모바일을 활용한 실시간 ERP시스템 연동 모형의 구축: 자재관리 고도화 사례 중심으로 (Mobile Material Management Through Real Time Connection with ERP System)

  • 기업이 보유하고 있는 내부 정보를 언제 어디서나 직원들에게 제공할 수 있도록 지원해주는 모바일 컴퓨팅 환경은 업무 생산성을 향상시키고 효율성 증대를 가져다 주기 때문에 기업의 경쟁력을 높이기 위한 피할 수 없는 생존 도구가 되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 모바일 비즈니스 개념을 기반으로 무선 네트워크와 PDA를 활용하여 언제 어디서나 쉽고 편리하게 ERP정보를 실시간으로 처리할 수 있는 모형을 제 안하고, 그것의 활용을 통해 기업의 경쟁력을 향상시킬 수 있는 기본 틀을 마련하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 ERP시스템을 운영하고 있는 기업의 자재관리업무에 본 모형을 적용하여 "모바일을 활용한 자재관리시스템"을 구축하였다. 연구결과, 모바일을 기반으로 한 ERP시스템의 적절한 활용은 업무리드타임을 단축시키고 생산성의 극대화를 가져다주며, 사용의 편이성과 이동성 제공으로 인해 사용자 만족도 또한 향상시킬 수 있는것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 시장의 변화와 고객의 요구에 대한 효과적인 대응뿐만 아니라 e-비즈니스 환경에 적합한 모델을 구축하기 위한 ERP전략 수립과 그 확장에 필요한 핵심 기반을 기업들에게 제공할 수 있을 것으로 보여진다.

영.유아용 식품원료의 Bacillus cereus와 일반세균 모니터링 및 제조공정 중 미생물 품질제어 (Monitoring Bacillus cereus and Aerobic Bacteria in Raw Infant Formula and Microbial Quality Control during Manufacturing)

  • 영 유아용 식품에 주로 사용되는 원료에 대한 미생물 오염도를 조사한 결과, 총 10종(n=20)의 원료 중 B. cereus가 검출된 원료는 2종(n=4, 20%) 이었고, $1.02{\pm}1.36\;\log\;CFU/g$으로 나타났으며, B. cereus가 검출된 원료로는 organic brown rice powder(C사)와 mixed orgarnic vegetable powder(C사) 이었다. 미생물이 검출되지 않거나 낮게 검출된 원료는 제조공정에 살균, 분무건조, 팽화 및 압출 등의 열처리 공정이 있었다. 각 원료에 대한 일반세균수를 알아보기 위해 10종(n=20) 검사결과 4종(n=8) 검출(40%)되었으며, $3.21{\pm}3.64\log\;CFU/g$으로 나타났다. 원료에서 분리한 미생물 분포를 조사한 결과 총 11종이 분리 되었으며, 분리된 일반세균 중 76%를 차지하는 우점종은 S. paucimobilis, P. fluorescens, R. radiobactor, St. maltophilia 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 영 유아식의 미생물 안전성 확보를 위해 원료 생산공정에 살균 등의 열처리 공정이 필요하며, 미생물에 오염된 원료를 사용할 경우에도 생산공정에 드럼건조(drum surface temperature: $100-135^{\circ}C$), 분무건조(inlet air temperature: $135-204^{\circ}C$), 살균(pasteurization, UHT $130-150^{\circ}C$/1-4 sec), 미생물 저감화 방안의 제조공정을 거쳐 생산된 제품은 일반세균, 대장균군, B. cereus가 검출되지 않아 안전한 제품의 생산이 가능하였다. 또한, 영 유아용 식품을 제조할 경우 명확한 살균조건을 설정하고, 공정품의 품질평가를 거쳐야만 제품의 안전성을 확보할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

포장재와 저장온도에 따른 소포장 김치의 품질특성 (Quality Characteristics of Small Package Kimchi according to Packing Material and Storage Temperature)

  • Cabbage (Baechu) Kimchi in its truncated form was placed in four different packing materials, Ny/PE/LLDP, OPP/AL/PE, PP and PET, and quality changes were observed during storage. Changes in pH and total acidity showed an x-shaped cross-curve as pH decreased and total acidity increased during storage. PP tray showed the slowest change at $5^{\circ}C$ with time. The pH was initially 6.25, but decreased to 4.12~4.16 at 20 days, and total acidity showed a 4 to 4.8-fold increase after 20 days of storage compared to the initial value. During storage at $5^{\circ}C$, total bacterial count and lactic acid bacterial count rapidly increased after 4 days. The total bacterial quantity decreased after a period of time and there were differences according to packaging material; OPP/AL/PE packaging showed the most dramatic decrease. Change in microbial count mostly followed a similar pattern to that of total acidity for all packaging materials. Changes in the color of Kimchi liquid, when examined by color index in $L{\cdot}b$/a form, rapidly decreased over time, similar to pH. Small Ny/PE/PP and OPP/AL/PE packages of Kimchi were examined for changes in free volume inside the packaging. After 13 days of storage at $5^{\circ}C$, the volume was 243 mL, but storage at $20^{\circ}C$ resulted in a volume of 372 mL, a more than 1.5-fold increase in free volume. There were changes in the quality characteristics of small package Kimchi according to storage temperature and packaging material, and large changes in pH, total acidity, and microbial count were evident upon storage at $5^{\circ}C$ for 8 days, which was the optimum palatability period. Mostly, PP treatment showed the slowest quality changes upon storage at $5^{\circ}C$. However, due to small package Kimchi's fast consumption system, the appropriate choice of packaging material must consider the product's turnover ratio. Further, the varieties of small package Kimchi should be diversified according to different consumer preferences by offering Kimchi with different maturity levels. Further, since the leading consumer base ranges in age from the teens to thirties, the development of various products targeting such consumers is necessary.

유기농자재의 탄소배출량 산정을 위한 전과정평가(LCA) -패화석, 팽연왕겨, 보르도액을 중심으로- (LIfe Cycle Assessment(LCA) for Calculation of the Carbon Emission Amount of Organic Farming Material -With Oyster-shell, Expanded Rice Hull, Bordeaux Mixture Liquid-)

  • Since 1997, Korean Ministry of Knowledge Economy and Ministry of Environment have established data on some 400 basic raw and subsidiary materials and process like energy, petro-chemical, steel, cement, glass, paper, construction materials, transportation, recycling and disposal etc by initiating establishment of LCI database. Regarding agriculture, Rural Development Administration has conducted establishment of LCI database for major farm products like rice, barley, beans, cabbage and radish etc from 2009, and released that they would establish LCI database for 50 items until 2020 later on. The domestic LCI database for seeds, seedling, agrochemical, inorganic, fertilizer and organic fertilizer etc is only at initial stage of establishment, so overseas LCI databases are brought and being used. However, since the domestic and overseas natural environments differ, they fall behind in reliability. Therefore, this study has the purpose to select organic farming materials, survey the production process for various types of organic farming materials and establish LCI database for the effects of greenhouse gas emitted by each crop during the process. As for selecting methods, in this study organic farming materials were selected in the method of direct observation of material and bottom-up method a survey method with focus on the organic farming materials admitted into rice production. For the basic unit of carbon emission amount by the production of 1kg of organic farming material, the software PASS 4.1.1 developed by Korea Accreditation Board under Ministry of Knowledge Economy was used. The study had the goal to ultimately provide basic unit to calculate carbon emission amount in executing many institutions like goal management system and carbon performance display system etc in agricultural sector to be conducted later on. As a result, emission basic units per 1kg of production were calculated to be 0.04968kg-$CO_2$ for oystershells, 0.004692kg-$CO_2$ for expanded rice hull, and 1.029kg-$CO_2$ for bordeaux mixture liquid.

  • As melanin is a key material for skin pigmentation, inhibitors of melanin formation have been used to cosmetics and drugs to prevent hyperpigmentation. Therefore, search for effective inhibitor$ from various plants were attempted. For this purpose, I examined in vitro tyrosinase assay system. Tyrosinase showed a maximal activity at 4 units concentration of tyrosinase, 10 minutes, 42$^{\circ}C$ and pH 6.5.

The Concept of Artificial Liver Support by Using the Extracorporeal Circulation System

  • In this study, a basic research on artificial liver was performed for its application to people on the waiting list of liver transplant or patients with hepatic insufficiency. Artificial livers are generally classified into mechanic type, bioartificial type, and hybrid type. An extracorporeal circulation device was examined herein, which is indispensable in the application of an artificial liver, for its effectiveness in supporting the recovery of liver functions. Extracorporeal circulation system is a treatment and life-support system which sends out the patient's blood, removes toxicity by various methods, and then sends the blood back to the interior of the body. This study used an extracorporeal circulation system which enables the Plasma Perfusion by CVVH method, and applied the program of Bioateco corp. Animals with acute hepatic insufficiency were produced to apply the extracorporeal circulation device. As a result, their ammonia, bilirubin, SGOT, SGPT, and bile acid levels rose, confirming the liver function restoration in the experimental animals.

병동간호업무 전산화를 위한 데이터베이스구축;간호업무기록지를 중심으로 (Database Design in Ward Nursing Information System)

  • In the complexity and diversity of modern society, there is an urgent need for an information system which can systematically collect, manage and analyze data. Especially in the discipline of nursing, a nursing informarion system is necessary to maximize nursing resources and improve nursing care in the present system which is faced with increases in client needs and multiple changes in hospital environments. This research was done to provide a basis for the development of an integrative nursing information system for the future, by designing dababases items which were extracted from an analysis of the ward nursing information system on general wards excluding the OPD, ICU, OR and CSR with functions using a different system from the wards, and the design of output screen used the database items. The ward nursing information system was analysed through analysis of nursing practice related to recordings, such as the worksheet, kardex, and other nursing practice recordings, on 25 wards. The development of the database was the part of the construction of hospital information system and used the database development life cycle which is related to the system development life cycle. The database development steps included selection of database management system and design of a physical database following the principles of the order communication system which is been developing at Y University Hospital. Conceptual database and Logical database were designed using the base of 25 data items and fields derived from analysing the worksheet, the data items and fields derived from the kardex and other nursing practice recording, from these 19 data base tables were framed through transforming the relational database. Through this process, four types of output material for nursing practice recording which nurses can carry and use during their nursing practice were produced.

투입자원 평가에 근거한 한방 침구 부항 시술 수가의 문제점에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Problem about Oriental Treatment Fee Based on Valuation of Resources)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is to reexamine current oriental medical treatment fees based on valuation of input resources which are the treating time, the treatment's difficulty, and the material cost. Methods : This study obtained the following results by reviewing the answers given by 172 oriental medical doctors from March 1 to April 15, 2006. To investigate material cost, we took inventory of treatment materials used by 2 oriental hospitals. Results : The current system does not reflect well enough the treating time and treatment's difficulty. Considering current oriental treatment fees, material costs are too much of doctors' fees. Especially, Wang-ssuk-dduem, which is another form of moxibustion treatment, was spent as much as 74.6% on materials cost. Conclusions : The findings suggest the current oriental treatment fees should be revised to reflect the actual input resources into oriental medical doctor activities and to avoid a distortion of physicians' behavior.

Chinese Hamster Lung Cell의 소핵시험을 이용한 식물추출물 유기농업자재의 유전독성평가 (Genotoxicity of Environment-friendly Organic Materials of Plant Origin in the Micronucleus Test Using Chinese Hamster Lung Cells)

  • 님추출물과 고삼추출물은 식물추출물 유기농업자재로 우리나라에 등록되어 친환경농산물 재배에 널리 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 님추출물 2종과 고삼추출물 2종에 대한 안전성을 확인하고자 Chinese hamster lung cells을 이용한 in vitro 소핵시험(vitMN)을 통해 유전독성을 평가하였다. 시험은 cytochalasin B 적용군과 비적용군으로 구분하여 시험하였으며, 양성대조물질로 mitomycin C와 colchicine을 사용하였다. 시험 결과, 님추출물 시료 2종과 고삼추출물 시료 2종은 처리 농도에 따라 소핵발생 비율이 증가하였으나 모든 시료 처리군에서 전체 발생률이 2.2% 미만으로, 음성대조군 대비 2배 미만의 소핵이 관찰되었다. 따라서 님추출물 및 고삼추출물 시료는 본 시험의 vitMN 결과 최종적으로 음성으로 확인되었다. 또한 본 연구와 동일한 시료를 이용한 선행연구에서 복귀돌연변이 시험에서 음성을 보인 결과를 근거로 battery system에 의거해 종합적으로 평가하였을 때 님추출물과 고삼추출물 시료는 유전독성을 일으키지 않는 것으로 최종 판정하였다.

활어 수입의 현단계적 성격에 관한 고찰;-활어 수입을 둘러싼 규정요인과 동향을 중심으로- (A Study on Characteristics of Present Import for Live Fish)

  • This study analyzed the structure of imported fisheries, focusing especially on the following factors of live fisheries import : First of all, it is confirmed that the import of live fisheries expands when domestic production decreases. To put it concretely, the structure of domestic live fish supply is based upon the production of aquaculture, the shift from export to domestic use, and imported live fisheries. These all coexist, expand, and grow together. Secondly, the structure of the consumer's market - the background of expanding and growing live fisheries-is currently diversifying with quality and quantity from a local area consumer system based upon regional markets, to a wider ranged system based upon the food industry and retailing market. The existence of the consumer markets is premised upon a stable supply structure, in terms of material and price. Thirdly, in terms of trade policy, control of imports instantly reduces import goods. But it is reasonable to say that there is not any logical effectiveness of denying the stable growth of low market capital under the background of strong consummer expansion. Fourthly, the attitude of the import related managener organization is directly related to the degree to which it is connected to live fish import. It is demanded that such a managing organization possess suitable facilities, specializaed knowledge, and management skill of live fisheries. So it is predicted that newly introducing the importing of live fisheries is not simple. It indirectly shows that the capital which relates to live fisheries are connected with the importing og live fish fisheries.
