외국인 유학생의 개인 특성이 한국 취업 동기에 미치는 영향 분석: TOPIK과 유학동기, 전공만족도 중심으로 (The Study on the Relationship between Personal Characteristics of Foreign Students and Motivation of Korea Employment: Focus on TOPIK, Motivation to Study in Korea, and Major Satisfaction)

  • 본 논문은 한국으로 유학 온 외국인 학생들의 성별, 국가별 및 전공 등 개인 특성과 유학동기, 전공 만족도, 한국어 능력 등급이 취업 동기에 미치는 영향을 분석한 연구이다. 이를 위해 먼저 유학생들의 취업동기와 진로선택에 관여되는 영향을 보다 체계적으로 이해하기 위해서 요인들의 현황을 분석하고, 유학생활 4년과 졸업 후 국내 인재 활용을 촉진하기 위해, 학교나 정부의 유학생 전공과 취업 및 창업을 위한 교육 관리, 정책 지원 사항을 위한 요인분석 기초 자료 활용이 논문의 목적이다. 자료 분석 방법을 위해 IBM SPSS Statistics 24 Version을 이용하였다. 분석 결과, 취업동기에서는 일본, 중국 보다 동남아시아, 중앙아시아, 남북미 아프리카의 학생들의 평균이 높았다. 변수들 간의 결과를 보면 첫째, 유학동기와 TOPIK 간의 영향 관계는 외적 유학동기가 한국어 습득의 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 유학동기와 전공만족도 관계에서는 유학의 내적동기가 높아질수록 전공만족도 등급이 높아지는 것으로 평가 되었다. 셋째, 유학동기와 취업동기의 관계에서는 내적 유학동기가 취업동기에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났는데 즉 내적동기가 높아질수록 취업동기 등급이 높아지는 것으로 평가 되었다. 넷째, 전공만족도와 취업동기간의 관계를 보면 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 관계 전공만족도가 높아질수록 취업 동기는 높아지는 것으로 평가 되었다. 다섯째, TOPIK은 취업동기에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 유학 내적 동기가 취업 동기에 영향을 미칠 때 매개변수인 전공 만족도가 높아질수록 취업 동기도 높아지는 것으로 나왔다. 결국 외적 유학동기가 TOPIK에 내적 유학동기가 전공만족도와 취업 동기에 긍정적 영향을 주는 주된 요인임을 확인하였다. 따라서 유학생들의 유학 동기와 전공만족에 관한 관계를 정확히 파악하여, 유학 초기부터 유학생을 위한 진로와 취업을 지원하는 대학과 정부의 교육 정책 방안 및 유학생 인재 육성에 관한 변인 자료로 활용되는데 기여할 것이다.

커피 전문점 이용 동기가 브랜드 태도와 만족도 및 충성도에 미치는 영향 (Evaluation of How the Motivation the Use of Specialized Coffee Branches Brand Attitude, Satisfaction and Loyalty)

  • The domestic specialized coffee branch market is growing both in size and sales, and the competition between different brands is increasing. The goal of this study was to divide the customer's consumption motivations into utility usage motivation, hedonic usage motivation, and ostentation usage motivation and to determine how each motivation influences the attitude, satisfaction and loyalty toward the brand. The results can be summarized as follows. (1) Hedonic motivation and ostentation motivation with the exception of utility motivation were shown to have an effect on brand attitude. (2) Brand attitude was shown to have an effect on satisfaction and loyalty. (3) Satisfaction had an effect on loyalty. However, if the satisfaction was low, the intentions for subsequent visits and positive oral transmissions decrease. The result of this study showed that establishing positive brand attitude, satisfaction and loyalty to customers with pleasure and ostentation motivations is effective. Moreover, marketing activities such as cultural and playful events should be emphasized for customers with hedonic motivations, while environments with better atmosphere and careful service should be provided to customers with ostentation motivation.

A Study on the Affect of Tourism Motivation on Tourism Satisfaction : Focused on Senior Tourists

  • The tourism motivations of the senior tourists were used to analyze the effect on the tourism satisfaction. As result of the analysis, the rest motivation and knowledge expansion motivation bring positive effect except the social connectedness motivation. The senior tourist wanted to have their own time and preferred the tourism program focused on the leisure. They also seemed to have comparably high self-esteem. The self-development programs should be made and good relationship through the tourism satisfaction must be developed. The result of the study shows that the senior tourists are exhausted mentally and physically, and this fact affected a lot on the rest motivation which is one of the tourism motivations.

모-자녀관계 및 자아존중감과 청소년의 성취동기간의 관계 (Mother-Adolescent Relationships and Adolescents' Self-esteem as related to their Achievement Motivation)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relations of mother-adolescent relationships and adolescents' self-esteem to their achievement motivation. The mediating role of adolescent' self-esteem was also explored in the relations between mother-adolescent relationships and their achievement motitation. The subjects of this study consisted of 284 2nd-grade middle school students living in D city. The major findings were that adolescents who experienced higher maternal warmth showed higher achievement motivation, while those who experienced higher maternal rejection/restriction showed lower achievement motivation. Adolescent who experienced higher open family communication reported higher achievement motivation, and those who experienced higher problem in family communication reported lower achievement motivation. The higher self-esteem was, the higher adolescents' achievement motivation was. Adolescents' self-esteem mediated in the relations between maternal rejection/restriction and problems in family communication and their achievement motivation.

요양보호사 교육 참가자의 학습동기가 학습몰입에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Academic Motivation on the Learning Flow with Training for Caregivers)

  • 본 연구는 요양보호사 교육원에서 교육을 받고 있는 교육생들의 학습동기가 학습몰입에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 조사 대상자는 B시의 요양보호사 교육원의 교육생 230명이었다. 연구도구는 학습동기 척도와 몰입 상태 척도를 사용하였다. 학습동기가 학습몰입에 미치는 영향을 알아 본 결과 내재적, 외재적 학습동기가 학습몰입과 상관관계를 가지고 있었다. 또한, 학습과제에 대한 몰입은 학습동기가 증가될수록 높아지는 성향을 나타내었다. 그러나 외재적 학습동기보다 내재적 학습동기가 학습몰입과 더 높은 상관관계를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 요양보호사 교육생들의 몰입정도는 내재적 동기에 가장 많은 영향을 받고, 외재적 동기에도 영향을 일부 받는 것으로 나타났다. 성공적인 요양보호사 인력 양성을 위하여 요양보호사 교육에 대한 다각적인 측면의 연구가 필요한 것으로 보인다.

  • Today, the problem of interrational competition has been strongly appeared and as the deflation is deep occasionally, it is sure that granting autonomous motivation of businessman or importance of self development is proposed especially. Then, which subject is included in granting autonomous motivation as that\ulcorner We must study about that subject first. First, we should study about essence of granting autonomous motivation. Granting autonomous motivation is the course of accompli¬shment of ideal human individually. Secondly, we will divide that into goal, desire and positive attitude subjectly and will study about those respectively. Contents of this theory are as below. 1. Proposal of problem 2. Conclusion This theory will be developed by classification as above. Reflecting many times and experiencing a skill for himself, he should teach his men the skill. There are some men not to be able to talk with, but a businessman should make his surroundings cheerful with granting autonomous motivation. If he understands the men of his surroundings with his positive attitude, all tasks of him will be achieved. Formation of question consciousness that he can study always, is needed on which is the important task in himself.

The Effect of Work Environment and Compensation on Work Motivation and Performance: A Case Study in Indonesia

  • Directorate of Traffic of the Regional Police D.I. Yogyakarta as part of the Indonesian Republic Police (Polri) institution also experiences problems related to the performance of police members as well as the Polri institution in general. The problems which relate to the police performance are influenced by various factors such as low compensation and as a result low motivation in the work environment of Directorate of Traffic of the Regional Police D.I. Yogyakarta. Therefore, the objective of this study is to empirically test and prove the effect of the work environment and compensation on work motivation and police performance of Directorate of Traffic of the Regional Police D.I. Yogyakarta, Indonesia. This study used a survey method for collecting data. By using proportional stratified random sampling, 143 members of Directorate of Traffic of the Regional Police D.I. Yogyakarta were selected as the respondents. The results of this study indicate that work environment has a positive effect on work motivation, police performance as well as compensation on work motivation and police performance. In addition, work motivation has a positive effect on police performance. Thus, this study concludes that work motivation mediates the effect of work environment and compensation on police performance.

공학계열 대학생의 물리학습동기 측정 (Measurement of Motivation to Learn Physics in Engineering College Students)

  • 본 연구는 공학대학 학생들의 물리학에 대한 자발적인 학습이 이뤄지지 않는 이유를 탐색하기 위해 물리학습동기를 측정하였다. 본 연구에서는 Glynn 등이 개발한 Science Motivation Questionnaire II(SMQ II)을 물리학습 상황으로 수정한 Physics Motivation Questionnaire(PMQ)을 이용하여 서울에 위치하는 C대학의 공학계열 1학년 학생 374명을 대상으로 물리학습동기를 측정하였다. PMQ는 intrinsic motivation, career motivation, self-determination, self-efficacy, grade motivation의 5요인으로 구성되며 총 25개 리커트 척도문항의 검사도구이다. PMQ는 탐색적요인분석(EFA)를 통해 5가지 요인이 공학계열 대학생들의 물리학습동기를 측정하는데 있어 구조적으로 타당함을 확인하였다. 또한 라쉬(Rasch)모델 분석을 활용하여 문항적합도(MNSQ)를 확인하였다. 측정결과, 물리학습동기의 요인 중에서는 성적동기가 평균 4.18로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 그 다음으로 직업동기가 평균 3.75으로 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 그리고 내재동기는 평균 3.42, 자기효능감은 평균 3.38, 자기결정력는 평균 3.32로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구 결과를 통해 공학대학 학생들의 과학학습 동기는, 점수 및 직업과 관련된 외적 동기가 높게 나타나는 특성이 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 공학계열 학생들 물리학습에 대한 숙달목표지향을 가지고 내적 동기를 높일 수 이도록 하는 교수-학습 전략의 개발에 노력해야 할 것이다.

여대생의 패션제품 온라인 쇼핑동기 요인이 쇼핑 만족도에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study on College Women's Online Shopping Motivation Effect on Satisfaction Level in Purchasing Fashion Products)

  • Fashion market in the past had a physical structure, and the supply and demand developed within that space. However, this has changed with the development of online fashion market, as it no longer requires physical space. The purpose of this study was to examine the satisfaction level of online shopping purchase based on the purchase motivation of women in their 20's. It aimed to look into how the online media affected the market, and find ways to improve the shopping malls according to the demands of the market. This study examined the effect of female students' online shopping motivation on their satisfaction with a premise that purchase motivation is related to the satisfaction level. The researched subjects were selected among female college students, and the regression analysis was done using the collected questionnaires. Results showed that economic purchase motivation, product purchase motivation, hedonic purchase motivation, and social purchase motivation had positive correlation to satisfaction level. The most influential factors to the satisfaction level were convenient purchase motivation and product purchase motivation, then social purchase motivation in shopping. Hedonic purchase and economic purchase were less influential than other factors in online shopping. Social purchase motivation factor is least influential when compared to others. As for detailed purchase motivations affecting the satisfaction level, reasonable price, latest fashion goods, interest and fun of online shopping, and the ease of shopping were important factors. The research result indicates that alternative shopping solutions can be better understood by examining the online shopping satisfaction according to purchase motivation, and improve current online shopping malls.

주부의 인터넷활용 결정요인에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Determinants on the Housewives요 Internet Usage)

  • The object of this study is to understand the determinants of housewives’internet usage, examining empirically their internet usage motivation and activity, and to find the way to promote housewives’internet usage. The major findings of this study can be summarized as follows; 1) the housewives’internet usage motivation was composed of the motivation to make a good use of leisure by internet, self-developmental, practical, and children educational motivations. The mean score of self-developmental motivation was the highest in the internet users and that of child educational motivation was the highest in the non-internet users. 2) the significant variables which affected on the internee usage of housewives were age, internet related housing environment the perception of internet usefulness, internet usage of husband, the motivation to make a good use of leisure by internet, and children educational motivation.
