충돌형 Quadlet 인젝터의 연소성능 예측에 관한 실험적 연구 (An experimental study for the prediction of combustion performance of the Unlike Impinging Quadlet Injector)

  • Unlike impinging Quadlet injector(OOOF type)에 대한 혼합효율, 혼합특성속도, 혼합특성속도효율을 연소성능을 예측하기 위해 비연소 실험을 통하여 구하였다. 모의 추진제는 물($H_2$O)와 케로신($CH_{1.97}$)을 사용하였고, 혼합상관인자로써 산화제, 연료 분류의 운동량비를 사용하였다. 인젝터 분무특성을 파악하기 위해 오리피스(orifice) 각 hole에 대한 유량계수, 분무형상, 질량분포 획득이 수행되어졌다. 연구 결과, 침투깊이는 혼합효율, 혼합특성속도, 혼합특성속도 효율에 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 혼합효율 및 혼합특성속도 효율은 MR=1.67(TMR=2.5)에서 87%로 최대값을 가지며 산화제 과잉상태보다 연료 과잉상태에서 더 큰 감소율을 보였다.

SOME RESULTS ON CONDITIONALLY UNIFORMLY STRONG MIXING SEQUENCES OF RANDOM VARIABLES

  • From the ordinary notion of uniformly strong mixing for a sequence of random variables, a new concept called conditionally uniformly strong mixing is proposed and the relation between uniformly strong mixing and conditionally uniformly strong mixing is answered by examples, that is, uniformly strong mixing neither implies nor is implied by conditionally uniformly strong mixing. A couple of equivalent definitions and some of basic properties of conditionally uniformly strong mixing random variables are derived, and several conditional covariance inequalities are obtained. By means of these properties and conditional covariance inequalities, a conditional central limit theorem stated in terms of conditional characteristic functions is established, which is a conditional version of the earlier result under the non-conditional case.

  • Saw dust concrete f3r finding out insulation characteristic was tested using test plate $30cm{\times}30cm{\times}5cm$. basically, molds f3r the test of compressive, tensile, normal without sawdust, $0.05\%,\;0.1\%,\;0.2\%,\; 0.4\%,\;0.6\%,\;0.8\%,\;1.0\%,\;1.2\%,\;1.4\%,\;1.6\%,\;1.5\%,\;2.0\%$, mixing proportion. heat conductivity of the saw dust concrete mixed with the above proportion was taken in this study. Thermal conduction of normal concrete depends on mixing proportion strength aggregate character, water content. all these items are specified here in fables. $1.8\%\~2.0\%$ saw-dust mising concrete shows as the faction as normal insulation material has its function. and the higher saw-dust mixing rate becomes, the thermal conduction becomes the less Then, the conclusions are that saw-dust using concrete has better insulation function than normal concrete.

  • 분리 삼중충돌 제트의 액상 혼합에 대한 실험적 연구결과를 통해 분리 삼중충돌 인젝터의 요소설계시 고려해야 할 기하학적 파라메타와 혼합성능을 고려하는 방법을 제시하였다. 실험은 비반응성인 케로신과 물을 사용하여 수행하였으며, 분사공의 기학적 조건과 분사조건(운동량비)에 따른 국소혼합비 분포를 측정하여 혼합효율 및 혼합특성속도를 산출하였다. 분사공의 각종 기하학적 요소와 운동량비에 따른 혼합효율 및 혼합 특성속도를 비교/분석하고 혼합성능과 연소성능과의 상관관계를 규명하였으며, 혼합의 정도를 향상시키는 설계점과 혼합성능 측면에서의 분리 삼중충돌 인젝터의 최적 설계조건에 대하여 고찰하였다.

응집 공정상에서 플럭의 성장 특성 고찰 (The Characteristic Floc Growth in Coagulation and Flocculation Processes)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 응집공정에서 생성되는 플럭의 성상을 가시화하여 PACC의 응집 특성을 고찰하였다. 인공 원수내탁질 입자의 제타전위는 pH 8~9에서 영으로 수렴하였고 이 영역에서 TDS와 전기전도도가 최소값을 나타내 주었다. 급속 및 완속 교반의 최적 혼화강도가 관측되었으며, 특히 탁도의 제거에 있어서는 급속교반의 속도경사가 가장 낮은 $95.1sec^{-1}$에서 최대의 제거율을 나타내었다. 급속교반 후에는 $3{\sim}5{\mu}m$의 작은 입자가 급격히 생성되었으며 교반강도가 클수록 더 많은 수의 입자가 생성되었다. 완속교반이 진행될수록 $3{\sim}5{\mu}m$의 작은 입자의 수는 급격히 감소하였고 $7{\sim}21{\mu}m$의 중간 크기의 입자는 증가하는 경향을 나타내주었다. $23{\mu}m$ 보다 큰 입자의 경우는 급속교반의 속도경사가 $95.1sec^{-1}$에서 가장 많은 수가 생성되었고, $3{\sim}5{\mu}m$의 작은 입자의 경우에는 급속교반의 속도경사가 $760.7sec^{-1}$에서 가장 많이 생성되었다.

  • In this study, a fluidized bed particle generator was developed to generate an aerosol without supply of compressed air and to increase portability. It was assumed that the mixing ratio of the test particles and beads, the input amount, and the air flow rate supplied to the generator would have effect on the aerosol generation characteristics. The product of these three parameters was set as a characteristic parameter and particle generation characteristics according to the change of the characteristic parameter were observed. As a result, it was confirmed that the input amount of test particles and beads was not suitable as a characteristic parameter and a characteristic parameter expressed as a product of the mass mixing ratio and the air flowrate was newly defined. When the new characteristic parameter is applied, it can be confirmed that the total amount of particles generated from the particle generator is a function of the characteristic parameter. As a result of measuring the amount of particle generation by adjusting the characteristic parameter, it was confirmed that the performance required for the test particle generator for the field inspection equipment of PM-2.5 sensors could be satisfied.

난류 용탕 In-Situ 합성법을 위한 스태틱 믹서의 형상에 따른 혼합 효과 (Mixing Effect by the Geometry of Static Mixer with Turbulent In-Situ Mixing Process)

  • Turbulent in-situ mixing process is a new material process technology to get dispersed phase in nanometer size by controlling reaction of liquid/liquid, liquid/solid and liquid/gas, flow and solidification speed simultaneously. In this study mixing, the key technology to this synthesis method will be studied by computational fluid dynamics. For the simulation of mixing of liquid metal, static mixers will be investigated. Two inlets for different liquid metal meet and merge like 'Y' shape tube. The tube has various shapes such as straight and curved. Also, the radius of curve will be varied. The performance of mixer will be evaluated with quantitative analysis with coefficient of variance of mass fraction. Also, detailed plots of intersection will be presented to understand effect of mixer shape on mixing.

  • The quality of chaotic mixing in square cavity flow was studied numerically by CFD simulation and particle tracking technique. The chaotic mixing was generated by using time-periodic electro-osmotic flow. Finite Volume Method (FVM) was employed to get the stretching and folding field in cavity domain. With adjusting the initial condition of concentration distribution, the best values of modulation period and Peclet number which gave us good mixing performance was determined precisely. From $Poicar{\acute{e}}section$and Lyapunov exponents for characteristic trajectories we find that mixing performance also depends on modulation period. The higher value of modulation period, the better mixing performance wag achieved in this case. Furthermore, the results for tracking particle trajectories were also compared between using of Bilinear Interpolation and Higher-order scheme. The values of modulation period for obtaining best mixing effect were matched between using FVM and particle tracking techniques.

  • 본 연구에서는 직경 및 길이를 변화시킨 강섬유를 혼입한 고유동 자기충전 콘크리트의 유동특성을 알아보기 위하여 충전성 및 간극통과성 실험을 실시하였다. 유동성 평가를 실시한 결과 강섬유의 직경 및 길이가 증가할수록 유동성능은 감소하지만 JSCE 2등급 병용계 고유동 콘크리트의 기준에 만족하였으며, ASTM C 1621에서 제시한 통과 성능을 만족하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 강섬유를 혼입한 고유동 자기충전 콘크리트의 현장 적용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

  • This study has been done to investigate the characteristics of synthetic fiber reinforcement sol with fully satruated . To this end, consolidated undrained triaxial test was performed on synthetic fiber reinforcement soil using the soft clay and plypropylene fiber . From the results of test, it was formed that the mixing ratio for weight and the aspect ratio of synthetic fiber have an effect on the shear characteristic of synthetic fiber rinforcement soil. Especially shear paramter C has line relationship for mixing ratio of fiber, and øhas parabolic relationship for mixing ratio of fiber.
