지반굴착 해석모델에 따른 변위거동에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Displacement Behavior according to the Analysis Model of Ground Excavation)

  • 제한된 토지의 효율적인 활용을 위해 과거로부터 지하공간 개발에 따라 수많은 지반굴착 공사가 이루어져 왔다. 지반굴착은 굴착면 주변지반의 응력변화와 변위를 수반함에 따라 굴착면의 안정성에 영향을 미치게 되어 지반거동에 대한 영향을 예측하는 것이 매우 중요한 문제이다. 이러한 영향 예측을 위한 방법으로 수치해석방법이 주로 이용되며, 최근 컴퓨터 성능 향상과 더불어 수치해석 프로그램의 발달로 매우 복잡한 문제도 적용이 가능해졌다. 그러나 일부 특수해석을 제외하고 대부분 해석모델을 산정 및 적용이 간편한 Mohr-Coulomb 해석모델을 적용함에 따라 굴착면 바닥부에서 실제보다 큰 변위가 발생하는 것으로 예측되어 필요 이상의 보강이 이루어지는 문제점이 발생한다. 본 연구에서는 지반굴착 과정을 모사하여 수치해석을 수행하였으며, 해석모델로 Mohr-Coulomb, Modified Mohr-Coulomb, Duncan-Chang, Hardening Soil 해석모델을 적용하여 그 결과를 비교분석하였다. 본 연구는 수치해석을 통한 지반굴착 문제해결 시 다양한 지반굴착 조건별로 적합한 해석모델 선정을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

고속열차 주행 시 동적하중을 받는 철도구조물의 진동 특성 (Dynamic Characteristics of Railway Structures under High-Speed Train Loading)

  • 본 논문에서는 고속열차-차륜-레일-지반부의 상호작용에 따른 지반부의 변위장과 가속도장의 분포양상을 연구하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 고속열차 주행을 실제 차륜으로 모형하여 차륜-레일간의 연직접촉과 사행동에 의한 횡접촉을 모사하고, 이동질량해석을 근간으로 하였다. 이 때 지반부는 Modified Drucker-Prager 모델을 이용하여 상면 지반부의 비선형 거동을 부여하고 이에 따른 변위, 가속도의 변화를 탄성지반의 거동과 비탄성지반의 거동을 상호 비교하였다. 이를 통해, 실제 지반거동과 가까운 변위와 가속도 범위를 예측하고자 하였다. 이 때 지반부의 von-Mises응력과 등가소성변형도를 검토하고, 각 파괴면에서의 등가소성변형도, 전체 체적변형도 등을 검토하였다. 이동질량을 이용한 차륜-레일 접촉부의 수직응력, 횡압, 종방향 구속압 등의 시간이력에 따른 응력변화도 검토하였다. 비선형 지반모델의 경우 탄성 지반모델에 비해 열차 주행에 따른 변위 차이는 크지 않는 반면에 가속도의 경우는 큰 감소를 발생시키는 것으로 나타났다.

지반응답곡선을 이용한 터널의 지반거동 분석 (Ground Response Curve for Ground Movement Analysis of Tunnel)

  • We must notice ground movement by excavation for reasonable tunnel designs. The convergence confinement method is an attempt to evaluate tunnel stability conditions by means of a mathematical model and a ground response curve. In this study, the convergence confinement method by numerical model was examined. This method don't need the basic assumptions for a mathematical model of circular tunnel shape, and hydrostatic in situ stress. Also modified ground response curve that is calculated after installing the support, is suggested, which informs us the ground movement mechanism. The ground response curve and the support reaction curve are mutually dependent. Especially the support reaction curve depends upon the ground response curve. The mechanism of tunnel must be analyzed by the interaction between support and ground. Consequently the stability of tunnel must be qualitatively investigated by a ground response curve and quantitatively adjudged by a numerical analysis for the reasonable design of tunnel.

  • In this paper, ground vibration analysis methods for train transit on bridges are studied. Train loads acting on the piers are evaluated considering the interactions between the trains and the bridge. The 2D in-plane wave propagation method and the axisymmetric wave propagation method are used in the ground vibration analysis, and then the results of the ground vibration are compared. A modified axisymmetric method is presented, which can consider the effect of the train loadings on a series of piers as the train moves.

고로슬래그 미분말을 이용한 SBR혼입 폴리머 시멘트 콘크리트의 강도특성 (Strength Properties of SBR-Modified Concretes Using Ground Granulated Blast-Furnace Slag)

  • 본 연구에서는 고로슬래그 미분말을 이용한 SBR혼입 폴리머 시멘트 콘크리트의 강도 성상에 미치는 고로슬래그 치환율 및 폴리머 결합재비의 영향에 대하여 구명하였다. 그 결과, 고로슬래그 미분말을 이용한 SBR혼입 폴리머 시멘트 콘크리트의 압축, 인장 및 휨강도는 폴리머-결합재비 및 고로슬래그 치환율의 증가에 따라 증가하였으며, 고로슬래그 치환율 40%에서 가장 높은 강도를 나타내었다. 특히 고로슬래그 치환율 40%의 SBR혼입 폴리머 시멘트 콘크리트의 인장 및 휨강도는 폴리머 미혼입의 강도보다 약 2배 이상의 높은 강도를 보였다. 이와 같이 높은 강도의 발현은 SBR 폴리머의 높은 인장강도와 SBR라텍스의 혼입에 의한 시멘트 수화물과 골재간의 접착성이 개선되었기 때문이라 판단된다.

공기 조절 포장과 전자선 조사의 병용이 분쇄돈육의 저장 중 산화와 미생물적 안정성에 미치는 영향 (Combination Effect of Modified Atmosphere Packaging and Electron Beam Irradiation on the Oxidative and Microbiological Stability of Ground Pork during Storage)

  • 분쇄 돈육을 $N_2$$CO_2$ 가스로 공기 조절 포장한 후 전자선으로 조사하여(0, 1.5, 3.0 kGy) 돈육을 저장하면서 미생물의 변화와 함께 공기 조절 포장이 전자선 처리에 의한 지방 산화를 억제하는지 관찰하였다. 분쇄 돈육은 공기 조절 포장과 전자선 처리(1.5와 3.0 kGy)후 4$^{\circ}C$에서 6일간 그리고 -15$^{\circ}C$ 에서 3달 동안 저장하면서 주기적으로 미생물 검사와 지방의 산패치를 측정하였다. 일반세균과 중온균의 경우 1.5와 3.0 kGy의 전자선 조사량으로 처리하였을 경우 대조구에 비해 그 증식이 현저히 억제되었음을 관찰하였다. 질소와 이산화탄소를 주입한 포장은 그 자체로도 대조구와 비교하였을 때 저장 중 지방의 산화를 억제하는 데에 큰 효과가 있었으며 또한 공기 조절 포장과 전자선 처리의 병용은 저장 중 분쇄 돈육의 미생물 증식과 지방의 산화를 억제하는데 효과적이었다.

토조실험에 의한 투수성 포장재의 수문학적 요소 분석 (Analysis of Hydrological Factor for Permeable Pavement by using Soil Tank Experiment)

  • In this study, the hydrological properties of permeable pavement were analyzed by the experiment and the numerical simulation. The numerical model used was a modified SWMM especially for considering the hydrological response of permeable pavement. The parameters of modified SWMM were revised by the experimental results, and then the practicability was evaluated through the comparison of the experimental and numerical simulation results. In the experiments, three different rainfall intensities such as 65 mm/hr, 90 mm/hr, 95 mm/hr were supplied for 4 hrs, and the hydraulic properties including surface outflow, subsurface outflow, ground water level, soil water contents were measured for 10 hrs. The results showed rainfall intensity effected directly on surface outflow volume and subsurface outflow volume was more effected by ground water level than rainfall intensity. The ground water level and the soil water contents were under estimated as compared with the experimental data except the portion of occurring direct runoff. The surface and subsurface outflow discharge were simulated very well in comparison with the experimental data. Consequently, the modified SWMM could be used very effectively to evaluate the hydrological property of permeable pavement.

도시철도 지중 콘크리트 구조물의 내진해석법 적용에 관한 연구 (A Study of seismic analysis method of urban rail transit's underground concrete structure)

  • Seismic analysis methods in use on ground structure are equivalentstatic analysis, response-displacement method and dynamic analysis etc. Equivalentstatic analysis does not considerdynamic effect, and dynamic analysis process is very complex. then 'Urbanrail transit earthquake-resistance design standard (2005.06)' is persuading that analyze by response displacement method that consider enough dynamic effect of ground structure statically. But, It is very complex and difficult to apply response-displacement method in the field. So, modified equivalentstatic analysis or pseudo static analysis that is easy to apply in the field and have rationality of design is practically used. In this study, I try to prescribe the applicable scale of structure and static analysis that have calculative effectiveness about response-displacement method by comparing and analyzing the result of each analysis method according to the scale of urban rail transit' box type concrete structure and by performing seismic analysis that apply modified equivalentstatic analysis, pseudo static analysis and response-displacement method changing the kind of ground, depth of bedrock, size of structure.

Combined Effects of Modified Atmosphere Packaging and Organic Acid Salts (Sodium Acetate and Calcium Lactate) on the Quality and Shelf-life of Hanwoo Ground Beef Patties

  • The present study investigated the combined effects of modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) and organic acid salts on the quality and shelf-life of Hanwoo ground beef patties. The ground beef containing 500 ppm of ascorbic acid was prepared with air-packaging (Air-P), high oxygen-MAP (70% $O_2$+30% $CO_2$/OxyMAP), and nitrogen-MAP (100% $N_2$/NitroMAP), in combination with organic acid salts (1500 ppm of sodium acetate and 500 ppm of calcium lactate). The samples were stored for 11 d at $5^{\circ}C$. The pH value of ground beef patties decreased during storage in all the treatments. The ground beef patties with organic acid salts showed relatively higher level of pH during storage compared with non-added patties (p<0.05). Lipid oxidation was accelerated in OxyMAP while it was delayed in NitroMAP treated with organic acid salts. Nitro-MAP treated with organic acid salts was effective in stabilizing the color characteristics of lightness (CIE $L^*$) and redness (CIE $a^*$) during storage. Oxygen content in MAP was shown to be a more important factor affecting color stability and lipid oxidation of ground beef than organic acid salts. The aerobic and anaerobic bacterial counts were reduced both in OxyMAP and NitroMAP (p<0.05), and the lactic acid bacteria was inhibited by Oxy-MAP (p<0.05). Coliform bacteria decreased during storage as pH value was decreased in all treatments. According to the sensory evaluation, the ground beef patties in NitroMAP showed the best quality among all treatments during storage. Therefore, Hanwoo ground beef patties added with sodium acetate and calcium lactate and packed with NitroMAP showed better quality characteristics than other treatments. This packaging method is recommended and could be utilized for packaging hanwoo ground beef patties for improving quality and extending shelf-life.

ROLL CENTER ANALYSIS OF A HALF-CAR MODEL USING POLE FOR SMALL DISPLACEMENT

  • In this paper, roll behavior of three planar half car models are compared. The first model is a simple model whose contact point between a wheel and the ground is assumed to be fixed with a revolute joint. The second model is a modified model of the fIrst model, whose wheel tread width can vary. In this model, the instant center of a wheel with respect to the ground, which is crucial to find the roll center, is assumed to be at the contact point of a wheel and the ground. The last model uses the pole of a wheel with respect to the ground for small displacement as the instant center of a wheel with respect to the ground. Loci of the center of gravity point, the fixed and the moving centrodes which are traces of roll center position in the ground and the body frame respectively, wheel contact points, and instant centers of a wheel with respect to the ground are calculated.
