Purpose - The purpose of this study is to verify a role of organizational culture as antecedents to influence psychological empowerment of organizational members, focusing on service workers of casino companies. Therefore, this study sought to examine the question of each clan, adhocracy, market, and hierarchy culture that the workers perceive to influence their psychological empowerment. Thus, the current study examined the relationship between organizational culture and the psychological empowerment by empirical analysis. Research design, data, and methodology - This study chose four domestic casino companies that are run only for foreigners. Using an offline survey, it analyzed the questionnaire data of the 249 surveys collected from employees working in the sales and service sectors. Independent variables were four types of organizational culture: clan, adhocracy, market, and hierarchy. Dependent variables were four subcategories of psychological empowerment: meaning, competence, self-determination, and impact. As research methods, the study applied descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis, using SPSS 21.0 statistical program. Results - Among the organizational culture types, the clan and adhocracy cultures, which emphasize flexibility and autonomy, were relatively more important for the psychological empowerment of workers than the hierarchy and market cultures. Clan culture was the most important factor in terms of meaning and competence, and adhocracy culture was the most important factor in self-determination and impact. However, the hierarchy and market cultures that pursue control and stability were also cultural types that positively affected psychological empowerment of the workers. Hierarchy culture showed positive effects on meaning, competence, and impact except self-determination, and market culture had positive effect only on competency. Conclusions - The study found that organizational culture is an important predictor of psychological empowerment of the employees in casino companies and that important organizational culture types may be different for each sub-factor of psychological empowerment. It suggests that casino companies have to try to recognize and secure diverse organizational culture in order to activate psychological empowerment of their employees because they can provide quality service for customers. Therefore, it is necessary to create a harmonious and balanced culture between promoting flexible and autonomous organizational atmosphere, and stably controlling and operating the organization.

연구 목적은 20대 금융 애플리케이션 사용자의 비대면 글말 용언으로부터 사용자 경험 디자인(UX)의 확장 의미를 추출하는 데 있다. 연구 범위는 20대 남녀 20명의 비대면 글말 일상 언어이며, 연구 방법은 사용자의 용언을 중심으로 사용 속성을 범주화(Categories)하여 20대 사용자 중심의 의미를 도출하는 것이다. 연구 결과 20대 금융 플랫폼 애플리케이션 사용자의 사용 의미는 통합의 의미, 신뢰의 의미, 지속의 의미, 정보 인지와 정보 접근의 의미로 요약되었다. 또한, 사용자의 사용 속성은 보안성, 친숙성, 접근성, 작동 편이성, 시인성으로 집약되었다. 각각의 속성은 보안, 정보, 브랜드, 디자인과 융합된 의미 범주에서 나타났다. 종합하면, 용언 중심의 사용자 의미 분석은 기존의 객관적 의미 분별 측정에서 파악할 수 없었던 사용성 평가 문제를 보완하는데 효과적임을 알 수 있었다.

본 연구는 미디어 기업이 중심이 되어 기존의 방송 콘텐츠를 짧은 분량으로 편집하여 서비스하는 재가공형 숏폼 콘텐츠의 의미와 특성을 밝힘을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 2014년부터 2021년까지 네이버 TV 플랫폼에 개설된 지상파 3사와 JTBC, tvN의 드라마 채널 전체 영상과 대표 예능 프로그램을 분석대상으로 선정하여 통시적, 공시적 접근을 동시에 진행하였다. 분석 결과 통시적 관점에서 드라마와 예능 프로그램 모두 제공 영상의 개수와 형태가 다양해지는 등 양적, 질적 확장이 이루어졌다. 특히 기획형 영상의 경우 캐릭터, 주제, 소재 중심의 계열화가 나타나는 등 독립적 콘텐츠로서의 의미 역시 강화되고 있었다. 썸네일과 제목 역시 검색의 태그이자 큐레이션 역할을 하는 파라텍스트로 정형화됨을 확인할 수 있었다. 공시적 관점에서는 실시간 조회수와 원본 영상과의 비교를 통해 재가공형 숏폼 콘텐츠가 독립적인 시청 맥락을 가진 콘텐츠이자 캐릭터 중심의 콘텐츠로 여겨지고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 부수적으로 여겨지던 숏폼 콘텐츠의 의미와 위상 변화를 포착하는 시도로 의의를 지닌다.

항행안전시설은 유선통신, 무선통신, 인공위성, 불빛, 색채 또는 전파를 이용하여 항공기의 항행을 돕기 위한 시설로 악기상 상태에서도 항공기가 안전하게 운항할 수 있도록 각종 정보를 제공하는 시설이다. 항행안전시설은 항공기 운항의 모든 과정에서 이용되는 시설이며, 동 시설에 문제가 발생하는 경우 항공기 운항의 지연, 결항 발생 및 대형 항공사고로 이어져 막대한 인명과 재산피해를 불러올 수 있다. 항행안전시설 관리운영에 있어 안전문화에 대한 안전성숙도에 따라 여러 가지 성과를 가져오게 될 것이다. 본 연구의 목적은 항행안전시설의 관리 운영에 있어 안전문화에 대한 안전성숙도가 조직원 성과, 고객 성과 및 사회적 성과 등의 운영성과에 미치는 영향을 조사하는 것이다. 구조 방정식 모델을 이용하여 분석 결과를 제시하였으며, 그 의미는 결론에 제시하였다.

본 논문은 "의용소방대 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률"의 제정 및 시행으로 인한 의용소방대의 활동에 대한 학술적 개념의 변화를 논의하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 의용소방대의 정의, 유래, 변천사, 활동사항, 특징 등을 선행연구 자료를 이용하여 분석하였고, 의용소방대의 활동이 자원봉사활동의 특징과 동일한지 재해석하였다. 연구결과, "의용소방대 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률"의 제3조(의용소방대원의 임명), 제4조(의용소방대원의 해임), 그리고 제9조(의용소방대원의 근무 등)에 의해 의용소방활동은 자원봉사활동의 특징 중 자발성을 내포하고 있지 못하는 것을 확인하였다. 결론적으로 의용소방대의 활동은 자원봉사활동이라고 해석할 수 없다. 이 결과는 의용소방대의 학술적 개념을 새로이 정립하는데 기초자료가 될 것이다.

본 연구는 대규모 인터뷰 작업을 통해 한민족이 가진 집단적 의식의 지형도를 담아내고자 하는 미디어전시작업 <70mK>의 의미를 고찰하기 위해 기술되었다. <70mK>는 개별 존재자들의 인터뷰 영상들을 마치 모자이크와 같은 배치와 형태로 편집, 구성된 영상전시물을 만들고 전시회를 개최하고 있다. 분할된 프레임 속의 개체들은 저마다의 생각과 개성을 드러내는 차이의 연속성을 보여준다. 이것은 개체들의 내재성이 동시다발적이고 총체적인 이미지로 구현된 공시적이고 의식적인 집단적 타자의 형상이다. 인터뷰 영상들은 실제 존재자로서의 자신의 형태를 드러내고 자신이 가진 특유의 내재성을 구술적인 정보로서 발산한다. <70mK>는 특정 집단이라는 동일선의 연장에서 이런 생명적 개체들의 형태와 정보를 미학적으로 구조화하여 새로운 개체화를 이루어낸다. 프레임 속의 존재자들, 각 개체들은 서로가 대화를 나누거나 소통하는 것이 아니라 카메라를 향한 전면 응시, 즉 작품을 관람하는 사람들을 향해 그들이 가진 전개체적 실재로서의 관계성과 개성을 전달한다. 그것은 각 개체들이 보여주는 이질성과 차이의 반복적 배치와 구성인 동시에 그 이면에 집단적 동일성을 내포한 연쇄 작용이다. <70mK>는 개성을 드러내는 인터뷰이들의 직접적인 이미지와 소리를 구조화하여 전시영상작품이라는 새로운 정보전달 방식의 형태를 이루어낸다. 이러한 점은 정신적이고 집단적인 개체화의 의미와 관개체적인 관계성의 의미와 과정을 은유하게 하고 지각하게 한다. 이것은 개체화라는 생성의 과정과 관계의 의미를 현대 기술과 함께 사유한 질베르 시몽동의 개체화론으로 설명하기 적합한 사례이다. <70mK>가 구축한 전시공간은 특정 집단의 개체들 사이를 관통하여 연결되는 정신적이고 집단적인 의미와 그 관계성을 미학적인 방법론으로 함의하고 있다. 시몽동은 개체화라는 과정에 대한 사유와 생성의 의미를 고찰하며 현대의 기술이 가진 가능성과 잠재력을 긍정한 철학자이다. <70mK>는 현대의 기술 매커니즘과 네트워크적 행위들이 매개되어 구조화되고 생성된 윤리적 실재성으로서의 새로운 개체이다. 그것은 기술이 협업 된 개체화 과정에 인터뷰가 어떻게 '변환' 작용으로 기능하는지에 대한 미학적이고 실천적인 방법론을 보여주는 사례이다. <70mK>가 보여주는 직접적인 이미지와 소리는 생명적 개체의 정보들이 운반, 증폭, 축적되며 발산하는 정보의 체계이자 정신적이고 집단적인 풍경으로서의 새로운 개체이다. 그것은 복수의 개체화를 통해 새롭게 생성된 전시예술작품에 내포된 개체초월적인 의미작용과 과정에 대한 하나의 표상이기도 하다. 개체화된 준안정적 상태로서의 미디어전시예술은 작품을 관람하는 이들이 동일한 전개체적 실재를 인지하고 정념적 감정을 느끼는 새로운 관계 맺기를 이끌어낸다. <70mK>의 전시공간은 의미작용의 표상을 넘어 관개체적 집단의 실질적인 가능성을 예비하는 무대가 된다.

The meaning of seaport has always been translated into something concerned with nation-wide goals and viewpoints, which used to be in developing country. The time developing countries have tried to be in pursuit of their economic development, one of important sectors is SOC investment that is needed into huge capital input which they couldn't easily afford to it. Another one which we have to mention in terms of seaport at contemporary maritime matters is privatization of port, that is strongly connected with efficiency to achieve port productivity. All these factors can produce high quality of service, and port co-operation and diversification of their business areas, etc. Therefore we then have to think of private port management companies such as P&O Ports, Hutchison Whampoa in HK, etc. in order to provide better port service to the customers, and they can also get involved into capital port investment as well. This kind of concept already comes from Denholm Ship management companies in shipping. So, it is necessary for us to look into port management company in our side, which means, we have to be involved into such a business to invest and manage foreign ports as well as our ports. Then, port competitiveness will follow in our ports.

정보화 및 온라인화의 발전에 따라 대규모 트랜잭션 환경에서 보고서의 의미는 특별하다. 이는 대규모 트랜잭션 연간을 수행하면서 성능의 제약 없이 제한된 시간 내에 보고서를 생성할 수 있어야 하기 때문이다. 이와 같이 대규모 트랜잭션 환경에서 시간제약을 만족하면서 보고서를 생성할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 이 논문에서는 점진적 연산 기법과 형성뷰 기법을 트리거와 저장 프로시져를 이용하여 결합시킨 모델을 제안한다. 아울러 제안 모델에 대한 구현 및 평가를 통해 제안 모델의 특성을 분석한다.

"The prohibition of careless or reckless flight" is the regulation specified not only in the national air law but ICAO ANNEX and FAR. This article(item) has not been categorized properly unlike other items and the question such as why this is described as a fundamental and essential act can be answered only by the party subjected to administrative measures in case of Korea and this kind of violation is so rare that it is not easy to understand the legal meaning and the function of the term, "The prohibition of careless or reckless flight" In case of U.S where aviation cases are common, the distinction between the term "careless" or "reckless" operation depends on whether to recognize the given situation. Some incidents happened by failing to aware NOTAM, violating ATC, or T/W landing where a pilot did not recognize the violation itself are considered to be "Careless" flight. Others such as low altitude high speed flight, approximate flight, Rejecting ATC instruction where a pilot intends to or is remiss in safety are regarded as "Reckless" flight. For pilots who are required to take the highest level of care from preparing for flight to stopping engines or completely disembarking passengers from a plane, the clear understanding of the most basic concept of "careless" or "reckless" flight should be emphasized for the safe flight and it is the time for the authorities to set a standard for proper measures by definite legal interpretations.

환경보호 분야에서는 국제협약의 원활한 이행을 위해 당사국 간의 긴밀한 협조가 요구되며, MARPOL 73/78 상 보고의무는 해양환경보호를 위한 국제협력의 일환으로서 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 MARPOL 73/78 상 보고요건의 국제법적 의미에 대하여 살펴보고, 당사국들의 보고의무 이행현황을 조사하였다. 이를 위하여 2001년부터 2010년까지 지난 10년간의 MEPC/Circ.318의 각 항목에 따른 MARPOL 73/78 상 보고의무의 이행현황을 분석하였다. 또 다른 한편으로는 이러한 이행현황에 대한 분석을 통해 당사국의 보고의무 준수율을 향상할 수 있는 개선방안을 제시하였다.
