  • This study has the purpose to examine the effects of hygiene factor(job environment factor) and motivation factor(job motivation factor) of seamen on satisfaction, turnover intention and organizational commitment. To that end, with the scope of study subjects limited to coastal waters seamen, positive analysis was done through literature study and questionnaire analysis, and focus was given to the prospect of acquiring seamen by change of outside environment. Results of analyzing the factors affecting coastal waters seamen satisfaction, turnover intention and organizational commitment were as follows. First, the factors that affect satisfaction significantly are personal relationship and willingness to participate. Second, the factor that affects turnover intention significantly is employment stability. Third, the factors that affect organizational commitment significantly are personal relationship and willingness to participate.

Effect of motivation to participate in horseback riding on emotional style and subjective well-being

  • The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of horseback riding participation motivation on emotional style and subjective well-being. In order to achieve this research objective, adults aged 20 or older participating in equestrian clubs in Seoul, Jeolla-do, and Gyeonggi regions in 2022 were selected as the population. The sampling method used cluster random sampling, and a total of 250 people, 180 males and 120 females, were sampled. The survey tool was modified and supplemented for this study based on a questionnaire whose reliability and validity were verified in previous studies, and all questionnaire questions were structured on a 5-point scale. For data analysis, SPSS Windows 21.0 Version was used to perform statistical processing according to the purpose of analysis. The conclusions obtained in this study through data analysis according to these methods and procedures are as follows. First, the motivation to participate in horseback riding was found to partially affect emotional style. Second, the motivation to participate in horseback riding was found to partially affect subjective well-being. Third, the emotional style of horseback riding participants was found to partially affect subjective well-being. Considering these results, it is possible to satisfy various desires in modern people's lives through leisure sports activities such as horseback riding, which allows them to communicate with nature and living things. In other words, internal motivation factors such as social relationships, satisfaction of needs, and professional development through leisure sports activities are positively or negatively related to emotional regulation, and this has a close impact on satisfaction with one's life and happiness.

요양 보호사 교육에서 교육생의 참여동기가 교육만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Motive for Participation on the Satisfaction with Training for Caregivers)

  • 본 논문은 요양보호사의 교육에 참가한 교육생들의 교육 참여동기가 교육만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아봄으로서, 요양보호사 교육의 질 향상에 기여하고자 실시하였다. 본 연구는 B시에 소재하고 있는 요양보호사 교육원의 교육생 281명을 대상으로 교육 참여동기와 교육만족도에 대한 조사를 실시하였다. 통계처리는 SPSS 12.0을 사용하여 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하였고 기술통계와 요인분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 교육 참여동기 중 활동지향형이 가장 높게 나타났으며 교육만족도는 지도강사에 대한 만족도가 가장 높았다. 교육 참여동기가 교육만족도에 미치는 영향은 학습지향성과 활동지향성으로 나타났으나 목표지향성은 교육만족도에 영향력을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 요양보호사 교육생들의 교육 만족도는 중간이상으로 높았으며, 교육 참여동기는 교육만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The Effect of Motivation to Participate in Yacht Activities on Satisfaction and Continuance Intention

  • This study attempted to examine the structural relationship between the main factors that determine the intention to continue participation in yacht activities. Specifically, motivation for yacht activities was divided into achievement motivation, social motivation, escapist motivation, conspicuous motivation, and hedonic motivation, and the effect of each motivation on the satisfaction and continuous intention of yacht activities was examined. This study surveyed 338 ordinary people who were interested in yacht activities or had experience in yacht activities, and verified the main hypothesis through regression analysis. The main analysis results of this study are as follows. First, it was found that achievement motivation did not affect satisfaction. Second, it was found that social motivation had a positive (+) effect on satisfaction. Third, it was found that escapist motivation had a positive (+) effect on satisfaction. Fourth, it was found that the conspicuous motivation had a positive (+) effect on satisfaction. Fifth, it was found that hedonic motivation had a positive (+) effect on satisfaction. Sixth, it was found that the achievement motivation had a positive (+) effect on continuous intention. Seventh, it was found that social motivation did not affect continuous intention. Eighth, it was found that escapist motivation had a positive (+) effect on continuous intention. Ninth, it was found that the conspicuous motivation did not affect continuous intention. Tenth, it was found that the hedonic motivation had a positive (+) effect on continuous intention. Eleven, satisfaction was found to have a positive (+) effect on continuous intention. This study derived academic and practical implications based on the analysis results and proposed future research directions.

유튜브를 활용한 온라인 평생교육의 참여동기가 학습몰입에 미치는 영향에서 학업적 자기효능감의 매개효과 분석 (Analysis of the Mediating Effect of Academic Self-efficacy in the Effect of Motivation to Participate of Online Lifelong Education Using YouTube on Learning Flow)

  • 본 연구는 COVID-19 확산으로 학습자가 급증하고 있는 유튜브를 통한 온라인 평생교육의 참여동기, 학업적 자기효능감, 학습몰입 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하였다. 연구를 위해 수도권에 거주하는 성인 학습자를 대상으로 2021년 7월 16일부터 30일까지 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사 참여자는 총 428명이며, 불성실한 응답 19건을 제외하고 총 409부의 결과를 분석하였다. 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구모형의 적합도는 모두 분석에 적합한 것으로 검증되었다. 둘째, 연구모형의 각 경로 계수와 통계적 유의성을 확인한 결과, 유튜브 평생교육 참여동기는 학습몰입과 학업적 자기효능감에 정적 영향을 미치고, 학업적 자기효능감도 학습몰입에 정적 영향을 미치고 있다. 셋째, 유튜브 평생교육 참여동기가 학업적 자기효능감을 매개로 학습몰입에 미치는 영향은 통계적으로 유의미한 부분 매개로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 COVID-19에 의한 평생교육의 디지털 전환을 반영하여 유튜브를 활용한 온라인 평생교육의 참여동기, 학업적 자기효능감, 학습몰입 간의 구조적 관계분석을 검증하였다는 점에서 의미가 있다. 연구결과를 통해 COVID-19 이후에 형성된 평생교육 재규정 필요성 및 디지털 전환의 흐름을 반영하여 평생교육이 학습자의 참여동기를 제고하였다. 또한 학업적 자기효능감을 매개로 학습몰입을 강화할 수 있는 방법을 논의하였다.

경륜 관람 참여 동기가 스트레스에 미치는 영향 -몰입의 매개효과 중심으로- (The Effects of Bicycle Racing Spectator Motivation on Stress : Focusing the Mediating Effect of Flow)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 경륜 도박의 참여 동기, 스트레스 그리고 몰입도의 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 연구의 목적 달성을 위해 'J 경륜장' 이용자들을 대상으로 자료를 수집했다. 분석에 활용된 표본은 347개 이다. 수집된 자료는 다중회귀분석을 통해 분석하였으며, 매개 효과를 검증하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경륜 관람 참여 동기가 스트레스에 미치는 영향을 확인한 결과 경륜 관람 참여 동기가 증가할수록 몰입수준이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 경륜 관람 참여 동기가 몰입에 미치는 영향을 확인한 결과 경륜 관람 참여 동기가 높을수록 스트레스 수준이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 경륜 관람 참여 동기와 스트레스 간 몰입의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 경륜 관람 참여 동기가 스트레스에 미치는 영향에 있어 몰입이 매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 연구자들은 이러한 분석 결과를 바탕으로 경륜 도박자 상담 시 경륜 참여 동기 확인 필요성과 지나친 경륜 도박 몰입 예방을 위한 제도 마련과 같은 실천 및 정책적 대안을 제시했다.

대학의 학습영향요인이 학습능력 및 학습성과에 미치는 영향: 수업몰입의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of University's Learning Influencing Factors on Learning Ability and Learning Performance: Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Class Commitment)

  • 본 연구에서는 부산·경남 지역 대학교에 다니고 있는 재학생 및 졸업생을 대상으로 전산회계교육에서 대학의 학습영향요인이 학습능력과 학습성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 한다. 본 연구가설 검증은 수집된 자료를 SPSS와 AMOS 25.0을 사용하여 실증분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 학생의 자기효능감이 수업몰입과 수업참여동기에 미치는 영향에 대한 가설은 채택되었으나, 학교의 교육환경과 교수의 교육과정 및 기법은 수업몰입과 수업참여동기에 유의한 영향을 미치지는 못하는 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 수업몰입은 수업만족도와 수업성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 수업참여동기는 수업성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 수업만족도에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다.

가족 여가 참여 동기 및 가족 여가 활동의 효과 (Family Leisure Motivation and Outcomes of Family Leisure Activities)

  • This study examines divergent experiences of family leisure from parent, child and family-level perspectives. In particular, emphasis is placed on differences and similarities about family leisure motivation and outcomes of family leisure activities among socioeconomic backgrounds. Questionnaires were completed by 100 families. The results indicate that Korean families mostly participate family leisure activities because of family bonding although this tendency emerges clearly only from parents' and female adolescents' responses. The families evaluate that family leisure activities bring more positive outcomes than negative outcomes to families. Intellectual motivation, family bonding motivation, and relaxation motivation are positively related to positive outcomes while obligation motivation is negatively related to positive outcomes. Further conclusions and implications are discussed.

대학생의 사회봉사동기, 태도 및 자존감에 관한 연구 (The Relationships among Motivation, Attitude and Self-esteem of Voluntary Service)

  • The purpose of this study is to test the motivation, attitude of voluntary service and self-esteem of college students. Therefore it can give the fundamental data of the institutionalization plan and to find the activative methods of voluntary system. This study is based on the questionaire, that was consisted of motivation, attitude of voluntary service and self-esteem. For this study, 223 college students were answered. The data was collected from 10th to 30th September 2002. The results of this study are as follows : 1. $\cdot$The mean score on the motivations scale of voluntary service was $3.221{\pm}0.42$. $\cdot$The mean score on the attitudes scale of voluntary service was $3.28{\pm}0.49$. $\cdot$The mean score on the self-esteem was $2.56{\pm}0.46$. 2. There were significant differences between voluntary service was self motivated(F= 11.12, p= 0.000), the students who will participate very active in voluntary service aftergraduation(F= 11.12, p= 0.000), and the motivations of voluntary service. 3. There were significant differences between the students who will participate very active in voluntary service after graduation (F= 8.23, p= 0.000) and the attitudes of voluntary service. 4. There were significant differences between voluntary service was self motivated (F=4.69, p= 0.004), the students who will participate very active in voluntary service after graduation(F=2.49, p=0.045), the parents who have the experience of voluntary service(F= 5.03, p= 0.026), the students who have the experience of voluntary service before college entrance. 5. There was positively significant correlation between the motivations of voluntary service and the attitudes (r= .693, P=0.01), the attitudes and self-esteem (r= .326, p=0.01), and the motivations of voluntary service and self-esteem (r= .305, p=0.01).

Motivation and Satisfaction of Volunteers at Local Festival : The Case of the 18th Gokseong Simcheong Festival

  • Volunteering has important insight for tourism, especially in the context of special events and festivals. In particular, local festival relies heavily upon volunteers because a large number of individuals are often necessary for creating and delivering various services. Therefore, understand the link between motivation and satisfaction will help festival managers to make appropriate decision in the selection and recruitment of volunteers. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of motivations on individual's volunteer satisfaction. Data were gathered from 183 individuals that volunteered for the 2018 Gokseong Festival and finally 154 samples were used for the empirical analysis. According to the results, motivation factor analysis showed that intrinsic motivation is a main volunteer motivation to participate in the festival. This research concludes with the proposed conceptual framework that discusses the categories of motivational factors and also volunteers' satisfaction. The theoretical and practical implications of these findings are discussed in more detail.
