Recently, medical technology and IT technology have been trying to converge to overcome limitations of the time and the space in medical technology application. In this study, an app was developed to support remote medical direction for emergency medical services. The developed app allows doctors in remote locations to receive real-time emergency patient situations from emergency paramedics. It can also guide the patient's condition diagnosis and emergency treatment and enable rapid response from the emergency room.
Chinese medicine hospital enables the users to expect more efficient cure result in the psychological stability and the comfortable indoor environment by supplying the functional and aesthetic cure space with the medical action of good quality Medical activity is to treat the human life. Thus, hospital must be more human-centered-place than other space. Thus study is establishment of space to be able to lead more rational and active participation than the conservative and passive image of the department of diagnosis and treatment for outpatients is desirable. This study is the indoor schedule to suggest the direction about the department of diagnosis and treatment for outpatients of Chinese medicine hospital of native image with more comfortable and positive approach on the basis of above points at issues as the schedule to fulfill the performance of medical function and the emotional and psychological satisfaction of users as the human being-centered-medical institution on the subject of the department of diagnosis and treatment for outpatients in Chinese medicine hospital. And, this researcher progressed as follows by being premised on this 1. Description of Goai, Range and Method of Study and Suggestion of Study Direction 2. Concept introduction as the Basic Approach of Theory which is necessary for Study 3. The Problems were recognized by grasping the present condition in Korea through the questionaines 4. establishment of Concept and direction which are necessary for planning the indoor of the department of Diagnosis and Treatment for Chinese Medicine Hospital 5. Progression of Design Plan attendant upon Concept 6. Analysis of the Conents attendant upon this, and Conclusiov.
For efficient storage and transmission of medical images, the requirement of image com pression is increasing. Because differences between reconstructed images and original images are related with errors In the diagnosis, lossless compression is generally preferred in mod- ical images. in Run Length Coding which is one of the lossless compression method, we have applied modified scanning direction based on the Hilbert curve, which is a kind of space fill ins curve. We have substituted the traditional raster scanning by Hilbert curve direction scanning. Using this method, we have studied enhancement of compression efficiency for medical images.
The purpose of this paper is to test the hypothesis that some early Chinese meridians were described by haptic exploration of the arterial pulse. The method is as follows: First, the relevant passages of the Mawangdui medical texts, the oldest meridian monographs, are translated based on perceptual anatomy. Second, the pulse is haptically searched for in the palm, lower arm, upper arm, armpit, and torso of the human body. Finally, their locations are compared with the translation. As a result, It was confirmed that the pulse locations detected on the body were mostly consistent with the routes of the meridians described in the texts. So meridians were haptically detectable pulse routes. What is known today as the flow direction of hand-yin meridians is actually the direction of searching the pulse. Our result runs counter to Huang Longxiang's claim that the route of the meridians are virtual routes set by speculation. Our findings also dispute Vivien Shaw's claim that the meridians of Mawangdui medical texts were discovered by anatomical dissection. They also refute the claim that meridians were discovered by the extrasensory perception of the inner sight (內觀) and the subjective experience of the meridian sensitive person. The hand-yin meridians of Mawangdui medical texts are well described so that anyone can find them by touching them with their fingers.

Background: In the stroke patients with the characteristics of hemiplegic gait, turning direction of the affected and unaffected side influences turning time. Therefore, it is important to investigate the walking response to turning directions in stroke patients. Objects: This study aimed to measure the walking time while turning direction in hemiplegic patients depending on balance ability measured by Berg Balance Scale. Methods: A group of forty-five subjects with stroke (Berg Balance Scale score${\geq}46$ were twenty-eight, Berg Balance Scale score${\leq}45$ were seventeen) were enrolled in this study. Subjects were asked to perform the Timed Up and Go test. Testing indications included two directions for turning in each subject. These indications were for turning toward the affected and unaffected side in stroke patients. The duration of total analysis duration, sit to stand phase, stand to sit phase, mid-turning phase, and end turning phase were recorded. The obtained data were analyzed by using paired t-test and Wilcoxon signed rank test in the group that are below and above 45 points of Berg Balance Scale score. The significance level was set at ${\alpha}=.05$. Results: There were significant increase time in the analysis duration and end turning phase duration while subjects were turned the unaffected side in stroke patients that presented a Berg Balance Scale score${\leq}45$ (p<.05). However, the comparison between the affected side and the unaffected side in the stroke patients with Berg Balance Scale score${\geq}46$, revealed no significant differences of the measured parameters. Conclusion: This finding should be suggested in the specific definition of turning direction for evaluation with Timed Up and Go test in the Berg Balance Scale score${\leq}45$, and other intervention for hemiplegic patients need to be suggested the direction of turning during walking training program.
