본 논문은 UHD 콘텐츠를 고품질 방송소재로 활용하기 위한 MAM(Media Asset Management) 구현에 관한 연구이다. 본 논문의 구현방법은 워크플로우, 메타데이터, 시스템 인터페이스 관련 작업을 콘텐츠관리기능과 송출워크플로우 기능으로 MAM 역할을 분리하여 코어 MAM과 MAM-Ex 구조로 이원화하였다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법을 통해 송출소재 관련 메타데이터 수정은 페이지 메뉴 방식을 적용했고, 소재 구조체 API는 템플릿 방식을 적용함으로써 콘텐츠 관리방식을 개선시켰다. 또한 UHD 소재 스토리지 및 컴포넌트 서버의 구성은 채널 간 구별없는 풀(pool) 방식으로 통합하여 방송소재 보호와 콘텐츠 이동을 최소화하여 UHD 송출자산의 보안성을 강화하였다.

전통적 형사법체계에서 범죄피해자는 실체적 진실을 파악하기 위한 심리의 대상으로 전락되어, 범죄로 인하여 인간의 기본적인 인권을 침해당했음에도 불구하고 범죄피해자의 권리는 간과되고 말았다. '잊혀진 존재' 또는 '주변적인 존재'에 불과 하던 범죄피해자에 대한 피해자학의 연구과제는 형사법체계에서 범죄 피해자가 인격적 자율성과 인간의 존엄성을 향유하는 것일 것이다. 우리나라에서 피해자에 대한 논의가 처음 등장한 것은 헨티히(Hans Von Hemtig)가 1948년 피해자 연구의 필요성을 역설한지 23년이 지난 후이며 최근에 와서 '범죄피해자 구조법', '성폭력범죄의 처벌 및 피해자 보호 등에 관한 법률', '범죄피해자 보호법'등 범죄피해자의 인권보장과 보호를 위한 제도의 보완이 계속되어 왔다. 그러나 현실에서 보면 제한적 범죄 내에서 피해자 보호를 위한 제도적 장치를 마련하는 성과가 있었지만 현실적인 권리 구제와 보호는 아직 미흡하다고 생각한다. 이에 본 연구는 범죄피해자의 초상권 보호 개념을 살펴보고, 그 문제점과 현행 구제 제도를 검토하여 그 개선방안을 찾고자 한다.

자연재난 및 사회재난 등으로 인해 국가기반시설의 기능이 정지되어 국가기반체계가 마비된다면 국민의 생명 신체 및 재산피해는 물론 국가안보에 심각한 위협요인으로 작용할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 국가기반체계 보호제도에 대한 국내외 동향을 살펴보고 국가운영연속성인 핵심기능연속성의 세부구성 요소인 필수기능, 승계 순서, 권한의 위임, 연속성 시설, 연속성 통신, 중요 기록 관리, 인적 자본, 테스트, 교육 및 훈련, 통제 및 지시 권한이양, 복원에 대하여 구체적으로 알아보고 국가기반 체계 보호계획 관련제도의 분석을 실시하여 구체적인 문제를 살펴보고 효율적인 국가기반체계 보호제도 개선안을 제시하였다.

IPTV는 방송과 통신이 융합된 서비스로 송신자는 IP망을 이용하여 암호화된 콘텐츠를 멀티캐스트 방식으로 전송하고 정당한 가입자만이 인증 절차를 거친 후에 이를 복호화하여 콘텐츠를 이용할 수 있다. 이 때 가입자의 권한을 보호하기 위하여 패스워드를 기반으로 한 셋톱박스와 스마트카드 간의 인증 프로토콜이 주로 이용된다. 이 논문은 임의의 조직에서 구성원들의 지문정보를 기반으로 구성원 중 누구라도 한 사람만 있으면 암호화된 콘텐츠를 볼 수 있도록 하는 지문정보 기반의 1-out-of-n 인증 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 패스워드와 스마트카드의 내용이 노출되더라도 정당한 지문 정보를 제공할 수 있어야만 인증받을 수 있는 디지털 방송에서 미디어 서비스 보호를 위한 지문 정보 기반의 셋톱박스와 스마트카드 간의 인증 기법이다.

Under the influence of growing popularity of "hallyu" (Korean wave), corporates that have copyrights such as music, movie, drama as their core competitiveness are showing continuing growth. In Addition, they built on contents are rapidly growing, interests in protection and management of intellectual property rights linked to contents are growing. Global contents development corporates are making great efforts to create profits out of copyrights. They could utilize original contents to strengthen brand value use it to produce additional contents in current market. Also they take advantage of existing storyline of the contents and strong brand to explore new markets. This paper looks into Value articulation model by Professor James Conley and analyzed the firms that utilized intellectual property rights to extend the period of protection, strengthen their competitiveness and succeeded in breaking into new market by using the rights they possess. Also, this paper examines the usage of intellectual property rights and business expansion strategy of of Iconix, the Korean entertainment company, which gained tremendous popularity in last ten years using this model. In Value articulation model, Conley classifies the process of exploiting the portfolio of the single product's(or service's) intellectual property right for a period of time into three stages ; value transference, value translation, value transportation. Pororo's strategy of utilizing intellectual property right is suggestive to domestic entertainment companies. Under the influence of hallyu" (Korean wave), domestic contents such as movies, dramas and music are enjoying the high level of popularity recently not to mention animations. In reality, Korean entertainment companies who have no background or experience of Intellectual property rights are not creating enough added values compared to fast growing market. It is believed Iconix's intellectual property rights management strategy will suggest positive aspects to domestic companies. Moreover, I hope various intellectual property rights management strategies including Conley's value articulation are studied and they can make contributions to managing domestic entertainment companies.

소프트웨어나 디지털콘텐츠의 저작권 보호를 위하여 시리얼 키 입력 방식의 인증 시스템이 널리 이용되고 있다. 하지만 가상의 시리얼 키를 만들거나 하나의 시리얼 키를 여러 사용자가 공유하여 저작권의 보호가 되지 않고 있다. 이에 다양한 암호화 기법을 통해 시리얼 키의 복제를 막으려는 노력이 진행되고 있지만 소프트웨어의 기술만으로는 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 보안성이 강화되고 휴대가 편리하여 다양한 분야에서 많이 활용되기 시작한 스마트카드를 이용하여 소프트웨어와 디지털콘텐츠의 저작권 보호를 위한 시리얼 키 인증 시스템을 제안 하였다.

기존의 디지털 방송을 대체하고 양방향 서비스, 다채널 서비스와 같은 새로운 개념의 방송 서비스를 제공할 것으로 예상했던 IPTV 서비스가 기대를 만족시키지 못하고 있다. 현재 제공되는 IPTV 서비스는 기존 서비스 방식을 새로운 플랫폼으로 전환시킨 상태에서 크게 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 IPTV 서비스 제공자와 콘텐츠 제공자의 독점적 관계를 배제시키고, 소비자가 IPTV 서비스 제공자와 관계없이 원하는 콘텐츠를 선택해서 소비할 수 있는 개방형 IPTV 서비스 방식이 대두되고 있다. 하지만, 개방형 IPTV 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 각 서비스 제공자간의 저작권 보호 솔루션과 같은 다양한 서비스 플랫폼의 통합이 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 미디어 리소스 배포를 위해 개발된 MPEG-21 Multimedia Framework를 기반으로 한 패키지 콘텐츠 저작 및 소비 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

In spite of the rapid development of the public network, the variety of network-based developments currently raises numerous risks factors regarding copyright violation, the prohibition and distribution of digital media utilization, safe communication, and network security. Among these problems, multimedia data tend to increase in the distributed network environment. Hence, most image information has been transmitted in the form of digitalization. Therefore, the need for multimedia contents protection must be addressed. This paper is focused on possible solutions for multimedia contents security in the public network in order to prevent data modification by non-owners and to ensure safe communication in the distributed network environment. Accordingly, the Orthogonal Forward Wavelet Transform-based Scalable Digital Watermarking technique is proposed in this paper.

The parcel wrapper for cigarettes has been used as the package and media materials for protection and design of product brands. The design of parcel wrapper has been contributed to the delivery of brand image and motivated consumer to purchase the brand. Therefore, the properties of parcel wrapper have been paid attention to highlight the design image, and increasing opacity of media materials has been one of the effective ways to obtain clear design on the paper surface. This study was carried out to improve the opacity of parcel wrapper for cigarettes. The effects of pulp composition and inorganic fillers in the furnish on the optical and mechanical properties were investigated. The use of hardwood in the stock preparation gave the increased opacity of paper than that of softwood. The application of higher refractive indices of fillers was effective to improve opacity. Brightness, tensile strength and stiffness were affected by the retained filler amount on the paper. Increase of filler contents decrease the tensile strength and stiffness due to the lesser bonding ability of fibers.

전자우편은 인터넷을 이용하는 사용자들에게 중요한 커뮤니케이션의 역할을 담당하고 있다. 하지만, 원하지 않는 광고 정보를 포함한 스팸 메일, 악성코드 형태를 포함한 바이러스 메일 등 대부분이 불필요한 자료들로 인해 전자우편이 가지는 본연의 의미와는 무색하게 사용되고 있어 근본적인 측면에서 스팸 메일의 발송을 방지할 수 있는 방안에 대한 연구가 시급하다. 본 연구에서 전자우편 발송자는 SMS(Short Message Service) 방식으로 별도의 비밀 정보를 전달받고 이를 통해 Domainkey 방식에서 사용하는 개인키/공개키 쌍을 생성하도록 하였으며 기존의 PGP 방식과도 접목하여 전자우편 송신자에 대한 인증 및 메시지에 대한 암복호화 기능을 수행하는 기법을 제안한다. 제안한 기법은 메일 발송 과정에서 발신자에 대한 인증 과정을 수행하므로 스팸 메일의 발송을 방지할 수 있는 기법이다.
