Lately, the management of domestic BIM performance is quite lacking, as the evaluation and management data from successful cases of BIM implementation both on projects and in companies, and related effects (time, cost and other physical gains) are not well kept for future use in BIM development. In order to overcome the above obstacles, a systematic approach to evaluating BIM adoption with focus on particular elements like BIM implementation environment and processes, and the physical factors yielded by BIM, is necessary. In this study, objective and detailed assessment indicators and weights that are appropriate for the domestic situation were derived through research for purposes of developing a web-based BIM maturity measurement program that is tailor-made for the Korean construction atmosphere. Through a company's self-maturity measurement, excellent quality of BIM deliverables and output can be achieved and managed. Furthermore, the domestic BIM capacity can gradually increase since design firms' BIM capability can be judged during procurement basing on measurement indicators.

Maturity models allow organizations to assess and compare their own practices against best practices or those employed by competitors, with the intention to map out a structured path to improvement. This research explores the aspects of the Maturity Models that are relevant to distinguish them from one to another. The different Project Management maturity models for define maturity differently and measure different things to determine maturity. Because of this, organizations should give careful consideration to select appropriate maturity model. The main reason behind this research lies on the modification to the existing Organizational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3) by adding four knowledge areas, dedicated to construction industry as best practices. These are Safety, Environment, Financial and Claim Management. This Model contains (Yes/No) questions; all of these questions must be answered before the user reviews the results that describe the overall maturity and areas of strength and weakness of an organization. The research presents the implementation of the proposed Model Construction Enterprises Maturity Model (CEM2). All the components of the developed Model have been implemented in Microsoft Access. CEM2 helps Construction Enterprises to assess their Maturity Level and know Areas of Weaknesses for future improvement. The easy to use Yes/No user interfaces help enterprises' employees to assess the maturity level of their enterprises. The Model maintains users' responses in its database; as such, many employees from different enterprise divisions can be involved during assessment phase in several sessions.

The scope of this study is the construction conformity assessment system according to the new paradigm of construction management To minimize the differences between domestic and international state, construction Conformity Assessment is subdivided into system certification and product certification. For the former, WASCON(Worldwide Assessment System of Construction Quality Maturity Stage) is applied. For the latter, AQUA(Advanced Quality Assessment System) was developed and adopted to model project for demonstration. Both systems are designed to enable quantified rating, integrated into PQCS(Project Quality Certification), which is an advanced project quality certification system. The construction work observing PQCS will gain quality score on its own quality certificate(Quality mark on construction itself or facilities is also available, if needed or preferred by customers). This Quality Rating System will inspire and encourage any related parties. PQCS score would let supplier/constructor recognize how much themselves are operating effectively and efficiently, offering them the opportunity of redeeming their weaknesses.

M&S 및 SBA의 지속적 발전을 위해서는 성숙도 측정모형의 개발이 매우 중요한 사안이다. 성숙도 측정모형은 일반적으로 각 분야에 밀접하게 연관된 조직의 프로세스 수행 능력 혹은 조직 자체의 성숙도를 측정하고 지속적인 프로세스 개선 및 조직의 발전을 위한 기준을 제시한다. 또한 성숙도 모형은 성숙도를 정량적 지표로 환산하기 위한 참조모형과 실제로 대상 조직 혹은 프로세스에 대한 능력을 정량화하여 심사하는 모형으로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 기 개발된 SBA 성숙도 측정모형의 기준모형을 간략히 소개하고 여러 가지 성숙도 심사 방법론을 고찰하여 SBA 성숙도 심사 방법론의 프레임워크를 마련하고자 한다.

An Evaluation System of Personal Information Competency was developed to evaluate individual Information competency and maturity levels in the enterprises of the information environment. The Evaluation System measures the requirements of information knowledge, skills, and mindset with the evaluation indices of personal information maturity. The indices are customized to four types of business departments - strategy Planning, development/maintenance, business applications, and administration support. Also, a maturity model of personal information competency is defined for interpretation of the evaluation results. The system was applied to assessment of actual human resources, 124 workers in an enterprise, to testify to its practical value. The case evaluation procedures include a series of questionnaires, written tests and application tests.

Software Process Improvement(SPI) has been a challenging issue to software organizations. The factors affecting SPI were analysed for improving software development processes. Numerous studies suggested influencing factors, and assessment models were utilized for software improvement. This research suggested that SPI factors affecting on an organizational performance may vary according to the CMM(Capability Maturity Model) level. The moderating effects of organizational maturity level between the SPI factors and the organizational performance were empirically tested. This research found that all six SPI factors except for the resistance to change affected the organizational performance. The moderating effects of management support, goal alliances, participation, and effect analyses were empirically supported. These results can provide several implications or a practical guidance to academic and industry professionals.

본 연구는 데이터베이스 시스템 품질 개선 성숙도 모델의 필요성을 인식하고 우선 일차연구로 데이터베이스 시스템 품질 평가에 적용할 수 있는 품질 평가 모듈을 개발하고자 한다. 데이터베이스 시스템 품질 관리 및 개선을 위해서는 데이터베이스 시스템 품질을 체계적으로 평가하기 위한 평가 모듈이 필요하다. 이러한 필요성에 따라 본 연구는 다음의 목적을 수행한다. 첫째 데이터베이스 시스템 품질 평가를 위해 ISO/IEC 9126시리즈를 기반으로 품질평가 특성과 부특성을 선정하고 평가 모듈(메트릭)을 개발한다. 둘째 산업계와 학계간에 인지하고 있는 품질 평가특성의 중요도에 대해 비교 분석한다. 품질 평가 모듈을 개발하여 정량적 평가에 적용할 수 있는 이론적 실증적 토대를 마련하였다는 점에서 중요한 의의를 갖으며 이는 데이터베이스 시스템 품질 평가에 대한 연구의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 또한 후속연구에서는 데이터베이스 시스템 품질 평가를 통해 품질을 개선할 수 있는 품질 개선 성숙도 모델을 개발하는 연구로 진행되어야 할 것이다.

In this paper, there is the case study which assesses the systems engineering capability maturity of the safety organization that performs the Railway Safety project using systems engineering method. To In ore effective and efficient a research and development to railway safety domain, a new research and development method can be progressively needed such as systems engineering. To assess quantitatively research of systems engineering efforts in the railway safety project, SECM(EIA/IS 731) Standard is utilized in the paper. It is by questionnaire that the capability maturity assessment is executed wit h the safety organization and staffs who performs the systems engineering activities; requirement analysis and management, interface control management. product verification and validation, and so on. As a result, the systems engineering capability level of the safety organization rises from 0 level at the initial project to 2 level after two years and all staffs give an affirmative answer about the importance and effectiveness of the systems engineering approach.

최근 IoT, 인공지능, 클라우드, 빅데이터, 모바일 분야가 융합되어 4차 산업혁명이라는 새로운 산업시대가 도래하였고 전 사업군으로 확대 되었다. 이 중심에는 소프트웨어가 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있지만 다양한 사업군으로 적용, 보편화됨에 따라 소프트웨어 안전에 대한 이슈가 부각되고 있다. 하지만 현재 소프트웨어 Safety는 개발 관점에서만 활동이 집중적으로 맞춰져 있고, 조직적인 개선 활동과 평가 체계 수준에 대해서는 다소 미진하다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 미진사항을 보완하고자 소프트웨어 Safety 성숙도 모델을 정의하고, 각 성숙도 레벨의 Process Area를 명시하였다. 본 연구에서 고안된 Safety 성숙도 모델을 기반으로 조직관점의 Safety 확립과 함께 체계적인 소프트웨어 Safety 개선 활동에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

최근 EA 성숙도모델의 개선 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 현 모델의 한계점을 극복하고, 새롭게 진행되고 있는 EA 기반 국가정보화 정책의 변화를 반영하기 위함이다. 대부분의 EA 성숙도모델 개선 노력은 정책 노력의 일환으로 수행되다 보니 이론적 연구의 대상이 되지 못했다. 국내 일부 연구가 이론적 관점에서 다룬 게 전부였다. 그러나 이들 연구도 기존 모델과의 심층적 비교와 의사결정 요소의 체계화 노력이 부족하였다. 이에 본 연구는 EA 성숙도 모델의 주요 의사결정 요소를 도출하고 이들 요소별로 대안을 분석하였다. 여기에 대한 전문가 의견을 토대로 EA 성숙도모델 개선 방향을 제시하였다.
