Purpose: The purpose of this study is to generate industrial insights for developing sports movie industry. Related studies are scare. Research design, data, and methodology: The study employed case study and selected typical case samples who seem informative about sport movie industry. The authors interviewed six experts who are experienced in sport movie and related academic sector. Interviews were audio-taped and the text were decoded by multiple reading. Through this process, the study categorized significant meanings and produced results. Interviewees reviewed again the final findings to confirm validity, which calls member check. Results: It was suggested that developmental factors of sports movie were the realization of realistic sports scenes by using technologies. Second, participants told that contents of sport movie need to reflect real stories and it should tell the stories. Regarding constraints of sport movies, movie producers feel difficulty to make scenes in that sports are inherently quickly performed. Another constraints are that production cost is expensive but audiences are barely attended. Conclusions: For promoting economic outcomes and developing sport movie industry, government needs to financially support related markets to support sport movie producers assisting them to concentrate their movie works. Future directions for related-studies were discussed.

This is a study on methods for drawing a task of Rolling stock's core parts & enhancing of Urban Railway/Light Railway Transit. The definition of multiple stakeholders(local government, operation institution, research organization, academic world, the industrial world, etc.) related to rolling stock of urban railway/Light railway transit, experts in rolling stock and the application for designing of question items verified and designed through Delphi technique for objectivity, justness and fairness. Also, it is to draw a conclusion of assignments through a study on methods for drawing a task of Rolling stock's core parts & enhancing of Urban Railway/Light Railway Transit as sharing a process of assignments and integrating opinions of each stakeholder of urban railway/light railway transit.

Moon Jae-in as the government was launching new records & Archives management innovation is promoted. It was necessary to overhaul the Presidential Records & Archives Act and resolve the issues so far. The key issues include the establishment of individual presidential archives and the guarantee of access to former presidents. The current administration of presidential records is being carried out in the position of a manager (agency). The system's biggest "customers" are discussing management difficulties, even though they are former presidents. Record management should be a customer-centered information service. The "core customer" of managing presidential records is the former president. Another important problem is to separate the Presidential Archives from the National Archives to strengthen its status.

This article deals with the relation of korean animation and film policy from the late 1960s to early 1980s. The korean film policy was based on ideology of modernization. Animation industry was under the this policy. The result of effect of this film policy on animation was following. Firstly, there was the boom up of making of animation. Secondly was increasing of subcontract. The encouragement of exportation of government drove many companies to this trend. Lastly, many animations conspired to exercise the ideology of regime. Example was anti-communist animation. In that period the historical specificity of Korean animation had been built in these process.

The power plant companies reached the culmination for growth in the domestic market. Besides, we have faced many challenges such as an electricity opening market trend for overseas, banning the use of coal due to the United nations framework convention on climate change, and the meticulous attention regarding the government's electricity charge plan. On the other hand, the overseas business has been a critical issue since China and many other developing countries expanded their projects abroad. Another factor is that power plant industry is being privatized, and it made the market regulation a bit loose. Thus, the market environment became favorable toward those companies which planned many overseas businesses. In this research, the power plant company's current condition for construction and operation as well as its technical competitiveness were analyzed, and an alternative plan using SWOT analysis for entering an oversea market was made. It dealt with both internal and external factors. Also, examined was the current situation under the power plant industry dealing with restructure for electric industry, lack of fossil fuel, and the United nations framework convention on climate change. From the research, it was suggested that many successful strategies to enter the overseas business by using the market trend I researched.

Hardware Keyloggers are available in a variety of modular keylogger products with small size and Wi-Fi communication capabilities that can be concealed inside the keyboard. Such keyloggers are more likely to leak important information and sensitive information from government, military, business and individuals because they are difficult to detect if they are used by a third party for malicious purposes. However, unlike software keyloggers, research on security solutions and detection methods are relatively small in number. This paper, we investigate security vulnerability caused by hardware keylogger and existing detection methods, and improve the detection possibility of modular hardware keylogger through non-destructive measurement methods, such as power consumption of keyboard, infrared temperature, and X-ray. Furthenmore, We propose a method that can be done with experimental results.

The aim of this study is to explore an advanced version of value orientation for public organizations by re-examining the orientation of Social Value, which was radically pursued by the Moon Jae-in government. This study finds that the approach was problematic by the Big Society agenda that was a starting point for social value discussions. For this purpose, this study analyzed the Big Society agenda, and then, suggested alternative values and tools in terms of public value and co-production for social value followed by policy implications to make them happen. This study, therefore, acknowledges that current policies and approaches to the social value of public organizations should be changed drastically.

The ICT policy domain is one of the most important policy domains in terms of national development and continuity. It is primarily because the contemporary society has been continuously developed and changed based upon the advanced information technologies. Recently, the Moon Jae-in Administration reorganized the Ministry of Science and ICT, and transferred a few of the key ICT related functions to other ministries as an attempt to develop the national ICT policies. However, critics in this domain argue that various problems still exist in the ICT policies in Korea. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to verify the empirical validity of the existing problems in the ICT policies in Korea, and develop alternatives to solve those problems. In order to serve the research purpose, this study employs multiple methods; a quantitative method which is a survey involving experts in ICT policies, and a social network analysis involving public officials in ICT related ministries. Research results show that the Korean government needs to enhance its capacity to make adjustments in ICT-related policies as the current decentralized system continuously creates various types of problems. The second possible solution to the problem is to change the national ICT policy system to a centralized one. However, this requires various efforts such as cooperation among ICT related government agencies, separation of ICT policies from science and technology policies, and increased government capacity to implement the ICT policies.
