The purpose of this study is to explore the feasible policy directions for sports welfare that can not only improve the standard of living through health but also ensure a happy and enjoyable life for the people of Gangwon Province. For this purpose, I have conducted studies such as the analysis on the sports class voucher project being implemented by the South Korean government and the case analysis in sports welfare, and present policy directions as follows. First of all, it is about upgrading the sports class voucher project. And as its implementation plans, I suggest ① increased publicity, ② the earmarking of the province's own budget for the sports class voucher project, ③ the establishment of a system for cooperation for work implementation between the related organizations and their staff in charge with a view to activating the sports class voucher project, and ④ the upgraded services for the sports class voucher project and the upgraded access to the life cycle-based universal welfare. Second, it is about using public sports facilities and developing various programs. I suggest the active utilization of the public sports facilities that enable people to learn the skills for such sports disciplines as baseball, badminton, ice sports, and golf and the development and distribution of distinctive educational programs for dance for media entertainment shows for female youths, climbing, cheer leading, fencing, surfing and horseback riding. Third, it is about nurturing the human resources and networking. For this, I suggest the creation of 'Sports Welfare Specialist Training Program' and the training of the college students majoring in sports science with the aim of creating a number of jobs. Fourth, it is about refurbishing the system and establishing the support system. I suggest the dismantling of the partitions in the welfare policy related to sports activities and the formation of (tentatively named) 'Gangwon Province Sports Welfare Implementation Committee', and the creation of (tentatively named) 'Sports Welfare Project Support Team' in Health, Welfare & Women's Affairs Bureau or Culture, Tourism and Sports Bureau in the short term and then its long-term expansion into (tentatively named) 'Gangwon Province Sports Welfare Support Center' in responding to the needs that reflect the provincial demographics, with a view to establishing a single lineup for the administrative support system. Furthermore, as budget and manpower are needed to realize customized sports welfare that suits the characteristics of the province and in which all the provincial residents can collect benefits, I suggest that the province provide the legal basis through creating 'Ordinance Promoting Sports Welfare in Gangwon Province' and pushing forward with (tentatively named) 'Gangwon Province Sports Welfare Competition' as what revises the sports class voucher project for the purpose of broadening the basis for sports welfare promotion.

The prior data structure coursewares have been limited to using a simple screen structure with text, pictures or plain animation so that they have been failed to promote favorable interaction between learners and instructors, and unnecessarily charges the screen. In order to overcome these problems, this paper provides an applet-based simulation environment which enables learner to operate and control the data structure operation with their own data, therefore, the learners can actively and positively participate in a study with this courseware. The instructors can easily deliver the education contents to the learners by using web simulation suitable for IT education media. Also, the courseware can offer a class feedback and required data for students estimation by recording a log.

The most widely used information searching method in the current internet environment is the keyword-based one, which has certain limitations in terms of precision and recall. Most major internet portals provide directory-based searching as a means to complement these limitations. However, that they adopt different classification schemes brings significant inconvenience to the users, and it consequently suggests a need to develop mapping gateway to provide cross-portal, or cross-directory information searching. In this context, this study attempts to develop a prototype system of intermediary gateway for integrated search, using the directory services of three major portals, Naver, Yahoo and Empas, and test its performance.

Underground Injection Control regulations for Class I injection wells require that the vertical dufusion be considered as a mechanism for transport of contaninants in evaluating containment Due to the low permeability in the confining aquitard, the movement of contaminants over the long term is controlled by the molecular diffusion. The movement can be predicted, using the Fick' S second law of diffusion. The diffusion coefficient in Fick' s law has been determined experimentally in this study. Instantaneous injection of $^{51}Cr$ was used to trace the distribution of Cr(VI) in soil plugs and an analytical solution was applied to calculate the diffusion coefficients. This study shows the effect of environmental factors, such as temperature, chloride concentration, applied amount of $^{51}Cr$, and bulk density of injection formations on diffusion of Cr(VI)

Star is riddled with myth while they form the star power and support advertisers for profit realization. Their influence on society and audiences grows day by day. In particular, advertisers depend on star power when they sell their products. This article analyzed the nature of the star power dominating media resources and offering the distorted picture of consumer culture. I take a political economic view of consumer capitalism and star. The article shows how stars contribute to the accumulation of capital and defense of class relations in the consumer culture.

Recently, the number of children who are required to take special care are increasing because of the fast-changing society and the environment factor. Among them, most children in poor family are leading to Children with borderline intelligence, so urgent action are needed to prevent this situation. This study is conducted to establish the reason why children with borderline intelligence are taking place. In addition, this study embodies serious game as a solution which is able to prevent and cure this children with borderline intelligence problem. This game was made to improve weak memory, concentration and judgment of children with borderline intelligence and was verified in effectiveness by thirty people and experts.

The primary purpose of this study is to examine consumers'probing actions to see what information sources consumers search for medical information when there are diverse medical service information channels, and classify consumers by information source. Its secondary purpose is to understand trust of information and attitude toward information by consumer type, value of medical service, satisfaction with medical service, and word-of-mouth intention. This study will concretely identify information utilization patterns of medical consumers, and explain the unique characteristics and behavior of segmented types of medical consumers. The significance of this study lies in the search for ways to establish information channels trusted by consumers for building an efficient medical service market in the future. The results of this study show that consumers were classified by the latent class analysis(LCA) into 5 types: low-level information seekers, word-of-mouth information seekers, mass media information seekers, digital information seekers and diverse information seekers. The reliability of information sources by type of medical consumer was statistically significant, and in the analysis of differences in consumer attitude, there was a statistically significant difference in cognitive responses. The value of medical service was statistically significant in health recovery and medical service word-of-mouth intention.

In novelty detection, one attempts to discriminate abnormal patterns from normal ones. Novelty detection is quite difficult since, unlike usual two class classification problems, only normal patterns are available for training. Auto-Associative Multi-Layer Perceptron (AAMLP) has been shown to provide a good performance based upon the property that novel patterns usually have larger auto-associative errors. In this paper, we give a mathematical analysis of 2-layer AAMLP's output characteristics and empirical results of 2-layer and 4-layer AAMLPs. Various activation functions such as linear, saturated linear and sigmoid are compared. The 2-layer AAMLPs cannot identify non-linear boundaries while the 4-layer ones can. When the data distribution is multi-modal, then an ensemble of AAMLPs, each of which is trained with pre-clustered data is required. This paper contributes to understanding of AAMLP networks and leads to practical recommendations regarding its use.

GCB(Gas Circuit Breaker) and GIS(Gas Insulated Switchgear) using $SF_6$ are worldwidely applied over 72.5KV classes. It Is known that $SF_6$ gas has the most superior characteristics among the extingushing and insulating media. Our Company has produced GCB and GIS from early 1980's and at present, we are producing 362KV 40KA class which is the highest voltage in our country. According to change KEPCO's standards (ESB standards), our company has redeveloped and tested for all productions type from 1989. During redeveloping, we largely contribute raise reliability of power system, through all the more improvement for performance and quality of manufactures. One of them, we developed 170KV 50KA GCB with common three-pole operating mechanism and sucessfully completed test of KERI under KEPCO presence, at first in our country. Thus, we announce the outline of it.

The purpose of this study is examine the color planning in the different type of classroom to establish interior color planning. This study also uses environmental planning and practical use of basic data for color planning to future school facilities. The summary of this study is as followed. The primary school and middle school classrooms as well as the open space classrooms floor color recommended of brown and the primary school wall color is light yellow, middle school wall color is light yellow and brown. The high school classroom color is recommended brown and wall color to light yellow and green system. The recommended floor color of primary school which includes in computer room and language study room, library of the multi-purpose of media room recommended are gray, brown and pink. The recommended wall color in primary school is light gray. The middle school floor color propose gray and light brown and wall recommended color is light brown, gray, ivory with the high school the computer room, language study room and library. The floor color is recommended gray, green and the wall propose blue. Moreover, recognize that importance of color effectiveness in school interior facilities considering with Interior covering material in class room.
