연속 GPS좌표를 이용한 지도 매칭 알고리즘 (Map Matching Algorithm Using Continuous GPS Coordinates)

  • 최근 차량에서 수신된 GPS좌표를 중앙 통제소로 전송하여 중앙에서 차량의 위치와 주행 경로를 관리하고 교통 상황을 적용한 최적의 경로를 제공하려는 시도가 제안되고 있다. 이 때 차량에서 수신된 GPS 좌표는 통신비용의 문제로 수신된 모든 GPS좌표를 전송하지 못하고 일정 간격의 좌표를 전송하게 되며 중앙 통제소에서는 수신되지 못한 정보를 효과적으로 보완하는 알고리즘이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 일정 간격의 GPS좌표를 이용하여 정확한 차량의 위치와 주행 경로를 빠른 시간 내에 찾아내는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안된 알고리즘의 효율성을 검증하기 위하여 다양한 실제 도로 지도에 적용한 결과 매우 효과적인 것으로 나타났다.

Taylor-Couette 유동에서 축방향 홈과 반경방향 온도구배의 영향에 대한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study of the Axial Slit Wall and Radial Temperature Gradient Effect on Taylor-Couette Flow)

  • The effect of the radial temperature gradient and the presence of slits in the wall of outer of two cylinders involved in creating a Taylor-Couette flow was investigated by measuring the velocity field inside the gap. The slits were azimuthally located along the inner wall of the outer cylinder and the number of slits used in this study was 18. The radius ratio and aspect ratio of the models were 0.825 and 48, respectively. The heating film wrapped around the inner cylinder was used for generating the constant heat flux and we ensured the constant temperature condition at the outer space of the outer cylinder. The velocity fields were measured by using the PIV(particle image velocimetry) method. The refractive index matching method was applied to remove image distortion. The results were compared with plain wall configuration of Taylor-Couette flow. From the results, the presence of slits in the wall of outer cylinder and temperature gradient increased the flow instability.

슬라이딩모드 제어 기법을 이용한 구조-제어 시스템의 통합 최적 설계 (Combined Optimal Design of Structure-Control Systems by Sliding Mode Control)

  • To achieve the lightweight and robust design of a structure, it is requested to design a structure and its control system simultaneously, which is called as the combined optimal design. A constant-cross-sectional area cantilever beam was chosen as an example for the applying the optimum design method. An initial load and a time varying disturbance were applied at the free end of the beam. Sliding mode control was selected due to its insensitiveness to the disturbance compared with other modes. It is known that the sliding mode control is robust to the disturbance and the uncertainty only if a matching condition is met, after giving a switching hyper plane. In this study, the optimum method was used for the design of the switching hyper plane and the objective function of the optimum switching hyper plane was assumed to be the objective one of the control system. The total weight of the structure was treated as a constraint and the cross sectional areas of the beam were considered as design variables, which means a nonlinear programming problem. The sequential linear programming method was applied to solve it. As a result of the optimum design, the effect of attenuating vibrations has been improved obviously. Moreover, lightweight design of the structure became possible from the relationship of the weight of the structure and the control objective function.

고관절 내외회전 가동범위 검사에 대한 범용플라스틱 측각기의 동시타당도와 임상적 유용성 (Concurrent Validity and Clinical Usefulness of Universal Plastic Goniometer for Hip Internal and External Rotation Range Measurement)

  • PURPOSE: The aim of this study was to evaluate the concurrent validity and clinical usefulness of the universal plastic goniometer to measure the range of motion of the internal and external rotation of the hip joint using the three dimensional motion analysis which can analyze the joints and segment movements in the most objective and quantitative method. METHODS: Clinical and kinematic data were collected from thirty individuals using a universal plastic goniometer and a ten camera motion analysis system. Passive hip rotation range was obtained three trials for left and right hip joints using two measure methods simultaneously. RESULTS: There were significant differences between all matching measures of the two measures of internal and external rotation of the hip joint (p<.05). The relationship between the two tests for all measurements of the internal and external rotation of the hip was statistically significant with correlation coefficient form r=.87 to .96. (p<.01). CONCLUSION: Clinical measurement of the internal and external rotation of the hip using a universal plastic goniometer is effective to assess the hip condition. However, application of universal plastic goniometer requires careful attention in more accurate evaluation and research verification of the internal and external rotation of hip joint.

투과성 이중 원통구조물 배열에 의한 파랑제어 (Wave Control by an Array of Porous Dual Cylindrical Structures)

  • The interaction of incident manochromatic waves with an array of N surface-piercing porous dual cylindrical structures is investigated in the frame of three-dimensional linear potential theory. The dual cylindrical structure is camposed of concentric two cylinders. The exterior cylinder is porous and the interior cylinder is impermeable. The fluid domain is divided into N+1 regions i.e. a single exterior region and N interior regions. The diffraction potentials in each region representing the scattering of incident waves by an array of porous cylindrical structures are expressed by the Fourier Bessel series. The unknown coefficients in each region are determined by applying the porous boundary condition and continuity of mass flux at the matching boundary. It is found that an array of porous cylindrical structures reduces both the wave forces and the wave run-up, and shows the excellent performance of wave blocking. The results show that various types of breakwater exchanging seawater are prospective by controlling the porosity and the configuration of cylindrical structures.

형태계수의 Mixture Model을 이용한 입술 형태 표현과 입술 경계선 추출 (Lip Shape Representation and Lip Boundary Detection Using Mixture Model of Shape)

  • 본 논문은 입술의 경계선을 효과적으로 추출하는 방법을 제안하였다. 입술 형태는 PDM(Point Distribution Model)과 주성분 분석법을 이용하여 표현하고 입술 경계선은 GLDM(Gray Level Distribution Model)을 기반으로 표현하였다 입술 경계선 추출은 모델에 대한 입력영상의 정확도에 대한 목적함수를 최적화하는 문제로 단순화하였으며, 최적화를 위해 다운힐 심플렉스(Down Hill Simplex) 알고리즘을 이용하였다. 탐색과정에서 지역 최소점으로 수렴하는 문제를 해결하기 위하여 입술 형태 모델의 형태계수를 GMM(Gaussian Mixture Model)을 이용하여 표현하였다. 형태계수에 대한 GMM을 이용하여 입술의 대략적인 형태를 찾고, 이때 사용된 mixture 성분을 이용하여 탐색과정에서 입술의 형태를 조정함으로써 지역 최소점에 수렴하여 입술의 정확한 위치를 찾지 못하는 문제점을 해결하였다. 여러 영상을 대상으로 실험하여 좋은 결과를 얻었다.

  • K-밴드 또는 밀리터리파 대역에서 모노리딕 및 하이브리드 기판에 Surface Mounting에 의해 제작될 수 있는 여러가지 planar power divider/combiner를 CAD에 의해 최적조건으로 설계하고 그 결과를 비교 검토하였다. CAD를 위한 소프트웨어는 Supercompact를 이용하였으며 기존의 Wilkinson divider를 각 branch사이의 고주파 결합을 감소 시킬 수 있도록 수정하여 해석하였고, 또한 $2^n$-way power dividet/combiner에 있어 그 출력 임피던스가 잘 정합되지 못함에 따른 입력 반사계수의 sensitivity를 감소시키는 방법에 대하여 연구하였다.

그래프 표현을 이용한 컬러 영상 데이터베이스 검색기법 (Color Image Retrieval from Database Using Graph Representation)

  • 본 논문에서는 컬러 영상 데이터베이스에서의 효과적인 영상검색 및 비교를 위한 새로운 알고리듬을 제시한다. 이를 위하여 전처리 과정에서 조명의 영향을 배제하기 위한 새로운 컬러 균일성 보정 알고리듬을 제안하여 조명의 변화에 민감한 기존의 방법과는 달리 기준 영상의 조명조건을 입력 영상의 조명조건을 변화시킴으로써 히스토그램을 이용한 컬러 영상 검색에 있어서 적절하게 이용된다. 또한 제안하는 영상 정합 기법은 컬러 영상을 노드와 에지로 표현되는 그래프 형식으로 표현하여 그래프 정합방법을 통해 두 영상의 유사도를 측정한다. 제안하는 알고리듬은 기존의 방법에 의해 영역화 고정이 없고 기하하적 정보추출을 위한 시간이 필요하지 않으므로 빠르면서도 우수한 검색 성능을 나타낸다.

실차 상태에서의 제동시 이상떨림 현상에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on Brake Judder of Braking on Vehicle)

  • The study presents a new testing and analysis method for brake judder on vehicle. For the identification of the excitation mechanism of a brake judder, it is necessary to measure the dynamic brake disc geometry during braking on vehicle. The non-contact sensor system was used to monitor the brake disc geometry. Brake torque variation (BTV) caused by disc thickness variation (DTV) is the primary excitation for brake judder. The mechanical effects generating BTV are linked not only to initial manufacturing tolerances but also to uneven wear. Therefore, the brake disc geometry should be strictly managed to initial condition. The aim of this study has been to measure the dynamic DTV and runout on vehicle and analyze the influence of test parameters on brake judder and compare the disc component with vehicle matching about the DTV Profile. As a result of this study, The amplitude of brake judder is proportional to vehicle speed and fluid pressure fluctuation on braking. The major sources of brake judder are directly related to disc thickness variation and side runout variation of corner assembly (disc, hub. bearing).

항공사진과 레이져 데이터의 통합에 의한 3 차원 공간정보 활용기술연구 (A Study on the Application Technique of 3-D Spatial Information by integration of Aerial photos and Laser data)

  • A LiDAR technique has the merits that survey engineers can get a large number of measurements with high precision quickly. Aerial photos and satellite sensor images are used for generating 3D spatial images which are matched with the map coordinates and elevation data from digital topographic files. Also, those images are used for matching with 3D spatial image contents through perspective view condition composed along to the designated roads until arrival the corresponding location. Recently, 3D aviation image could be generated by various digital data. The advanced geographical methods for guidance of the destination road are experimented under the GIS environments. More information and access designated are guided by the multimedia contents on internet or from the public tour information desk using the simulation images. The height data based on LiDAR is transformed into DEM, and the real time unification of the vector via digital image mapping and raster via extract evaluation are transformed to trace the generated model of 3-dimensional downtown building along to the long distance for 3D tract model generation.
