This paper presents the way to analyze the static and dynamic characteristics of the Compound motor and 3 phase slip ring motor using VIS (Virtual Instrument System) and Agilent VEE, GUI(Graphics User Interface) tool. This method is composed of real time measuring of various characteristics, which can't measure using analog meter and analyzer, and presenting and analyzing the static and dynamic characteristics by table, which calculates the measured parameter. Also, this can apply to the various parts.

A single-mode fiber-optic interferometer for measuring small vibrations was constructed. The interferometer is based on the Fabry-Perot configuration that uses a single mode bidirectional fiber coupler as a beam splitter and employs peak detection scheme in the signal processing. The instrument was used to measure the displacement of the translator clamped to a piezo crystal.

Control technology has been making remarkable progress in electrical control (E), instrumentation & control (I) and computer control (C) field respectively. In order to rationalize system engineering and simplify system configuration and operation work, so called, EIC are now to be integrated into one system. FUJI has developed it's own E, I&C integrated system, to meet above mentioned market requirements of variety. 레이저 거리측정기는 레이저를 이용한 거리측정 방법으로 레이저송수신펄스의 시간차로부터 거리를 측정하는 방법이다. 본 연구에서는 송광부, 수광부, 제어모듈 통의 하드웨어로 시스템을 구성하고, 거리측정의 오차를 보정 알고리즘을 사용하여 거리를 계측하는 80196 기반의 거리측정기를 개발하였다.

태양광 발전시스템에서 태양광 모듈은 고압의 발전전압 형성을 위해 직렬로 구성한 스트링을 사용하고 있다. 그러나 직렬로 연결된 태양광 모듈 중 한 개의 모듈이라도 노후화가 발생하면 노후화가 발생한 스트링의 발전 효율이 감소하는 문제점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 태양광 스트링에서 노후화 모듈을 판정을 위해 순시 PV 특성곡선을 계측할 수 있는 토포로지를 제안하고 계측된 PV 특성곡선을 이용한 노후화 판정 알고리즘을 제안한다.

The purpose of the study was to determine the convergent validity, discriminant validity and internal consistancy reliability of the social support and family support measuring tool. Two procedures were used : 1) Campbell and Fiske's multitrait-multimethod approach and item total correlation with Chronbach's $\alpha$. The result suggest that SNM, NSSQ, SNM/family, NSSQ/famliy is a valid and a reliable instrument for measuring social support. But PRQ part2 is low in convergent validity. The results further suggest that we have to more attention to a valid and reliable likert type scale for social support.

In this paper, while electric multiple unit is moving on the rail, the content of measuring and analysing electric power consumption is mentioned. In order to measure the electric power consumption, we developed the power record analysis equipment and installed it the inside of the converter and inverter system to record the electric power consumption measured by voltage sensor and current sensor. Moving on the rail, we analysed traction power used up and regenerative power by using the measuring instrument. We expect that the measured and analysed data will offer basic research material to devise a energy reduction plan and introduce a new EMU system with high efficiency.
