본 연구의 목적은 서비스 분야의 관계마케팅에서 간과되어 왔던 고객-기업 간의 감정적인 결속으로 대변되는 사회적 라포와 프렌드십의 역할을 조명해 보는 것이다. 연구의 결과, 사회적 라포와 프렌드십은 관계적 선행변수와 매개변수 사이에서 긍정적인 조절적 역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 즉, 관계의 형성과 발전의 단계에서 감정적 결속이 더욱 관계발전을 도모할 수 있는 것이라고 말할 수 있다. 그러나 관계적 매개변수에서 관계적 결과변수에 이르는 흐름에서는 사회적 라포와 프렌드십이 오히려 부정적으로 조절적 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이것은 관계적 매개변수와 사회적 라포 및 프렌드십이 개별적으로 관계적 결과변수에 영향을 미치는 것으로 사회적 라포와 프렌드십이 형성되어 있다면 관계적 매개변수의 역할이 없이도 관계적 성과를 만들어 낼 수 있는 것으로 이해될 수 있다. 결론적으로, 기업의 관계마케팅 노력은 단순히 관계적 선행변수, 매개변수, 결과변수에 한정될 것이 아니라, 궁극적으로 고객의 기업에 대한 강력한 감정적인 결속의 형성에 주안점을 둘 필요가 있다고 말할 수 있다.

This study conducted frequency analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, and correlation analysis to determine the impact of quality control managers' perception and implementation of KS certification factory inspection evaluation items on follow-up management. Through a multiple linear regression model, the influence of KS certification officer's awareness and implementation of KS certification factory inspection on post management was found to have a positive (+) influence on post management, with implementation having a greater influence on post management than awareness. It was having an impact. The independent variable (perception) has a statistically significant impact on the mediating variable (execution), and in the stage of verifying the mediating effect, the influence of the independent variable (perception) on the dependent variable (follow-up management) has a statistically significant impact. , In the stage where the independent variable (perception) and the mediator (implementation) are input simultaneously, both the independent variable and the mediator have a statistically significant effect on the dependent variable, indicating that there is a mediation effect.

The purpose of this study is to analyse the effect of information application of the elderly on their lives through analysing the key papers on the topic. To achieve the aim of this study, we searched the papers from RISS, KISS, DBpia and the National Assembly Library of the Republic of Korea, using keywords such as 'the elderly and informationization,' 'the elderly and information application,' and 'mediator effect.' In the search process, we did not limited the publication year or journal types. A total of 476 papers were searched as the result of the initial search. Based on three researchers consent of selection criteria, we finally selected 19 papers and analysed the important mediator variables between the information application and the life satisfaction or happiness. Using the content analysis, we analysed the quantitative analyses (including sample characteristics and sociodemographic statistics) and qualitative analyses (including result interpretation and policy implication about the elderly information education). After in-depth analysis of the papers, we built a table organized by the independent variable and the mediator variable. With the results, several implications were discussed and contributions are also explained.

본 연구는 결혼이주여성의 아동학대 발생위험에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 양육스트레스, 문화적응스트레스, 사회적지지의 구조적관계를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 선행연구들을 바탕으로 가설모형을 설정한 후, 전국을 표본으로 결혼이주여성 195명에 대한 설문결과를 분석하였다. 분석결과 아동학대에 직접효과를 갖는 변수는 양육스트레스였고, 문화적응스트레스는 양육스트레스를 매개로 간접효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 함께 사회적지지는 아동학대에 영향을 미치는 양육스트레스에 대해 문화적응스트레스를 매개로 간접효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 사회적지지는 아동학대에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않았으나, 아동학대에 영향을 미치는 위험요인들을 상쇄시키는 보호요인으로 기능하였다. 이와 같은 연구결과에 근거하여 사회복지에 대한 실천적, 정책적 함의를 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of power blog self-presentation and on-line shopping mall reviews on the word of mouth (WOM) effect and apparel purchasing behavior. Consumers living in Seoul and Gyeonggi received questionnaires. There were 303 usable forms that could be analyzed by descriptive statistics, factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha, and regression analysis. The results were as follows: There was a significant effect of power blog self-presentation such as interactivity, media effect, and business intention on information acceptance through WOM. Power blog self-presentation, such as interactivity and business intention, affect information delivery by WOM significantly. There was a significant effect of review consideration, such as agreement, usefulness, enjoyment, and purity, on information acceptance of WOM. Reviews describing enjoyment, purity, and usefulness affect information delivery of WOM significantly. Business intention, media effect, and purity directly affect apparel-purchasing behavior, and affect the WOM effect as a mediator variable and then purchasing behavior. Whereas, interactivity, overstatement, and enjoyment affect the WOM effect as a mediator variable, and then affect overall purchasing behavior. Therefore, fashion firms consider active interaction with power blog visitors and promote the way of enjoying with fun through review of apparel on-line shopping mall when they try to implement viral marketing with WOM effect.

This study determined the influence of personality patterns on marital adjustments mediated by communication effectiveness for 298 international marriages in South Korea. The results are as follows: (a) The mediator effects of personality patterns and communication effectiveness on the marital adjustment of international marriages were found to be significant; in addition, a mediator path with marital adjustment as a dependent variable was verified. (b) The extroversion, agreeableness, and openness of husbands were found to have a positive effect on their communication and marital adjustment in regards to the personality patterns of international. (c) Conscientiousness was identified as the only factor that affects the marital adjustment of a wife in regards to personality patterns. The implications of this study will be discussed in the conclusion part.

본 연구는 청소년의 게임중독성과 학교적응의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 탐색하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 서부경남지역 중학생을 활용하였으며, 분석대상은 353명 이었다. 매개변인과 준거변인에 유의미한 상관이 있는 가외변인을 공변인으로 설정하고 회귀분석과 SPSS Macro 및 부트스트래핑(bootstrapping) 방법을 적용하여 청소년 게임중독성과 학교적응에 있어 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 분석결과 게임중독성이 높은 청소년일수록 학교적응이 낮게 나타났지만, 사회적 지지(매개변인)는 청소년 게임중독성(예측변인)과 학교적응(준거변인)에 미치는 영향을 완전매개하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이를 바탕으로 청소년의 게임중독성을 감소시키고 매개변인인 사회적 지지를 증가시켜 학교적응을 높이기 위한 실천적 함의와 제한점을 제시하였다.

매개효과 검정기법으로 널리 사용하고 있는 Baron and Kenny 접근법, Sobel, Aroian, Goodman 검정법들의 통계적 검정력이 약할 뿐만 아니라, 정확하지 않다는 비판이 대두되면서, bootstrapping 기법이 대안으로 제시되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 bootstrapping 기법을 토대로 세 개 이상의 변수로 구성된 다중매개모델에서의 매개효과 검정을 위해 가상의 phantom 변수를 도입하여 검정하였다. 특히, 경영전략분야의 자원기준관점 연구에서 진행되고 있는 조직자원과 매개변수 흡수능력, 그리고 기술사업화역량 관계 모델을 다중매개모델로 설정하여, bootstrapping 접근방법과 phantom 변수 설정을 통해 총간접효과 크기와 유의확률을 계산하고, 흡수능력의 매개효과를 검정하였다. 검정결과 매우 효율적이고, 체계적인 매개효과 검정이 가능하였음을 확인할 수 있었으며, 인적자원과 물적자원의 자원 특성에 따라 흡수능력의 매개 특성도 차이가 있음을 확인하였다.

본 연구는 빈곤가정 청소년들이 빈곤의 어려움에서 벗어나 미래에 빈곤을 탈피하는데 필요한 자립준비를 예측하는 요인들의 영향력을 분석하였다. 특히 임파워먼트의 매개효과를 중심으로 빈곤가정 청소년과 관련된 요인들이 임파워먼트를 통해 자립준비에 영향을 미치는 간접효과와 직접효과를 조사하였다. 이를 위해 서울시에 거주하는 빈곤가정 청소년 240명을 대상으로 빈곤가정 청소년 관련요인(가족관계, 조직참여경험, 교사지지, 문제행동, 사회복지 서비스이용, 친구관계)이 자립준비에 대해 임파워먼트(개인내적, 대인관계, 정치사회)를 통한 간접효과를 갖는지를 경로분석을 통해 검증하였다. 연구결과 가족관계, 친구관계 변수는 개인내적, 대인관계, 정치사회 임파워먼트를 통해 자립준비에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 조직참여경험은 대인관계 임파워먼트와 정치사회 임파워먼트를 통해 그리고 문제행동은 대인관계 임파워먼트를 통한 간접효과가 유의미하게 나타나 임파워먼트가 빈곤가정 청소년들이 자립을 준비하는데 매개기능을 하고 있음을 파악할 수 있었다. 본 연구결과는 빈곤가정 청소년의 자립준비에 임파워먼트가 매개기능을 하고 있음을 밝혀냄으로써 임파워먼트의 매개기능을 이론화하는 데 실증적 기초를 마련하였다.

기술의 발전과 코로나 시국으로 인한 감염 방지를 위해 사회적 거리두기가 일반화되면서 비대면 서비스의 수요가 크게 늘었다. 본 연구는 디지털 리터러시와 비대면 서비스 지속사용의도 간의 매개변수와 조절변수를 살펴보았다. 연구 결과, 디지털 리터러시는 지속사용의도에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 자기 효능감과 만족은 디지털 리터러시와 지속사용의도의 사이에 매개역할을 했다. 본 연구에서는 만족과 자기효능감이 디지털 리터러시와 비대면 서비스 지속사용의도 사이의 중요한 매개변인으로 작용할 수 있는지 검증함으로써 비대면 서비스 저변 확대에 기여하는 데 있다.
