경기육괴내 주요 단층대의 지구물리학적 연구: 공주분지의 중력 및 지전기 탐사 (Geophysical Studies on Major Faults in the Gyeonggi Massif : Gravity and Electrical Surveys In the Gongju Basin)

  • 경기육괴와 옥천대의 경계부분에 위치한 백악기 퇴적분지인 공주분지의 조구조운동의 특성과 지하구조를 해석하기 위하여 분지를 가로지르는 측선을 2개 설정하여 중력탐사를 실시하고, 분지의 경계를 이루는 두 단층선에 대하여 파쇄대의 발달상태를 확인하기 위하여 쌍극자 비저항탐사를 실시하였다. 부우게이상을 구하기 위한 중력자료의 처리과정에서 원추형프리즘 모형을 이용하여 지형보정값을 계산함으로써 경사가 급한 지역에서의 보정의 효과를 향상시켰다. 중력자료의 정량적해석을 위하여 역산 및 순산모델링 (forward modeling)을 실시하였으며, 전기탐사자료를 처리하여 비저항단면도를 얻었다. 중력모델링 결과, 공주분지는 중앙부의 폭이 약 $4{\cal}km$, 남동부의 폭이 약 $2.5{\cal}km$로 지표에서 보이는 바와 같은 마름모형태로 나타났다. 분지의 깊이는 약 $700{\~}400{\cal}m$로 중앙부의 기반이 솟아오른 형태를 보이는데, 이것은 분지가 형성된 후 압축응력이 작용한 결과로 해석된다. 또한 분지내부에서 형성된 저밀도의 파쇄대가 나타나는데, 이는 분지의 생성과정이나 퇴적물이 쌓인 후에 몇차례의 단층운동이 있었음을 시사한다. 분지를 형성한 주단층 가운데, 남동경계를 이루는 단층의 파쇄대는 넓게 분포하고 지하 $1{\cal}km$ 이상의 깊이까지 연장되어 있는 것으로 나타나는 반면 북서경계의 파쇄대는 비교적 미약하게 나타났다. 이로부터 분지의 남동경계를 이루는 단층을 따라 진행된 조구조운동의 강도가 상대적으로 컸을 것으로 추측할 수 있다. 이러한 양상은 남동경계를 이루는 단층대에서 저비저항대가 두텁게 나타난 전기탐사의 결과와 잘 일치한다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The correlation between glucose concentration and parameters was the best at 610nm. 30535 T00401030535 ^x Radiation-induced fibrosarcoma tumors were grown on the flanks of C3H mice. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The model demonstrated the influence of wavelength on the thermal process and proved to be a valuable tool to investigate internal temperature rise. 30536 T00401030536 ^x We investigated the structural geometry of thirty-eight Korean femurs. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. And the surface charge density (or the number of ionizable functional groups) of the microspheres synthesized by "two stage shot growth method" was 6~13 times higher than that of the microspheres synthesized by conventional seeded batch copolymerization. As a previous step for biomedical application, adsorption experiments of bovine albumin on microspheres were carried out under various conditions. The maximum adsorbed amount was obtained in the neighborhood of pH 4.5. Isoelectric point of bovine albumin is pH 5.0, so experimental result shows that it shifted to acid area. Our department has developed an information system for routine hematology using down-sized computer system. We have used an IBM 486 compatible PC with 16MB main memory, 210 MB hard disk drive, 9 RS-232C port and 24 pin dot printer. The operating system and database management system were SCO UNIX and SCO foxbase, respectively. For program development, we used Xbase language provided by SCO foxbase. The C language was used for interface purpose. To make the system use friendly, pull-down menu was used. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer. The frame and leaflet of the polymer valve were made from polyurethane, To evaluate the hemodynamic performance of the polymer valve a comparative study of flow dynamics past a polymer valve and a St. Jude Medical prosthetic valve under physiological pulsatile flow conditions in vitro was made. Comparisons between the valves were made on the transvalvular pressure drop, regurgitation volume and maximum valve opening area. The polymer valve showed smaller regurgitation volume and transvalvular pressure drop compared to the mechanical valve at higher heart rate. The results showed that the functional characteristics of the polymer valve compared favorably with those of the mechanical valve at higher heart rate. 30621 T00401030621 ^x Explosive evaporative removal process of biological tissue by absorption of a CW laser has been simulated by using gelatin and a multimode Nd:YAG laser. Because the point of maximun temperature of laser-irradiated gelatin exists below the surface due to surface cooling, evaporation at the boiling temperature is made explosively from below the surface. The important parameters of this process are the conduction loss to laser power absorption (defined as the conduction-to-laser power parameter, Nk), the convection heat transfer at the surface to conduction loss (defined as Bi), dimensionless extinction coefficient (defined as Br.), and dimensionless irradiation time (defined as Fo). Dependence of Fo on Nk and Bi has been observed by experiment, and the results have been compared with the numerical results obtained by solving a 2-dimensional conduction equation. Fo and explosion depth (from the surface to the point of maximun temperature) are increased when Nk and Bi are increased.To find out the minimum laser power for explosive evaporative removal process, steady state analysis has been also made. We propose a new image reconstruction method using internal current density data measured by NMR. We obtained a two-dimensional current density distribution within a phantom by processing the real and imaginary MR images from a 4.77 NMR machine. We implemented a resistivity mage reconstruction algorithm using the finite element method and sensitivity matrix. By using the proposed region segmentation algorithm, the cells were segmented into nucleus. The 16 feature parameters were used to calculate the features of each nucleus. Optimal stimulus parameters, which can minimize muscle fatigue and can achieve effective muscle contraction were determined in slow and fast muscles in Sprague-Dawley rats. Stimulus patterns of our stimulator were designed to simulate electromyographic activity monitored during locomotion of normal subjects. Muscle types of the lower extremity were classified according to their mechanical property of contraction, which are slow muscle (msoleus m.) and fast muscle (medial gastrocneminus m., rectus femoris m., vastus lateralis m.). Optimal parameters of electrical stimulation for slow muscles were 20 Hz, 0.2 ms square pulse. For fast muscle, 40 Hz, 0.3 ms square pulse was optimal to produce repeated contraction. Higher stimulus intensity was required when synergistic muscles were stimulated simultaneously than when they were stimulated individually. Electrical stimulation for each muscle was designed to generate bipedal locomotion, so that individual muscles alternate contraction and relaxation to simulate stance and swing phases. Portable electrical stimulator with 16 channels built in microprocessor was constructed and applied to paraplegic patients due to lumbar cord injury. The present model is only for frequency response. The procedure has the following three distinct stages. First, the initial center is estimated by the initial center estimation algorithm which is applied to decimated image. Third, best-fit boundary is detected by the cost function which is based on the best-fit elliptic model. We use combination of MLP and fuzzy filter for pattern recognition to estimate the direction of a muscle and Hogan's method for the force estimation. EMG signals are acquired by using a amputation simulator and 2 dimensional joystick motion. The main unit includes a 12.1" TFT color LCD, a main CPU board, and peripherals such as a module controller, Ethernet LAN card, video card, rotate/push button controller, etc. The main unit can connect at maximum three module cases each of which can accommodate up to 7 parameter modules. They include the modules for electrocardiograph, respiration, invasive blood pressure, noninvasive blood pressure, temperature, and SpO2 with Plethysmograph.SpO2 with Plethysmograph.

The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Optimal stimulus parameters, which can minimize muscle fatigue and can achieve effective muscle contraction were determined in slow and fast muscles in Sprague-Dawley rats. Stimulus patterns of our stimulator were designed to simulate electromyographic activity monitored during locomotion of normal subjects. Muscle types of the lower extremity were classified according to their mechanical property of contraction, which are slow muscle (msoleus m.) and fast muscle (medial gastrocneminus m., rectus femoris m., vastus lateralis m.).   • 본 연구의 기본적 목적은 대학생들의 창업활성화를 위해 창업활동에 중요한 영향을 미치는 창업의도와 대학의 창업지원 활동을 중심으로 이들 변수들이 창업활동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 검증하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 먼저 연구자들은 대학생 창업의도의 영향요인을 식별하고 이들 영향요인들이 창업의도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하고자 했다. 그리고 창업의도에 중요한 영향을 미칠 수 있는 이들 요인들이 창업활동에는 어떠한 영향을 미치며, 그 과정에서 창업의도가 어떠한 매개효과를 발휘할 수 있는지를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 실증적 연구를 위해 수집된 설문지는 총 769부이며 창업선도대학을 중심으로 설문지가 배포되었다. 설문지는 자기응답방식으로 이루어졌다. 이들 설문지를 토대로 자료를 분석한 결과 대학생들의 창업에 대한 자기효능감과 위험감수성향은 창업의도에 유의한 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 창업강좌 수강이나 창업동아리 활동과 같은 경험 및 롤모델의 경험 또한 창업의도에 유의한 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 창업의도는 개별적으로 창업활동에 유의한 긍정적 영향을 미치지만 부분매개변수로서의 역할도 수행할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 창업의도가 높은 학생들이 대학의 창업지원 활동을 많이 경험할 수도 창업활동은 더욱 활발해지는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 이러한 결과들은 대학생들의 창업의 과정을 이해하는데 있어서 이론적으로나 실무적으로 큰 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다.

  • 최근 고령화 사회 진입에 따라 고령 사용자의 컴퓨터 사용규모와 관심이 점점 증가하면서 컴퓨터의 사용성(usability)에 대한 유니버설 디자인 문제가 제 기되고 있으며, 특히 MS Windows의 유니버설 UI디자인의 중요성에 대한 인식도 커지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는MS windows 사용에 있어 사용자의 나이, 능력에 상관없이 고령 사용자 및 컴퓨터 사용 초심자에게 보다 직관적이고 쉽게 사용할 수 있는 MS Windows의 유니버설 GUI 디자인의 개념을 설정하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 특히, MS Windows의 학습과 사용에 있어 가장 어려움이 많을 것으로 예상되는 고령 사용자의 요구 사항을 조사, 분석하고 이 에 대한 해결안을 GUI 디자인에 반영하는 것을 중심으로 진행하였다. 연구 방법은 사용자 조사 방법으로서 고령자 대상의 컴퓨터 교육과정에서 MS Windows를 교육하는 4주 동안 보조 교사로 참여하여 관찰을 실시하였으며, 이를 보완할 수 있는 탐색 테스트와 인터뷰를 추가적으로 진행함으로써 불편 요소와 요구사항을 추출하였고 이를 기반으로 US Windows의 새로운 GUI 디자인 안을 제시하였다. 디자인 해결안은 MS Windows의 디폴트 값 설정, 쉬운 개념모형 형성을 위한 MS Windows 기능 단순화, 진화과정에 따른 MS Windows기능과 환경설정의 개인화, 화면에서의 시각적 문제 해결, 조작 과정상에서의 인터랙션 문제 해결 등의 방향에서 아이디어를 포함하였으며, MS Windows XP 환경에서 제공하는 사용자 로그인에서 사용자의 수준에 따라 초보자 모드로 접근 가능하여 운영 가능하도록 하였다. 본 연구는 고령 사용자의 MS Windows 활용에 대한 문제점과 요구사항을 장기적인 참여관찰을 통해 추출함으로써 신뢰도 높은 디자인 문제를 발견했다는데 의의를 찾을 수 있으며, 향후 해결안으로 제시된 디자인 안의 사용성에 대한 검증이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

  • 최근 들어 집중호우 및 태풍과 국지성 집중호우로 인한 산사태 피해가 자주 보고되고 있다. 국내 지형특성상 산지 인근에서 도시가 발달되고 도로 철도 등의 기간시설물이 건설된 경우가 많기 때문에 산사태로 인한 인명 및 재산피해는 매우 심각하다. 이러한 피해를 효과적으로 방지하기 위해서는 건설계획 단계부터 산사태 위험이 높은 지역을 파악하고 적절한 대책을 마련하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 산사태 발생에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 지형학적 특성, 토질의 특성, 강우 정보, 나무의 종류 정보 등의 자료를 재해대장 분석, 항공사진 분석, 현장조사를 실시하여 구축한 423 지점의 산사태 데이터에 대한 통계학적 분석을 수행하여 산사태 위험도 예측식을 제안하였다. 제안된 예측식으로 예측된 결과와 실제 산사태 발생여부를 비교해 본 결과 약 92%의 분류 정확도를 보였다. 예측식에 필요한 입력치들은 단 시간 내에 저비용으로 획득할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 또한 예측결과의 경우 재해지도 형식으로 표현하기 용이하기 때문에 제안된 산사태 위험도 예측식은 광범위한 지역의 산사태 발생 위험도를 산정하는데 효과적으로 활용될 수 있다고 판단된다.

  • 본 산업의 발달 및 화석연료 사용 증가로 인하여 지구온난화 및 기후변화가 가속화되어 기존보다 강도 높은 자연재해가 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 전기시설물은 옥외에 시설된 경우가 많아 자연재해에 큰 영향을 받아 전기설비 관련 사고가 증가하는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 국내의 기후변화에 따른 전기화재, 감전사고 및 전기설비사고의 통계 현황을 분석하여 기후변화와 연계한 위험도를 제시한다. 또한, 다양한 지역 별(광역시) 기후조건(온도, 습도)과 연계한 전기재해 데이터 분석을 통하여 각 지역의 월별 전기화재 위험도 분석 모델을 제시하고, 저압, 고압 설비의 자연재해에 대한 사고 위험도를 분석한다. 이러한 지역별, 설비별 위험도 분석 모델을 통하여 기초적인 전기재해 예측 모델을 제시하였다. 따라서 제시한 분석 데이터를 활용하여 향후 각 지역 및 전기설비를 대상으로 전기재해 위험도 예측 맵을 웹사이트나 스마트폰 앱을 통하여 전기안전 서비스를 제안할 수 있으며, 기후변화의 따른 자연재해에 대한 전기사고를 미연에 방지하기 위한 내성기준이나 전기설비의 내구성을 증가시키기 위한 노력이 필요하다.

인구 변동의 경제적 사회적 영향에 관한 연구 -가구 구성의 변화가 한국의 가계저축율 변동에 미치는 영향을 중심으로- (A Household Model for Economic and Social Studies with a Special Reference to Saving function of Korea)

  • 한국경제의 장기적 발전은 총투자의 지속적 증가와 이를 가능케 해줄 국민저축의 착실한 증가에 크게 의존한다고 보겠다. 이러한 국민저축 중에서도 가계저축은 우리나라의 투자재원 조달에 가장 중요한 역할을 담당할 것으로 기대되고 있다. 본고는 가계저축의 결정요인을 찾아내기 위하여 우리나라 가계소비율의 결정요인을 살펴본 다음에 이를 이용하여 간접적으로 가계저축의 결정요인을 원용하였다. 이와 같이 가계소비율의 추정을 통하여 가계저축율을 추정하고자 한 이유는 일반적으로 소비함수는 안정적인 성향을 가진 반면 저축함수는 불안정적인 성향이 강하기 때문이다. 가계소비율 추정을 위해서는 우리나라의 도시가계조사 및 농가경제 조사자료를 기초자료로 이용하였는 바, 가계소비율에 대한 회귀분석의 결과를 요약하면, 첫째로 가계소득의 증가와 취업가구원수의 증가는 가계소비율을 낮추는 방향으로 작용하고 있는 반면, 둘째로 가구주의 연령, 교육수준, 가구원수의 증가는 가계소비율을 저하시키는 경향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 2000년대의 우리나라는 소득의 괄목할 만한 증가, 여성의 노동시장 참가율 제고로 인한 취업가구원수의 증가 및 핵가족화의 영향으로 인한 평균 가구원수의 감소로 가계소비율의 저하가 예상되는 반면에, 인구의 노령화에 기인한 가구주의 평균연령의 상승, 교육수준의 향상에 따른 가계소비율의 상승이 예상되지만, 총체적으로는 가계소비율의 감소를 통한 가계 저축율의 착실한 증가가 있을 것으로 예측되므로 한국경제의 장기적 발전을 위한 투자재원의 조달에는 큰 어려움이 없을 것으로 전망된다.

기업조직 구성원의 기업가정신과 개인 및 집단 창의성의 관계에서 기업가적 자기효능감의 매개효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Mediating Effect of Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy on the Relationship between Entrepreneurship and Individual and Group Creativity of Corporate Organization Members)

  • 본 연구는 최근 조직환경에서 창의성의 중요성이 증대되는 점에 주목하여 구성원이 인식하는 기업가정신이 조직의 창의성을 향상시키는 과정을 기업가적 자기효능감을 통해 실증분석하고, 그 효과를 확인하였다. 본 연구는 기업조직의 기업가정신이 개인·집단 창의성에 미치는 영향 관계를 분석하였다. 특히, 기업가정신과 창의성 관계의 매개효과를 파악코져 한다. 본 연구를 위해, 문헌연구를 통해 연구모형 및 가설을 설정하였고, 경북지역의 제조업 종사자를 대상으로 308부의 설문지를 배포·회수하여 실증분석을 시행하였다. 연구 결과, 기업가정신이 기업가적 자기효능감에 영향을, 기업가적 자기효능감이 개인·집단창의성에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 기업가정신은 개인·집단창의성에 유의한 영향을 직접적으로 미치지 않고 기업가적 자기효능감을 매개하여 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 기업가정신과 창의성의 관계에서 기업가적 자기효능감의 중요성을 확인하였으며, 연구 결과는 기업전략수립 방향과 조직차원의 관리에 있어서 가이드라인을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

유전자 알고리즘 기반 다중 모듈러 건축 프로젝트 수행 시 모듈러 유닛 공장생산계획수립 모델 개발 (Development of Manufacturing Planning for Multi Modular Construction Project based on Genetic-Algorithm)

  • 모듈러 건축공법은 공장 생산, 운송, 현장설치 프로세스를 통해 기존 현장중심 건축공법에 비해 품질향상 및 공기단축이 가능한 특징을 가지고 있다. 특히 모듈러 유닛의 제작과 시공이 분리되어 수행되기 때문에 다수의 프로젝트가 동시에 수행될 경우 각 프로젝트에 따라 생산해야하는 모듈의 크기, 수량, 납기일, 생산 유형 및 과정을 고려하는 SCM(Supply Chain Management) 관점의 공장 생산 공정 계획 수립이 필요하다. 그러나 현재 모듈러 유닛 공장 생산 계획은 개별 프로젝트 중심으로 수립되고 있어 다중 모듈러 건축 프로젝트 수행 시 모듈러 유닛 제작공장의 한정된 자원과 설치 현장별 프로젝트 요구조건들을 동시에 고려한 공장 생산계획을 도출하는데 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 다양한 변수 간 상호 연계성 및 제약조건으로 공정 계획 최적화 결과 도출이 가능한 유전자 알고리즘 방법을 통해 모듈러 유닛 제작공장의 한정된 자원과 설치 현장별 요구사항이 반영된 모듈러 유닛 공장 생산 공정계획 최적화 수립 모델을 제시하며 이를 사례분석을 통해 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 기존 다중프로젝트의 공장생산계획에 비해 평균 7.9%의 현장설치 공기단축 및 43%의 최대 야적장 이용률 감소가 가능하였다. 향후 본 연구 내용을 바탕으로 제약 조건 범위 확장 및 생산성 데이터 추가가 될 경우 다중 모듈러 건축 프로젝트의 모듈러 유닛 공장 생산 계획 수립과 현장시공프로세스 구축을 동시에 지원할 수 있는 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있다.
