This study was conducted from Sep., 1999. to Nov., 1999. It researched approximately 60 specialized manufacturers who had homepages on the Internet. Of the 60 manufacturers, 20 of them were chosen for the study all of whom had relatively were made homepages that were geared towards sales. 1. Daily Hanboks on the homepages were put in an electronic catalog. They were photographed and well described. Each picture could be enlarged when needed. 2. The Hanbok's were made for men, women and children. There were every couple's Hanboks. The Hanboks used natural material, mixed spinning and chemical textile, which was easily kept and washed. It was intended, as clothes for everyday wear Silk was used for formal clothes. 3. The prices ranged from low-middle to high clothing for everyday life is reasonable and street wear and formal dresses are priced high. The color of the dresses are not vibrant, but natural and light. As Hanboks become more in demand, there will be more choices available. 4. As matter of the sizes shows weakness. In general they use the western size system. The purpose of this study is to show the direction that Hanbok manufacturers may take for the internet sales and for being more active to promote the spread of the dress. This research came to the fellowing conclusion. Even though Hanbok manufacturers operate homepages. it seems that they are not well used. However, many internet shopping malls have been opened and they have put Daily Hanboks into one of their sales categories. The internet malls are getting more active and are expanding more. Therefore the market value of the Hanboks in the future look optimistic. If smaller sized manufacturers of Daily Hanbok's establish cooperative network that have no time and space limit, they can use the strong power of the market as the market development for Daily Hanboks is endless.
The purpose of this study is to research the environmental amenity factors of a city to devise the strategies to preserve the factors. For this study, the area of Masan city in Korea was chosen, and questionnaires, field studies, and statistical researches were used. Based on the results, the research showed the city surveyed had expanded by 1,069%, and the population of the city had increased by 272% from 1970 to 1995. In the city-life environment, the traffic was not smooth and the streets were not safe. The number of cars increased by 40,797% from 1970 to 1995, but the total length of roads increased only by 333%. The number of traffic accidents increased by 850%. Buildings were not preserved or maintained and did not have any traditional value. Additionally, buildings were not harmonious with environmental surroundings. Land allocation for utilization was not mixed well with tradition. In relation with the surroundings, there were not enough spaces for old people, and parking spaces were limited. In the field of public policy and finance, economic support and fundamental facilities were not enough. The survey of the household environment and the neighborhood environment showed that the room temperature, sunshine, air condition, and space were medial in the household environment. Public social facilities and entertainment culture had the lowest quality in the neighborhood environment. The city-life environment, the neighborhood environment, and the household environment affected the quality of life in order. The above results showed that cities should be planned upon sustainable development with the idea of emphasizing ecological harmony and considering people first, that citizen should be planned upon sustainable life by the harmony between people and the environment. Cities should be places where all people can live together pleasantly and cooperate with each other.

In this paper, the $(SrPb)(CaMg)TiO_3$ ceramics with paraelectric properties were fabricated by the mixed oxide method. It was investigated that which the variation of contents of $Bi_2O_3{\cdot}3TiO_2$ effects on structural, dielectrical and electrical properties of specimens. As a result, the grain size were grown with increasing the contents of $Bi_2O_3{\cdot}3TiO_2$. The relative dielectric constants were increased up to 4[mol%] of $Bi_2O_3{\cdot}3TiO_2$, and decreased more or less at a low temperature in the specimens which had more than. But the temperature coefficient. of capacitance were showed ${\pm}25$[%]. The dielectric loss were less than 0.05 in all specimens which had more than 4[mol%] of $Bi_2O_3{\cdot}3TiO_2$. In order to investigate the behavior of charged particles, the characteristics of electrical conduction were measured. As a result, the conduction current was divided into the three steps as a function of DC electric field. The first step was Ohmic region due to ionic conduction, below 15[kV/cm]. The second step was showed a saturation which seems to be related to a depolarizing field occuring in field-enforced ferroelectric phase, between 15[kV/cm] and 40[kV/cm]. The third step was attributed to Child's law related to space charge which injected from electrode, above 40[kV/cm].

$La_{7.33}Bi_2(SiO_4)_6O_2$ specimens were fabricated by standard solid-state synthesis route for solid oxide electrolytes. The calcined powders exhibited uniform particles with a mean particle size of about $28{\mu}m$. The room-temperature structure of $La_{7.33}Bi_2(SiO_4)_6O_2$ specimens was analyzed as hexagonal, space group P63 or P63/m, and the unit cell volume increased with increase a sintering temperature. The specimens sintered at $1,175^{\circ}C$ showed X-ray patterns of homogeneous apatite single phase without the second phase such as $La_2Si_2O_7$ and $La_2SiO_5$. The specimen sintered at $1,175^{\circ}C$ showed the maximum sintered density of 5.49 $g/cm^3$. Increasing the sintering temperature, total conductivities increased, activation energy decreased and the values were $1.98{\times}10^{-5}Scm-1$ and 1.23 eV, respectively.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to develop a predictive model for patient visibility in Korean ICUs (corridor or continental type). Methods: The measures of static visibility were used to quantify the patient visibility (upper third part of the patient bed) from the nurse station. The measure of space programme and area distribution (patient zone percentage, staff zone percentage and departmental gross square meter per patient bed) were calculated by using AutoCAD and MS Excel programs. Regression analysis was conducted for visibility as dependant variable with independent variables of patient area percentage, staff area percentage as well as departmental gross square meter per bed by using IBM SPSS. Results: (1) Average patient visibility and percentage of patient area in ICU shows a strong negative correlation ($r^2$=0.66), p=0.01. (2) Patient visibility in Korean ICU (corridor or continental type) can be calculated as below with the given conditions: Y= $-1.449(X)+124.3{\pm}6$, Y is the total visibility of the ICU (corridor or continental type) and X is the percentage of patient area in the unit. Conditions:1. Given that the unit has a mixed programme of open bed and closed patient rooms and 2. The unit have a minimum of 20% patient rooms. Implications: This study may contribute to the visibility analysis of existing and future ICU design (corridor or continental type) in Korea to achieve maximum patient visibility and reduced patient mortality.

In the Internet space, integrity and security must be maintained for secure and confidential communication, which ensures reliability between sender and receiver. Cryptography is an important factor in maintaining robustness against external attacks. For this purpose, encryption and steganography methods are used. Steganography is a method of hiding confidential information without making statistically significant changes to digital media. I propose a method of transforming the Hangul-Jamo consisting of choseong, jungseong and jongseong, and inserting them into RGB pixel values of the cover image. In order to improve security, a new blending method was used to hide the altered information in the lowest region. In this case, a mixture of LSB and LDR techniques was applied. PSNR was calculated for image quality. The PSNR of the proposed method is 43.225dB, which satisfies the lowest level.

River areas are classified as conservation, restoration, and recreation zones depending on engineers' opinions from their experiences at present. For conservation zones, almost all engineers have the same opinions because natural characteristics are considered for classification. However, it is difficult to decide a basis in classifying restoration and recreation zones in mixed areas by urban and rural streams. This study attempted to prove an application of a previous study (Song & Yoon, 2008) that suggested two classification techniques to classify conservation or maintenance zones, and reclassify maintenance zones into restoration or recreation zones. The suggested classification techniques of river zones were used to estimate 46 reaches of 20 urban streams, 47 reaches of 29 rural streams, and 48 reaches of 19 mountainous streams to achieve a purpose of this study. The conservation, restoration, and recreation zones were reasonably divided by results of the suggested techniques. A possibility that quantified criterion could be used to classify river zones was proven in this study.
Korea seems to have introduced the legal basis for supporting and revitalizing the 6th industry since about 2010. Problems such as lack of systematic support system, inadequacy of cooperation and cooperation between ministries, and poor efficiency have been raised. Also, there is a lack of information on the designation, development method, participant, and management plan of the 6th industrial complex. In this study, we review prior researches and cases related to the 6th industry and examine how to efficiently create the 6th industry-specific complex by analyzing the requirements of customers for the enterprises, residents, professionals and officials of the metropolitan area and non-metropolitan areas. As a result of the questionnaire survey, some suggestions for the establishment of the 6th industry specialization complex were drawn. First, 77.5% of the total requires a combination of public and mixed use, which can be expected to have positive effects such as sharing development gains with local residents and improving resettlement of local residents. Second, the 6th industrial complex should be harmonized with the 1st, 2nd and 3rd industries. However, unlike the standardized land use plan of existing industrial complex, it is necessary to expand the distribution and sales space to reflect the demand for tertiary industry. It is also necessary to consider measures for securing primary industrial sites or securing primary industrial sites through external procurement. Third, it is necessary to establish and operate a plan reflecting rent and rental demand after leasing for a certain period.

In this study, we constructed a virtual auditory display(VAD) that enables listener to move in a room freely. The VAD system was installed in a soundproof room($4.7m(W){\times}2.8m(D){\times}3.0m(H)$). The system consisted of a personal computer, a sound presentation device, and a three-dimensional ultrasound sensor system. This system acquires listener's location and position from a three-dimension ultrasonic sensor system covering the entire room. Localization was realized by convolving the sound source with head related transfer functions(HRTFs) on personal computer(PC). The calculated result is generated through a LADOMi(Localization Auditory Display with Opened ear-canal for Mixed Reality). The HRTFs used in the experiment were measured for each listener with loudspeakers constantly 1.5m away from the center of the listener' s head in an anechoic room. To evaluate the system performance, we experimented a search task of a sound source position in the condition that the listener is able to move all around the room freely. As a result, the positioning error of presented sound source was within 30cm in average for all listeners.

Organic wastes are not disposing object but renewable resources. One of those ways of rendering to resources, composting is environmentally friendly way as to aspect of recycling of resources. Regardless of ways, composting goes through the main processes which are fermentation process and curing process. In the study, mobile composting device was developed with the experiments which were performed to solve the problems of fermentation and curing process. Since reaction vessel is rotated, it does not cease in the middle of agitation because of foreign. In addition, it mixed as well. With maintaining uniform temperature of reaction vessel by controlling amount of air, fermentation and curing are easy to use. Its economic feasibility is better than the existing fermentation equipments. Furthermore, it benefits to reduce the personnel and materiel maintenance cost, and mass produce composting product which use organic waste. Especially, although it needs less space, it has effect to provide transferable composting device with available area to increase by contacting organic waste to air.
