergonomics, the ergonomist's comprehension will need in future to encompass more of the emotional, attitudinal and motivational facts of working people. Ergonomically - designed work will not produce high degrees of satisfaction, but absence of ergonomics in design will be connected with some dissatisfaction. So this paper suggest s that ergonomics has some significance for work satisfaction and that social Psychological efforts to enhance work satisfaction cannot easily succeed without taking into account human-factors principles.

팀제 하에서의 정치적 성과평가 (The Performance Appraisal Politics in Team-Based Work Systems)

  • 본 연구는 조직정치의 개념을 성과평가 행위의 상황적 맥락 요소로 반영한 정치적 성과평가 인식과 구성원 태도 및 팀 과업 특성과의 관계 파악을 목적으로 수행하였다. 195명의 기업 근로자를 대상으로 한 실증연구 결과 개인 편향 및 징벌적 의도에서 이루어진 정치적 성과평가 인식은 조직몰입에 부정적인 영향을, 동기부여적 의도에서의 정치적 성과평가는 조직몰입에 긍정적 영향을 미친다는 사실을 밝혔다. 또한 팀과업 특성으로서의 과업상호의존성은 정치적 성과평가 인식을 증가시킨다는 결과를 도출하였다. 추가적으로 연구결과가 시사하는 바와 향후 연구과제에 대해서도 논의하였다.

농촌지역 고혈압노인을 위한 동기강화 자가관리프로그램의 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of Motivation-enhancing Self-management Program for Rural Aged with Hypertension)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to develop a motivation-enhancing self-management program and apply to rural aged with hypertension to evaluate the applicability of the Program. Methods: The motivation-enhancing self-management program was on the evidence of Orem's self-care theory and Ford's Motivational system theory which consists of group education and tele-coaching conducted 12-week. The program evaluation was done by structured questionnaires of motivation (self-efficacy, perceived benefit, perceived barrier and emotional salience), self-care and blood pressure. There were totally 31 aged with hypertension in 2 rural areas enrolled in the program. Results: There was only perceived benefit statistically significant between the intervention and control group (t=2.05, p=.04) and self-care level was no difference between the two groups (t=0.21, p=.84) after program. But there are statistically significant differences of systolic blood pressure between the intervention and control group(t=-2.62, p=.01). Conclusion: The motivation-enhancing self-management program is necessary for the rural aged with hypertension, but it's needed modify and revise in the future study.

  • The article analyzes and concretizes the understanding of the differences between the concepts of competence / competence according to the criterion general - personal. Based on the identified characteristics of competence (completed personal quality, activity character, educational result, successful implementation of professional and educational activities), the concept of competence as an integrative dynamic quality of a person, manifested in effective activity in a specific area, is defined. The structure of the IC has been substantiated, including motivational and value; information technology; communicative and reflective components. The content of the named IC components is disclosed. The article analyzes the essence of the characteristics of basic concepts (competence / competence), consideration of information competence in the research of famous scientists in order to concretize the studied phenomenon; concretization of the identified pedagogical conditions in educational process.

Analytical Framework for Promoting Customer Participation in Benefit Delay Type Services

  • Purpose - Benefit delay type services have a characteristic of benefit delay that does not immediately appear at the time of delivery of service. Due to a characteristic of benefit delay, the customer's participation in the service delivery system is hindered, and the quality of service declines. As a result, customer satisfaction would be reduced. The purpose of this study is to construct an analytical framework to analyze a mechanism that promotes customer participation in benefit delay type services. Research design, data, and Methodology - Existing research has considered only the performance of service companies to enhance the quality of service and customer satisfaction. This study focused on customer participation as a factor affecting the quality of service and customer satisfaction and attempted to construct an analytical framework based on a theoretical perspective of motivational research. Results - By adopting the motivation theory, this research derived three concepts, the possibility of gaining benefits, the emotional experience, and the desire of benefit. And motivation is created when the three factors interact with each other. Conclusions - This paper has constructed an analytical framework for analyzing factors that promote customer participation in the benefit delay service and finally has proposed case study for further research.

버틀러의 MBTI기반 게이미피케이션 프레임워크에 대한 실험적 검증 (Experimental Validation of Butler's MBTI-based Gamification Framework)

  • 게이미피케이션 시스템의 품질 향상을 위해 다양한 연구와 도구가 제안되고 있다. 그중 버틀러는 MBTI 성격 유형의 동기적 성향과 행위적 성향에 기반하여 게임메카닉스를 차등 적용하는 게이미피케이션 프레임워크를 제안했다. 버틀러가 제안한 MBTI 성격 유형 별 게임메카닉스 선호도의 실제 존재유무에 대한 검증이 본 연구의 목적이다. 기존 문헌 분석을 통해 버틀러가 제안한 게이미피케이션 프레임워크의 게임메카닉스에 대한 문제점을 지적했다. 또한 MBTI 성격 유형과 게임메카닉스간의 유기적 상관관계 입증을 위해 설문조사와 통계적 분석을 실시했다. 분석 결과, MBTI 성격 유형과 게임메카닉스 간에는 유기적 상관관계가 없음을 밝혀냈다. 게이미피케이션 시스템 설계 시 MBTI와 같은 성격 유형에 기반 한 게임메카닉스의 차등적용은 효과적이지 않음을 고려해야 하며, 게이미피케이션 시스템을 설계할 경우, 게임메카닉스가 사용되는 환경에 따라 게임메카닉스의 특성이 변질될 수 있음을 주의해야 한다.

Korean Red Ginseng inhibits methamphetamine addictive behaviors by regulating dopaminergic and NMDAergic system in rodents

  • Background: Methamphetamine (METH) is the most widely used psychostimulant and has been known to exhibit reinforcing effects even after long abstinence. We showed the inhibitory effect of Korean Red Ginseng extract (RGE) on METH-induced addictive behaviors in animal models mimicking the human drug-use pattern. Methods: We first investigated the effect of RGE on the acquisition of METH-induced dependence using self-administration and conditioned place preference (CPP) tests. Additionally, further experiments such as METH-induced motivational behavior and seeking behavior were conducted. To study the underlying mechanism, dopamine receptor, dopamine transporter, and N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor were assessed through Western blot analysis. Results: Treatment with RGE significantly reduced METH-induced self-administration on a fixed-ratio 1 schedule of reinforcement. It could be also decreased a progressive ratio schedule, and inhibited METH-primed reinstatement. In CPP, RGE significantly prevented the development of METH-induced CPP. Moreover, RGE not only shortened the withdrawal period clearly, but also prevented the reinstatement of CPP. RGE treatment also reversed METH-induced overexpression of dopamine transporter, dopamine receptor D1, and NMDA receptor in the nucleus accumbens. Conclusion: Our findings reflect that RGE has therapeutic potential to suppress METH-induced addictive behaviors by regulating dopaminergic and NMDAergic system.

Sales Control Systems and Behavioral Responses: Mediating Role of Regulatory Focus and Moderating Role of P-O Fit

  • Built on regulatory focus theory, this article develops a research model proposing the relationship between management controls (outcome, activity and capability), sales employees' prevention and promotion focus and their behavioral responses (feedback seeking from different sources and relationship investment). The model also suggests that salesperson perceived organizational fit (P-O fit) contributes by influencing the situational self-regulatory mechanism based on regulatory fit theory. To analyze the data, a structural equation model procedure using LISREL 8.5 was employed. To access the potential common method bias, the MV" marker method was applied using a scale theoretically unrelated to at least one scale in the analysis as the MV marker. The results showed that the greater the salesperson's perceived activity control system, the greater the extent of employee prevention focus. The findings also showed that output control and capability control system are positively related to the promotion focus of salespeople. Salespeople's prevention focus relates negatively to the relational investment and positively to organization feedback seeking. The results indicate that salespeople who have promotion focus exhibit the predicted positive influence on their relationship investment. A significant contribution of this research framework is suggesting salesperson regulatory focus as a mediator and its' effects on different types of sales-related behaviors. The author suggests that the motivational orientations of salespeople play key roles in shaping feedback seeking behaviors from different sources; broadly, that employees with a promotion focus will be more sensitive to customers' feedback, and employees with a prevention focus will seek more feedback from the organization. Furthermore, salespeople with a promotion focus will invest more resources to build relationships with customers than salespeople with a prevention focus. This research also explains the moderating role of person-organization fit on the effect of salespeople's regulatory focus and behavioral responses based on regulatory fit theory
