  • 시간 정보를 이용하여 거리 측정 및 물체 탐지 등에 사용되고 있는 Time of Flight(ToF) LiDAR(Light Detection And Ranging) 기술이 자율 주행 자동차, 지형 분석 같이 보다 정밀 측정이 필요한 분야에 응용되면서 ToF 시간 정보 추출에 대한 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 ToF 시간 정보의 정확성의 지표로 timing jitter를 사용하였고, 약 31M free space 환경에서 1.5um 파장의 MOPA LASER와 InGaAs Avalanche Photodiode(APD)로 이루어진 Single-Shot LiDAR system(SSLs)을 통해 측정 및 분석하였다. 또한 SSLs를 통해 측정된 데이터에 curve fitting 방법인 spline interpolation과 반복 측정된 피크 데이터를 이용하는 multiple-shot averaging 방법을 적용하여 timing jitter 개선결과를 제시하였다.

PEMFC 고분자 막의 Short 저항 및 Shorting에 관한 연구 (Study on the Short Resistance and Shorting of Membrane of PEMFC)

  • PEMFC(Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell) 고분자 막의 shorting 저항(Shorting Resistance, SR)은 고분자 막의 내구성에 관한 중요한 지표다. SR이 감소하면 shorting 전류(Shorting Current, SC)가 증가하여 내구성과 성능이 감소하고, SR이 약 0.1 kΩ·㎠ 이하가 되면 shorting이 발생하여 온도가 급상승하고 MEA(Membrane Electrode Assembly)를 연소시켜 스택 구동이 종료된다. Shorting 현상을 방지하기 위해서는 SR을 제어해야 하므로 SR에 영향을 주는 조건들에 대해서 연구하였다. SR 측정방법들에서도 차이가 있어서 DOE(Department of Energy)와 NEDO(New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization) 방법을 개선한 SR 측정법을 제시하였다. 상대습도와 온도, 셀 체결 압이 상승하면 SR이 감소함을 확인하였다. 고분자 막의 가속내구 평가과정에서 마지막 단계에서 SR이 0.1 kΩ·㎠ 이하로 급감해 수소투과전류밀도가 15 mA/㎠ 이상이 되었고, 이 MEA를 해체 후 SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope) 분석한 결과 고분자 막 내부에 백금이 많이 분포함을 보였다.

기능성 소화불량 환자의 복진진단 객관화를 위한 임상연구 - 알고미터를 이용한 심하비경 진단 - (Clinical Study for Objectification of Abdominal Examination with Functional Dyspepsia - Epigastric Diagnosis using Algometer)

  • Objectives: Using algometer, measure the pressure pain threshold (PPT) of the epigastric pain(心下痞硬) and calculate the cut-off value, and this can serve as the basis for prognostic diagnosis of functional dyspepsia so we would like to evaluate its diagnostic value. Methods: We investigated 353 patients with functional dyspepsia symptoms who admitted Gangnam Weedahm Oriental Hospital from February 1, 2021 to February 27, 2021. At the time of the patient's visit, an oriental medical doctor measured the pressure at the first pain point on the Algometer of (CV14), twice each, at 1minute intervals. The ROC (receiver operating characteristic) curve and the optimal cut-off value derived through the diagnosis of the (CV14) PPT value for epigastric pain(心下痞硬) and the gold standard of oriental medical doctor, it was evaluated through. Results: In 353 patients, the area under the ROC curve (AUC) was 0.909 (p=0). In addition, the optimal cutting value was 10.05 (kg/cm2), which was statistically significant. Additionally, the sensitivity of the Algometer's PPT measurement was 0.704 and the specificity was 0.884. As a result, if the PPT value of the Algometer exceeds 10.05 (kg/cm2) in terms of the optimal cutting value, it can be seen that epigastric pain(心下痞硬) is lost. Conclusion: Algometer's PPT value measurement can be a reliable test method for quantification of epigastric pain(心下痞硬) diagnosis and can be useful as an objective indicator.

서비스 만족도 지표 개발에 관한 연구 - 지역개발형 바우처 서비스 이용자를 중심으로 - (The Study on Development of Service Satisfaction Index - Service User of Community-Development Voucher Program -)

  • 바우처 사회서비스가 확대되면서 서비스 성과가 강조됨에 따라 성과평가에 대한 학문적·실천적 관심도 증가하고 있다. 이에 이용자들의 서비스 만족도 조사가 확대되고 있으나 아직 바우처 서비스 이용자들을 대상으로 한 만족도에 대한 연구는 체계적으로 진행되지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 보건복지부에서 시행하고 있는 지역사회서비스투자사업(지역개발형)의 바우처 서비스 이용자를 대상으로 하여 서비스 만족도 지표를 개발하려는 연구목적으로 진행되었다. 분석자료는 2009년 5월 현재 지역개발형 바우처 서비스 이용자 1800명을 대상으로 한 설문을 활용하였다. 기존의 만족도 연구에서 사용되고 있는 만족도의 유형과 측정방식, 측정도구를 정리하고 바우처 특성을 반영한 요소만족도 지표를 구성하였다. 우선 요소만족도 구성문항들은 문항분석과 신뢰도 분석을 통해 동질적인 문항들로 구성되어 있음이 확인되었다. 요소만족도와 체감만족도를 활용하여 종합만족도를 도출하였으며 수렴타당도와 판별타당도 평가를 통해 만족도 평가도구로서의 타당성을 확인하였다. 본 연구 결과, 종합만족도를 산출하는 방식에 있어 체감만족도를 요소만족도의 가중치 선정에만 활용하는 방식과 체감만족도를 요소만족도의 가중치 선정뿐만 아니라 종합만족도 합산시에도 중복적으로 사용하는 방식 간에 있어서 만족도 지수의 차이가 거의 없음이 확인되었다.

낙동강 친수활동구간 유해 남조류 분포와 피코시아닌(Phycocyanin) 농도 상관성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Correlation between the Harmful Cyanobacterial Density and Phycocyanin Concentration at Recreational Sites in Nakdong River)

  • Harmful cyanobacterial monitoring is time-consuming and requires skilled professionals. Recently, Phycocyanin, the accessory pigment unique to freshwater cyanobacteria, has been proposed as an indicator for the presence of cyanobacteria, with the advantage of rapid and simple measurement. The purpose of this research was to evaluate the correlation between the harmful cyanobacterial cell density and the concentration of phycocyanin and to consider how to use the real-time water quality monitoring system for algae bloom monitoring. In the downstream of the Nakdong River, Microcystis spp. showed maximum cell density (99 %) in harmful cyanobacteria (four target genera). A strong correlation between phycocyanin(measured in the laboratory) concentrations and harmful cyanobacterial cell density was observed (r = 0.90, p < 0.001), while a weaker relationship (r = 0.65, p < 0.001) resulted between chlorophyll a concentration and harmful cyanobacterial cell density. As a result of comparing the phycocyanin concentration (measured in submersible fluorescence sensor) and harmful cyanobacterial cell density, the error range increased as the number of cyanobacteria cells increased. Before opening the estuary bank, the diurnal variations of phycocyanin concentrations did not mix by depth, and in the case of the surface layer, a pattern of increase and decrease over time was shown. This study is the result of analysis when Microcystis spp. is dominant in downstream of Nakdong River in summer, therefore the correlation between the harmful cyanobacteria density and phycocyanin concentrations should be more generalized through spatio-temporal expansion.

필름 이송을 위한 진공 롤 외통의 정밀가공 공정개발 (Development of a precision machining process for the outer cylinder of vacuum roll for film transfer)

  • Unlike the roll-to-roll process that uses a steel roll and a nip roll, a vacuum roll can hold and transfer a thin film using a single roll. To precisely manufacture a vacuum roll, a thin outer cylinder must be machined, which is assembled on the outside of the roll and contacts the film via vacuum pressure. In this study, the effects of jaw width and chucking force on the deformation of the outer cylinder during the turning process were investigated using analysis, and a precision machining and burr removal process was developed. The deformation of the outer cylinder decreased almost linearly with increasing jaw width and increased with higher chucking force and larger cylinder diameter. Additionally, the deflection due to the weight of the outer cylinder was approximately three times greater than that caused by film tension. For the machined outer cylinder, a burr removal experiment was conducted, and concentricity and cylindricity were measured. Using a device that removes burrs by rotating a wheel connected to the main shaft at high speed, it was found that burrs generated on the inner diameter could be removed very efficiently. On the vacuum side, the concentricity errors of the inner and outer diameters were 0.015 mm and 0.014 mm, respectively, and on the opposite side, they were 0.006 mm and 0.010 mm, respectively. Additionally, the measurement of Total Indicator Runout (TIR) according to the angle showed that the maximum cylindricity of the outer and inner diameters was 0.02 mm and 0.025 mm, respectively. Finally, through burr-height measurement at the hole boundary, it was found that the heights were within 0.05 mm.

Measurement of Orbit using Standardized Processing of CT Scan

  • Purpose Surgical correction of various occular problems which do not have visual problem in plastic surgical area is to normalize the appearance of the face by restoring the normal position of orbit and eyeball. With development of surgical technique, the orbit can be restored exactly in trauma patient and can be moved totally in hypertelorism, as an example of congenital disease. All these surgeries are based on the hypothesis that the position of oclular glove moves in the plane in a quantitatively predictable reationship to osseous orbit movement. However, no studies have critically evaluated between the change of periorbital soft tissue and the outcome of the surgical correction, because there is no method of objective, quantitave evaluation of the periorbital soft tissue. Method Author suggest the methodology for quantitative assessment of ocular and periocular fat changes using the manipulation of digital images of computed tomographic scan. Results The method was allowed to evaluate inter-dacryon distance, inter-centroid distance, movement of the medial orbital wall, movement of the lateral orbital wall, alteration of thickness of the lateral periorbital fat as indicator of movement of the orbital wall and orbit in the patient with congenital periorbital anomaly and postoperative periorbital surgery. 위탁급식전문업체 지적자본 측정도구의 운용시험 평가 (Practical Evaluation of Intellectual Capital (IC) Measurement Tool for Contract Foodservice Management Company)

  • The purposes of this study were to a) measure the IC identified of CFMC (contract foodservice management company) ,b) examine IC circumstance of CFMC, c) evaluate practically IC measurement tool of CFMC, and d) present information for selecting an adequate CFMC to clients. The questionnaires of IC measurement were handed out to 108 CFMCs, there composing of main office employees, foodservice managers, customers, and clients of 207 school,38 hospital, and 86 husiness/industry foodservices. The statistical data analysis was completed using SPSS Win (ver 12.0) for descriptive analysis, t-test, Mann-Whitney U test. First, CFMCs had operational experience for an average of 8 years and 8 months, and served an average of 38,540 meals a day. Most of the respondent companies specialized in the school foodservice field and managed an average of 66 clients for the contract period of 2 years and 3 months. Second, the respondent companies had gotten a score of 77.78 points for the total average, 77.7 points in the large enterprise group and 78.1 points in the small and medium-sized enterprise group. Therefore, the minimum number of points for the accrediting license on Qualification is suggested to be over 70 out of a 100 point scale; this study would be serve as reference for the certification license on qualification. On the level of evaluation category, the scores were 14.15 to 20 points on $\ulcorner$finance$\urcorner$, 19.24 to 25 points on $\ulcorner$customer$\urcorner$, 19.33 to 25 points on $\ulcorner$process$\urcorner$, 14.31 to 20 points on $\ulcorner$human resource$\urcorner$, and 8.6 to 10 point on $\ulcorner$renewal and development$\urcorner$ . $\ulcorner$Renewal and development$\urcorner$ and $\ulcorner$customer focus$\urcorner$ received better grades than other evaluation categories. Third, $\ulcorner$Finance$\urcorner$ indicated similar distribution overall. Small and medium-sized companies had lower grades than large companies on 'market ability' of $\ulcorner$customer$\urcorner$ , but, clients of small and medium-sized companies had higher grade for 'client satisfaction' than large companies. Most of the companies supported 'infrastructure support for foodservice operation' of $\ulcorner$process$\urcorner$ by the main office of CFMCs, but, the branch chain offices of CFMCs were not applied efficiently. Large companies made more effort to improve the 'employee ability' of $\ulcorner$human focus$\urcorner$ than small and medium-sized CFMC. The 'research and development cost' of $\ulcorner$renewal and development$\urcorner$ was increased compared to the previous year. In conclusion, if CFMCs were to perform self-evaluation and a routine checkups by utilizing CFMC's IC measuring tool, improvements in CFMC operational capacities as well as foodservice quality can be noted. 수환경 화학사고 발생시 GPS 전자부자 표준실험법 적용을 통한 수질-수리 측정에 대한 연구 (Research on water quality and flow rate measurement by applying GPS electronic Floater standard experimental method when water environmental chemical accidents occur)

  • 최근 화학사고 증가와 함께 사고로 인한 재해에 대한 건수가 2012년부터 계속적으로 증가하고 있으며 국내 화학물질 사고 대표 사례인 구미 불산 사고를 보았을 때, 사고현장에 적용 가능한 기술이 미흡하여 피해가 확산되었다는 결과가 발생하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서 수질오염사고 대응체계를 위치기반에 맞춰 화학사고 발생 시 수환경에서 실시간 대응을 위한 위치기반의 지표측정방식의 GPS전자부자를 이용한 대체지표 추적에 대한 측정방법과 그에 대한 연구결과를 소개하고자 한다. 연구대상지는 불산사고가 발생했었던 지역인 구미시를 대상으로 김천시와 구미시 등 2개 시 로 이루어진 감천을 선정하였고 해당 대상지에 수질-수리 측정을 통해 GPS전자부자를 이용한 대체추적물질 추적에 대한 실험을 진행하였다. 이를 통해 GPS전자부자를 이용한 추적자실험에 있어 수질-수리 측정이 동시에 가능하며, 특히 해당 연구결과를 통해 GPS 전자부자를 활용한다면 하천 분야에서의 유출사고에 대한 재난대응체계에 상당히 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

  • 유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크는 홈 네트워크, 텔레매틱스 등의 IT 산업분야를 비롯하여 물류, 유통, 환경, 교통 등 산업 전반에 다양하게 응용되고 있으며 이들 기술이 공통적으로 요구하는 기술 요소 중의 하나는 센서노드의 위치에 관한 정보를 추적하고 관리하는 것이다. 본고에서는 무선 센서 네트워크의 응용분야로서 무선센서노드의 전파수신강도(RSS)에 기반한 위치측정 기법을 캠퍼스 내 차량 위치 측정에 활용하는 것을 제안하고 그 구현방안에 대하여 기술하였다. 이를 위하여 무선센서노드의 최적의 경로 탐색 및 멀티홉 설정 방안을 고찰하였으며 실제 적용 시스템의 구성 및 동작 절차를 제안하였다. 실외환경에서의 실험 결과 제안된 방식은 캠퍼스환경에서 차량의 주차위치를 관리하기에 충분한 위치 정확도를 제공하는 것으로 판명되었다.
