이 연구는 코로나-19 이후 정치 경제 사회 문화 등의 모든 분야에서 상당한 변화가 자명한 바 한 지방자치단체에서의 위기 극복의 결집된 힘으로한 단계 더 도약할 수 있는 기회로 삼고 다가올 포스트 코로나에 대비한 새로운 사회변화에 적응할 준비를 하려면 사태의 발생과 대응에 대한 전 과정의 기록을 통해 되짚어보고 유사한 사태가 발생 하였을 때 체계적인 사전대응에 실제 활용 가능한 지침이 될 수 있도록 사례보고를 하고자 하였다. 자료 활용은 백서제작을 위한 2020년 1월에서 7월까지의 행정자료를 활용하였고 여러 차례의 전화면담이 추가로 시행되었다. 부산시 동래구 코로나-19 지역사회 초기대응의 성공은 구청장의 정치적 헌신과 민관 부문간의 지역사회 차원의 협력을 통해 부산시 최초의 코로나-19 발병에 대한 적극적으로 대응이 된 것으로 사료된다.

Under the 「National Land Planning and Utilization Act」, Development Restriction Zones(DRZ) is one of the designated use district where the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport deems it necessary to control urban development in order to prevent urban sprawl and conurbation and ensure a healthy living environment for citizens by conserving the natural environment surrounding metropolitan cities. DRZ was first designated around the Seoul Metropolitan city in 1971, and had been expanded to the 14 metropolitan areas across the country since 1977. The designated areas were accounted for about 5.4% of the total national land and its importance was demonstrated by contributing to control urban sprawl, curbing real estate speculation, and providing green space to citizens. However, DRZ has been repeatedly relaxed its regulations and allowed development under government. As a result, much of the green areas was damaged and several cities were merged and extended(conurbation). In particular, deregulation implemented for the purpose of securing land as part of national projects and local outstanding business(i.g. constructions of national rental housing, industrial complex, and international stadium) have caused continuous environmental damage around the metropolitan cities. In addition, the habitat fragmentation is in serious situation. Thus, the systematic plans for managing DRZ are necessary, since it is concerned that urban environment become deteriorate in the mid- to long-term. This study aims to continuously protect the urban environment from lifting DRZ. Therefore, firstly, we examined the environmental status through analyzing DRZ Management Plan which shall be drawn up by the Special Metropolitan City Mayor, the Metropolitan City Mayor or the Mayer/Do governor having jurisdiction, every five years to collectively manage DRZ. Secondly, we investigated the actual condition in DRZ based on the case study of Management Plan in Metropolitan areas(i.e. Seoul Metropolis, Gyeonggi-do, and Incheon Metropolis). Finally, we suggested the seven feasible improved political plan for managing DRZ.

This paper aims to analyze discourse metaphors by paying attention to Seoul mayoral by-election, mainly focusing on election campaign and its related news articles. The 2021 Seoul mayoral by-election was held because the former mayor died in an apparent suicide after he was accused of years of sexual harassment to a former secretary. But in the run-up to the by-election, the newly coined word 'alleged victim' from the ruling party caused a big controversy because the party attempted to deny the authenticity of the secretary's claim by calling her "an alleged victim," instead of "a victim" to defend the former mayor who is a member of the ruling party, implying that the woman's claim is just an allegation with no proof. Thus, this paper has analyzed how news stories were reported with regard to the word 'alleged victim' poser on news stories in two Korean quality newspapers, a conservative newspaper (Chosun Ilbo) and a liberal newspaper (Hankyoreh) from March 1 to April 1, 2021 and analyzed them with the framework of Lakoff and Johnson's Conceptual Metaphor Theory(1980). The findings are as follows: (i) the conservative newspaper reports this issue much more than the liberal newspaper; (ii) both quality newspapers follow the metaphor principles by Conceptual Metaphor Theory; (iii) the conservative newspaper is more likely to follow the Strick Father model (a conservative model) while the liberal newspaper is to follow the Nurturant Parent model (a liberal model), thus indicating that each newspaper's ideology is well represented by the models of Conceptual Metaphor Theory

When the Korean government announced the lowering of the school entrance age from 6 to 5 years in an effort to increase the fertility rate, one candidate for the Seoul mayor rode on the slogan, 'one dong, one public kindergarten'. This study attempted to show the introduction of a preschool class for six-year-olds being used as analternative to lowering school entrance age in Sweden. First, the current state of preschool class, the Early Childhood Education and Care, and the education system in Sweden were described. Next, the background for the introduction of the preschool classes was analyzed. Thirdly, the effects of preschool class were evaluated from the perspectives of 6 year-olds as well as the institutiona land social status of the ECEC. Results from this study imply not only that the lower school entrance age policy should be abolished but also preschool classes could be considered as an alternative.

Hemangioma is a common tumor characterized by the proliferation of blood vessels. Some authorities believe that this lesion is not a true neoplasm, but rather a developmental anomaly or harmatoma. This lesion may be present at any age, but most cases are present at birth or arise at an early age, and the central hemangioma of the jaw is uncommon. The usual radiographic appearance of a hemangioma may have one or more of the following characteristics: a soap-bubble or honey-comb effect with multiloculated cyst like lesions having a fine fibrillar framework visible within them. The roots of teeth mayor may not show resorption. The authors have experienced a case of hemangioma, that occured in anterior mouth floor and Mn.symphysis area cured by means of surgical excision without dysfunction and facial disfigurement.

A theoretical formula that is based on the geometrical theory of diffraction (GTD) is proposed for computing sound diffraction by multiple wedges, barriers, and polygonal-like shapes. The formula can treat both convex and concave edges, where edges mayor may not be inter-connected. Comparisons of theoretical predictions with other results done by the BEM or experiments for scaled model confirm the accuracy of the present formula. Numerical examples such as double wedges and doubly inclined barrier show that when there exist several diffraction paths for given source and receiver positions, the insertion loss is dominated by the diffraction associated with the shortest propagation path.

In this study, customer measured brand enforcing to blue jeans clothing company how is recognizing and distinguishes brand forefinger to low rank group with high position group. And, measured satisfaction by each group. Measured new concept that is when enforce customer satisfaction, expectation which is existent theory, result, Involvement with inconsistency theory making grafting and confirmed that involvement is factor influencing in customer satisfaction measurement.

파주시는 헤이리 예술인마을과 대규모 출판단지인 파주출판도시를 성공적으로 조성하여 세계적인 명성을 얻고 있는 건축 도시이다. 특히 "국내 건축의 흐름을 보려면 파주를 가보라"는 말이 나올 정도로, 파주는 우수한 건축물을 양산하는 지역이 되고 있다. 헤이리 예술인마을은 "예술인들이 꿈꾸는 지상에서 가장 아름다운 마을"을 기치로 하여 15만평의 부지에 주거와 미술관, 박물관, 공연장들이 어우러진 자연친화적인 마을이며, 파주출판도시는 "인간성 회복을 위한 공간의 창조" 라는 주제로 출판과 건축의 만남을 시도한 실험적이고 창조적인 출판 공동체이다. 이 두 커뮤니티는 건축이 중심이 되어 파주시의 도시 브랜드 가치를 높였으며, 또한 문화 아이콘으로서의 파주시를 전국적으로 널리 홍보하는 효과를 가져왔다. 이 두 커뮤니티를 관광하기 위하여 연중 많은 외지의 관광객들과 여행객들이 방문을 하고 있으며, 건축적인 가치가 실질적인 경제적 효과를 발생시킨다는 사실을 우리에게 보여주고 있다. 본지는 건축도시로서의 파주시의 시정을 이끌고 있는 이인재 파주시장을 만나 도시발전을 위한 계획과 건축행정 등에 대한 이야기를 들어보았다.

The biggest difficulty the small and small business currently face is not to have the effective cusomer management system that is the computerization of management. This suggests their will to introduce data marketing in order to differentiate 'Customer Marketing' and 'One to One Marketing'. The potential needs as well as visible needs of customer should be considered in order to research and analyze the customer data. At this point mayor enterprises are paying much attention to Customer Segmentation and their related markets are expanding rapidly. I'll give a brief introduction to the Multi Criteria Importance-Performance Analysis and go into the problems that should be considered and which phase to emphasize when building this system.

Last 2003, the CRM mayor was not lively glaringly. At beginning of the year, it may be said that gained result fewer than half of that is forecasted. Enterprises are seen that there are a lot of occasions that did not carry CRM project that planned very first time in practice or put off investment program until 2004 altogether. This can see that it is thing which CRM's accuracy of data analysis process drops up to now and investment of enterprises is unprepared. In this paper, It consolidates the necessity on a LTV (Life Time Value) and analyzes data which is concerned of Customer Value. Under the these environments, defines the LTV rule that can improve the customer value. And then, Scheduling plays an important role in shop floor planning. Therefore, this study tries to proposed that Scheduling by customer needs group for minimizing the problem.
