국내 이동통신 멤버십프로그램의 서비스품질과 고객만족, 고객충성도와의 관계 (A Study on the Relationship among Service Quality of Membership Programs, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Loyalty in Korean Mobile Telecommunications)

  • From early 1999 years, the mobile telecommunication companies have introduced the mobile telecommunication membership program to attract more customers. However, the severe competition in the mobile telecommunication market has made the mobile telecommunication membership program to be faced with the matured mobile telecommunication market and the mobile number portability. Wain focus of this study is to find what are the core elements of service qualify of the mobile telecommunication membership program. To achieve research objective, we conceptualized the service quality of mobile telecommunication membership program. We also derived hypotheses regarding the relationships between service quality of the program, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty and examined it by using the empirical research methodology. We suggest new marketing strategies of the mobile telecommunication membership program which can be applied to improve the corporate competitiveness.

  • From early 1999 years, the Mobile Telecommunication Companies have introduced the Mobile Telecommunication Membership Program to attract more customers. 유.무선 컨버전스 서비스 수요 Pattern에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Demand Pattern Analysis of Fixed Mobile Convergence Telecommunication Service)

  • This study investigates empirically on the business analysis of fixed mobile convergence telecommunication service. As for the stage of empirical analysis, the process was carried out in the order elaboration of a test model, selection of sample, empirical analysis and interpretation of result. We report our Preliminary results on the fixed mobile convergence telecommunication service demand pattern forecasting by Bass model. The results show that the fixed mobile convergence telecommunication service may sustain profitability over the next ten years in the market. In conclusion, the practical implication of the result attained by this study is that in order to create a fixed mobile convergence in the korean business world, practical tools such as WiBro service is no less important than fixed service and Mobile service, and that users may be rightfully encouraged to adopt WiBro service.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to propose useful suggestions by explore the effects of the Mobile Telecommunication service quality on customer satisfaction and Customer Loyalty (Focus on Moderation effect of switching barrier) in Korea Mobile Telecommunication industry. Methods: After reviewing the literature, the structural eqation modeling(SEM) conducted by LISREL 8.53 test the research model. The data was collected from subscriber of mobile telecommunication service by the questionare in Korea. Results: The results of SEM show that Mobile Telecommunication Service Quality have a positive effect on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction also have a positive effect on customer loyalty. And switching barrier have a moderation effect between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Conclusion: Mobile Telecommunication Service Quality is highly related to Customer Satisfation and Customer Loyalty, so Mobile Telecomunication Company should improve Service Quality especially price-related service quality and process/ human- related service quality. And the company need to get higher the positive Switching Barriers in order to improve Customer Loyalty.

유무선 통신서비스 간 상호 대체성 및 보완성에 관한 실증분석 (An Empirical Analysis on the Substitutability and the Complementarity between Fixed and Mobile Telecommunication Services)

  • The purpose of this paper is to examine whether there are relationships of substitutability or complementarity between the call demand of fixed telecommunication and mobile telecommunication services. In order to clarify the relationships, we suggest a model of call demand of fixed telecommunication service which incorporates the variables representing the diffusion of mobile telecommunications subscription and estimate it with relevant time series data. Finally it is shown that there is complementary relationship between the call demand of fixed telecommunication and mobile paging services, and it is also found that there is substitutable relationship between the long distance call demand of fixed telecommunication and mobile phone services.

  • In this paper is design of signal discriminatior system for the third generation mobile telecommunication system (IMT-2000 : International mobile telecommunication service-2000) This system is basically using multiplexing method of CDMA, TDMA and FDMA that this system can be solved third generation systems problems-Frequency bandwidth, international roaming and development new architecture of mobile telecommunication systems. Designed signal discriminator system is perfectly separated three styles multiplexing method signals that more easily, nearly and economically implementation of third generation telecommunication systems. As we develop signal discriminator we will contribute to technical evolution of mobile telecommunication for third generation and stay ahead in the interior technical accumulation in addition to international intercourse as to mobile telecommunication.

  • 최근 이동 통신 산업은 급격하게 발전하고 있다. 이러한 경쟁은 날로 더 심화되고 있으며 이동통신사들은 이러한 경쟁에서 살아남기 위한 생존경쟁이 치열하다. 본 연구에서는 이동통신서비스의 특성과 고객만족, 고객충성도간의 관계를 살펴봄으로써 이동통신사들의 생존전략에 기여하고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 이동통신서비스의 특성(경제적 유인, 상징적 유인, 편의적 유인)과 고객만족, 고객충성도간의 영향 관계를 살펴보고자 한다.

  • The Korean mobile telecommunication service market is faced with a tremendous competitive period, in which the market is entering into the maturity stage with launching of the 3rd generation service and with introduction of mobile number portability. In general, it is more important to sustain the old customers than to attracting new customers, as the life cycle of an industry is entering the maturity stage in which the growth rate of new customers is decreasing gradually or becoming stagnant. Thus, mobile telecommunication business has to seek a way to maintain the existing customers instead of promoting new customers. So this study investigates whether the service quality of mobile telecommunication could have effects on the switching barrier of the industry. In order to test the hypothesis on the effects of service quality of mobile telecommunication in Korea on switching barrier, this study collected the questionnaire response data of students including middle and high school students and undergraduates, who are regarded as the major customers in that mobile telecommunication industry.
