본 연구에서는 정보통신 분야 HRD사업 중 매우 중요한 ITRC의 지원요인과 지원성과에 대하여 상관관계 및 회귀분석, DEA효율성 분석을 통해 정부예산 지원의 효율성을 알아보았다. 본 연구의 결과에 의하면, 첫째, ITRC에 대한 지원기간은 과학기술적 연구성과와 인력양성 성과에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타남에 따라, 지원기간이 길다고 하더라도 과학적 연구성과와 인력양성 성과와는 무관함을 보여주고 있다. 둘째, 반면에 정부지원금이 증가하게 되면 인력양성 성과에도 양의 영향을 미치어 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 기술분야별 ITRC를 DEA분석하면, SW/ 디지털 콘텐츠, 디지털 TV, 정보보호, 지능로봇, 차세대 PC, 차세대 이동통신, 홈네트워크, 통신수학, IT SoC, 등 기술분야는 효율성이 높은 것으로 나타났다.

일반적으로 터치 스크린 기반 기존의 키오스크는 단일 사용자에 의해 점유되고, 이러한 키오스크 시스템에 다중 사용자가 접근하기 위해서는 많은 대기 시간과 유지 비용을 지불해야 한다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 키오스크 서버를 위한 블루투스 프로파일 기반 프레임워크를 제안한다. 제안하는 키오스크 시스템은 스마트폰과 같은 모바일 시스템에 블루투스 모듈과 AP를 장착하여 극장, 기차역, 은행, 정부 및 공공기관에서 보다 효율적으로 이용할 수 있다.

In this paper, the management system for a bicycle station using 900 MHz RFID technology has been developed. Based on the several reasons such as environmental pollution, high oil prices, and the government's eco-friendly policies, a bicycle usage is increasing nowadays. Accordingly, a need for bicycle parking spaces has already been emerging and increasing around a bicycle station. But most of the bicycle parking system are operated by manually, and it causes somewhat inefficient. Therefore, this paper suggests an unmanned bicycle station using RFID technology. The proposed system is supported by the mobile applications that are operated in the smart phones, and which gives the real-time access to the information of bicycle station. The proposed system yields owners of bicycle owners the convenience and efficiency of the station management in order to maximize the function of the bicycle stations.

피싱 피해의 확대에 따라 정부 및 기관의 대응이 빨라지면서 피싱 공격은 더욱 발전하여 악성코드 및 취약점 활용에까지 이어지고 있다. 최근 마이크로 소프트의 패치가 발표될 때 마다 해당 취약점을 이용한 공격 기술이 공개되고 이를 악용하는 사례가 늘어나고 있다. 따라서 방어하는 입장에서도 패치를 분석하고 대응하기 위한 기술의 수요가 증가하였으며, 이로 인하여 다양한 패치 분석 방법론이 등장하였다. 하지만 이는 마이크로 소프트 제품에 맞춘 경우가 많으며 모바일 환경을 대상으로 이루어지지는 않았다. iOS와 같은 모바일 장치의 경우 운영체제를 구성하는 파일의 크기가 작고 개수가 많기 때문에 빠르게 비교해주는 기능이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 기존의 연구에서 사용하던 Control Flow Graph나 Abstract Syntax Tree 방법이 아닌 기계어 코드에 최적화된 코드 필터링 방법을 이용한 패치 비교 방법론을 연구하여 안전한 모바일 환경을 구축하기 위한 기반을 마련하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 시청자의 색상 특성을 고려하여 양안식 영상에서의 색상 불일치를 예측하는 방법을 제안했다. 먼저 색상 불일치 예측을 위한 주관적 평가로 색상 민감도 평가를 수행했다. 기본 세 채널 색 R, G, B에 대해 각각의 색상의 오차 범위를 결정한 후, 이를 기반으로 관심도와 복잡도를 평가하여 보다 세밀한 주관적 평가를 수행했다. 실험 결과를 통해 제안한 방법이 기존의 색상의 품질을 평가하기 위해 사용하는 유클리디안 색 거리 계산 방법과 US & Canadian Government Printing Offices의 품질 수준 규격(Qulaity Level Specifications)을 이용한 방법보다 효율적으로 색상 불일치 여부를 평가함을 확인했다.

Since 1995, One of the NGIS(National Geographic Information System) projects, the underground utilities project has been finished in 2003. The 19 cities in korea for this project will use underground utilities management system using underground utilities database focusing on water and sewage system. However, special expert, technical and experience problem in computer environment has not been had in working department for water and sewage management and maintenance for each local government. The management and maintenance of underground utilities database by manual method is getting lowered a data quality of underground utilities database because of the data omitting, error in writing and securing of the lasted database. Therefore, in this study, Application test for field workers using a mobile tool and environment analysis of wireless communication in Korea and application test of GPS receiver for mobile tools had been processed and made a mobile working environment. The efficient management and maintenance method for underground utilities database has been developed an off- line method for modification and update of database about general work which has a high working frequency because of the limitation of wireless communication environment Also, the emergency working has been applied for on-line method.

모바일의 확산, 이동성, 그리고 휴대성은 유선 인터넷의 추세를 점차 무선 인터넷으로 전이시키고 있다. 이에, 기업의 일선 업무 담당자들과 일반인들은 모두 모바일 폰. PDA를 활용하여 지역에 관계없이 이동을 하면서 기업정보와 국가정보에 접근할 수 있게 되었다. 이에 따라 기업정보 도용과 개인정보를 악용하는 경우가 자주 등장함에 따라 정보보호가 사회전반에 큰 이슈화되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 정보보호를 위한 침입탐지 시스템을 설계하고자, 유선 인터넷의 침입 유형과 침입탐지 기법을 살펴보았다. 본 논문은 모바일 무선 인터넷에 의한 시스템 접근 시에 침입을 탐지, 분리하며, 정상으로 가장하여 시스템 내부에 침입한 경우를 탐지하고자 circuit patrol을 시스템 내부에 위치시켜 정상적인 것처럼 시스템에 들어온 침입에 대한 공격을 탐지하는 모델을 제시하였다.

MANETs(Mobile Ad-hoc Networks)에서는 네트워크에 참여하는 노드 간 통신을 위해 노드 식별 주소를 받아야 한다. 주소는 노드 자신 또는 다른 노드에 의해 생성되며, 이 주소가 사용 가능한 유일한 주소인지 검사하기 위해 주소 중복 검사(Duplicate Address Detection)를 수행한다. 하지만 이런 방법은 MANETs의 확장성이 떨어지는 문제가 발생한다. 본 논문은 MANETs에서 이동 노드들을 그룹으로 묶어 그룹 단위로 관리 할 수 있고 제어 메시지의 교환 부하 감소 및 이동성 관리가 용이해지는 클러스터의 특성을 주소할당 프로토콜에 적용하여 주소 중복 검사에 소요되는 시간을 최소화하고 확장성 문제를 해결하는 방법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방법은 시뮬레이션을 통한 결과 MANETConf[2]보다 노드 수 증가에 따라 우수한 성능을 보여준다.

This study is to develop a mobile type environmental radiation measurement system for emergency response or environmental radiation monitoring of local governments near nuclear facilities. A mobile radiation measurement system can monitor radiation by field beyond the spatial constraints of a fixed environmental radiation monitor. If installed in local government infrastructure such as public transportation, environmental radiation can be monitored without additional manpower and measurement work. In addition, it is designed to enable monitoring and measurement of radiation from low to high doses as well as the environment in preparation for radioactive disasters such as nuclear power plant accidents. It is expected that this system will be utilized not only in normal times but also in the event of a radiation accident to improve the disaster prevention capabilities of local governments.

This research is focusing on industry dynamics of Korean Mobile Telecommunications Industry. Industry data from 1997 to April 2004 are used to analyze industry dynamics through variety use of case study and system dynamics modeling. As results, we found the importance of initial endowment, firm reputation, and handset subsidy strategy. Along with these player-based characteristics, government impacts on dynamics of competition are also investigated.
