Additional functional upgrades to the large-area compton camera (LACC) measurement device that can provide characteristics evaluation information (nuclear species and radioactivity) and two-dimensional or three-dimensional distribution imaging information of radioactive materials existing in surface or internal of concrete structures are required in terms of work stability and efficiency in order to apply to actual decommissioning sites such as nuclear power plants or medical cyclotron facilities by using this measurement device. To this purpose, the technology that allows radiation workers to intuitively and visually check the distribution of radioactive materials in advance by matching the two-dimensional distribution imaging information of radioactive materials obtained through the LACC measurement device and visual imaging of the measurement zone (10 m × 5 m) was developed. In addition, the separate system that can automatically adjust the position (height) in units of the measurement area size (0.7 m × 0.3 m × 0.8 m) of the LACC measurement device was developed and the integrated management system for characteristics evaluation information and two-dimensional or three-dimensional distribution imaging information obtained per unit of measurement for radioactive materials was developed. These functional upgrades related to LACC measurement device can improve work efficiency and safety when measuring radioactivity of concrete structures and enable the establishment of appropriate decommissioning strategies using radioactivity measurement information for decommissioning nuclear power plants or medical cyclotron facilities.

The current study was conducted to facilitate appropriate hygiene and safety management in children's food service stations, with the ultimate objective of providing sanitary and safe food service to children. In order to develop questionnaire items, literature review was conducted, in addition to detailed interview of working-level personnel at a children's food service management support center. This resulted in a total of thirty questions on personal hygiene management, food materials hygiene management, and facilities hygiene management. Using the questionnaire, seventy-one food service stations for children in District A in Seoul that serve less than one hundred children were surveyed to analyze the reliability, construct validity, and correlation in the developed measurement tool. The developed measurement tool consisted of ten task and environmental hygiene management questions, five personal and cooking hygiene management questions, four food ingredient and storage hygiene management questions, and four food service operation and management question; with a total of twenty-three questions, in four factors stated above. The cumulative distribution of the four factors was 54.698%, and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ value was 0.672~0.853, which indicated that the study was reliable. The results of the analysis indicated that each of the factors were correlated, the study was satisfactory, and the tool was valid for evaluating hygiene and safety management practices in children's food service stations. Finally, in order to enhance practical utility of the developed measurement tool, the significance and limitations were described.

This paper defines measurement index items and weight of the index for the purpose of developing a performance measurement index that balancedly measures performance of B2B electronic commerce. The deductive research is used for the development of measurement index items and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) method for the development of weight of the index. This paper has four performance measurement perspectives-finance, partners, business process and human resources, which based the existing researches of balanced performance measurement. This researchers developed eleven second level criteria and twenty-six indexes under four perspectives through the deductive method and expert interviews, weighted on the perspectives, criteria and indexes in accordance with the forms of e-marketplace-vertical and horizontal. As a result, the most important indexes are the maintenance of partners and the efficiency of operation process in the vertical e-marketplace. In the horizontal e-marketplace, the collection of partners, development and prediction processes are more important than other indexes.

The purpose of this study is to critically review the previous research on the measurement of service quality, and to present future research directions on hotel service quality measurement as follows: 1. As Carman(1990) shows in his study, items of quality measurement should be developed to be fit for the measurement of hotel service quality. 2. To evaluate the service quality of a hotel, measuring three divisions(Room, F&B and Others) separately, then combining them would be the best model. 3. Researches to identify the various dimensions of hotel service quality are needed. 4. In measuring hotel service quality, guests should be classified according to various criteria. 5. To measure the hotel service quality, SERVPERF model might be more a, pp.opriate due to the small number of items to be answered. 6. In hotel industry, researches to identify causal pths between customer satisfaction and service quality are needed. 7. We need to develop alternative scales for the measurement of hotel service quality.

Recently, several displacement measuring instruments such a GPS are substantially developed by development of an artificial satellite. Considering this trend, in future displacement measurement will be a very efficiency method, therefore we need to develop structure maintenance & management by using displacement measuring instruments. In this study, I suggest to maintenance & management method about simple beams and cantilever beams which are very important structurein civil engineering by using displacements. I suggest a system which trace behavior of beams by combining some measurement points and a specific displacement function and research that tl1e proper number of measurement and optimum measurement points to efficiently use the system.

The objective of this study is to understand the effect of measurement-related investment. That is, this study aims at verifying the correlation between the measurement-related investment and inferiority rate of products by statistical analysis. The samples of this study are 376 industrial companies in Korea, and the research data was analysed on inferiority state of industrial companies with a measurement standard laboratory. The analysis was made by the elementary statistics, the correlation analysis and the regression analysis. The results are summarized as follows : First, the inferioriy rate of the industrial companies with a measurement standard laboratory was relatively lower than that of the other companies without the laboratory by statistical significance. Second, the increment on measurement-related investment had a negative correlation with the increment of inferiority rate, and the increase of measurement-related investment showed decrease of the inferiority rate by regression analysis.

Performance measurement and management in the construction industry has traditionally been regarded as the major factor for successful business execution. In addition, there is emphasis on the function of performance measurement and management that can early warn potential risks and poor performance in project execution environment changes. Previous studies have made various attempts to measure the quantitative performance of construction projects, and the research to derive the link between the results and the issue that can meet the future needs is expected to provide valuable information. The purpose of this study is to analyze the research trends based on the keywords presented in previous studies on the performance measurement and management of construction projects. Considering that the results presented in the existing literature can be an indicator of the evolution of the sector before it is applied to industry, the result of this study is expected to be used as a basic data to support the establishment of research direction in the future.

Under the current competitive business environment, the complexity of procurement method, and the lack of engineering capacity in the construction engineering industry, a construction engineering firms require the business strategy and its performance measurement system. This study suggests a performance measurement model that could follow 'H' construction engineering firm's vision and strategy. The model utilizes the concept of Balanced Scorecard. The study proposes the four main performance perspectives such as financial, growth, internal efficiency, and improvement & learning through the long-term strategy analysis, SWOT analysis, and interviews of the employees. Also the study develops the critical success factor and the key performance indicators. The usefulness of the performance measurement model is validated through the gap analysis such as alignment analysis and consensus analysis.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the relationship between the ratio of non-controlling shareholder interests (minority equity ratio, MER) and the measurement error in real activities manipulation (RM) proxy for Japanese firms. Many Japanese firms have practiced stakeholder-oriented corporate governance systems. Previous studies suggest that the higher the MER, the more Japanese businesses tend to employ management techniques for the group's sales growth while also reallocating resources inside the group to reduce principal-principal conflicts. Such differences in management strategies by firms could lead to measurement error in the RM proxy. The analysis uses 16,450 firm-years listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. The results of our analysis show that there is a positive relationship between MER and the RM proxy, and high persistence of RM proxies, suggesting that the RM proxies may contain measurement error. We also find that MER is correlated with variables associated with management strategy and that controlling for these variables can reduce the measurement error of RM proxy in firms with large MER. This study extends previous research on measurement error in RM proxy by relating them to ownership structure and corporate governance. This paper would contribute to researchers examining issues related to RM.

기업 인력의 e-Business 적용 능력은 e-Business 환경에서 개인에게 주어진 업무를 효율적으로 수행하고 업무성과를 향상하기 위해 필요하다. 본 연구는 e-Business 인력의 측정도구, 측정체계 및 방법을 제시한다. 개발된 측정도구는 요인분석과 신뢰성 분석을 통하여 그 구조의 타당성을 검증하였고, e-Business 인력을 효과적으로 측정할 수 있는 16 개의 측정항목을 갖는 측정 도구를 제시하였다. 개발된 측정도구의 적용성과 활용성은 실제 e-Business 환경의 기업에서 근무하는e-Business 인력에 적용하여 그 결과를 제시함으로써 확인 하였다. 본 연구는 e-Business 환경의 기업에서 근무하는 인력의 e-Business 능력을 측정하고 개선하는 방법론을 개발하는 데 공헌할 것이다.
