온라인 정신간호학실습교육을 받은 간호학생의 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향요인 (Factors affecting the Problem-Solving Ability of Nursing Students who have received Online Psychiatric Nursing Practicum)

  • 본 연구는 온라인 정신간호학실습을 받은 간호학생의 문제해결능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하고자 시행되었다. 2020년 3월16일부터 6월19일까지 간호학과 4학년 280명에게 설문지를 이용하여 자료 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 𝑥2-test, t-test, one-way ANOVA, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석하였다. 분석결과 각 변수의 평균은 학습만족도 4.03±.70, 학습자기효능감 5.69±.82, 전이동기 5.52±.86이었고, 문제해결능력은 3.65±.41이었다. 학습만족도와 문제해결능력(r=.387, p<.001), 학습자기효능감과 문제해결능력(r=.576, p<.001), 전이동기와 문제해결능력(r=.536, p<.001)간 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 문제해결능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 성별(𝛽=.11), 평균성적(𝛽=.12), 전공선택의 개인적 동기(𝛽=-.12), 간호학전공만족도(𝛽=.13), 학습자기효능감(𝛽=.36)과 전이동기(𝛽=.16)로 변수의 설명력은 41.4%이었다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 문제해결능력과 관련된 변수간의 인과관계를 파악하기 위한 후속연구가 요구된다.

원격교육에서 성인학습자의 교육참여동기와 실재감이 학습만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of the Presence Perceived by Learners and Participation Motivation on Satisfaction in Distance Education)

  • This study is for understanding differences of satisfaction followed by learning and teaching presence perceived by learners and participation motivation on learning in a distance education. General characteristics of learner are classified as an entrance type, sex, age, new/transfer of distance university learners. Perceived presence is classified with learning presence and teaching presence. Participation motivation on learning is classified with the directivity of activity, goal, and study based on the reason of participating in classes in a distance university. And this research tried out to find the effects of learner's characteristics, perceived presence, and participation motivation on learning satisfaction. The results are as follows. First, there was no meaningful difference of general characteristic on satisfaction. It means sex, age, and entrance type did not have an effect on satisfaction. Second, with the level of presence perceived by learner, satisfaction has meaningful differences. It means that students who had higher learning presence perceived of distance university showed higher satisfaction, and so as in teaching presence perceived on satisfaction. Third, factors effecting satisfaction based on participation motivation on learning differ with types of motivation. There was no meaningful difference of the level of activity directivity study participant on satisfaction, but was a meaningful difference of goal directivity and of study directivity in participation motivation on learning satisfaction. It was the learning presence that had a significant effect on learning satisfaction of adult learning.

초등학교 과학 수업에서 개념도 활용의 효과 (The Effects of Using Concept Mapping as an Instructional Tool in Elementary School Science Classes)

  • In this study, we investigated the effects of using concept mapping as an instructional tool on 4th graders' achievement, science learning motivation, and attitude toward science classes. Two classes (38 students) from an elementary school were respectively assigned to a control group and a treatment group. Students were taught about "expansion of matter by heat" and "heat transfer". These topics were chosen because they require students to understand more concepts as well as relationships among them. A science learning motivation test and an attitude toward science classes test were administered as pretests. A researcher-made achievement test, the science learning motivation test, and the attitude toward science classes test were administered as posttests. The results indicated that using concept mapping in 4th-grade science classes was not significantly effective in improving students' achievement though a statistically significant positive effect was found in the subcategory of knowledge. No statistically significant effect of using concept mapping was found in the scores of the science learning motivation test and the attitude toward science classes test. Educational implications are discussed.

IT 산업계의 기술이전에 관한 연구 (A Study on Technology Transfer in IT Industry)

  • 본 연구는 한국의 IT 산업계에서 기술의 이전에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고, 파악된 요인에 기술 이전의 성공에 미치는 영향력을 조사하며, IT 산업계의 성공적인 기술 이전을 위한 전략을 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 기술의 이전에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인들로는 대화, 거리, 모호성, 동기를 들 수 있다. 대화는 기술을 얼마나 정확하고 효율적으로 전달할 수 있는가 그리고 전달매체의 충분성을 의미한다. 연구개발자와 이를 상용화하는 사용자간의 대화정도를 측정하는 것으로 아주 수동적에서 아주 능동적으로 평가할 수 있다. 거리는 전달자와 수신자와의 물리적 그리고 문화적 차이를 의미한다. 최근 전달자와 수신자 사이의 문화적(가치, 판단기준, 태도, 교육, 환경 등) 차이에 대한 중요성이 점차 대두되고 있다. 모호성은 이전하고자 하는 기술이 얼마나 구체적이고 분명한가를 의미한다. 모호성이 높은 기술은 이해시키기 어렵고, 이해하기 어렵고, 실현 가능성을 증명하기 어렵게 때문에 이전이 용이하지 않다. 동기는 기술의 이전을 하여야 할 동기가 부여되거나 아니면 이를 유도할 유인책이 있는가를 의미한다. 기술 이전 준거틀은 기술의 이전에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인들(대화, 거리, 모호성, 동기)의 조합으로 나타낸 것이다. 각 격자는 4가지 경우를 나타내는데, 격자 I과 IV는 기술의 이전이 완벽한 상황과 불가능한 상황을 의미하며, 격자 III과 IV는 기술의 이전에 영향을 미치는 요소가 복합하여 강점과 약점으로 작용하는 상황을 나타낸다. 기술 이전 준거틀에서 가장 기술 이전의 가능성이 높은 격자를 성취하기 위해서는 적절한 기술 이전 전략의 수립 및 집행이 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 정부는 물론 유관기관 및 기술 이전 추진 조직은 기술 이전에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인을 최적화하는 대안 개발에 초점을 맞추어야 할 것이다.

  • Direct Numerical Simulation was carried out to predict mass transfer in turbulent flow around a rotating stepped cylinder. This investigation is a follow-up study of DNS of turbulent flow in Nesic et al. [Corrosion, Vol. 56, No. 10, pp. 1005 - 1014] The original motivation of this work stemmed from the efforts to design a simple device which can generate flows of high turbulence intensity at low cost for corrosion researchers. Two cases were considered; Sc=1 and 10 both at Re=335. Here, Sc and Re stand for Schmidt number and Reynolds number, respectively, based on the step height and the surface speed of the cylinder upstream of the step. Main focus was placed on the correlation between turbulence and mass transfer. The spatio-temporal evolution of concentration field is discussed. The numerical results are qualitatively compared with those of the experiment conducted with a similar flow configuration.

병원간호사의 셀프리더십 강화 프로그램의 효과 (The Effects of Self-leadership Reinforcement Program for Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study has been carried out in order to develop and verify the effects of self-leadership reinforcement program for hospital nurses. Methods: The research design was a non-equivalent control group pre-posttest design. Participants were 64 individuals (32 in each group), all of whom were nurses working at a university hospital, with less than five years of job experience. Experimental group was provided with two hours of self-leadership reinforcement program, once per week, for four weeks. The questionnaire for pre and post test included general characteristics, transfer motivation for learning, self-leadership, communication ability, clinical nursing competency, organizational commitment, and turnover intentions. Results: There was a significant difference in self-leadership scores between experimental group and control group (F= 15.10, p<.001). There was also a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in terms of transfer motivation for learning (t = -5.44 p<.001), communication ability (F = 15.29, p<.001), clinical nursing competency (F = 15.23, p<.001), and organizational commitment scores (F = 7.21, p=.009). Conclusion: The self-leadership reinforcement program developed in this study was effective in improving self-leadership, communication ability, clinical nursing competency, and organizational commitment. Thus, by implementing the program at clinical levels, it will be a basis for nursing personnel resource administration.

기업의 e-Learning에 대한 학습효과 및 전이에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing the Learning Effectiveness and Transfer of e-Learning in Business Organlizations)

  • The recent development of IT, consolidation of communication and multimedia technology have brought enormous changes in many organizations. Theses changes are enabling the new educational opportunities such as distance teaming and virtual class room. Recently, e-Learning has grown rapidly in business training field, In the context of companies, e-Learning has merits in terms of access convenience, costs reduction self-directed learning, reciprocity, and flexibility. In this regard, the primary purpose of this study is to investigate which factors of e-Learning influence the effectiveness of education and transfer of loaming in business organizations. Based on the prior studies of the education and business training field, research model and research hypotheses were developed. Factors studied in this paper were as follows: 1) learners' characteristics, 2) organizational support and 3) system environments. The results of our study are as follows. (1) Motivation perceived usefulness in Learner factors had an significant influence on both learning effectiveness and transfer of teaming, whereas Ability, expectation had an influence on transfer of teaming. (2) Support from peer, support from supervisor in Organization factors had an significant influence on both Loaming effectiveness and transfer of teaming, whereas support from organization had influence on learning effectiveness. (3) Appropriate contents in system circumstance had an significant influence on both teaming effectiveness and transfer of teaming, whereas interface design had an influence on learning effectiveness.

Effects of Individual Difference on Organizational Difference: Perceived Training Effectiveness Model for Organizational Performance

  • Our study is trying to investigate the perceived training effectiveness by applying the theory of planned behavior (TPB) and Technological Acceptance Model (TAM) and intend to examine the effects of individual differences on perceived training effectiveness and performance of individuals. The main purpose is to evaluate the perceived training effectiveness, and role of individual differences in terms of learning. The results of this study supported all the hypothesis that participants with higher level of creative self-efficacy, intrinsic motivation, creativity and emotional intelligence (EI) will have greater inclinations to learn. Results showed that perceive training effectiveness is positively related to training transfer and training transfer increase the performance of individuals. Study results significantly agree with the theory of planned behavior (TPB) which was applied to measure the perceived training effectiveness and suggest trainee's perception of usefulness, ease and benefits enhance learning dimensions of participants that make any program effective. The study has highlighted a number of issues that influence the perceived training effectiveness.

Computational Thinking 교육에서 나타난 초기 학습전이에 대한 분석 (Analysis about the Initial Process of Learning Transfer in Computational Thinking Education)

  • SW 교육의 목적은 Computational Thinking의 증진에 있다. 특히, 비전공자들의 경우 Computational Thinking을 습득하여 자신의 전공에 적용하여 문제를 해결하는 과정이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 비전공자 대학생을 대상으로 한 Computational Thinking 교육을 실시한 후, 혼합연구방법론을 통해 Computational Thinking 증진에 영향을 주는 요인이 무엇인지 검증하였다. 또한, Computational Thinking 학습전이 초기과정에서 나타나는 특징을 분석하여 비전공자를 대상으로 한 SW교육의 타당성과 당위성의 근거를 마련하고자 하였다. 연구의 결과로 Computational Thinking 증진에 영향을 주는 요인은 교육만족도, 학습전이 동기, self-CT 효능감으로 나타났다. Computational Thinking 학습전이 초기 과정이 실제 프로그래밍 과정에서 나타나는 Computational Thinking의 개념과 실행의 특징을 보이고 있으므로, 문제해결에서 Computational Thinking을 적용하는 사고과정이 실제 일어나는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구에서 나타난 비전공자를 대상으로 한 Computational Thinking 교육의 효과와 전이 과정은 향후 모든 학생들에게 SW교육을 실시해야 하는 타당성과 당위성의 근거가 될 수 있다.
