본 연구는 데이터 품질개선을 위해 사용자들에게 베타데이터 관리 시스템 사용의도에 영향을 줄 수 있는 주요 요인들이 무엇이 있는지 식별해보고 요인간의 관련성을 분석 하였다. 최근 이슈화고 있는 Data Architecture, Data Integration, Data Quality 프로젝트를 계획 또는 경험이 있는 조직 IT담당자들을 대상으로 메타데이터 관리 시스템 사용의도 설문을 하였고, SPSS를 이용하여 통계적 희귀분석을 수행하였다. 분석에서 이를 설명하는 연구모형으로 정보기술수용모델(Technology Acceptance Model:TAM)을 적용하였으며, 사용 용이성(Perceived easy of use), 유용성(perceived usefulness)에 영향을 주는 외생변수로는 개인의 데이터 품질개선의도, 동기부여, 조직의 지원 등으로 나타났다. 분석결과 데이터품질 개선의도가 시스템 사용의도에 영향이 있음을 실증하였고, 사회적 요인(동기부여, 조직의 기원) 모두 유용성에는 영향을 미쳤으나 사용 용이성에는 유의하지 많은 결과를 보였다. 이 연주에서는 조직이 데이터 품질 개선을 위해 메타데이터 관리시스템을 사용하고자 할 경우 고려사항과 향후 사용자 관점의 기술수용들을 확장된 연구를 수행하여 데이터품질 개선에 방안들을 탐색할 것을 제안하였다.

The development of ICT technology has a huge impact on the existing closed CCTV security equipment market. With the importance of video data particularly highlighted in areas such as self-driving cars, unmanned vehicles and smart cities, various technologies using video are emerging. In this paper, we proposed a method to transmit videos and metadata as a part of smart city integration, and to solve the traffic, environment and security problems caused in urban life by utilizing the metadata instead of using CCTV videos for simple recording purposes, and reverse tunneling technique was designed and implemented as a method for accessing CCTV videos for vehicles from remote locations. Integrated management of CCTV videos and metadata for vehicles that have been used only for limited purposes in closed environments will enable efficient operation of integrated centers in real time required by smart cities, such as vehicle status check, road conditions and facility management.

Data dictionary is a collection of meta-data, which describes data produced and consumed while performing business processes. Data dictionary is an essential element for business process standardization and automation, and has a fundamental role in ERP application management and customization. Also, data dictionary facilitates B2B processes by enabling painless integration of business processes between various enterprises. We implemented data dictionary support in SEA＋, a component- based scalable ERP system developed in ETRI, and found out that it's a plausible feature of business information system. We discovered that data dictionary promotes semantic, not syntactic, data management, which can make it possible to leverage viability of the tool in the coming age of more meta-data oriented computing world. We envision that business data dictionary is a firm foundation of adapting business knowledge, applications and processes into the semantic web based enterprise infra-structure.

KORMARC used in library bibliographic information, had been pointed several weaknesses such as inflexibility lack of link information and compatibility. In addition, a sudden increase in digital information associated with development of internet is demanding an integration of web resources metadata as the resource of library information. This study mentioned XML/KORAMARC system or adaption of XML standard format turned out to be the most efficient way to use KORMARC formats and to expand the range of those information service such as bibliographic information, factual information, referral information and full-text.

In this paper, we present the system that user can search and manage data using united interface and user can define search field dynamically. The feature of this system is that it is possible to manage multiple polymorphic meta information first. Second, there is a database integration bus that can support easy integration between the various systems. Third, it is possible to set the search item for each user which can customize polymorphism data for each user. The system studied in this paper is expected to be capable of managing big data, which is currently well received in the field of ICT. In addition, it will be possible to effectively manage multi-species polymorphic data in various fields in the future and to easily integrate between systems having various environments.

It has lately been recognized that the sharing and exchanging of the research results information is the critical factor to improve the research productivity. So many institutions are planning or developing the information systems which provide the research information services for researcher. But it has very difficulty in integrating the research resources information due to the dispersion and heterogeneity in data sources, and semantic and structural difference in describing data. We propose the semantic web based methodology and conceptual framework for raising the interoperability of metadata about research results information, which will support the integration of the distributed research data for information services in the end. We first introduce the ontology which is developed based on Standard Metadata of Research Results Information published by STISC. Then to show the applicability in real-world environment, we express the metadata of research information in RDF/RDFS according to ontology. Finally we proposed the conceptual architecture of research information service system which shows the main components, the functional requirements, and the principal and design direction at implementing the system.

In order to utilize the operational metadata retrieval system which is based on the semantic association between the research outcomes of the Korean Research Memory (KRM), the systematic integration of the metadata of the research outcomes with the term data registry (DR) was required. This study presents the ontology which can be used effectively to support the KRM. It includes the concept modeling of the knowledge structure of research outcomes, information retrieval service modeling that applies an analytical approach to researchers' needs in conjunction with the term DR, and also some technical and administrative suggestions for future system management.

After realizing through the three large-scale data leakage incidents that intentional or accidental insider jobs are more serious than external intrusions, financial companies in Korea have been taking measures to prevent data leakage from occuring again. But, the IT system architecture reflecting the domestic financial environment is highly complicated and thereby difficult to grasp. It is obvious that despite administrative, physical, and technical controls, insider threats are likely to cause personal data leakage. In this paper, we present a process that based on metadata defines and manages personally identifiable attribute data, and that through inter-table integration identifies personal information broadly and controls access. This process is to decrease the likelihood of violating compliance outlined by the financial supervisory authority, and to reinforce internal controls. We derive and verify a decision-making model that reflects the proposed process.

This study proposed an integrated management system model of researcher identifiers using the ISNI(International Standard Name Identifier) that can prevent duplicate issuance of identifiers and can be used to reorganize the authors' information. We looked at the metadata structure and management system of the ISNI that can be applied in various fields among identifiers. And we have designed the integrated ID system and system model that can manage the identifiers issued by each institute based on the ISNI. This model consists of data structure layer, platform layer, application layer, management and security layer (4 layers) and we have presented some of the key features and issues to consider when managing the integrations.
